然而, 多功能 LED产品其内部构造如图 10所示, 该产品为一具有感 应启动 LED(93)的照明装置 (9), 其内部具有多个 LED(93)、 感应组件 (94)... 等多种组件组设于电路板 (92)上, 进一步配合壳体 (91)加以封装, 达成保护 各组件的目的; 而通过该感应组件 (94)感知启动讯号使多个 LED(93)进行照 明用途, 通过减少持续使用的时间, 而节省能源; 若该使用者需使用具有 录像功能的产品, 则另需花费购买另一产品进行更换使用, 对于使用者而 言, 需拆卸原有产品, 才能进行替换使用, 也因此产生耗时施工与花费开 销的问题。
对于需求多种功能的使用者而言,实有诸多不便之处,基于上述前提, 实有必要开发一种新的发光装置, 以期能多种功能进行使用以及增加使用 的便利性, 由此满足更多使用者不同功能需求。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种模块化发光装置,通过一多功能模块, 由使用者选择所需传感器或摄像镜头, 并在多功能模块内配合装设基板, 通过固接于灯具的壳体内部, 而达成模块化可供功能选择使用的目的。 本发明的次要目的,若使用者需使用灯具为:一般发光二极管的灯泡、 吸顶灯、 嵌灯、 天井灯、 日光灯管、 壁灯…等, 也能直接将本发明中的多 功能模块装设在前述各灯具内部使用。
本发明的技术手段是这样实现的:
一种模块化发光装置, 其包含有:
一壳体, 内部设有多功能模块以及具有一个以上发光组件的灯板; 一多功能模块, 包含一具有容置空间的模块底座, 一连结于该模块底 座下方的灯板, 该容置空间内设置传感器及摄像镜头, 通过传感器启动摄 像镜头及发光组件。
优选的, 所述的模块化发光装置, 其中该容置空间设置单一传感器, 通过传感器启动发光组件。
优选的, 所述的模块化发光装置, 其中该传感器设于该摄像镜头的一 侧。
优选的, 所述的模块化发光装置, 其中该容置空间还包含有: 一基板 设于容置空间上端, 用以固定该摄像镜头或传感器, 以免该摄像镜头或传 感器外露受损。
更优选的, 所述的模块化发光装置, 其中该多功能模块设于该壳体内 部, 以适用于各灯具的壳体内部。

如图 5至图 9所示, 分别为本创作发明另一、 二、 三、 四、 五的实施 例, 各图式中的壳体(1)为嵌灯 (31)、 吸顶灯 (32)、 天井灯 (34)、 日光灯管(33) 以及壁灯 (37), 各壳体(1)中皆具有 LED的电路板 (36), 能进一步利用模块 底座 (21)中的多个固定孔 (211), 通过螺丝锁固手段于各壳体(1)内部或是其 它能配合锁固的位置, 更详细而言: 当设于嵌灯 (31)时, 该多功能模块 (2) 是设于其中的下壳体( 12)部位的电路板 (36)上, 而此电路板 (36)还能通过配 合枢轴设计, 使该多功能模块 (2)能以枢转方式进行顺逆方向微调整, 让该 多功能模块 (2)具有调整使用范围的功能, 且还能固定于无枢转设计的电路 板 (36)上; 而设于吸顶灯 (32)时, 则是设于该壳体(1)内的电路板 (36)部位; 若设于天井灯 (34)时, 也设于该壳体(1)内的电路板 (36)部位; 而当设于日光 灯管(33)时, 则设于封闭的空间内, 配合电性连结该日光灯管(33)上的电路 板 (36);若设于壁灯 (37)时,该多功能模块 (2)也设于该壳体(1)内的电路板 (36) 部位; 上述多功能模块 (2)主要是利用原本结构的多个固定孔 (211)而固设于 不同灯具内, 且原本传感器 (24)以及摄像镜头 (23)也能继续让使用者选择所 需功能使用, 使多功能模块 (2)能通过模块化而拆换于不同灯具, 且各灯具 中所设发光组件 (26)也能通过电性连结该多功能模块 (2)而进行启闭设定; 而从上述实施例中的嵌灯 (31)可枢转设计,也能简单改变而使用于各种灯具 上, 而具有调整使用范围的功能,故并无限制只能应用于该嵌灯 (31)此实施 例的结构中。 由上述各实施例配合图式能清楚了解, 本发明中的多功能模 块 (2)在装设于不同灯具时, 皆是安装于该灯具的壳体 (1)内, 故设置方式因 此受限于壳体内部, 因而能通过此限制条件能将多功能模块 (2)安装于更多 灯具的壳体(1)内, 并不限制于上述各实施例的灯具, 经前述设置方式能进 一步让实用性更为广泛, 由此达成模块化替换使用功能的目的。
以上依据附图所示的实施例详细说明了本发明的构造、 特征及作用效 果, 但以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例, 本发明不以图示所示限定实施 范围, 举凡与本发明意旨相符的修饰性变化, 只要在均等范围内都应涵属 于本发明专利范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种模块化发光装置, 其特征在于, 其包含有:
一壳体, 内部设有一多功能模块以及具有一个以上发光组件的灯板; 一多功能模块, 其包含一具有容置空间的模块底座, 一连结于该模块 底座下方的灯板, 该容置空间内设置传感器及摄像镜头, 通过传感器启动 摄像镜头及发光组件。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的模块化发光装置, 其特征在于, 其中该容置空 间设置单一传感器, 通过传感器启动发光组件运作。
3.如权利要求 1 所述的模块化发光装置, 其特征在于, 其中该传感器 设于该摄像镜头的一侧。
4.如权利要求 1 所述的模块化发光装置, 其特征在于, 其中该容置空 间还包含有: 一基板设于容置空间上端, 用以固定该摄像镜头或传感器, 以免该摄像镜头或传感器外露受损。
5.如权利要求 1 所述的模块化发光装置, 其特征在于, 其中该多功能 模块设于该壳体内部, 以适合安装于各种灯具的壳体内部。
