一种预混合地下通风式鸡舍,包括山墙、侧墙(2)、屋顶(13)和地板(27),鸡舍中部还设置有内室;侧墙(2)与内墙(18)之间密封设置有隔板(3),两个内墙(18)之间设置有进风板(6);内顶(11)上均匀设置有若干个风机(10)和若干个进风窗(17);侧墙(2)上设置有若干个湿帘(14)和排风口,内墙(18)上均匀设置有出风槽(19);地板(27)下方设置有地下排风仓(25),地下排风仓(25)一侧设置有排风管(28)和风机(26),排风管(28)上端设置有出风口。通过上述布置,将进入鸡舍的新鲜空气与鸡舍上层的空气进行预混合,通过压力仓(12)将预混合后的气体均匀排入内室,并通过地下排风仓(25)和/或侧墙(2)上的排风口将沉于鸡舍下方的污浊空气顺利排出,使鸡舍内空气整体更换均匀。

Description

一种预混合地下通风式鸡舍 技术领域
本发明涉及一种鸡舍,尤其涉及一种预混合地下通风式鸡舍。
背景技术
目前,鸡舍通风多采用负压通风的方式,一面山墙上设置有风机,两面侧墙上设置有若干个侧风窗,风机工作使得鸡舍内部形成负压,从而通过侧风窗进风,但进入鸡舍的风比较大,尤其秋冬季节,风量大、急而且阴冷,冷空气局部快速下沉,不能与鸡舍内的热空气均匀混合,造成鸡只不舒服,而且大多数的鸡舍采用内嵌式湿帘,湿帘镶嵌在鸡舍的侧墙内,湿帘外表面仅设置有简易的防尘帘,当室外温度过低时尤其北方寒冷的冬季,室外的冷空气很容易透过湿帘进入鸡舍,造成鸡舍的温度升温困难等问题。专利申请号201320159133.4、公开号203136769U公开了一种气雾式通风鸡舍,在鸡舍山墙和侧墙设置有与外界通风的通风管,能够实现空气混合均匀的效果,但鸡舍内污浊气体下沉堆积在下方,上述气雾式通风鸡舍在实际应用中仍然存在污浊气体难以排出、氨气超标等问题,而且外界空气的温度和湿度无法根据鸡舍实际情况进行调节和控制,导致鸡舍整体通风效果不好,影响鸡只的健康状况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种进风风速均匀、污浊气体易排出且进风温度、湿度可调且空气更新速度快的预混合地下通风式鸡舍。
本发明是通过如下措施实现的:一种预混合地下通风式鸡舍,包括山墙、侧墙、屋顶和地板,其中,所述鸡舍中部设置有与所述侧墙平行的内室,所述鸡舍的饲养笼位于所述内室;所述内室包括与所述侧墙平行的内墙和内顶;
所述侧墙与所述内墙之间密封设置有隔板,位于所述内顶下方两个所述内墙之间设置有进风板,所述内顶和所述进风板之间形成压力仓,所述内顶与所 述屋顶之间形成预混合仓;所述内顶上均匀设置有若干个风机和若干个进风窗,所述进风板上均匀设置有若干个进气孔和若干个进风小窗;位于所述隔板上方所述侧墙上设置有若干个湿帘,位于所述隔板下方所述内墙上均匀设置有若干个出风槽,位于所述隔板下方所述侧墙上设置有排风口和风机。其中,所述进风小窗的边长小于所述进风窗的边长;所述进风板上的进气孔和进风小窗能够保证预混合后的空气均匀且匀速的排入内室;
所述地板下方设置有地下排风仓,所述地板上设置有若干个与所述地下排风仓连通的通孔,所述地下排风仓一侧设置有若干个排风口,所述排风口连接有排风管,所述排风管下端内设有风机,所述排风管上端设置有出风口。
位于所述湿帘下方所述隔板上方所述侧墙和所述内墙之间设置有导风板,所述导风板包括下端的弧面部和上端的直面部,所述导风板的弧面部设置在所述侧墙和所述内墙之间,所述导风板的直面部位于所述内顶上方,且所述直面部向上向内倾斜且倾斜角度等于或略小于所述屋顶的倾斜角度。其中,所述导风板的弧面部与所述直面部为一体成型,或所述导风板的弧面部与直面部通过阻尼转轴铰接。
位于所述内顶上方所述山墙上设置有暖水管和/或雾化管线,所述暖水管内循环流通有热水,所述雾化管线为均匀开设有小孔的管道,所述雾化管线一端与高压水源连接,所述雾化管线另一端封闭。
所述地下排风仓的底面远离所述排风管一侧向下倾斜,且远离所述排风管一侧所述地下排风仓一侧设置有若干个污水排水管,靠近所述污水排水管的出水端的地面上设置有排水槽。
所述地下排风仓的底面均匀设置有若干个支撑台,所述支撑台上端面与所述地板下端面连接。
所述湿帘包括固定板、内嵌在所述固定板上的湿帘本体和两个设置在所述湿帘本体两侧的保温帘;
所述固定板中间部位的两个侧面均向内凹陷形成中部方形板和边框,所述中部方形板中间部位设置有方形通孔,所述湿帘本体内嵌在所述中部方形板的方形通孔上,所述湿帘本体与所述中部方形板密封连接;
所述保温帘包括卷轴和帘体,所述卷轴设置在所述中部方形板两侧的所述边框上;所述帘体上端与所述卷轴固定连接,所述帘体的左右两侧均固定连接 有若干个首尾相接的硬质导向片,所述帘体的下端设置一硬质连接板,位于所述帘体两侧所述边框上设置有与所述硬质导向片配合使用的滑槽;
位于所述湿帘本体上端和下端所述边框上分别设置有与所述湿帘本体连通的进水口和出水口。
所述帘体下端的硬质连接板外表面设置有把手,所述把手两端的下端面分别设置一限位销,位于所述湿帘本体下端所述边框内设有两个与所述限位销配合使用的锁紧机构。
位于所述湿帘本体两侧的所述把手之间设置有两个连接杆,位于所述湿帘本体两侧所述中部方形板上设置有两个条形通孔,所述中部方形板上设置有密封所述条形通孔的弹性密封带,所述密封带中部设置有缝隙,所述连接杆穿过所述密封带的缝隙与所述把手连接。
所述锁紧机构包括固定夹臂和活动夹臂,所述固定夹臂和所述活动夹臂的中间部位铰接且设置有扭簧,所述固定夹臂上端内侧设置有L型缺口,所述活动夹臂上端内侧设置有弧面缺口,位于所述弧面缺口下方所述活动夹臂内侧设置有L型缺口,所述活动夹臂的所述弧面缺口与所述L型缺口之间形成突出的限位挡块,所述活动夹臂的L型缺口与所述固定夹臂的L型缺口位置相对应;所述固定夹臂下端内侧设置有电磁铁,所述活动夹臂下端内侧设置有与所述电磁铁配合使用的吸附铁板;其中,所有所述电磁铁均通过一常开按钮开关与所述电源连接,常开按钮开关设置在鸡舍的内墙上。
所述限位销包括固定在所述把手下端面的连接柱和设置在所述连接柱下端的半球形卡块。
所述固定板密封镶嵌在墙体内,所述墙体内设置有与所述进水口和所述出水口连通的循环水路管道。
所述硬质导向片和所述硬质连接板均为不锈钢材质;所述密封带为橡胶材质;所述保温帘的帘体包括防水内层、防水外层和保温层,所述防水内层和所述防水外层由防水布料制成,所述保温层为保温棉或玻璃棉毡。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明将进入鸡舍的新鲜空气与鸡舍上层的空气进行预混合,通过压力仓将预混合后的气体均匀排入内室,并通过地下排风仓和/或侧墙上的排风口将沉于鸡舍下方的污浊空气顺利排出,鸡舍内空气整体更换速度可控(即根据实际换风速度需求,选择性开启侧墙上的风机或排风管上 的风机),同时鸡舍上方即预混合仓还设置有暖水管和/或雾化管线,暖水管能够根据需要提供热源对预混合仓内的空气进行升温,雾化管线能够根据需要提供雾化冷水,对预混合仓内的空气进行降温;室外新鲜空气经湿帘由导风板进入鸡舍上部的与预混合仓,并根据需要通过暖水管或雾化管线对预混合仓内的空气进行升温或降温,压力仓将混合后的空气排入内室,同时鸡舍内部的污浊空气尤其沉于鸡舍下部的污浊气体在侧墙风机或排风管风机的带动下穿过内墙的出风槽或地板的通孔排出,同时新鲜空气整体下沉,从而实现了鸡舍内空气整体更换;此外,本发明侧墙上的湿帘,能够满足夏季等室外温度较高时对鸡舍降温的需求,同时设置有保温帘,能在冬季等室外温度较低时对鸡舍起到保温的作用,对湿帘本体起到防尘的作用;其中,本发明是将湿帘本体设置在一固定板上,固定板密封镶嵌在鸡舍侧墙上,夏季湿帘正常工作时能够对鸡舍进行正常的通风降温,当冬季来临时,可根据室外实际温度对鸡舍采取隔温,将湿帘本体两侧的保温帘拉下即可避免室外冷空气进入鸡舍内,起到保温的效果。

具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本方案进行阐述。
参见图1和图2,本发明是一种预混合地下通风式鸡舍,包括山墙、侧墙2、屋顶13和地板27,其中,鸡舍中部设置有与侧墙2平行的内室,鸡舍的饲养笼5位于内室内;内室包括与侧墙2平行的内墙18和内顶11;
侧墙2与内墙18之间密封设置有隔板3,位于内顶11下方两个内墙18之间设置有进风板6,内顶11和进风板6之间形成压力仓12,内顶11与屋顶13之间形成预混合仓9;参见图,4,内顶11上均匀设置有若干个风机10和若干个进风窗17,参见图3,进风板6上均匀设置有若干个进气孔15和若干个进风小窗16;位于隔板3上方侧墙2上设置有若干个湿帘14,位于隔板3下方内墙18上均匀设置有若干个出风槽19,位于隔板3下方侧墙2上设置有排风口和风机1。其中,进风小窗16的边长小于进风窗17的边长;进风板6上的进气孔15和进风小窗16能够保证预混合后的空气均匀且匀速的排入内室;参见图9和图10,地板27下方设置有地下排风仓25,地板27上设置有若干个与地下排风仓25连通的通孔24,地下排风仓25一侧设置有若干个排风口,排风口连接有排风管28,排风管28下端内设有风机26,排风管28上端设置有出风口。地下排风仓25的底面远离排风管28一侧向下倾斜,且远离排风管28一侧地下排风仓25一侧设置有若干个污水排水管23,靠近污水排水管23的出水端的地面上设置有排水槽22。地下排风仓25的底面均匀设置有若干个支撑台29,支撑台29上端面与地板27下端面连接。
位于湿帘14下方隔板3上方侧墙2和内墙18之间设置有导风板4,导风 板4包括下端的弧面部和上端的直面部20,导风板4的弧面部设置在侧墙2和内墙18之间,导风板4的直面部20位于内顶11上方,且直面部20向上向内倾斜且倾斜角度等于或略小于屋顶13的倾斜角度。其中,导风板4的弧面部与直面部20通过阻尼转轴铰接。
位于内顶11上方山墙2上设置有暖水管7和/或雾化管线8,暖水管7内循环流通有热水,雾化管线8为均匀开设有小孔的管道,雾化管线8一端与高压水源连接,雾化管线8另一端封闭,其中雾化管线8的管道半径小且小孔直径非常小,在高压的作用下管道内的冷水由小孔被细化成雾状。
参见图5和图6,侧墙2上的湿帘14包括固定板31、内嵌在固定板31上的湿帘本体34和两个设置在湿帘本体34两侧的保温帘;固定板31中间部位的两个侧面均向内凹陷形成中部方形板36和边框,中部方形板36中间部位设置有方形通孔,湿帘本体34内嵌在中部方形板36的方形通孔上,湿帘本体34与中部方形板36密封连接;
参见图7,保温帘包括卷轴40和帘体32,卷轴40设置在中部方形板36两侧的边框上;帘体32上端与卷轴40固定连接,帘体32的左右两侧均固定连接有若干个首尾相接的硬质导向片,帘体32的下端设置一硬质连接板,位于帘体32两侧边框上设置有与硬质导向片配合使用的滑槽37;硬质导向片一侧与帘体32固定连接,另一侧设置有圆柱形导向柱,圆柱形导向柱位于滑槽37内,硬质导向片的导向柱能够在滑槽37内滑动,起到限位和导向的作用,硬质导向片能够缠绕在卷轴40上;
位于湿帘本体34上端和下端边框上分别设置有与湿帘本体34连通的进水口35和出水口;其中,湿帘本体34包括框架、储水箱、水泵、循环水路管道和蜂窝状水帘体,循环水路管道穿过墙体与进水口35和出水口连接,湿帘本体34的框架密封固定在中部方形板36内,湿帘本体34为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
帘体32下端的硬质连接板外表面设置有把手33,把手33两端的下端面分别设置一限位销39,位于湿帘本体34下端边框内设有两个与限位销39配合使用的锁紧机构50。
位于湿帘本体34两侧的把手33之间设置有两个连接杆41,位于湿帘本体34两侧中部方形板36上设置有两个条形通孔,中部方形板36上设置有密封条 形通孔的弹性密封带38,密封带38中部设置有缝隙,连接杆41穿过密封带38的缝隙与把手33连接;其中,设置的连接杆41能够方便将内外保温帘同时拉下,使用方便。
参见图8,锁紧机构50包括固定夹臂51和活动夹臂55,固定夹臂51和活动夹臂55的中间部位铰接且设置有扭簧52,固定夹臂51上端内侧设置有L型缺口56,活动夹臂55上端内侧设置有弧面缺口59,位于弧面缺口59下方活动夹臂55内侧设置有L型缺口56,活动夹臂55的弧面缺口59与L型缺口56之间形成突出的限位挡块57,活动夹臂55的L型缺口56与固定夹臂51的L型缺口58位置相对应;固定夹臂51下端内侧设置有电磁铁53,活动夹臂55下端内侧设置有与电磁铁53配合使用的吸附铁板54;其中,所有电磁铁53均通过一常开按钮开关与电源连接,常开按钮开关设置在靠近本发明湿帘的鸡舍内墙上;限位销39包括固定在把手33下端面的连接柱42和设置在连接柱42下端的半球形卡块43,连接柱42位于卡块13圆面的边缘,限位销39位于锁紧状态时,连接柱42位于固定夹臂51的L型缺口58内,活动夹臂55上设置有弧面缺口59便于半球形卡块43进入两个L型缺口内,活动夹臂55的L型缺口56的深度大于卡块13的半径,当保温帘卷起时便于释放限位销39。
固定板31密封镶嵌在墙体内,墙体内设置有与进水口35和出水口连通的循环水路管道。
硬质导向片和硬质连接板均为不锈钢材质;密封带38为橡胶材质;保温帘的帘体32包括防水内层、防水外层和保温层,防水内层和防水外层由防水布料制成,保温层为保温棉或玻璃棉毡。
当鸡舍不需要湿帘本体34降温时,将湿帘本体34内外侧的保温帘拉下即可,由于内外保温帘的把手33之间设置有连接杆41,因此拉动一侧保温帘即可带动另一侧保温帘动作,一个人一次即可操作完成,当保温帘下拉至最底部时,限位销39通过锁紧机构50进入两个L型缺口(26和28)内,并由限位挡块57挡住限位销39,使得限位销39锁紧在锁紧机构50内,当鸡舍需要通风时,按下常开按钮开关电磁铁53通电吸附吸附铁板54,活动夹臂55上端远离固定夹臂51,保温帘在卷轴40扭簧的带动下向上移动脱离锁紧机构50,保温帘卷起,鸡舍实现正常通风。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种预混合地下通风式鸡舍,包括山墙、侧墙、屋顶和地板,其特征在于,所述鸡舍中部设置有与所述侧墙平行的内室,所述鸡舍的饲养笼位于所述内室;所述内室包括与所述侧墙平行的内墙和内顶;
    所述侧墙与所述内墙之间密封设置有隔板,位于所述内顶下方两个所述内墙之间设置有进风板,所述内顶和所述进风板之间形成压力仓,所述内顶与所述屋顶之间形成预混合仓;所述内顶上均匀设置有若干个风机和若干个进风窗,所述进风板上均匀设置有若干个进气孔和若干个进风小窗;位于所述隔板上方所述侧墙上设置有若干个湿帘,位于所述隔板下方所述内墙上均匀设置有若干个出风槽,位于所述隔板下方所述侧墙上设置有排风口和风机;
    所述地板下方设置有地下排风仓,所述地板上设置有若干个与所述地下排风仓连通的通孔,所述地下排风仓一侧设置有若干个排风口,所述排风口连接有排风管,所述排风管下端内设有风机,所述排风管上端设置有出风口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的预混合地下通风式鸡舍,其特征在于,位于所述湿帘下方所述隔板上方所述侧墙和所述内墙之间设置有导风板,所述导风板包括下端的弧面部和上端的直面部,所述导风板的弧面部设置在所述侧墙和所述内墙之间,所述导风板的直面部位于所述内顶上方,且所述直面部向上向内倾斜且倾斜角度等于或略小于所述屋顶的倾斜角度;所述导风板的弧面部与所述直面部为一体成型,或所述导风板的弧面部与直面部通过阻尼转轴铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的预混合地下通风式鸡舍,其特征在于,位于所述内顶上方所述山墙上设置有暖水管和/或雾化管线,所述暖水管内循环流通有热水,所述雾化管线为均匀开设有小孔的管道,所述雾化管线一端与高压水源连接,所述雾化管线另一端封闭。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的预混合地下通风式鸡舍,其特征在于,所述地下排风仓的底面远离所述排风管一侧向下倾斜,且远离所述排风管一侧所述地下排风仓一侧设置有若干个污水排水管,靠近所述污水排水管的出水端的地面上设置有排水槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的预混合地下通风式鸡舍,其特征在于, 所述地下排风仓的底面均匀设置有若干个支撑台,所述支撑台上端面与所述地板下端面连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的预混合地下通风式鸡舍,其特征在于,所述湿帘包括固定板、内嵌在所述固定板上的湿帘本体和两个设置在所述湿帘本体两侧的保温帘;
    所述固定板中间部位的两个侧面均向内凹陷形成中部方形板和边框,所述中部方形板中间部位设置有方形通孔,所述湿帘本体内嵌在所述中部方形板的方形通孔上,所述湿帘本体与所述中部方形板密封连接;
    所述保温帘包括卷轴和帘体,所述卷轴设置在所述中部方形板两侧的所述边框上;所述帘体上端与所述卷轴固定连接,所述帘体的左右两侧均固定连接有若干个首尾相接的硬质导向片,所述帘体的下端设置一硬质连接板,位于所述帘体两侧所述边框上设置有与所述硬质导向片配合使用的滑槽;
    位于所述湿帘本体上端和下端所述边框上分别设置有与所述湿帘本体连通的进水口和出水口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的鸡舍用湿帘,其特征在于,所述帘体下端的硬质连接板外表面设置有把手,所述把手两端的下端面分别设置一限位销,位于所述湿帘本体下端所述边框内设有两个与所述限位销配合使用的锁紧机构。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的鸡舍用湿帘,其特征在于,位于所述湿帘本体两侧的所述把手之间设置有两个连接杆,位于所述湿帘本体两侧所述中部方形板上设置有两个条形通孔,所述中部方形板上设置有密封所述条形通孔的弹性密封带,所述密封带中部设置有缝隙,所述连接杆穿过所述密封带的缝隙与所述把手连接。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的鸡舍用湿帘,其特征在于,所述锁紧机构包括固定夹臂和活动夹臂,所述固定夹臂和所述活动夹臂的中间部位铰接且设置有扭簧,所述固定夹臂上端内侧设置有L型缺口,所述活动夹臂上端内侧设置有弧面缺口,位于所述弧面缺口下方所述活动夹臂内侧设置有L型缺口,所述活动夹臂的所述弧面缺口与所述L型缺口之间形成突出的限位挡块,所述活动夹臂的L型缺口与所述固定夹臂的L型缺口位置相对应;所述固定夹臂下端内侧设置有电磁铁,所述活动夹臂下端内侧设置有与所述电磁铁配合使用的吸附铁板;
    所述限位销包括固定在所述把手下端面的连接柱和设置在所述连接柱下端的半球形卡块。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的鸡舍用湿帘,其特征在于,所述固定板密封镶嵌在墙体内,所述墙体内设置有与所述进水口和所述出水口连通的循环水路管道。
