一种便携式封口机,其包括封口机本体,封口机本体包括外壳、发热体(4)和加热控制机构,外壳上设有夹口(121),发热体(4)设置在夹口(121)内,加热控制机构设置在外壳上;外壳内设有电池仓(132),电池仓(132)设有输出电极,输出电极通过加热控制机构与发热体(4)电性连接;所述加热控制机构包括导电弹性触片(41)和用于触控导电弹性触片(41)的按钮组件,导电弹性触片(41)一端与发热体(4)电性连接,导电弹性触片(41)另一端位于输出电极上方;按钮组件活动设置在外壳上,通过调节按钮组件的位置使得按钮组件与导电弹性触片(41)形成离合关系。便携式封口机不使用时,可以避免因不小心触压按钮组件而导致导电弹性触片(41)与输出电极闭合。

Description

便携式封口机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种便携式封口机。
背景技术
中国专利文献号CN101596950B于2011年5月4日公开了一种可携式电热封口机,具体公开了包括:一本体,包括有一导引结构,且本体外表面突设有一耐热绝缘体、一第一端子板、以及一第二端子板,该第一端子板与该第二端子板分别电连接于一电流源的一正极与一负极;一电热头,其上设有一电热线、一第一电热头金属片、一第二电热头金属片、及一滑动部,该电热线二端分别电连接于该第一电热头金属片、与该第二电热头金属片,该电热头通过该滑动部滑设于该导引结构中;以及一弹性组件,二端分别抵接该本体与该电热头,促使该电热线远离该耐热绝缘体用以使该电热头得以活动于导引结构中;其中,当该电热头在一封口位置时,该第一电热头金属片与该第二电热头金属片分别接触于该第一端子板与该第二端子板。该结构的电热头移动到位后,即开始热熔工作,误操作时,容易对人体造成伤害,特别是小朋友,因此该结构的安全性较差;此外,其结构复杂,性能较差,容易损坏。因此,有必要做进一步改进。
另外,现有便携式封口机,包括封口机本体,封口机本体包括外壳、发热体、加热控制机构和电池仓,外壳上设有夹口,发热体设置在夹口内,加热控制机构设置在外壳上,电池仓设置在外壳内,电池仓设有输出电极,输出电极通过加热控制机构与发热体电性连接。其使用时,将开口的塑料袋放入夹口、并将塑料袋压在发热体上,同时启动加热控制机构,发热体得电,使得塑料袋熔融,然后使塑料袋与封口机本体相对塑料袋开口方向运动,即可实现袋口的热熔封闭。但是,现有便携式封口机均存在以下不足:只能通过电池供电(并且电池大小型号需要符合电池仓形状),一旦电池电量过低时,则不能完成封口工作,导致产品应用有所局限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、合理,控制方便、成本低、可防止误加热的便携式封口机,以克服现有技术的不足之处。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种便携式封口机,包括封口机本体,封口机本体包括外壳、发热体和加热控制机构,外壳上设有夹口,发热体设置在夹口内,加热控制机构设置在外壳上;外壳内设有电池仓,电池仓设有输出电极,输出电极通过加热控制机构与发热体电性连接;其特征在于:所述加热控制机构包括导电弹性触片和用于触控导电弹性触片的按钮组件,导电弹性触片一端与发热体电性连接,导电弹性触片另一端位于输出电极上方;按钮组件活动设置在外壳上,通过调节按钮组件的位置使得按钮组件与导电弹性触片形成离合关系。当封口机不使用时,改变按钮组件的位置至与导电弹性触片形成离的关系(不能传动的状态关系),可以避免导电弹性触片与输出电极闭合;当需要使用封口机时,改变按钮组件的位置至与导电弹性触片形成合的关系(不能传动的状态关系),可以避免导电弹性触片与输出电极闭合。
本发明的目的还可以采用以下技术措施解决:
作为更具体的方案,所述按钮组件包括按钮、触块、复位弹簧和压块;按钮转动及上下活动设置在外壳上,按钮与外壳内壁之间设有所述复位弹簧,按钮下端设有所述压块,外壳对应按钮下端设有让位孔,让位孔与夹口连通,按钮上端伸出外壳顶部;触块上下活动设置在外壳内,触块对应导电弹性触片另一端设有触脚,触脚承接在导电弹性触片另一端上,触块对应按钮设有套孔,套孔内壁设有凹凸相间的凹槽和凸台,按钮外周对应凹槽设有凸起。
所述按钮由按钮上部和按钮下部两部分构成,所述凸起设置在按钮上部外周,按钮上部底面与按钮下部顶面分别设有定位槽和定位凸块,定位槽与定位凸块定位配合;按钮下部外周设有凸环,凸环对应位于套孔下方(在凸环作用下,按钮不能从下至上穿过套孔),按钮下部外周还对应凸环下方竖直设有导向槽,让位孔内壁对应导向槽设有导向凸块,让位孔顶面外周设有弹簧定位环形槽,复位弹簧压接在弹簧定位环形槽与凸环底 面之间。
所述触块的套孔内壁对应凸台底部还设有限位挡面,限位挡面旁设有预紧凸起,按钮外周对应限位挡面设有限位挡块,限位挡块对应预紧凸起设有凹位(该结构可以实现按钮在旋转时手感更强,便于按钮的定位)。
所述触块表面设有导向孔,外壳内对应导向孔设有导向柱,导向孔套设在导向柱外,触块沿导向柱上下直线滑动。
所述按钮底部还设有尖刀,所述尖刀的下端为刀刃,刀刃呈V型,V型刀刃的尖端有利于刺破塑料袋。
所述发热体通过绝缘隔热座与外壳隔开,避免靠近发热体的外壳因受热变形。所述发热体包括前后两根发热丝(可以使得被其热熔封口的包装袋具有两道密封线),两根发热丝相互并联,外壳外表面对应前后两根发热丝的前后平分面上设有对中指示标志,便于用户对塑料包装袋进行封口操作。
所述外壳包括上壳、中壳和下壳,中壳呈U型,U型内侧形成所述夹口,U型外侧分别与上壳和下壳一端扣接,上壳和下壳另一端相互扣接,从而进一步降低产品安装的工序和降低产品成本。
所述外壳后端设有挂带,以便于其与随身物品共同挂放;和/或,外壳表面设有磁贴,使得便携式封口机可以磁吸在冰箱等具有金属外壳的家电表面,或者磁吸在铁质的门体、墙体等位置上。
所述外壳上还设有外接电源插口,外接电源插口外端与外壳外表面连通,外接电源插口内端通过加热控制机构与发热体电性连接;所述外壳内设有控制电路板,电池仓设有输出电极,输出电极通过加热控制机构与发热体电性连接;控制电路板设有充电电路,外接电源插口设置在控制电路板上、并通过充电电路与输出电极电性连接;所述外接电源插口为USB插口或DC插口(或者是其它日常生活中常用的直流电供电插口)。由于便携式封口机同时设有电池仓和外接电源插口,所以发热体可以由外部电源供电或通过电池仓的电池供电。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)此款便携式封口机通过按钮组件按下后,导电弹性触 片与输出电极接通,实现发热体通电,其操作方式符合人体力学的要求,操作方便;其内部通过导电弹性触片的接触实现导电,成本较低;
(2)此款便携式封口机的按钮可以旋转及上下运动,所以,可以设计成当压块与发热体对正时,按下按钮可以同时实现导电弹性触片与输出电极接通,以便进行塑料袋封口;当压块不与发热体对正时,即使按钮按下,也不能给发热体供电,提高其使用的安全性,当用户不使用便携式封口机时,可以将按钮旋至该状态,提高产品在不使用时的安全性;
(3)此款便携式封口机的按钮底部还设有尖刀,当尖刀与发热体安装位置处对准,此时按下按钮可以通过尖刀刺破塑料袋,然后通过使得拉动塑料袋或封口机本体即可实现塑料袋割开;
(4)此款便携式封口机通过设置外接电源插口后,可以外部供电,而不局限于由特有形状的电池供电,用户可以选择性地通过充电器、电源适配器、移动电源等方式供电,提升产品的便利性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一,参见图1至图7所示,一种便携式封口机,包括封口机本体,封口机本体包括外壳、发热体4和加热控制机构,外壳上设有夹口121,发热体4设置在夹口121内,加热控制机构设置在外壳上;外壳内设有电池仓132,电池仓132设有输出电极,输出电极通过加热控制机构与发热体4电性连接; 其特征在于:所述加热控制机构包括导电弹性触片41和用于触控导电弹性触片41的按钮组件,导电弹性触片41一端与发热体4电性连接,导电弹性触片41另一端位于输出电极上方;按钮组件活动设置在外壳上,其一端伸出外壳外,另一端指向导电弹性触片41另一端的顶部。
所述电池仓132内可以放置两颗电池,电池仓132一端设有将两颗电池串联的搭桥导电片133,电池仓132另一端则设有两个输出电极,两个输出电极分别为第一输出电极134和第二输出电极135,其中第一输出电极134与发热体4一端电性连接,发热体4另一端与导电弹性触片41的一端电性连接,导电弹性触片41另一端位于第二输出电极135上方。所述外壳表面对应电池仓132设有可拆盖板131,打开可拆盖板131后便于更换电池。
所述按钮组件包括按钮、触块6、复位弹簧7和压块22;按钮转动及上下活动设置在外壳上,按钮与外壳内壁之间设有所述复位弹簧7,按钮下端设有所述压块22,外壳对应按钮下端设有让位孔125,让位孔125与夹口121连通,按钮上端伸出外壳顶部;触块6上下活动设置在外壳内,触块6对应导电弹性触片41另一端设有触脚64,触脚64承接在导电弹性触片41另一端上,触块6对应按钮设有套孔61,套孔61内壁设有凹凸相间的凹槽62和凸台65,按钮外周对应凹槽62设有凸起24。当凸起24与凸台65正对时,压块22与发热体4正对,按下按钮,按钮可带动触块6向下运动、并使得导电弹性触片41与第二输出电极135接触,实现对发热体4供电,并且,压块22与发热体4靠近(若在压块22与发热体4之间放置塑料包装袋,即可实现将塑料包装袋热熔密封)。当凸起24与凹槽62正对时,压块22与发热体4错开,按钮向下运动亦不能带动触块6向下运动,所以发热体4不能供电。
所述按钮由按钮上部2和按钮下部21两部分构成,所述凸起24设置在按钮上部2外周,按钮上部2底面与按钮下部21顶面分别设有定位槽25和定位凸块27,定位槽25与定位凸块27定位配合;按钮下部21外周设有凸环26,凸环26对应位于套孔61下方,按钮下部21外周还对应凸环26下方竖直设有导向槽28,让位孔125内壁对应导向槽28设有导向凸块122,让位孔125顶面外周设有弹簧定位环形槽123,复位弹簧Ί压接在弹簧定位环形槽123凸环26底面之间。
所述触块6的套孔61内壁对应凸台65底部还设有限位裆面66,限位挡面66旁设有预紧凸起67,按钮处周对应限位挡面66设有限位挡块,限位挡块对应预紧凸起67设有凹位。
所述触块6表面设有导向孔63,外壳内对应导向孔63设有导向柱126,导向孔63套设在导向柱112外,触块6沿导向柱126上下直线滑动。
所述按钮底部还设有尖刀23,所述尖刀23的下端为刀刃,刀刃呈V型。
所述发热体4通过绝缘隔热座3与外壳隔开;所述发热体4包括前后两根发热丝,两根发热丝相互并联,外壳外表面对应前后两根发热丝的前后平分面上设有对中指示标志113。发热丝两端从上至下穿至绝缘隔热座3底部并分别与导电弹性触片41和电池仓132的第一输出电极134电性连接。中壳12对应绝缘隔热座3设有开孔124,发热丝通过绝緣隔热座3与开孔124壁隔开。绝缘隔热座3包括隔热框31、隔热垫34和耐热绝缘膜33,发热丝弯折呈拱形,发热丝跨过隔热垫34左右两侧,发热丝下端分别与导电弹性触片41的一端电性连接和第一输出电极134的一端电性连接。隔热框31套设在发热丝及隔热垫34外,以将发热丝的热量与外壳隔开。耐热绝缘膜33覆盖在发热丝外。
所述外壳包括上壳11、中壳12和下壳13,中壳12呈U型,U型内侧形成所述夹口121,U型外侧分别与上壳11和下壳13一端扣接,上壳11和下壳13另一端相互扣接。所述外壳后端设有挂带8,所述电池仓的可拆盖扳131外表面设有凹面,凹面内设有磁贴9。所述扣接的方式是通过倒钩114和扣位136扣接。
实施例二,与实施例一的区别在于:参见图8所示,所述外壳上还设有外接电源插口5,外接电源插口5外端与外壳外表面连通,外接电源插口5内端通过加热控制机构与发热体4电性连接;所述外壳内设有控制电路板51,电池仓132设有输出电极,输出电极通过加热控制机构与发热体4电性连接;控制电路板51设有充电电路,外接电源插口5设置在控制电路板51上并通过充电电路与输出电极电性连接;所述外接电源插口5为USB插口或DC插口。
所述外壳内设有电池仓132和控制电路板51,电池仓132设有输出电极,输出电极通过加热控制机构与发热体4电性连接;控制电路板51设有充电电路,外接电源插口5设置在控制电路板51上、并通过充电电路与输出电极电性连接。所述电池仓132内可放置可充电电池,外接电源插口与外部电源连接后,可以给电池仓中可充电电池充电,也可以同时给发热体供电,或者外部电源通过可充电电池再给发热体供电。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便携式封口机,包括封口机本体,封口机本体包括外壳、发热体(4)和加热控制机构,外壳上设有夹口(121),发热体(4)设置在夹口(121)内,加热控制机构设置在外壳上;外壳内设有电池仓(132),电池仓(132)设有输出电极,输出电极通过加热控制机构与发热体(4)电性连接;其特征在于:所述加热控制机构包括导电弹性触片(41)和用于触控导电弹性触片(41)的按钮组件,导电弹性触片(41)一端与发热体(4)电性连接,导电弹性触片(41)另一端位于输出电极上方;按钮组件活动设置在外壳上,通过调节按钮组件的位置使得按钮组件与导电弹性触片(41)形成离合关系。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述便携式封口机,其特征在于:所述按钮组件包括按钮、触块(6)、复位弹簧(7)和压块(22);按钮转动及上下活动设置在外壳上,按钮与外壳内壁之间设有所述复位弹簧(7),按钮下端设有所述压块(22),外壳对应按钮下端设有让位孔(125),让位孔(125)与夹口(121)连通,按钮上端伸出外壳顶部;触块(6)上下活动设置在外壳内,触块(6)对应导电弹性触片(41)另一端设有触脚(64),触脚(64)承接在导电弹性触片(41)另一端上,触块(6)对应按钮设有套孔(61),套孔(61)内壁设有凹凸相间的凹槽(62)和凸台(65),按钮外周对应凹槽(62)设有凸起(24)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述便携式封口机,其特征在于:所述按钮由按钮上部(2)和按钮下部(21)两部分构成,所述凸起(24)设置在按钮上部(2)外周,按钮上部(2)底面与按钮下部(21)顶面分别设有定位槽(25)和定位凸块(27),定位槽(25)与定位凸块(27)定位配合;按钮下部(21)外周设有凸环(26),凸环(26)对应位于套孔(61)下方,按钮下部(21)外周还对应凸环(26)下方竖直设有导向槽(28),让位孔(125)内壁对应导向槽(28)设有导向凸块(122),让位孔(125)顶面外周设有弹簧定位环形槽(123),复位弹簧(7)压接在弹簧定位环形槽(123)与凸环(26)底面之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述便携式封口机,其特征在于:所述触 块(6)的套孔(61)内壁对应凸台(65)底部还设有限位挡面(66),限位挡面(66)旁设有预紧凸起(67),按钮外周对应限位挡面(66)设有限位挡块,限位挡块对应预紧凸起(67)设有凹位。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述便携式封口机,其特征在于:所述触块(6)表面设有导向孔(63),外壳内对应导向孔(63)设有导向柱(112),导向孔(63)套设在导向柱(112)外,触块(6)沿导向柱(112)上下直线滑动。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述便携式封口机,其特征在于:所述按钮底部还设有尖刀(23),所述尖刀23的下端为刀刃,刀刃呈V型。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述便携式封口机,其特征在于:所述发热体(4)通过绝缘隔热座(3)与外壳隔开;所述发热体(4)包括前后两根发热丝,两根发热丝相互并联,外壳外表面对应前后两根发热丝的前后平分面上设有对中指示标志(113)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述便携式封口机,其特征在于:所述外壳包括上壳(11)、中壳(12)和下壳(13),中壳(12)呈U型,U型内侧形成所述夹口(121),U型外侧分别与上壳(11)和下壳(13)一端扣接,上壳(11)和下壳(13)另一端相互扣接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述便携式封口机,其特征在于:所述外壳后端设有挂带(8),和/或,外壳表面设有磁贴(9)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述便携式封口机,其特征在于:所述外壳上还设有外接电源插口(5),外接电源插口(5)外端与外壳外表面连通,外接电源插口(5)内端通过加热控制机构与发热体(4)电性连接;所述外壳内设有控制电路板(51),电池仓(132)设有输出电极,输出电极通过加热控制机构与发热体(4)电性连接;控制电路板(51)设有充电电路,外接电源插口(5)设置在控制电路板(51)上、并通过充电电路与输出电极电性连接;所述外接电源插口(5)为USB插口或DC插口。
