调光器的工作原理为,从LED灯具的传递过来的电线联通于调光器,使用者通过操控调光器,进而控制LED灯具的光源亮度。但是目前市面的调光器在电线接入的安装过程具有一定局限性。外部电线连接于调光器的过程中,需要借助专业的工具才能将电线接入到调光器上的接线端,这对于安装者而言具有一定局限性,尤其对于狭小的空间内,如果还需要借助工具完成接线过程,无疑增加接线的难度。虽然市面上也有不借助工具就能完成接线过程的调光器,通过手压的方式完成接线过程,但是这类接线端子的底部没有与调光器上的电路板相联通,从而无法完成外部电线与电路板之间的桥接作用,需要通过连接其他电路才能达到桥接过程,这无疑增加调光器的生产难度及操作使用难度,另一方面增加额外的线路意味着增加损坏概率。而且现有的手压式接线端子的体积比较大,而调光器的内部空间十分有限,如果想要增加调光器的体积以满足手压式接线端子的安装,这就必须增加调光器的体积。调光器的体积增大意味着工人在安装此类调光器时需要开更大的安装孔,这与常规的调光器的尺寸不相符,如果需要更换调光器时,不同尺寸的安装孔会造成安装使用及更换过程中麻烦,因为安装孔的尺寸必须与调光器尺寸相匹配,才能使得调光器被稳固地安装于安装平面。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的一目的在于提供一接线端部及调光装置,所述接线端部为按压式的接线装置,通过对一受力件施加作用力,得以控制所述接线端部处于开启或闭合的状态。
本实用新型的一目的在于提供一接线端部及调光装置,所述调光装置上一接线端部的体积小巧,同时得以便捷地将外部电线连接于所述接线端部,减少安装及维修难度。
本实用新型的一目的在于提供一接线端部及调光装置,所述接线端部得以通过手动操控的方式,将外部电线连接或脱离于所述调光装置,降低安装难度。
本实用新型的一目的在于提供一接线端部及调光装置,所述接线端部上的一受力件具有一端部,对所述受力件施加一作用力,所述端部将控制所述接线端处于开启或闭合的工作状态,进而使得所述电线连接或脱离于所述接线端子。
本实用新型的一目的在于提供一接线端部及调光装置,一导向部被设于所述受力件与所述接线端之间,所述受力件得以沿着所述导向部上一开孔,精准地作用于所述接线端,所述导向部得以防止所述受力件作用于所述接线端时发生位置的偏移。

为实现上述目的的一种或多种,一接线端部,用于连接至少一电线,包括至少一受力件和至少一接线端,各所述受力件可滑动地被设于所述接线端,一作用 力作用于各所述受力件,所述受力件得以控制所述接线端处于开启或闭合的状态,进而控制所述接线端连接或分离一电线。
在一个优选实施例中,所述接线端部进一步包括至少一导向部,所述导向部具有一开孔,各所述受力件分别通过所述开孔连接于所述接线端。
在一个优选实施例中,所述接线端包括一按压台以及一接线端子,所述按压台被设于所述接线端子,所述按压台得以在所述接线端子内滑动,进而控制所述接线端子处于开启或闭合的工作状态。
在一个优选实施例中,所述受力件具有一受力件面以及一端部,所述端部从所述受力件面向外延伸,作用力得以施加于所述受力件面,进而使得所述端部作用于所述接线端子,以控制所述接线端的工作状态。

具体实施方式
以下描述用于揭露本实用新型以使本领域技术人员能够实现本实用新型。以下描述中的优选实施例只作为举例,本领域技术人员可以想到其他显而易见的变型。在以下描述中界定的本实用新型的基本原理可以应用于其他实施方案、变形方案、改进方案、等同方案以及没有背离本实用新型的精神和范围的其他技术方案。
如图5A图9所示,一调光装置1被用于调节灯具的发光源的亮度强弱,由于灯具被安装在天花板等高处或其他安装的位置,用户在使用过程中,想去调整光源亮度满足需求时,由于所述灯具安装位置会造成调节过程十分困难。此时使用者得以通过操控所述调光装置1进而控制光源亮度,将光源亮度调节成自己所需的亮度。本实用新型中的所述调光装置1的一特征在于所述调光装置1相比较于传统的调光器,其外部电线得以在不借助工具的情况下,通过手动的方式便捷地被连接或分离于所述调光装置1,以减少在电线与所述调光装置1连接过程中对工具或安装空间的限制。
所述调光装置1包括一壳体10,一控制组件20以及一接线端部30,所述控制组件20以及所述接线端部30被设于所述壳体10的一收纳腔100内。所述调光装置1通过所述壳体10被安装于墙体等安装面,预先在墙体等安装面设置一安装孔,所述壳体10得以被嵌入安装于所述安装孔内,通过一电线将所述灯具与所述调光装置1带电导通。用户在连接或分离所述电线时,得以直接地通过手压的方式对所述接线端部30进行控制,无需借助工具或将所述调光装置1进行拆除后在再进行接线过程,使得所述调光装置1的接线过程十分便捷。所述调光装置1通过所述电线联通于所述灯具时,所述电线被连接于所述接线端部30,使得所述调光装置1得以控制所述灯具的光源亮度。如图1A和1B所示,所述调光装置包括一壳体10P,一控制件20以及一接线端子30P,所述控制件20P以及所述接线端子30P分别被安装于所述壳体10P。现有技术中所述接线端子30P的受力部位于所述壳体10P内,并且受力部的朝向与所述接线端子30P的接线端同一侧,当电线被接入到所述接线端子30P时,先将所述控制件20P与所述 壳体10P分离,工具对受力部施加一作用力使用传统的接线端子连接电线时,需要借助工具,通过相匹配的工具控制所述接线端子30P处于开启或闭合的工作状态,进而使得所述电线被连接于所述接线端子30P。目前市面上有两种不同方式的按压式功能的接线端子,如图2和图3所示,现有技术中所述接线端子30P的受力部位于所述壳体10P内,并且受力部的朝向与所述接线端子30P的接线端同一侧,当电线被接入到所述接线端子30P时,工具对受力部施加一作用力。但是这种方式的弊端在于,当所述调光装置被安装后需要重新接线时,需要重新将所述调光装置进行拆除安装,过程十分繁琐。如图4A和4B所示的另一种按压式调光装置,在电线连接过程中,只需将所述控制件20P与所述壳体10P分离,就能对所述接线端子30P进行操控,减少所述调光装置的拆除安装过程。但是这类调光装置中的接线端子由于结构限制,其本身体积相比较于常规的所述接线端子30P的体积偏大,进而为使用所述手压式的接线端子,必须生产出体积偏大的所述壳体10P与其相匹配,但是体积偏大的调光装置在安装或更换过程中将出现所述安装孔不匹配的安装问题;另一方面,手压式接线端子底部没有与所述调光装置上的电路板相联通,从而无法完成所述电线与所述电路板板之间的桥接作用。而本实用新型中的所述接线端部30将解决上述问题,所述接线端部30的体积小巧,得以被设于所述收纳腔100内,同时所述电线连接所述接线端部30时,无需借助工具,只需用一作用力于所述接线端部30,所述电线得以被插入连接于所述接线端部30,减少接线安装难度。
值得一提的是,所述接线端部30被设于所述收纳腔100内,所述电线被连接于所述接线端部30,进而使得所述调光装置1带电导通于所述灯具。所述接线端部30包括至少一受力件31以及至少一接线端32,各所述受力件31被设于所述接线端部32,所述受力件31向着所述接线端32的方向延伸。所述受力件31受到外部的一作用力,向着所述接线端32的方向移动,当所述受力件31连接于所述接线端部32时,所述受力件31得以控制所述接线端32的工作状态,使得所述接线端32处于开启或闭合的工作状态,进而使得所述电线得以被插入连接于所述接线端32或从所述接线端32分离。其中所述受力件31具有一受力件面311,施加于所述受力件32的作用力得以被作用于所述受力件面311,一作用力作用于所述受力件面311施力,便于用户在所述电线与所述接线端部30连 接或分离过程。值得一提的是,所述受力件31具有一端部312,所述端部312从所述受力件面311向所述接线端32延伸,其中所述端部312呈一倒扣型,所述倒扣型结构得以增加所述受力件31与所述接线端32的连接,同时所述接线端部30在使用过程中所述电线的脱落。
所述接线端32包括一按压台321以及一接线端子322,所述按压台321被设于所述接线端子322,其中所述按压台321位于所述接线端子322的上方,所述按压台321与所述接线端子322之间为具有弹性的连接控制,所述按压台321在作用力下得以在所述接线端子322内滑动,进而控制所述接线端32处于开启或闭合的工作状态。所述受力件31在作用力下向着所述接线端32移动时,所述端部312得以作用于所述按压台321,所述按压台321得以在所述接线端子322内上下滑动,进而使得所述接线端32处于开启或闭合的工作状态,便于电线的连接或分离。其中所述按压台321具有一固定槽3210,所述固定槽3210得以相匹配连接于所述端部312,增强所述受力件31于所述接线端32的连接,防止所述受力件31向所述接线端32移动时位置偏移,影响所述接线端部30的使用。其中,所述接线端子322具有一接线孔3220,电线得以通过所述接线孔3220被插入连接或分离于所述接线端32。所述受力件31控制所述接线端32处于开启或闭合的工作状态时,即所述接线孔3220被控制处于开启或闭合的工作状态。当所述受力件31向着所述接线端32移动,控制所述接线端32处于开始状态时,所述按压台321在所述接线端子322滑动,所述接线孔3220处于开启状态,电线得以被插入于所述接线孔3220,施加于所述受力件31的作用力解除时,所述按压台321在所述接线端子322内的滑动状态被改变,使得所述接线孔3220处于闭合的工作状态,进而使得所述电线连接于所述接线端部30。反之,所述电线与所述接线端部30分离时,施加一作用力于所述受力件31,所述按压台321在所述接线端子322内滑动,使得所述接线孔3220处于开启状态,电线得以与所述接线端子322分离。
值得一提的是,所述接线端部30进一步包括一导向部33,所述导向部33被设于所述受力件31与所述接线端32之间,所述受力件31沿着所述导向部33向着所述接线端32方向滑动,所述受力件31精准地连接于所述接线端32,所述导向部33得以防止所述受力件31向着所述接线端32移动时发生位置偏移。 值得一提的是,所述导向部33具有一开孔330,所述开孔330位于所述导向部33的中间,并贯穿于所述导向部33,所述受力件31得以在所述开孔330内向着所述接线端32方向上下滑动,使得所述端部312得以精确地连接于所述固定槽3210,所述开孔330具有一定导向作用。呈倒扣型的所述端部312在所述开孔330内滑动时,得以防止所述受力件31从所述开孔330内滑出,所述端部312的倒扣型设计起到一阻止件的作用。
值得一提的是,所述受力件31、所述接线端32以及所述导向部33的数量得以根据连接所述电线的数数选择性地增加,但是所述受力件31、所述接线端32以及所述导向部33彼此之间的数量一致,从而达到匹配连接的效果。
其中所述壳体10包括一后盖件11以及一面板12,所述面板12设于所述后盖件11,所述调光装置1被设于安装孔内时,得以增加所述调光装置1的外表美观度。所述后盖件11具有一开口110,即所述后盖件11为一具有开口110的方体结构,所述面板12可拆卸地被设于所述后盖件1110。所述后盖件11进一步包括一支架部111,所述支撑部111被设于所述开口110,用于封闭所述开口110,使得所述接线端部30处于所述后盖件11的封闭空间内。所述面板12被设于所述支架部111,所述面板12与所述支架部111之间形成一空间,所述受力件面311穿过所述支架部111,位于所述空间内。值得一提的是,面板12的尺寸正好匹配与所述支架部111的大小及尺寸,便于所述面板12相匹配地设于所述支架部111。同时所述支架部111的作用是将所述调光装置1被安装于墙体等安装面的所述安装孔内,所述支架部111增加所述壳体11与墙体等安装面的连接。其中所述后盖件11具有一开槽120,所述开槽120位于所述后盖件11的一侧面,所述接线端部30被设于所述后盖件11时,毗邻于开槽120,所述电线得以通过所述开槽120被穿入到所述容纳腔100内,并连接于所述接线端部30。
所述后盖件11向着所述开口110方向向外延伸,形成一支架部111A,即所述支架部111A呈环形地被设于所述开口110处,所述支架部111A对所述面板12提供一支撑,便于所述面板12稳固地连接于所述后盖件11。另一方面,所述调光装置1被安装于所述安装孔时,所述支架部111A同时使得所述调光装置1被稳固安装于墙体等安装面。相比较于上述支架部111封闭于所述后盖件11,所述支架部111A只是所述后盖件11的环边的延伸,使得所述后盖件11上的所 述开口110仍未封闭,用户得以直接将所述面板12与所述支架部111A分离后,手通过所述开口进入到所述收纳腔100,对所述接线端部30进行控制。其中所述面板12的尺寸正好相匹配与所述支架部111A的大小及尺寸。
值得一提的是,所述控制组件20包括一控制件21以及一控制电路22,被设于所述面板12的所述控制件21电联于所述控制电路22,所述控制电路22被电联于所述接线端部30,所述控制电路22被设于所述容纳腔100内。用户在使用所述调光装置1控制灯具的亮度时,只需通过控制所述控制件21,所述控制件21根据用户的调节,将向所述控制电路22传输一电信号,所述控制电路22进而控制所述灯具的亮度。其中所述控制件21包括一旋钮211,用户控制旋转所述旋钮211,即用户控制所述旋钮211相对于所述面板12旋转时,得以控制所述灯具的亮度变化,所述控制组件20得以根据用户的需求,增加或减弱所述灯具的亮度,以满足使用需求。在一般生产过程中,为达到所述调光装置1的整体美观度,所述旋钮211被设于所述面板12的中心,形成以对称的设计美观,但是得以根据设计结构的不同,将所述旋钮211设于所述面板12的任何位置。
值得一提的是,所述面板12具有一安装孔130,所述安装孔130位于所述面板12的中心,所述安装孔130贯穿于所述面板12。所述旋钮211的大小尺寸相匹配与所述安装孔130,进而使得所述旋钮211通过所述安装孔130被嵌入安装于所述壳体10,所述旋钮211位于所述支架部111的上方。值得一提的是,所述安装孔130具有一定预设尺寸,所述旋钮211与所述面板12分离中,用户的手得以通过所述安装孔130进入到所述收纳腔100内,直接对所述受力件31施加作用力,直接进行所述电线与所述接线端部30的连接或分离,无需将所述面板12或所述支架部111与所述后盖件11进行拆解过程,使得所述调光装置1的使用更加便捷。
如图10A和10B所示,本实用新型的变形实施例,所述控制件21从所述面板12穿过,所述旋钮211连接于所述控制件21的延伸部。相比较于上述实施例,所述变形实施例中,所述面板12上的安装孔120的尺寸仅仅允许所述控制件21的延伸端通过,即所述旋钮211被安装于所述面板12上。这样的设计结构具有防止灰尘通过所述安装孔120与所述旋钮211之间的缝隙进入到所述收纳腔100内,进而对所述控制电路造成影响。
用户在连接或分离所述电线过程中,只需将所述面板12与所述支架部111相离分,就能使用手指对所述受力件面311施加作用力。所述面板12与所述支架部111的连接方式为卡扣形式,使得所述面板12与所述支架部111的连接与分离十分便捷。
本实用新型的另一种变形实施例,所述控制件21包括一感应件212,所述感应件212被设于所述面板12,所述感应件212电联于所述控制电路22。所述感应件212得以通过无线感应或触摸感应方式,进行对所述灯具亮度的调节,无需通过手动调节所述控制件21,进一步增加所述调光装置1的实用性。所述感应件212包括一触摸件以及一声控件,所述触摸件得以根据用户施加于所述控制件21的作用力的强弱进行对所述灯具亮度的调节;所述声控件得以根据用户发生声音的强弱对所述灯具亮度调节。随着智能家居的普及,感应的控制方式将是生活的主流趋势,为用户控制灯具亮度提供更加便捷的控制方式。
本领域的技术人员应理解,上述描述及附图中所示的本实用新型的实施例只作为举例而并不限制本实用新型。本实用新型的目的已经完整并有效地实现。本实用新型的功能及结构原理已在实施例中展示和说明,在没有背离所述原理下,本实用新型的实施方式可以有任何变形或修改。

Claims (19)

  1. 一接线端部,用于连接至少一电线,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一受力件;和
    至少一接线端,各所述受力件可滑动地被设于所述接线端,一作用力作用于各所述受力件,所述受力件得以控制所述接线端处于开启或闭合的状态,进而控制所述接线端连接或分离一电线。
  2. 权利要求1所述的接线端部,其中所述接线端部进一步包括至少一导向部,所述导向部具有一开孔,各所述受力件分别通过所述开孔连接于所述接线端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的接线端部,所述接线端包括一按压台以及一接线端子,所述按压台被设于所述接线端子,所述按压台得以在所述接线端子内滑动,进而控制所述接线端子处于开启或闭合的工作状态。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的接线端部,其中所述受力件具有一受力件面以及一端部,所述端部从所述受力件面向外延伸,作用力得以施加于所述受力件面,进而使得所述端部作用于所述接线端子,以控制所述接线端的工作状态。

  7. 一调光装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一壳体;
    一控制组件;以及
    一接线端部,所述接线端部包括至少一受力件以及至少一接线端,所述 控制组件电联于所述接线端,所述接线端部以及所述控制组件被设于所述壳体,一作用力作用于所述受力件,所述受力件得以控制所述接线端处于开启或闭合的状态,进而控制所述接线端连接或分离一电线。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的调光装置,其中所述接线端部进一步包括至少一导向部,所述导向部具有一开孔,各所述受力件分别通过所述开孔连接于所述接线端。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的调光装置,所述接线端包括一按压台以及一接线端子,所述按压台被设于所述接线端子,所述按压台得以在所述接线端子内滑动,进而控制所述接线端子处于开启或闭合的工作状态。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的调光装置,其中所述受力件具有一受力件面以及一端部,所述端部从所述受力件面向外延伸,作用力得以施加于所述受力件面,进而使得所述端部作用于所述接线端子,以控制所述接线端的工作状态。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的调光装置,其中所述按压台具有一固定槽,所述端部呈一倒扣结构,所述端部得以匹配连接于所述固定槽,增加所述受力件与所述接线端的连接。

  13. 如权利要求12所述的调光装置,其中所述壳体包括一后盖件以及一面板,所述后盖件具有一收纳腔及一开口,所述控制件及所述接线端部通过所述开口被设于所述收纳腔内,所述面板被设于所述后盖件。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的调光装置,其中所述后盖件进一步包括一支架部,所述受力件穿过于所述支架部,位于所述支架部与所述面板所形成的一空间内, 所述面板与所述支架部分离,得以操控所述受力件,进而控制所述接线端部。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的调光装置,其中所述开口环边分别具有一向外的延伸,形成一支架部,所述面板与所述支架部分离后,用户得以通过所述开口进入到所述收纳腔,进而对所述受力件施加一作用力,进而控制所述接线端部。
  16. 如权利要求14或15所述的调光装置,其中控制组件包括一控制件以及一控制电路,所述控制件电联于所述控制电路,所述控制电路电联于所述接线端部,用户通过操控所述控制件,进而控制电联于所述接线端部的一灯具的亮度。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的调光装置,其中所述控制件包括一旋钮,所述面板具有一安装孔,所述旋钮通过所述安装孔被安装于所述壳体。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的调光装置,其中所述壳体具有一开槽,所述接线端部毗邻于所述开槽,所述电线通过所述开槽被连接或分离于所述接线端部。
