本发明涉及矫形器械技术领域,特别涉及一种用于斜颈的矫正装置。
背景技术
先天性肌性斜颈是一侧胸锁乳突肌发生纤维化挛缩而导致头部持续性向患侧倾斜,颈部扭转,面部及下颌偏向健侧的一种常见病。该病以儿童为主,在婴幼儿发病率大约0.4%~1.9%。如患儿早期未得到合理有效的治疗,随其年龄增长,头面部畸形逐渐加重。
斜颈的症状:一部分患儿的患侧脖颈处会有包块,患儿的下巴向健侧偏离。头顶部向患侧偏离。时间久了会造成双目斜视甚至视力下降,以及两边面部大小失调。
斜颈的治疗有手术和非手术两种方式,针对年龄在一岁以内的患儿以非手术治疗为主,1岁以上未愈的斜颈患儿可手术矫正。非手术治疗的主要方式是按摩理疗及康复锻炼,斜颈的治疗,一方面要靠医院的专业手法按摩理疗,另一方面也需要家长在日常生活中进行一些辅助的矫正护理,但是家长由于缺乏相应的专业知识,不敢对孩子进行矫正和康复训练。
针对家长无法对患儿进行有效理疗的问题,目前市场上出现了一些斜颈矫正和护理相关的护理器具,但是有的矫正装置,只是单纯固定脖颈,阻止下巴向健侧倾斜,这样的装置达不到真正锻炼康复的效果,还有一些装置比较笨重,尤其对于儿童而言,负荷太大,儿童也不会很配合。
因此,如何实现对斜颈患儿的更好的矫正和康复按摩,是本发明所面临的课题。
发明内容
为了解决上述已有技术的不足,本发明的目的是:提供一种用于斜颈的矫正装置。
本发明的发明思想是:针对现有的设计构思基于斜颈的非手术治疗方式,即按摩推拿和牵拉锻炼;其中,按摩推拿是医生用双手对患侧的胸锁乳突肌的包块部位进行拿捏等推拿手法操作,之后还需要进行牵拉锻炼,牵拉锻炼的做法是用双手控制住患儿头部,将下巴向患侧反复牵拉,相应的头顶向健侧牵拉;通过按摩推拿牵拉,促使包块变软变小,直至消失。
一种用于斜颈的矫正装置,其中,包括由前胸固定机构,后背固定机构,设置在所述后背固定机构上的头部组件,以及位于所述头部组件和后背固定机构之间的矫正机构;
所述前胸固定机构包括前胸上锁紧板,前胸下锁紧板和下颚托,跨接在所述下颚托,前胸上锁紧板,前胸下锁紧板之间的支撑杆A,所述前胸上锁紧板,前胸下锁紧板和下颚托上分别设有固定所述支撑杆固定的,插座A,插座B和插座C,所述前胸上锁紧板,前胸下锁紧板,以及下颚托的两侧边缘上还设有套接绷带的锁紧环;
所述后背固定机构包括后背上固定板和后背下固定板,连接在所述后背上固定板外侧的固定座A,设置在所述后背下固定板上的固定座B,连接在所述固定座A和固定座B之间的支撑杆B,所述后背上固定板和后背下固定板的外侧边缘上还分别设置有固定扣;
所述头部组件包括头罩和连接在所述头罩下方的颈罩,所述颈罩上设有可拆卸锁紧扣,所述可拆卸锁紧扣为粘贴扣或拉链扣。
所述矫正机构包括设置在所述固定座A内侧固定板上的曲柄,一端部以所述曲柄端部的转轴为中心转轴的驱动杆,连接在所述驱动杆另一端的偏心齿轮,与所述偏心齿轮相啮合的从动螺杆,与位于所述从动螺杆上的齿轮相靠接的驱动螺杆,所述驱动螺杆与电机同轴,在所述齿轮以上的从动螺杆上设置锁紧机构。
所述锁紧机构包括一端铰接在所述固定座A一侧顶部的摆杆,所述摆杆的另一端连接有锁紧套,所述锁紧套内侧面开设有槽口,所述槽口底面连接复位弹簧的一端部,所述复位弹簧的另一端部连接楔形挡块。
所述从动螺杆上段侧面设有横截面为三角形的定位块,所述定位块与所述楔形挡块相互扣合。
所述电机底部设置旋转座,所述旋转座与所述固定座A固定连接。
所述旋转座包括设置在所述固定座A上的支撑座,布置在所述支撑座中部的旋转轴,设置在所述旋转轴上的支撑架,连接在所述支撑架上的固定套。
所述支撑架是由中部连接所述旋转轴的横向支撑杆,铰接在所述支撑杆两端部的锁紧臂,分别连接在所述锁紧臂端部的半圆环A和半圆环B,所述半圆环A与半圆环B相对设置构成固定所述电机的固定套。
所述从动螺杆的底部置于所述偏心齿轮上方,在没有开启电机之前,从动螺杆的底部高出所述偏心齿轮,当开启电机,此时电机的输出轴逆时针转动带动驱动螺杆转动,用手按压从动螺杆的顶部,锁紧套内侧面的槽口内连接的复位弹簧另一端部的楔形挡块与从动螺杆上段侧面的定位块相互扣合。
所述齿轮高出所述驱动螺杆,当开启电机,此时电机的输出轴逆时针转动带动驱动螺杆转动,用手按压从动螺杆的顶部,锁紧套内侧面的槽口内连接的复位弹簧另一端部的楔形挡块与从动螺杆上段侧面的定位块相互扣合时,所述齿轮与所述驱动螺杆啮合。
本发明使用时,利用绷带穿过前胸固定机构的前胸上锁紧板,前胸下锁紧板的锁紧环,以及后背固定机构的后背上固定板和后背下固定板的固定扣,分别将前胸固定机构伏贴在患者的前胸,将后背固定机构紧贴在患者的后背,下颚托托住患者的下颚,解开可拆卸锁紧扣,将头罩和颈罩依次套接在患者的头部和颈部,开启电机,此时电机的输出轴逆时针转动带动驱动螺杆转动,用手按压从动螺杆的顶部,锁紧套内侧面的槽口内连接的复位弹簧另一端部的楔形挡块与从动螺杆上段侧面的定位块相互扣合,此时,从动螺杆下段与偏心齿轮啮合,齿轮与驱动螺杆啮合,驱动螺杆逆时针转动,齿轮顺时针转动,同时从动螺杆与齿轮同步作顺时针转动,偏心齿轮逆时针转动带动驱动杆沿其与曲柄端部的转轴为中心转轴顺时针转动,此时旋转座转动,因为电机的机身与头罩和颈罩固定连接,旋转座转动带动整个头罩和颈罩向一侧转动,当头罩和颈罩需要复位时,开启电机使其输出轴顺时针转动,头罩和颈罩回到原始位置,一次反复进行实现颈部的矫正效果。
本发明的有益效果是:实现了对斜颈患者的牵拉锻炼矫正的治疗的目的,矫正机构是通过齿轮与驱动螺杆的啮合,从动螺杆与偏心齿轮的啮合,稳步实现患者颈部的矫正,稳定性高,速度平缓,能够反复持续进行颈部矫正,达到很好的对斜颈患者进行治疗和护理,另外,还可以配备热敷药物对患侧的胸锁 乳突肌的包块部位进行拿捏等推拿手法操作,能够很好的辅助斜颈的矫正进行,达到较好的治疗效果。

具体实施方式
为了能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本方案进行阐述。
实施例1
参见图1,图2,图3,图4,图5,图6和图7,本发明是:一种用于斜颈的矫正装置,其中,包括由前胸固定机构1,后背固定机构2,设置在后背 固定机构2上的头部组件3,以及位于头部组件3和后背固定机构2之间的矫正机构4;
前胸固定机构1包括前胸上锁紧板11,前胸下锁紧板12和下颚托1112,跨接在下颚托1112,前胸上锁紧板11,前胸下锁紧板12之间的支撑杆A13,前胸上锁紧板11,前胸下锁紧板12和下颚托1112上分别设有固定支撑杆13固定的,插座A14,插座B15和插座C11121,前胸上锁紧板11,前胸下锁紧板12,以及下颚托1112的两侧边缘上还设有套接绷带的锁紧环16;
后背固定机构2包括后背上固定板21和后背下固定板22,连接在后背上固定板21外侧的固定座A23,设置在后背下固定板22上的固定座B24,连接在固定座A23和固定座B24之间的支撑杆B25,后背上固定板21和后背下固定板22的外侧边缘上还分别设置有固定扣26;
头部组件3包括头罩31和连接在头罩31下方的颈罩32,颈罩32上设有可拆卸锁紧扣321,可拆卸锁紧扣321为粘贴扣。
矫正机构4包括设置在固定座A23内侧固定板231上的曲柄41,一端部以曲柄41端部的转轴411为中心转轴的驱动杆42,连接在驱动杆42另一端的偏心齿轮43,与偏心齿轮43相啮合的从动螺杆44,与位于从动螺杆44上的齿轮45相靠接的驱动螺杆46,驱动螺杆46与电机47同轴,在齿轮45以上的从动螺杆44上设置锁紧机构。
锁紧机构包括一端铰接在固定座A23一侧顶部的摆杆48,摆杆48的另一端连接有锁紧套49,锁紧套49内侧面开设有槽口50,槽口50底面连接复位弹簧51的一端部,复位弹簧51的另一端部连接楔形挡块52。
从动螺杆44上段侧面设有横截面为三角形的定位块53,定位块53与楔形挡块52相互扣合。
电机47底部设置旋转座54,旋转座54与固定座A23固定连接。
旋转座54包括设置在固定座A23上的支撑座541,布置在支撑座541中部的旋转轴542,设置在旋转轴542上的支撑架543,连接在支撑架543上的固定套544。
支撑架543是由中部连接旋转轴542的横向支撑杆545,铰接在支撑杆545两端部的锁紧臂546,分别连接在锁紧臂546端部的半圆环A547和半圆环B548,半圆环A547与半圆环B548相对设置构成固定电机47的固定套544。
从动螺杆44的底部置于偏心齿轮43上方,在没有开启电机47之前,从动螺杆44的底部高出偏心齿轮43,当开启电机47,此时电机47的输出轴逆时针转动带动驱动螺杆46转动,用手按压从动螺杆44的顶部,锁紧套49内侧面的槽口50内连接的复位弹簧51另一端部的楔形挡块52与从动螺杆44上段侧面的定位块53相互扣合。
齿轮45高出驱动螺杆46,当开启电机47,此时电机47的输出轴逆时针转动带动驱动螺杆46转动,用手按压从动螺杆44的顶部,锁紧套49内侧面的槽口50内连接的复位弹簧51另一端部的楔形挡块52与从动螺杆44上段侧面的定位块53相互扣合时,齿轮45与驱动螺杆46啮合。
本发明使用时,利用绷带穿过前胸固定机构的前胸上锁紧板11,前胸下锁紧板12的锁紧环16,以及后背固定机构的后背上固定板21和后背下固定板22的固定扣26,分别将前胸固定机构伏贴在患者的前胸,将后背固定机构紧贴在患者的后背,下颚托1112托住患者的下颚,解开可拆卸锁紧扣321,将头罩31和颈罩32依次套接在患者的头部和颈部,开启电机47,此时电机47的输出轴逆时针转动带动驱动螺杆46转动,用手按压从动螺杆44的顶部,锁紧套49内侧面的槽口50内连接的复位弹簧51另一端部的楔形挡块52与从动螺杆44上段侧面的定位块53相互扣合,此时,从动螺杆44下段与偏心齿轮43啮合,齿轮45与驱动螺杆46啮合,驱动螺杆46逆时针转动,齿轮45顺时针转动,同时从动螺杆44与齿轮45同步作顺时针转动,偏心齿轮43逆时针转动带动驱动杆42沿其与曲柄41端部的转轴411为中心转轴顺时针转动,此时旋转座54转动,因为电机47的机身与头罩31和颈罩32固定连接,旋转座54转动带动整个头罩31和颈罩32向一侧转动,当头罩31和颈罩32需要复位时,开启电机47使其输出轴顺时针转动,头罩31和颈罩32回到原始位置,一次反复进行实现颈部的矫正效果。
本发明未经描述的技术特征可以通过或采用现有技术实现,在此不再赘述,当然,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的普通技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也应属于本发明。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种用于斜颈的矫正装置,其特征在于:包括由前胸固定机构(1),后背固定机构(2),设置在所述后背固定机构(2)上的头部组件(3),以及位于所述头部组件(3)和后背固定机构(2)之间的矫正机构(4);
    所述前胸固定机构(1)包括前胸上锁紧板(11),前胸下锁紧板(12)和下颚托(1112),跨接在所述下颚托(1112),前胸上锁紧板(11),前胸下锁紧板(12)之间的支撑杆A(13),所述前胸上锁紧板(11),前胸下锁紧板(12)和下颚托(1112)上分别设有固定所述支撑杆(13)固定的,插座A(14),插座B(15)和插座C(11121),所述前胸上锁紧板(11),前胸下锁紧板(12),以及下颚托(1112)的两侧边缘上还设有套接绷带的锁紧环(16);
    所述后背固定机构(2)包括后背上固定板(21)和后背下固定板(22),连接在所述后背上固定板(21)外侧的固定座A(23),设置在所述后背下固定板(22)上的固定座B(24),连接在所述固定座A(23)和固定座B(24)之间的支撑杆B(25),所述后背上固定板(21)和后背下固定板(22)的外侧边缘上还分别设置有固定扣(26);
    所述头部组件(3)包括头罩(31)和连接在所述头罩(31)下方的颈罩(32),所述颈罩(32)上设有可拆卸锁紧扣(321);
    所述矫正机构(4)包括设置在所述固定座A(23)内侧固定板(231)上的曲柄(41),一端部以所述曲柄(41)端部的转轴(411)为中心转轴的驱动杆(42),连接在所述驱动杆(42)另一端的偏心齿轮(43),与所述偏心齿轮(43)相啮合的从动螺杆(44),与位于所述从动螺杆(44)上的齿轮(45)相靠接的驱动螺杆(46),所述驱动螺杆(46)与电机(47)同轴,在所述齿轮(45)以上的从动螺杆(44)上设置锁紧机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于斜颈的矫正装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧机构包括一端铰接在所述固定座A(23)一侧顶部的摆杆(48),所述摆杆(48)的另一端连接有锁紧套(49),所述锁紧套(49)内侧面开设有槽口(50),所述槽口(50)底面连接复位弹簧(51)的一端部,所述复位弹簧(51)的另一端部连接楔形挡块(52)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于斜颈的矫正装置,其特征在于:所述 从动螺杆(44)上段侧面设有横截面为三角形的定位块(53),所述定位块(53)与所述楔形挡块(52)相互扣合。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的用于斜颈的矫正装置,其特征在于:所述电机(47)底部设置旋转座(54),所述旋转座(54)与所述固定座A(23)固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的用于斜颈的矫正装置,其特征在于:所述旋转座(54)包括设置在所述固定座A(23)上的支撑座(541),布置在所述支撑座(541)中部的旋转轴(542),设置在所述旋转轴(542)上的支撑架(543),连接在所述支撑架(543)上的锁紧套(544)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的用于斜颈的矫正装置,其特征在于:所述支撑架(543)是由中部连接所述旋转轴(542)的横向支撑杆(545),铰接在所述支撑杆(545)两端部的锁紧臂(546),分别连接在所述锁紧臂(546)端部的半圆环A(547)和半圆环B(548),所述半圆环A(547)与半圆环B(548)相对设置构成固定所述电机(47)的固定套(544)。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的用于斜颈的矫正装置,其特征在于:所述从动螺杆(44)的底部置于所述偏心齿轮(43)上方。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7一项所述的用于斜颈的矫正装置,其特征在于:所述齿轮(45)高出所述驱动螺杆(46)。
