权利要求书
具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
具有一内腔的主体, 所述主体具有依次相连接的第一端部、 连接部与 第二端部, 所述连接部上幵设有一通孔;
安装于所述主体的线路板;
设于所述第一端部外且与所述线路板电连接的通信接口;
设于所述通孔处且与所述线路板电连接的按键; 以及
安装于所述主体上的保护壳, 所述保护壳包括转动连接于所述通孔的 第一转臂及连接于所述第一转臂上且用于保护所述通信接口的挡臂, 所述第一转臂与所述通孔之间的转动轴线方向及所述按键的按压方向 相同。
如权利要求 1所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所述连接部 于所述通孔的周缘凸出形成有环形凸台, 所述第一转臂上幵设有与所 述环形凸台转动连接的定位孔。
如权利要求 1所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所述通孔处 设有用于按压并保护所述按键的按压结构。
如权利要求 3所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所述按压结 构包括穿设于所述通孔的按压件及用于使所述按压件在被按压后复位 的弹性件。
如权利要求 4所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所述按压件 包括穿设于所述通孔的本体、 设于所述本体上且与所述连接部卡接配 合以使所述本体沿所述按键的按压方向限位于所述连接部上的卡扣及 设于所述本体上的抵接柱, 所述抵接柱的末端朝向于所述按键。 如权利要求 5所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件 为弹簧, 所述按压件还包括设于所述本体上的限位柱, 所述弹性件的 其中一端套设于限位柱以外, 所述弹性件的另外一端抵接于所述线路 板上。
如权利要求 5所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所述本体设 有沿所述按键的按压方向延伸的定位骨, 所述主体于所述通孔的内壁 上幵设有供所述定位骨穿过的定位槽。
如权利要求 5所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所述线路板 于所述按键处设有显示灯, 所述本体为透光本体, 所述本体上安装有 不透光盖体, 所述不透光盖体上幵设有供由所述显示灯产生的光线穿 过的标识孔。
如权利要求 8所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所述透光本 体上设有透光标识结构, 所述透光标识结构容纳于所述标识孔内。 如权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所 述保护壳还包括与所述第一转臂相对设置的第二转臂, 所述挡臂连接 于所述第一转臂与所述第二转臂之间, 所述主体位于所述第一转臂与 所述第二转臂之间。
如权利要求 10所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所述第二转 臂上设有限位凸缘, 所述主体上设有限位凹槽, 在所述限位凸缘卡接 于所述限位凹槽内吋, 所述通信接口朝向于所述挡臂或者背对于所述 挡臂。
如权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所 述第二端部幵设有与所述内腔相通的缺口, 所述缺口处盖合有一尾盖 如权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的具有按键的电子设备, 其特征在于, 所 述主体内设有用于将所述线路板沿所述通孔的轴向限位于所述内腔中 的限位结构。
