Abstract
L'invention concerne un multiplicateur planétaire, destiné en particulier à une éolienne, comprenant un carter (9), une roue solaire centrale (3), une couronne (6), un porte-satellite (4, 4') et un satellite (5) qui est monté de manière rotative autour de l'axe de rotation de satellite (10) au moyen d'un palier lisse radial (14) et qui présente des dentures extérieures (11). Selon l'invention, une rondelle de friction (12, 12') est placée entre le satellite (5) et le porte-satellite (4, 4'), cette rondelle de friction (12, 12') présentant une sécurité antirotation vis-à-vis du porte-satellite (4, 4'). L'invention concerne par ailleurs un procédé de fabrication d'un multiplicateur planétaire, selon lequel une première rondelle de friction et une deuxième rondelle de friction sont introduites.
