目前的油汀取暖器的工作原理是使用电加热棒来加热金属腔体内的导热油,然后高温的导热油通过金属腔体及腔体上的散热片向周围环境空气传热以达到用户取暖目的。一般地,金属腔体和散热片的温度越高,越有利于向环境空气散热。

发明内容

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“长度”、“上”、“下”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

下面参考图1-图6描述根据本发明实施例的油汀取暖器100。图2-图4中的箭头指的是冷空气的流动方向。
如图1-图4所示,根据本发明实施例的油汀取暖器100,包括:两个油管3和多个散热片1。
两个油管3在上下方向上间隔分布。每个散热片1的两端分别设在两个油管3上,每个散热片1内设有与两个油管3连通的油路通道(图未示出),也就是说,两个油管3通过多个散热片1的油路通道连通以形成油循环回路。每个散热片1的至少一侧边缘设有与油路通道间隔的空气腔室11,空气腔室11具有进气口和设在空气腔室11顶部的顶部出气口(图未示出),相邻的两个散热片1的位于同一侧的空气腔室11接触。优选地,每个散热片1的两侧边缘均设有空气腔室11,位于同一侧的相邻的空气腔室11均接触。从而使油汀取暖器100的散热片1的边缘的空气腔室11的截面积达到最大,进而增大了散热片1的边缘的散热面积,增大了冷空气在空气腔室11内停留的时间,有利于空气腔室11内部的对流换热,提高散热片1的边缘的散热效率,降低散热片1的边缘的温度。
可以理解的是,油汀取暖器100还包括设在位于下方的油管3中的加热棒以对油管3内的导热油进行加热。优选地,油汀取暖器100上安装有双金属温控元件,当导热油的温度达
到用户设定的温度时,温控元件会自动断开电源。从而提高了油汀取暖器100的安全可靠性。
当油汀取暖器100接通电源后,位于下方的油管3内的导热油被加热棒加热,然后高温的导热油通过多个散热片1内的油路通道上升到位于上方的油管3中,形成油路循环,油汀取暖器100通过两个油管3和散热片1的周壁表面将导热油的热量辐射出去,从而加热周围的空间环境,被空气冷却的导热油下降到位于下方的油管3中又被加热棒加热,开始新的循环。
油汀取暖器100外部的冷空气通过空气腔室11的进气口进入到空气腔室11的内部,并通过顶部出气口流出,也就是说,散热片1的边缘的空气腔室11中形成空气流动通道,在空气流动的过程中,会对散热片1的边缘进行散热,从而降低散热片1的边缘的温度。
根据本发明实施例的油汀取暖器100通过在散热片1的边缘设置空气腔室11,与相关技术的油汀取暖器相比,本发明实施例的油汀取暖器100的散热片1的边缘的空气间隙扩大,从而可以增大散热片1的边缘处的散热面积,有利于散热片1的边缘处的散热,降低散热片1的最边缘处的温度。
另外,相邻的两个散热片1的位于同一侧的空气腔室11接触,从而使油汀取暖器100的散热片1的边缘的空气腔室11的截面积达到最大,进而增大了散热片1的边缘的散热面积,增大了冷空气在空气腔室11内停留的时间,有利于空气腔室11内部的对流换热,提高散热片1的边缘的散热效率,降低散热片1的边缘的温度。
发明人经过大量的实验发现,如图5-图6所示,本发明实施例的油汀取暖器100与相关技术的油汀取暖器相比,散热片1的边缘温度已降低至用户安全使用范围,降温幅度达到50%。散热功率提高27%。
根据本发明实施例的油汀取暖器100,通过在散热片1的边缘设置具有进气口和顶部出气口的空气腔室11,并且相邻的两个散热片1的位于同一侧的空气腔室11接触。进而,增大了散热片1的边缘的散热面积,增加了散热片1的空气腔室11内表面空气的流动强度,降低了散热片1的边缘的温度,强化了散热片1的散热能力,避免了用户使用油汀取暖器100过程中被烫伤的危险。
根据本发明的一些实施例,进气口包括设在空气腔室11侧部的侧部进气口110,空气腔室11的内侧壁上设有侧部出气口111。从而可以在空气腔室11内部形成水平方向的由外至内的空气流动通道,增大了进入到空气腔室11内的冷空气流量。油汀取暖器100外侧的冷空气通过空气腔室11的侧部进气口110进入到空气腔室11内,并沿着空气腔室11的内侧壁上的侧部出气口111流出,将空气腔室11内的热量带走。从侧部出气口111流出的冷空气就进入到相邻的两个散热片1之间的油路通道部分的高温区,继续进行对流换热,从而冷却了散热片1的边缘和油路通道部分的高温区。
需要进行说明的是,在本发明的描述中,“高温区”只是表示散热片1的设置油路通道的区域的温度高于散热片1的设置空气腔室11的区域的温度,而不特指具体的温度值。
根据本发明的一些实施例,油汀取暖器100包括多组散热片组2,每组散热片组2包括两个散热片1,每组散热片组2的位于同一侧的空气腔室11的侧部进气口110邻近彼此设置且侧部出气口111远离彼此设置。如图2所示,每个空气腔室11的侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111形成为对侧偏斜设置,进而使得油汀取暖器100外侧的水平方向的冷空气进入到空气腔室11后,能够在空气腔室11流动的时间更长,进而可以在空气腔室11内进行充分的对流换热,提高散热片1的边缘的散热效率,降低散热片1的边缘的温度。从侧部出气口111流出的冷空气就会进入到相邻的两个散热片1之间的油路通道部分的高温区,继续进行对流换热,从而能够冷却油路通道部分的高温区。
根据本发明的另一些实施例,多个散热片1的位于同一侧的空气腔室11的形状相同,每个空气腔室11的侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111位于空气腔室11的竖直中心线的两侧。如图3所示,散热片1位于同一侧的空气腔室11的形状相同,多个空气腔室11的侧部出气口111和侧部进气口110设置在空气腔室11上的位置也分别相同。每个空气腔室11的侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111形成为对侧偏斜设置,进而使得油汀取暖器100外侧的水平方向的冷空气进入到空气腔室11后,能够在空气腔室11内流动的时间更长,进而可以在空气腔室11内进行充分的对流换热,提高散热片1的边缘的散热效率,降低散热片1的边缘的温度。从侧部出气口111流出的冷空气就会进入到相邻的两个散热片1之间的油路通道部分的高温区,继续进行对流换热,从而能够冷却油路通道部分的高温区。
根据本发明的再一些实施例,在内外方向上,每个空气腔室11的侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111对应设置。如图4所示,油汀取暖器100外侧的水平方向的冷空气进入空气腔室11后,在空气腔室11内流动过程中受到的空气阻力会减小,进而冷空气在空气腔室11内的流动速度加快。这样冷空气在空气腔室11内对流换热后,会快速地从侧部出气口111流出至相邻的两个散热片1之间的油路通道部分的高温区,进一步进行对流换热。侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111的对应设置,强化了冷空气对相邻的两个散热片1之间的油路通道部分的高温区的对流换热,提高了散热片1的散热效率,有利于冷却散热片1的边缘和油路通道部分的高温区。
进一步地,每个空气腔室11包括多个在油管3的长度方向上间隔分布的侧部进气口110,每个空气腔室11的侧部出气口111为多个且与多个侧部进气口110一一对应设置。从而增大了冷空气进入到空气腔室11内的流量,进一步地提高油汀取暖器100外侧的水平方向的冷空气对散热片1的边缘和油路通道部分的高温区的冷却效率。
根据本发明的一些实施例,在竖直方向上,侧部进气口110的高度低于侧部出气口111
的高度。可以理解的是,冷空气进入到空气腔室11内后在流动过程中,温度会逐渐升高并沿着空气腔室11自然地向上流动。从而,侧部进气口110的高度低于侧部出气口111的设置配合了冷空气在空气腔室11内的流动规律,方便了进入到空气腔室11内的冷空气的流出,在一定程度上增大了空气腔室11内表面的空气流动速度,强化了散热片1的散热能力,降低了散热片1的边缘的温度。
可选地,侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111分别形成为在竖直方向上延伸的长方形孔。从而结构简单,制造方便。发明人通过实验发现,当侧部进气口110与侧部出气口111的面积大小相等,侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111的长宽比在6-10之间时,散热片1的散热效果最优,散热片1的边缘的温度下降最明显。因此,在本发明的优选示例中,侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111的长宽比的取值范围均为:6-10。当然可以理解的是,侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111的形状不限于此,还可以根据实际情况选择侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111的形状,例如侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111分别形成为圆形或椭圆形,只要能够在一定程度上强化散热片1的散热能力,降低散热片1的边缘的温度即可。
可选地,当侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111均为多个时,多个侧部进气口110和多个侧部出气口111在散热片1上沿竖直方向间隔分布。从而能够进一步地增加散热片1的内表面空气和外表面空气的流动强度,提高散热片1的边缘的散热效率,降低散热片1的边缘处的温度。此处需要说明的是,竖直方向指得是在图1-图4中垂直于纸面的方向。
可选地,每个空气腔室11的侧部出气口111为两个且分布在散热片1的限定出油路通道的部分的两侧。由此可知,每相邻的两个散热片1之间都会有两股冷空气分别通过不同的空气腔室11的侧部出气口111流入油路通道部分的高温区,并进行对流换热。从而保证了进入到油路通道部分高温区的冷空气流量,同时也避免了油汀取暖器100的不同散热片1的散热不均匀问题,保证了油汀取暖器100工作的可靠性。
下面参考图1和图4对根据发明一个具体实施例的油汀取暖器100结构进行详细说明。但是需要说明的是,下述的说明仅具有示例性,普通技术人员在阅读了本发明的下述技术方案之后,显然可以对其中的技术方案或者部分技术特征进行组合或者替换、修改,这也落入本发明所要求的保护范围之内。
如图1和图4所示,根据本发明实施例的油汀取暖器100,包括:两个油管3和十个散热片1。
两个油管3在上下方向上间隔分布。每个散热片1的两端分别设在两个油管3上,每个散热片1内设有与两个油管3连通的油路通道,每个散热片1的两侧边缘均设有与油路通道间隔的空气腔室11,相邻的两个散热片1的位于同一侧的空气腔室11接触。
每个空气腔室11包括设在空气腔室11顶部的顶部出气口、两个在油管3的长度方向上
间隔分布的侧部进气口110和两个分布在散热片1的限定出油路通道的部分的两侧的侧部出气口111。两个侧部进气口110分布在空气腔室11的在内外方向上延伸的中心线的两侧。每个空气腔室11的两个侧部出气口111和两个侧部进气口110在内外方向上一一对应设置。
在竖直方向上,侧部进气口110的高度低于侧部出气口111的高度。侧部进气口110和侧部出气口111的面积相等,都形成为在竖直方向上延伸的长方形孔,长宽比的取值范围均为:6-10。

Claims (13)
- 一种油汀取暖器,其特征在于,包括:两个油管,所述两个油管在上下方向上间隔分布;多个散热片,每个所述散热片的两端分别设在所述两个油管上,每个所述散热片内设有与所述两个油管连通的油路通道,每个所述散热片的至少一侧边缘设有与所述油路通道间隔的空气腔室,所述空气腔室具有进气口和设在所述空气腔室顶部的顶部出气口,相邻的两个所述散热片的位于同一侧的所述空气腔室接触。
- 根据权利要求1所述的油汀取暖器,其特征在于,每个所述散热片的两侧边缘均设有所述空气腔室,位于同一侧的相邻的所述空气腔室相互接触。
- 根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的油汀取暖器,其特征在于,还包括用于检测导热油温度的双金属温控元件,当所述导热油的温度达到用户设定的温度时切断电源。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的油汀取暖器,其特征在于,所述进气口包括设在所述空气腔室侧部的侧部进气口,所述空气腔室的内侧壁上设有侧部出气口。
- 根据权利要求4所述的油汀取暖器,其特征在于,所述油汀取暖器包括多组散热片组,每组所述散热片组包括两个所述散热片,每组所述散热片组的位于同一侧的所述空气腔室的侧部进气口邻近彼此设置且侧部出气口远离彼此设置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的油汀取暖器,其特征在于,所述多个散热片的位于同一侧的所述空气腔室的形状相同,每个所述空气腔室的所述侧部进气口和所述侧部出气口位于所述空气腔室的竖直中心线的两侧。
- 根据权利要求4所述的油汀取暖器,其特征在于,在内外方向上,每个所述空气腔室的所述侧部进气口和所述侧部出气口对应设置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的油汀取暖器,其特征在于,每个所述空气腔室包括多个在所述油管的长度方向上间隔分布的所述侧部进气口,每个所述空气腔室的所述侧部出气口为多个且与多个所述侧部进气口一一对应设置。
- 根据权利要求4-8中任一项所述的油汀取暖器,其特征在于,在竖直方向上,所述侧部进气口的高度低于所述侧部出气口的高度。
- 根据权利要求4所述的油汀取暖器,其特征在于,所述侧部进气口和所述侧部出气口分别形成为在竖直方向上延伸的长方形孔。
- 根据权利要求10所述的油汀取暖器,其特征在于,所述侧部进气口和所述侧部出气口的长宽比的取值范围均为6-10。
- 根据权利要求4所述的油汀取暖器,所述侧部进气口和所述侧部出气口分别为多个, 多个所述侧部进气口和多个所述侧部出气口在所述散热片上沿竖直方向间隔分布。
- 根据权利要求4所述的油汀取暖器,其特征在于,每个所述空气腔室的所述侧部出气口为两个且分布在所述散热片的限定出所述油路通道的部分的两侧。
