目标吋间段确定模块, 用于确定第一个所述待排班的吋间段为目标排 班吋间段;
已排班人员判断模块, 用于判断所述目标排班吋间段是否存在已排班 的人员;
第一排班处理模块, 用于当所述已排班人员判断模块的判断结果为否 吋, 从所述目标排班吋间段的待排班的人员中选取第一目标人员, 并 为所述第一目标人员排班, 以使得所述第一目标人员在所述目标排班 吋间段的可负担工作总量大于或等于所述预测所需工作总量, 然后确 定所述目标排班吋间段排班完成;
工作量判断模块, 用于当所述已排班人员判断模块的判断结果为是吋
, 判断所述已排班的人员在所述目标排班吋间段的可负担工作总量是 否大于或等于所述目标排班吋间段的预测所需工作总量;
第二排班处理模块, 用于当所述工作量判断模块的判断结果为是吋, 直接确定所述目标排班吋间段排班完成;

触发模块, 用于当所述总排班判断模块的判断结果为是吋, 确定下一 个待排班的吋间段为目标排班吋间段, 然后触发所述已排班人员判断 模块;
排班结束模块, 用于当所述总排班判断模块的判断结果为否吋, 则确 定所述待排班的总吋间段排班完成。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的人员排班装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一排班处 理模块包括: 第一目标人员选取单元, 用于根据预设的排班规则从所 述目标排班吋间段的待排班的人员中选取第一目标人员;
和 /或, 所述第三排班处理模块包括: 第二目标人员选取单元, 用于 根据预设的排班规则从所述目标排班吋间段的待排班的人员中选取第 二目标人员;
所述预设的排班规则包括以下规则中的至少一项: 规则一: 被选取的人员的连续上班天数小于或等于 N天, N为预设的 正整数;
规则二: 被选取的人员连续两个排班班次的吋间间隔大于预设的吋间 阈值。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 1所述的人员排班装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一排班处 理模块包括: 第一排班单元, 用于为所述第一目标人员排班; 所述第一排班单元包括: 第一班次吋长子单元, 用于获取所述第一目 标人员的待排班的班次吋长; 第一排班确定子单元, 用于确定所述第 一目标人员从所述目标排班吋间段的第一吋刻幵始上班, 并且上班吋 长为所述班次吋长;
所述第三排班处理模块包括: 第二排班单元, 用于为所述第二目标人 员排班;
所述第二排班单元包括: 第二班次吋长子单元, 用于获取所述第二目 标人员的待排班的班次吋长; 第二排班确定子单元, 用于确定所述第 二目标人员从所述目标排班吋间段的第二吋刻幵始上班, 并且上班吋 长为所述班次吋长;

预测工作总量计算模块, 用于根据历史排班吋间段的历史工作总量计 算得到所述目标排班吋间段的预测所需工作总量, 所述历史排班吋间 段与所述目标排班吋间段存在对应关系;
可负担工作量计算模块, 用于根据各个人员的在所述历史排班吋间段 的历史负担工作量计算得到所述各个人员的在所述目标排班吋间段的 可负担工作量。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要 1至 4中任一项所述的人员排班装置, 其特征在于, 所述人 员排班装置还包括:
人员班次吋间获取模块, 用于获取各个人员的待排班的班次吋间; 待排班人员确定模块, 用于确定所述班次吋间涵盖所述目标排班吋间 段的人员为所述目标排班吋间段的待排班的人员。
[权利要求 6] —种人员排班方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
S1 : 获取待排班的总吋间段;
S2: 将所述待排班的总吋间段依次划分为两个以上的待排班的吋间段
S3: 确定第一个所述待排班的吋间段为目标排班吋间段;
S4: 判断所述目标排班吋间段是否存在已排班的人员, 若是, 则执行 步骤 S6, 若否, 则执行步骤 S5 ;
S5: 从所述目标排班吋间段的待排班的人员中选取第一目标人员, 并 为所述第一目标人员排班, 以使得所述第一目标人员在所述目标排班 吋间段的可负担工作总量大于或等于所述预测所需工作总量, 然后确 定所述目标排班吋间段排班完成;
S6: 判断所述已排班的人员在所述目标排班吋间段的可负担工作总量 是否大于或等于所述目标排班吋间段的预测所需工作总量, 若是, 则 直接确定所述目标排班吋间段排班完成, 若否, 则执行步骤 S7 ; S7: 从所述目标排班吋间段的待排班的人员中选取第二目标人员, 并 为所述第二目标人员排班, 以使得所述第二目标人员和所述已排班的 人员在所述目标排班吋间段的可负担工作总量大于或等于所述预测所 需工作总量, 然后确定所述目标排班吋间段排班完成;
S8: 在确定所述目标排班吋间段排班完成之后, 判断是否存在下一个 待排班的吋间段, 若是, 则确定下一个待排班的吋间段为目标排班吋 间段, 然后返回执行步骤 S4, 若否, 则确定所述待排班的总吋间段排 班完成。

S1 : 获取待排班的总吋间段;
S2: 将所述待排班的总吋间段依次划分为两个以上的待排班的吋间段
S3: 确定第一个所述待排班的吋间段为目标排班吋间段;
S4: 判断所述目标排班吋间段是否存在已排班的人员, 若是, 则执行 步骤 S6, 若否, 则执行步骤 S5 ;
S5: 从所述目标排班吋间段的待排班的人员中选取第一目标人员, 并 为所述第一目标人员排班, 以使得所述第一目标人员在所述目标排班 吋间段的可负担工作总量大于或等于所述预测所需工作总量, 然后确 定所述目标排班吋间段排班完成;
S6: 判断所述已排班的人员在所述目标排班吋间段的可负担工作总量 是否大于或等于所述目标排班吋间段的预测所需工作总量, 若是, 则 直接确定所述目标排班吋间段排班完成, 若否, 则执行步骤 S7 ; S7: 从所述目标排班吋间段的待排班的人员中选取第二目标人员, 并 为所述第二目标人员排班, 以使得所述第二目标人员和所述已排班的 人员在所述目标排班吋间段的可负担工作总量大于或等于所述预测所 需工作总量, 然后确定所述目标排班吋间段排班完成;
