Description
本发明涉及通信技术,更具体地涉及基于智能移动终端(例如手机、平板电脑等智能移动终端)的智能汽车支付系统以及智能汽车支付方法。
首先,对于与本发明的相关的车辆网通信技术(V2X)和智能车辆终端技术进行简单说明。
(1)车联网通信技术(V2X)
在车联网环境下,通过车与车、路、人、后台等信息交互和共享,使车和基础设施之间智能协同与配合,实现智能交通管理控制、车辆智能化控制和智能动态信息服务的一体化网络,是物联网技术在智能交通系统领域的延伸。其中,汽车依托新型车载通信技术,具备了与外界直接点到点的通信能力,尤其是与路边单元、车可以实现实时、低延迟直接通信能力,无需通过网络运营商网络转发。
(2)智能车辆终端技术
具备对车载各类传感器设备、汽车操控能力的统一管理,同时通过车载智能操作系统可以承载汽车多应用(车载APP),并可以通过NFC或者蓝牙等近场通信技术与手机保持通信互联。
另一方面,随着互联网和汽车的发展,出于对汽车资源利用以及交通高效便捷的考虑,汽车分享将是未来车联网环境下的主流趋势,即更多汽车出行将采用分时租赁模式,而非私人车模式,在这过程中,便对汽车分时租赁过程中汽车租赁费用,以及汽车使用过程中停车、高速收费、违章罚款等支付方式提出新的要求。
现有技术模式下,汽车并不是支付终端,因此无法满足汽车使用过程中以汽车为核心场景的支付需求,如需要支付过程中同步上传汽车车型、识别号、车牌等信息,支付并不便捷。
因此,现有的支付技术主要包括手机APP支付和后装车载单元支付两种
方式:
(1)手机APP支付
即通过手机APP方式与所使用的车进行每次租用时的关联,在租车结束后,通过手机支付方式完成支付,该支付方式仅能实现汽车租赁费用的需求,汽车使用过程中的停车、高速收费、违章罚款等支付需求仍然需按原有流程,存在支付方式在不同场景割裂的问题,同时每次租用是,手机APP还需要人工填写部分信息,便捷性不高,支付时无法携带汽车信息等问题。
(2)后装车载单元支付
该方式典型的案例是ETC OUB设备,主要能解决高速公路收费问题,但无法解决租车缴、停车支付等其他场景,OBU设备办理时将会对设备进行初始化输入车牌号等信息,且必须绑定唯一支付卡,因此无法适用共享汽车场景。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的在于,能够将汽车作为支付终端并且支付安全性良好的智能汽车支付系统以及支付方法。
本发明的智能汽车支付方法,利用车辆终端和移动终端实现,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:
支付请求发起步骤,外部的商户向智能汽车发起订单支付请求;
支付账户信息获取步骤,车辆终端收到所述订单支付请求后向移动终端请求调取Token,移动终端将包含Token的支付账户信息返回到车辆终端;
支付信息组包步骤,车辆终端将所述支付账户信息按照规定规范组装成支付信息发送到商户;以及
支付处理完成步骤,商户按照所述支付信息完成支付处理。
优选地,所述支付账户信息获取步骤包括下述子步骤:
车辆终端收到所述订单支付请求后,通过近场通讯方式与移动终端交互,向移动终端请求调取Token;以及
移动终端根据调用将包含本身所储存的Token的支付账户信息返回到车辆终端。
优选地,在所述支付信息组包步骤中,车辆终端将所述支付账户信息和车辆终端的车辆信息一起组装成支付信息发送到商户。

如上所述,根据本发明的智能汽车支付系统以及支付方法,能够将车辆作为支付终端,通过车辆终端的车联网通信模块与外部受理终端完成支付信息交互,支付帐户使用存放在手机中的Token,在支付交易发生时,车载终端通过蓝牙或NFC等近场通信技术与手机交互,实时读取手机中的支付帐户信息。因此,本发明的智能汽车支付系统以及支付方法能够有效解决汽车消费支付各类场景需要,并因消费帐户(即Token)不留存在汽车内,在汽车共享场景下,用户无需担心帐户泄露问题。而且,由于利用已经存在于手机中的Token,因此无需再次向云端申请Token,处理流程不繁复。

下面介绍的是本发明的多个实施例中的一些,旨在提供对本发明的基本了解。并不旨在确认本发明的关键或决定性的要素或限定所要保护的范围。
本发明的一实施方式的智能汽车支付系统的其特征在于,将车辆作为支付终端,通过车辆的车联网通信技术与外部商户的受理终端完成支付信息交互,支付帐户使用存放在手机中的Token(令牌),在支付交易发生时,车辆终端通过蓝牙或NFC等近场通信技术与手机交互,实时地读取手机中的支付帐户信息。
图1是表示本发明的一实施方式的智能汽车支付系统的构造框图。
如图1所示,本发明的一实施方式的智能汽车支付系统包括车辆终端100和移动终端200(这里在本实施方式中以移动终端为例进行说明,当然也能够是具备与手机相同的通信功能的手提电脑、平板电脑等的移动智能终端)。
车辆终端100具备:车联网通信模块110、第一通信模块120以及车载支付服务模块130。
其中,车联网通信模块110用于与车辆外部的受理单元或者商户(例如,路边的收费站等)进行通信交互。与车辆外部的受理单元或者商户的通信例如可以通过通信层V2X来实现,通信层V2X主要负责为车辆终端100与车辆V2X控制器之间提供访问接口。
第一通信模块120用于实现与移动终端200之间的通信交互。
车载支付服务模块130用于从外部的受理单元或者商户接收支付请求并且根据支付请求从移动终端200调取Token和支付账户信息等。
移动终端200具备:第二通信模块210、支付控制模块220以及Token储存模块230。
其中,第二通信模块210用于与车辆终端100进行通信。Token储存模块230用于储存移动终端进行支付时使用的Token。支付控制模块220根据来自车辆终端100的支付请求从Token储存模块230中调取Token并生成相应的支付账户信息。由支付控制模块220生成的支付账户信息通过第二通信模块210返回给车辆终端100。
接着,对于本发明的智能汽车支付系统中的车载支付服务模块130的各部分构造以及功能进行说明。
图2是表示本发明的智能汽车支付系统中的车载支付服务模块的构造示意图。其中,车载支付服务模块130具备:用于提供支付接口能力的核心功能接口131、用于提供交易支付能力的交易处理模块132以及用于提供支付通信能力的通信管理模块133。
其中,核心功能接口131将车载支付功能以接口形式进行封装,主要用于协调各个模块的功能调度和数据交换。核心功能接口131是其他模块的统一接口实现。例如,如果车载应用为车载银行应用,则核心功能为车载银行的核心功能,加载车载支付插件需要对车载应用的核心功能接口进行部分改造,使得车载支付插件可以通过车载应用的核心功能将车载支付选项展示给用户。
交易处理模块132用于完成交易的管理配置、处理以及易认证。具体地,交易处理模块132包括:管理配置模块1321,用于接收和处理来自云端支付平台的凭证管理子系统的数据交换通知和请求;支付业务逻辑处理模块1322,用于根据业务要求进行支付信息的组包,即用于将支付账户信息、车辆信息等的数据组包成支付信息;生物认证模块1323,通过对生物信息(例如,指纹、指静脉、人脸、语音、虹膜、掌纹等)进行认证来判断用户可否进行支付操作(生物认证模块1323是可选模块);以及,通信互连模块1324,用于与移动终端进行通信互连。
通信管理模块133用于提供支付通信能力并负责网络安全连接的建立以及数据传输能力。具体地,在通信管理模块133中提供TLS/SSL安全连接、远程通知服务以及数据传输服务。其中,通信层-TLS/SSL主要负责为车载支付服务模块130与外部实体(主要为凭证管理系统)之间建立安全通信连接,安全通道的建立主要原理是使用证书链为移动应用和外部云端服务器提供身份认证和通道加密服务。远程通知服务通知主要是车载支付服务模块130与远程通知服务之间的接口。
接着,对于利用本发明的智能汽车支付系统实现的支付方法的具体流程进行具体说明。
在说明本发明的智能汽车支付方法的具体流程之前,先对于Token的产生以及在支付应用中的应用进行说明。
图3是表示Token产生过程的示意图。
如图3所示,移动终端700发送PAN(即,银行卡主帐号)到Token请求方800用以请求获取Token。Token请求方800将该Token请求转发到Token服务提供方(Token Service Provider)900,Token服务提供方900根据Token请求生成对应的Token,并且建立Token与PAN的映射关系,将生成的Token返回到Token请求方800。Token请求方800将接收到的Token返回给移动终端700。
这样,利用移动终端700在商户购买商品并进行支付时,商户利用NFC等的近场通讯方式获取移动终端700中储存的Token,商户将获取的Token以及支付信息等作为支付请求发送到收单机构,收单机构将该支付请求发送到支付网络,支付网络调用Token服务提供方900,Token服务提供方900验证Token的合法性,并根据之前建立的Token与PAN的映射关系,获取相应的PAN,返回给支付网络,支付网络将Token替换成PAN并将相关支付请求发送到相应的发卡行完成相应的校验后,完成支付扣款。
下面,对于利用本发明的智能汽车支付系统实现的一实施方式的支付方法进行说明。
图4是表示本发明的一实施方式的智能汽车支付方法的流程图。
如图4所示,步骤S100:商户(例如,高速公路收费站等)向车辆发起订单支付请求。具体地,通过车辆终端100的车联网通信模块110从商户收到订单支付请求。
步骤S200:车辆终端100通过蓝牙或者NFC等的近场通讯技术与移动终端200进行交互,向移动终端200请求获取Token。
步骤S300:移动终端200根据现有移动支付机制生产相应支付帐户信息,符合PBOC规范,其中,该支付账户信息中包含Token。
步骤S400:移动终端200将支付账户信息返回给车辆终端100。
步骤S500:车辆终端100根据业务要求进行支付信息组包,包括将车辆类型、车速、车辆识别号等的车辆信息与支付帐户信息进行信息组装。
步骤S600:车辆终端100通过车联网通信模块110将支付信息发送到商户。
步骤S700:商户处理支付信息,并且在支付信息处理之后将支付结果返回到车辆终端100。
步骤S800:车辆终端100将支付结果通知移动终端200。
如上所述,根据本发明的本发明的智能汽车支付系统以及支付方法,能够保证支付的安全性,因为在整个支付过程中仅使用持卡人移动终端中储存的Token而不出现银行卡的主帐号,并且该Token不会被储存到车辆终端内,用户无需担心Token会留存车辆内,这样即使车辆是共享车辆,也不会被他人获取Token,能够提高支付的安全性。而且,用户体验良好,只需延用移动终端本来就储存的Token,用户无需对智能汽车进行再次申请Token。
另一方面,能够将车辆作为支付终端,能够有效地在支付过程中将车辆信息(车辆类型、车速、车辆识别号等的)一并传输,增强了支付与应用场景融合能力,并能够应应对各种汽车消费支付场景,例如高速收费方面根据不同车型收费不同,通过仪器传输车辆信息,能够按车辆类型完成高速公路的过路费的支付。
以上例子主要说明了本发明的智能汽车支付系统以及支付方法。尽管只对其中一些本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但是本领域普通技术人员应当了解,本发明可以在不偏离其主旨与范围内以许多其他的形式实施。因此,所展示的例子与实施方式被视为示意性的而非限制性的,在不脱离如所附各权利要求所定义的本发明精神及范围的情况下,本发明可能涵盖各种的修改与替换。
Claims (13)
- 一种智能汽车支付方法,利用车辆终端和移动终端实现,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:支付账户信息获取步骤,车辆终端根据来自外部商户的订单支付请求向移动终端请求调取Token,移动终端将包含Token的支付账户信息返回到车辆终端;支付信息组包步骤,车辆终端将所述支付账户信息按照规定规范组装成支付信息发送到商户;以及支付处理完成步骤,商户按照所述支付信息完成支付处理。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能汽车支付方法,其特征在于,所述支付账户信息获取步骤包括下述子步骤:车辆终端从外部商户收到订单支付请求;根据所述订单支付请求,通过近场通讯方式与移动终端交互,向移动终端请求调取Token;以及移动终端根据调用,将包含本身所储存的Token的支付账户信息返回到车辆终端。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能汽车支付方法,其特征在于,在所述支付信息组包步骤中,车辆终端将所述支付账户信息和车辆终端的车辆信息一起组装成支付信息发送到商户。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能汽车支付方法,其特征在于,所述车辆信息包括车辆类型、车速、车辆识别号中的一项或者多项。
- 如权利要求1所述的智能汽车支付方法,其特征在于,在所述支付账户信息获取步骤中移动终端将包含本身所储存的Token的支付账户信息实时地返回到车辆终端。
- 一种智能汽车支付系统,具备车辆终端和移动终端,其特征在于,所述车辆终端用于根据来自外部商户的订单支付请求向移动终端请求调取Token,并且在车辆终端收到下述支付账户信息的情况下,将下述支付账户信息按照规定规范组装成支付信息发送到外部商户,所述移动终端用于储存Token并且在收到来自车辆终端的调取时将包含Token的支付账户信息返回到车辆终端。
- 如权利要求6所述的智能汽车支付方法,其特征在于,所述车辆终端将所述支付账户信息和车辆终端的车辆信息一起组装成支付信息发送到商户。
- 如权利要求6或7所述的智能汽车支付系统,其特征在于,所述车辆终端具备:车联网通信模块,用于与外部商户进行通信交互;第一通信模块,用于实现与所述移动终端之间的通信交互;以及车载支付服务模块,用于根据来自外部商户的订单支付请求向移动终端发起调取Token的调取请求,并且在收到来自移动终端的所述支付账户信息的情况下,将所述支付账户信息按照规定规范组装成支付信息,所述移动终端具备:第二通信模块,用于实现与车辆终端之间的通讯交互;Token储存模块,用于储存Token;以及支付控制模块,根据来自车辆终端的调取请求从所述Token储存模块中调取Token并生成相应的支付账户信息。
- 如权利要求8所述的智能汽车支付系统,其特征在于,所述车载支付服务模块具备:用于提供支付接口能力的核心功能接口;用于提供交易支付能力的交易处理模块;以及用于提供支付通信能力的通信管理模块。
- 一种车辆终端,其特征在于,所述车辆终端用于根据来自外部商户的订单支付请求向移动终端请求调取Token,并且在车辆终端收到来自移动终端的包含Token的支付账户信息的情况下,将支付账户信息按照规定规范组装成支付信息发送到商户。
- 如权利要求10所述的车辆终端,其特征在于,所述车辆终端将所述支付账户信息和车辆终端的车辆信息一起组装成支付信息发送到商户。
- 如权利要求10或7所述的车辆终端,其特征在于,所述车辆终端具备:车联网通信模块,用于与外部的商户进行通信交互;第一通信模块,用于实现与移动终端之间的通信交互;以及车载支付服务模块,用于根据来自外部商户的订单支付请求向移动终端发起调取Token的调取请求,并且在收到来自移动终端的支付账户信息的情况下,将所述支付账户信息按照规定规范组装成支付信息。
- 如权利要求12所述的车辆终端,其特征在于,所述车载支付服务模块具备:用于提供支付接口能力的核心功能接口;用于提供交易支付能力的交易处理模块;以及用于提供支付通信能力的通信管理模块。
