本发明涉及柜台领域,特别涉及一种柜台系统及柜台触摸选择指示方法。
背景技术
柜台可用于商场、餐馆(特别是自选餐厅)等地方。常用的柜台为玻璃柜台,顾客透过玻璃可看到里面的物品。在无法准确地说出物品的名字的情况下,通常是隔着玻璃柜台用手指指点来选择需要的物品。例如,一个人在其他国家或地区就餐的时候,由于不会当地语言,无法说出想吃的菜名,只能通过手指指点来选择想吃的菜。这种隔着玻璃柜台用手指指点来选择需要的物品,容易出现工作人员拿错物品的情况,这会给顾客带来不良的消费体验,也会降低工作人员的工作效率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施方式提供一种柜台系统及柜台触摸选择指示方法,以便于增强顾客的消费体验,以及提高工作人员的工作效率。
本发明实施方式提供一种柜台系统,所述柜台系统包括:柜台,所述柜台包括台面和透明面板;触摸传感器;指示灯;以及控制模组,所述控制模组与所述触摸传感器和所述指示灯通信连接,所述控制模组用于接收所述触摸传感器被触摸时产生的触摸信号,根据所述触摸信号确定被触摸的触摸区域,根据预设的触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系,确定所述被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域,以及控制所述指示灯对所述被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域进行指示。
其中,所述控制模组根据不同的顾客身高或视线高度或站位对触摸区域进行差异化设置。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参考图1-2,本发明实施方式中的柜台系统包括柜台100、触摸传感器200、指示灯300及控制模组400。触摸传感器200、指示灯300和控制模组400可集成于柜台100内,也可独立于柜台100。控制模组400可通过有线或无线的方式与触摸传感器200和指示灯300通信连接。进一步地,柜台100上还可以设置身高感应装置500,用来自动感测顾客的身高或站位,以控制指示灯300 对柜台区域进行指示。
一并参考图2,本实施方式中,柜台100包括台面10和与台面10固定连接的透明面板20。台面10上用于放置各种物品11,可为装载食物的托盘、装有珠宝的盒子等等。触摸传感器200可包括安装于透明面板20上的透明触摸面板。透明触摸面板可覆盖于透明面板20的全部或一部分。当然,为了便于顾客进行触摸选择,可设置为整个透明面板20均被透明触摸面板覆盖。透明面板20可为全透明或半透明的,透明触摸面板可为全透明或半透明触摸面板。透明触摸面板可为柔性触摸面板,以使得透明触摸面板的设置不受透明面板20的形状的限制,例如,在透明面板20的顶部为弧形时,透明触摸面板也可包覆于顶部。
透明面板20包括靠近顾客一侧的遮挡段21及从遮挡段21朝向工作人员一侧延伸的遮盖段22。本实施例中,遮挡段21为竖直延伸的平整板体,遮盖段22为横向延伸的弯曲板体。可以理解地,遮挡段21也可为与遮盖段22平滑连接的弯曲板体。物品11设置于遮挡段21后方靠近工作人员一侧,并位于遮盖段22下方。物品11的排列方式可包括按排设置、按列设置以及排列设置。其中,一列是指物品11沿着从顾客一侧朝向工作人员一侧的方向逐个设置;一排是指物品11沿着顾客从柜台的一端到另一端的行进方向逐个设置;排列则是同时包含排及列两种情况。
本实施方式中,在触摸传感器200被触摸时,控制模组400接收到触摸信号,根据接收到的触摸信号确定被触摸的触摸区域,根据预设的触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系,确定被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域,以及控制指示灯300对被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域进行指示。也就是说,在确定顾客触摸的触摸位置位于哪个触摸区域后,则可以确定顾客选择了放置在哪个台面区域的物品11,随之控制指示灯300对相应的台面区域进行指示。本实施方式设置每个触摸区域对应一个台面区域,则一个触摸区域范围内的任何一个触摸位置被触摸时,均表示选择了该触摸区域对应的台面区域放置的物品11,如此,可便于顾客进行触摸选择。可以坐标点的方式设置每个触摸区域,也可以 坐标点的方式设置每个台面区域,每一台面区域与每一触摸区域坐标一一对应。为了让顾客和工作人员容易观察到光线,通常选择发出红光、蓝光等其他容易被观察到的光线的指示灯300。本实施方式中,对被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域进行指示,工作人员可根据光线快速判断出顾客选择的物品,而不会出现拿错物品的情况。因此,顾客可方便地通过触摸选择需要的物品,工作人员根据光线也能容易地判断出顾客选择的物品11,从而既可提高顾客的消费体验,还可提高工作人员的工作效率。
可以理解地,本发明所称的“台面区域”不仅包括台面10的上表面所在的区域,还包括台面10上表面上方的区域,比如放置在台面10上表面的物品11也属于台面区域。
请一并参阅图3-6,对于不同身高的顾客来说,由于眼睛的高度不同,观察同一物品的视角存在差异,进而产生视差。由于视差的存在,不同高度的顾客在观察透明面板20后方的物品时,视线会落在透明面板20的不同的位置。比如,图3示出了1米58至1米6的顾客的视线与不同排的物品11在透明面板20上的交汇位置,图4示出了1米88至1米9的顾客的视线与不同排的物品11在透明面板20上的交汇位置。可以看出,相比身高较低的顾客,较高的顾客的视线落在透明面板20上的位置也越高,并会偏向于工作人员一侧。而当顾客选中物品在透明面板20上触摸时,会倾向于根据视线落在透明面板20上的位置进行触摸。显然,由于视差的原因,身高不同的顾客对于同一物品的触摸位置也不相同。对于同一个顾客,由于所站位置的左右和前后不同,观察同一物品的视角也会存在差异,进而产生视差。因此,必须根据顾客的身高和站位对触摸区域和台面区域之间的映射关系进行校正,使不同身高和站位的顾客可准确地选择到所需的物品。
具体地,对于同一物品或同一台面区域而言,控制模组400对不同身高、不同视线高度或不同站位的顾客所设置的触摸区域的位置不同,特别地,如图3-4所示,触摸区域的高度与顾客的身高或视线高度成正比。即顾客越高,同一物品或同一台面区域所对应的触摸区域也越高。对于同一物品或同一台面区 域而言,控制模组400对不同身高或视线高度的顾客所设置的触摸区域的距离也不同,特别地,顾客的身高或视线高度越高,触摸区域相对顾客的距离越远。即顾客越高,同一物品或同一台面区域所对应的触摸区域离顾客越远。并且,触摸区域的位置与顾客的站位也存在一定关系。如图4-5所示,顾客的站位距离柜台100越远,同一物品或同一台面区域所对应的触摸区域越靠下;顾客的站位距离柜台100越近,同一物品或同一台面区域所对应的触摸区域越靠上。如图6所示,共示出了同一台面区域的3条视线与柜台100的透明面板20的交汇位置,其中左边两条视线的顾客高度或视线高度相同,但偏离台面区域的程度不同。最左侧的视线相对台面区域偏左,而中间的视线正对台面区域。右边的视线的顾客的身高或视线高度较低,且向右偏离台面区域。由三条视线与透明面板20的交汇位置可看出,顾客的站位相对柜台100越偏左,同一物品或同一台面区域所对应的触摸区域越偏左;顾客的站位相对柜台100越偏右,同一物品或台面区域所对应的触摸区域越偏右。
一种实现方式中,触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系为控制模组400根据顾客身高、站位及预设的身高、站位范围和顾客视线范围的对应关系进行设置。在顾客来到柜台100前时,身高感应装置500可自动检测顾客的身高和站位。控制模组400中预先设置有不同身高和站位的顾客的视线数据,根据顾客的身高和站位范围设置触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系,可使得触摸区域的设置适应顾客的身高及站位,从而便于顾客进行触摸选择。通过这种方式,可实现自动化的触摸区域调整。比如,对于身高较高或站位靠前的顾客,针对每一个物品调高或调远对应触摸区域的位置;对于身高较矮或站位靠后的顾客,针对每一个物品调低或调近对应触摸区域的位置,对于站位靠左的顾客,针对每一个物品向左偏移对应触摸区域的位置,对于站位靠右的顾客,针对每一个物品向右偏移对应触摸区域的位置。
参考图7,在另一种实现方式中,台面10上设置有校正标识符12,校正标识符12设置于台面10的中心。当然,校正标识符12也可设置于台面10的其他位置,例如左上角,本实施方式对此不做具体限定。校正标识符12也 可以设置在台面10上的物品11上,比如在食物的托盘上。校正标识符12的形状可为几何形状、可为文字与图案的结合等等,本实施方式对此不做具体限定。在顾客选择物品之前,提示顾客在透明面板20前方观察校正标识符12的位置,然后在透明面板20对应校正标识符12的位置进行触摸。可通过柜台100显示信息、输出声音信息等进行提示,或者是由工作人员进行引导。透明面板20对应校正标识符12的位置是指顾客指向校正标识符12的视线与透明面板20的交汇位置。由此,顾客通过在透明面板20上对应校正标识符12的位置进行触摸,控制模组400可以根据顾客的触摸位置计算出顾客的视线高度和站位,进而设置各个台面区域对应的触摸区域,使其适配不同身高和站位的顾客的触摸位置。根据选择校正标识符12时的触摸位置设置各个台面区域对应的触摸区域的原因在于,对于不同身高和站位的顾客来说,由于视差,顾客观察校正标识符12的视线会落在透明面板20的不同位置,因而用户根据视线在透明面板20上触摸校正标识符12的触摸位置也是不同的。因此,根据选择校正标识符12时的触摸位置,控制模组400可以计算出当前顾客的视线高度(即顾客的眼睛位置)和站位,进而根据预先存储的各视线高度与每个台面区域在透明面板20上的对应触摸区域的对应关系,设置各个台面区域对应的触摸区域,即为根据顾客的视线范围设置各个台面区域对应的触摸区域,可使得触摸区域的设置适应顾客的身高和站位,从而便于顾客进行触摸选择。
本实施例中,校正标识符12为一个面积较小的点,因而在透明面板20上的对应区域也仅为一个触摸点。也就是说,顾客的眼睛应当是位于校正标识符12与顾客在透明面板20的触摸点的连线所形成的视线上。当每个顾客相对透明面板20的距离均固定的情况下(比如每个顾客离透明面板20的遮挡段21的水平距离均为10cm),可以根据相对透明面板20的距离以及触摸点的位置准确计算出顾客的眼睛位置。然而,在实际情况中,顾客离透明面板20的距离并不总是固定的,有的顾客距离较近,有的则距离较远。因此,仅依靠单个的触摸点只能确定顾客的眼睛位于校正标识符12与触摸点的连线上,而无法确切地得知顾客到底是离透明面板20有多远。因此,为了确定顾客离透明面板 20的距离,可基于两条线相交的交点唯一的原则,对校正标识符12的形状进行调整。优选地,校正标识符12至少包括一条线段,顾客在透明面板20上对应线段的位置,从线段的头端滑动至尾端。校正标识符12的头端与顾客在透明面板20上的触摸起点对应,尾端与顾客在透明面板20上的触摸终点对应。在滑动过程中,顾客的视线的移动始终保持与手指的滑动一致,而顾客的眼睛位置则始终是保持恒定的。因此,设定校正标识符12的头端与顾客在透明面板20上的触摸起点构成的连线为第一视线,设定校正标识符12的尾端与顾客在透明面板20上的触摸终点构成的连线为第二视线。第一视线与第二视线必定会交汇在顾客眼睛的位置处。由此,可通过两条视线的交点唯一确定顾客的眼睛位置。换句话说,控制模组400通过获取顾客手指滑动的起点位置、终点位置及距离,就可以唯一确定顾客的眼睛位置。之后,控制模组400根据顾客的眼睛位置(包括眼睛高度及眼睛离透明面板20的距离),计算出此身高的顾客所对应的每个物品11的触摸区域并进行设置。进一步地,校正标识符12还可以包含提示信息,提醒顾客需要从头端滑动至尾端。提示信息可以是校正标识符12上画出的箭头、校正标识符12附近或透明面板20上的提示文字、或者是校正标识符12包括从头到尾依次点亮或闪烁的光源等等。此外,校正标识符12也不限于是线段,还可以是其他具备一定长度的几何形状、图案与文字的结合等等,需要顾客画出几何形状、图案等,才表示顾客选择了校正标识符。在该过程中,由于顾客触摸了多个触摸点,如此可精确地根据多个被触摸的触摸点确定顾客的眼睛位置,从而精确地确定各个台面区域对应的触摸区域。
可以理解地,本发明所称校正标识符12设于台面上是指校正标识符12设于台面10所处的位置上,而并不特指校正标识符12是设于台面10的顶面上。实际上,校正标识符12设于台面10上也可以包含校正标识符12设于放在台面10上的物品上、设于放在台面10上的托盘上、设于安装于台面10上的其他各种支撑结构上等情况。
应当说明的是,对于根据顾客身高或根据校正标识符12动态设置触摸区 域与台面区域的对应关系的方式,在顾客不再选择物品(离开)时,控制模组400重置已经设置的触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系。也就是说,在另一顾客到来时,需要重新设置触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系。控制模组400可在设置于柜台100上的重置按钮被工作人员触发时,或在预设时间段内未接收到触摸信号时,判断出顾客不再选择物品(离开)。
在另外的实现方式中,透明面板20被触摸传感器200覆盖的位置上设置有多个不同的指示符,可通过丝印的方式形成,每一指示符所对应的触摸区域与其中一个台面区域对应。也就是说,顾客触摸选择一个指示符时,表示顾客选择了放置在该指示符所在的触摸区域对应的台面区域的物品。指示符上可包括指示台面区域的文字、图案或文字与图案的结合等,以便于顾客容易地判断出哪个指示符对应哪个台面区域。
一种实现方式中,指示灯300包括设置于柜台100上方的追光灯。追光灯移动或旋转时,追光灯发出的光线会随之相应移动。追光灯的具体结构与工作原理与现有的追光灯的结构和工作原理类似,在此不再详细说明。控制模组400根据顾客的触摸信号控制追光灯照射对应的台面区域。当然,在其他实施方式中,也可设置两个或更多个追灯光,各追光灯的颜色可以不同以进行区分。在有两个顾客同时进行物品选择时,可设置两个追光灯发出的光线的移动分别对应两个顾客。此种可移动的追光灯可以使顾客快速地学会如何选中所需要的物品11。具体地,追光灯是跟随顾客的手指移动的,即顾客的手指在触摸传感器200上滑动时,追光灯也跟随顾客手指的滑动方向及距离相应地移动。追光灯的移动方向与顾客的手指滑动方向呈对应关系,比如手指左右滑动,追光灯也左右移动;手指上下滑动,追光灯前后移动。追光灯的移动距离与顾客的手指滑动距离也呈对应关系,比如追光灯的移动距离为手指滑动距离的5倍、7倍、10倍等。在选择物品的过程中,由于追光灯是连续移动的,如果顾客发现追光灯并没有照射在所选择的物品11上,可以迅速地滑动手指,控制追光灯移动至照射所需要的物品11上。追光灯的连续移动可以给顾客予直观的提示,顾客可如操作鼠标一般对追光灯的移动进行控制,从而降低学习成本及时 间。此种控制方式对于点餐过程有更佳的适配度,因为点餐过程是一个很快速的过程,顾客没有时间和耐心去学习一个全新的系统,只有操作方式与顾客之前经常接触或惯用的操作方式相同或相似时,才能快速地掌握。
在其他实现方式中,指示灯300包括位于柜台100上方的光源组,该光源组包括多个光源,每个光源发出的光线朝向一个台面区域,每一光源对应一个台面区域,控制模组400根据顾客的触摸区域选择对应的光源照射对应的台面区域。
在另外的实现方式中,指示灯300包括设置于台面10的多个光源,每个光源位于一个台面区域,每一光源对应一个台面区域。控制模组400根据顾客的触摸区域选择对应的光源指示对应的台面区域。
参考图8,图8为本发明一种实施方式中触摸选择指示方法的流程图。该方法应用于以上描述的柜台系统,包括:
步骤601,接收触摸传感器200被触摸时产生的触摸信号,并根据触摸信号确定被触摸的触摸区域。
步骤602,根据预设的触摸区域与柜台100的台面区域的对应关系,确定被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域。
触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系的设置的具体实现过程与上述描述相同,并包含上述对顾客眼睛位置进行校准的实现过程。在此不再赘述。
步骤603,控制指示灯300对被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域进行指示。
指示灯300的具体结构及如何控制指示灯300在被触摸的触摸区域进行指示与上述描述相同,在此不再赘述。
本实施方式中,对被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域进行指示,工作人员可根据光线快速判断出顾客选择的物品,而不会出现拿错物品的情况。因此,顾客可方便地通过触摸选择需要的物品11,工作人员根据光线也能容易地判断出顾客选择的物品11,从而既可提高顾客的消费体验,也可提高工作人员的工作效率。
进一步,该方法还包括:在接收到重置按钮触发信号时,或在预设时间段内未接收到触摸信号时,重置触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系。也就是说,在 另一顾客到来时,需要重新设置触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系,可使得触摸区域的设置适应顾客的身高,从而便于顾客进行触摸选择。
本发明的透明触摸面板为电容式柔性触摸面板,其可以响应作用在其表面上的触摸而产生电信号。可以理解地,本发明还可以包括其他种类的触摸面板,比如电阻式触摸面板、表面声波式触摸面板等。进一步地,本发明所称的“触摸”或“触控”并不要求手指直接接触透明触摸面板,而是可以与透明触摸面板保持一小段距离(即悬浮触摸)。此外,透明触摸面板还可以被其他类型的触摸传感器所代替,比如装设在柜台上或者柜台之外的红外传感器,其可以感应人体的手指及其移动,从而产生电信号。
可以理解地,本发明所称“身高”是指人体的脚底至人体的头顶的距离;“视线高度”是指人体的脚底至人体的眼睛的距离;站位是指人体的脚底在地面上相对柜台的水平位置。
本发明的柜台系统只需要在现有的柜台上安装触摸传感器200、控制模组400及指示灯300,而不需要对柜台进行大规模的改造或深度定制,因而实现成本较低,即使是小规模的餐饮商店也可以采购使用。并且,柜台系统是通过触摸的方式来选择物品,顾客可直观地选中所需要的物品,无需借助语言或肢体动作,因而选择过程简便高效。此外,柜台上还可以进一步集成柔性显示屏,顾客可以通过柔性显示屏的显示来获取更多的物品信息,比如生产日期、保质期、转基因信息、原材料、售价等。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施例,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种柜台系统,包括:
    柜台,所述柜台包括台面和透明面板;
    触摸传感器;
    指示灯;以及
    控制模组,所述控制模组与所述触摸传感器和所述指示灯通信连接,所述控制模组用于接收所述触摸传感器被触摸时产生的触摸信号,根据所述触摸信号确定被触摸的触摸区域,根据预设的触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系,确定所述被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域,控制所述指示灯对所述被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域进行指示。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述控制模组根据不同的顾客身高或视线高度或站位对触摸区域进行差异化设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,对于同一台面区域,所述控制模组对不同身高或视线高度或站位的顾客所设置的触摸区域的位置不同。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,对于同一台面区域,所述控制模组对不同身高或视线高度的顾客所设置的触摸区域相对所述柜台的距离不同。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述台面上设置有校正标识符,所述控制模组根据选择所述校正标识符时触摸的触摸位置对所述触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系进行设置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述控制模组根据顾客选择所述校正标识符时的触摸位置确定顾客的眼睛位置,进而根据用户的眼睛位 置对所述触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系进行设置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述校正标识符至少包括具有首端及尾端的线段,所述控制模组根据顾客从所述线段的首端滑动至尾端时的触摸起点及触摸终点,确定顾客的眼睛位置及相对所述柜台的距离。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,还包括身高或站位感应装置,所述身高或站位感应装置感应顾客的身高或站位,所述控制模组根据所述身高或站位感应装置的感应数据对所述触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系进行设置。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述触摸传感器包括安装于所述透明面板上的透明触摸面板。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述透明触摸面板为柔性触摸板。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述透明面板被所述透明触摸面板覆盖的位置上设置有多个不同的指示符,每一指示符所在的触摸区域对应一个台面区域。
  12. 如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述指示灯包括位于所述柜台上方的追光灯,所述控制模组根据顾客的触摸信号控制所述追光灯照射对应的台面区域。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述控制模组控制所述追光灯的光线跟随顾客触摸时的手指移动而移动。
  14. 如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述指示 灯包括位于所述柜台上方的光源组,所述光源组包括多个光源,每一光源对应一个台面区域,所述控制模组根据顾客的触摸区域选择对应的光源照射对应的台面区域。
  15. 如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述指示灯包括设置于所述台面的多个光源,每一光源对应一个台面区域,所述控制模组根据顾客的触摸区域选择对应的光源指示对应的台面区域。
  16. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述柜台还包括重置按钮,所述控制模组在接收到重置按钮触发信号时,重置所述触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系。
  17. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的柜台系统,其特征在于,所述控制模组在预设时间段内未接收到触摸信号时,重置所述触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系。
  18. 一种柜台触摸选择指示方法,包括:
    接收触摸传感器被触摸时产生的触摸信号,并根据所述触摸信号确定被触摸的触摸区域;
    根据预设的触摸区域与柜台的台面区域的对应关系,确定所述被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域;以及
    控制指示灯对所述被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域进行指示。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的柜台触摸选择指示方法,其特征在于,所述触摸区域与台面区域的对应关系与顾客的身高、站位或眼睛位置关联。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的柜台触摸选择指示方法,其特征在于,对于同一台面区域,触摸区域的高度与顾客的身高或视线高度成正比。
  21. 如权利要求19所述的柜台触摸选择指示方法,其特征在于,对于同一台面区域,顾客的身高或视线高度越高,触摸区域相对顾客的距离越远
  22. 如权利要求19所述的柜台触摸选择指示方法,其特征在于,对于同一台面区域,顾客离柜台的距离越远,触摸区域相对顾客的距离越近或者触摸区域的高度越低。
  23. 如权利要求19所述的柜台触摸选择指示方法,其特征在于,对于同一台面区域,触摸区域根据顾客偏离该台面区域的方向沿同一方向偏离该台面区域。
  24. 如权利要求18至23任一项所述的柜台触摸选择指示方法,其特征在于,在接收所述触摸传感器被触摸时产生的触摸信号之前还包括:确定顾客的身高、站位或眼睛位置。
  25. 如权利要求24所述的柜台触摸选择指示方法,其特征在于,所述柜台的台面上设有校正标识符,顾客的眼睛位置是通过顾客选择所述柜台的台面上的校正标识符时触摸的触摸位置来确定的。
  26. 如权利要求25所述的柜台触摸选择指示方法,其特征在于,所述校正标识符至少包括具有首端及尾端的线段,根据顾客从所述线段的首端滑动至尾端时的触摸起点及触摸终点,确定顾客的眼睛位置及相对所述柜台的距离。
  27. 如权利要求18至24任一项所述的柜台触摸选择指示方法,其特征在于,所述触摸传感器包括贴设于所述柜台的透明面板上的柔性触摸板。
  28. 如权利要求18至24任一项所述的柜台触摸选择指示方法,其特征在于,所述指示灯包括追光灯,所述追光灯跟随顾客触摸时的手指移动而移动,对所述被触摸的触摸区域对应的台面区域进行指示。
