Description

一种多功能自动冰沙咖啡机 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域，具体的说，是涉及一种多功能自动冰沙咖啡机。
背景技术
现在市场上的咖啡机大多都是独立的碎冰机和独立的咖啡机，单独的咖啡机又以滴漏式咖啡机和冲泡式咖啡机为主，只能制作热咖啡，若使用只需要制作冰沙咖啡时需要使用碎冰机和咖啡机进行操作，要制作一杯冰沙咖啡非常不便。另外，制作过程中不能根据具体需要制作不同的冰咖啡。
上述缺陷，值得解决。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足，本发明提供一种多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，实现制作冰沙/榨果汁与制作咖啡功能一体化，操作简单适合普通人群，提高生活品位。
本发明技术方案如下所述：
一种多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，其特征在于，包括底座和本体，所述本体内部上方设有萃取容器，所述萃取容器上方设有上盖，其下端连接冰沙咖啡杯，所述冰沙咖啡杯的底部设有刀片组件；所述本体的内部上方还设有水箱，所述水箱底部设有水箱阀；所述本体内设有发热管，所述发热管的表面设有水管，所述水管一端连接所述水箱阀，另一端连接所述萃取容器；电源线连接所述本体内部的马达，所述马达通过传动机构带动所述刀片组件转动。
根据上述方案的本发明，其特征在于，所述本体上设有操作面板。
根据上述方案的本发明，其特征在于，所述萃取容器内部设有过滤网。
根据上述方案的本发明，其特征在于，所述萃取容器下端通过滴漏阀连接所述冰沙咖啡杯。

根据上述方案的本发明，其有益效果在于，本发明可以实现制作冰沙/榨果汁与制作咖啡功能一体化，可以单功能使用也可以组合使用，用途广泛；整体结构紧凑，一件冰沙咖啡机可以替代原有两个产品占用的空间，在国内外家庭或公共场合中节省的较大的空间，有利于推广应用；本发明整个结构简洁、成本低，操作简单，省时省力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以及实施方式对本发明进行进一步的描述：
如图1-3所示，一种多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，包括底座14和本体1，本体1上设有操作面板5，操作面板5可以选择合适的菜单进行目标动作。
本体1内部上方设有萃取容器4，萃取容器4内部设有过滤网(图中未示出，下同)，过滤网用于承载咖啡粉。萃取容器4上方设有上盖3，其下端通过滴漏阀17连接可拆卸式的冰沙咖啡杯6，冰沙咖啡杯6的底部设有刀片组件16，冰沙咖啡杯6设于底座14上方，冰沙咖啡杯6是存放冰块、碎冰以及收纳咖啡液的容器。
本体1的内部上方还设有可拆卸式的水箱2，水箱2底部设有水箱阀18，水箱2上丝印有刻度，依据不同的要求进行水量的选择性添加。
本体1内设有电热装置，电热装置包括发热管7、电源线9以及内部配线以及PCB(图中未示出，下同)，由于内部配线以及PCB是本领域常用的设备，其也不属于本发明的改进之处，此处不再赘述。发热管7上设有过热保护元件，发热管7的表面设有水管，水管一端连接水箱阀18，另一端通过逆流阀(图中未示出，下同)连接萃取容器4，水箱3中的水由自身重力自动流入电热装置中，水箱3中的水流经过发热管7加热成高温水，逆流阀通过气压作用使水冲入盛有咖啡粉的萃取容器4中的过滤网内，然后热咖啡再流入冰沙咖啡杯6中。
电源线9连接本体1内部的马达8，马达8连接驱动轮10，驱动轮10通过同步带11连接从动轮12，从动轮12通过轴承13和连接头15连接刀片组件16。PCB给出指示马达8工作，马达8带动驱动轮10转动，同步带11通过驱动轮10的动力作用带动从动轮12旋转，从动轮12再通过轴承13和连接头15带动刀片组件16快速旋转工作。
本发明的工作流程为：
a、在水箱2中注入适量的清水；
b、在冰沙咖啡杯6中加入冰块和调料；
c、将盛有冰块和调料的冰沙咖啡杯6装入本体1中；
d、打开上盖3取出萃取容器4中的滤网/滤纸清洗后将适量咖啡粉倒入滤网/滤纸中；
e、在操作面板5上选择冰沙咖啡的制作按钮开始工作，整机进入自动制作冰沙咖啡的 程序中，首先是咖啡制作程序，热咖啡流入盛有冰块的冰沙咖啡杯6中，然后马达8开始动作碎冰程序开始，直到冰块完全被碎成冰沙为止程序完成。
本发明可以单独的选择碎冰榨汁、制作热咖啡、制作冷咖啡等程序，依照个人的喜好多重选择，并且操作简单，适用人群广。
应当理解的是，对本领域普通技术人员来说，可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换，而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
上面结合附图对本发明专利进行了示例性的描述，显然本发明专利的实现并不受上述方式的限制，只要采用了本发明专利的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种改进，或未经改进将本发明专利的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的，均在本发明的保护范围内。

  1. 一种多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，其特征在于，包括底座和本体，所述本体内部上方设有萃取容器，所述萃取容器上方设有上盖，其下端连接冰沙咖啡杯，所述冰沙咖啡杯的底部设有刀片组件；所述本体的内部上方还设有水箱，所述水箱底部设有水箱阀；所述本体内设有发热管，所述发热管的表面设有水管，所述水管一端连接所述水箱阀，另一端连接所述萃取容器；电源线连接所述本体内部的马达，所述马达通过传动机构带动所述刀片组件转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，其特征在于，所述本体上设有操作面板。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，其特征在于，所述萃取容器内部设有过滤网。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，其特征在于，所述萃取容器下端通过滴漏阀连接所述冰沙咖啡杯。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，其特征在于，所述冰沙咖啡杯设于所述底座上方。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，其特征在于，所述冰沙咖啡杯和所述水箱均与所述本体可拆卸连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，其特征在于，所述水箱上丝印有刻度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，其特征在于，所述发热管上设有过热保护元件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能自动冰沙咖啡机，其特征在于，所述水管通过逆流阀连接所述萃取容器。
