Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,包括一端相铰接的机座和机架,以及设置在机座上的电热丝,所述的机座上制有一个配接USB接口电源线的电源插孔,在电源插孔内固定有连接USB接口电源线的电源插座,电源插座的正负极与所述的电热丝相串联。该技术方案通过电脑的USB接口为微型封口机提供电源,在使用时可以不依靠电池,具有节能环保,简便易携带的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及包装机械设备的技术领域,尤其涉及一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,方便携带和使用。
背景技术
微型封口机主要用于封接薄膜等口袋,因其携带方便,而深受人们的喜爱,一般微型封口机设置相铰接的两个本体,利用两个本体的压合动作实现口袋的封接,一般多采用通过电池电加热方式,如专利号为200520055422.5的中国专利《新型迷你封口机》(公告号为CN2771106Y)就是此类设计。在机架前端有一突出部,机座前端设有突出部,机架与机座铰接,整体呈“C”字形,机架突出部设有上封口块,机座突出部设有电热座,电热座上连接有电热丝,电热丝的固定方式为铆接。虽然其具有一定的优点,但是仍有较多的不足之处:1、采用后交接处的转动压合实现电热丝的通电;2、其本身不带设供电机构,如干电池组或蓄电池组等,所以携带外出的工作时间较短,使用上存在电源的制约;3、封口块,或者是电热座其在结构上未加设置弹性元件,操作该封口机时,手感不佳,且不易判断压合的程度;4、在封口块工作面未设有阻挡有的安全翻板,很容易造成误动作,所以操作并不到到理想;5、还有采用的固定方式的封口块和电热座,增强日常维护的不方便性。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状,而提供结构新颖、体积小、携带方便、可通过USB接口供电的一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,包括一端相铰接的机座和机架,以及设置在机座上的电热丝,所述的机座上制有一个配接USB接口电源线的电源插孔,在电源插孔内固定有连接USB接口电源线的电源插座,电源插座的正负极与所述的电热丝相串联。
为优化上述技术方案,采取的措施还包括:
上述的USB接口电源线包括一个用于连接电脑USB接口的USB接口插头和一个插入电源插座的电源插头。
上述的机架的离合端嵌装有弹压块,相应地,所述的机座离合端配装有与弹压块相配用的电热座;所述的电热座铆接有与所述的电热丝串联的第一触点和第二触点,所述的第一触点和第二触点底面分别配套有嵌装在离合端内腔的第一簧片和第二簧片,所述的第一簧片和第二簧片分别经顶压电热座底面的弹簧与对应的第一触点和第二触点相分离;所述的电源插座的正极通过第一簧片、第一触点、电热丝、第二触点、第二簧片和电源插座的负极构成串联回路。
上述的机座上制有能容纳电池组的半敞开内腔,并且该内腔的沿口配合设有可开闭的电池盖板;将上述的第一簧片和第二簧片电连接有电池组,实现了既可用USB接口供电,又可用电池供电。
上述的电源插座和第一簧片、第二簧片的连接线设置在所述半敞开内腔的底板与机座的底板之间。
上述的机座的侧面贯穿设有与所述的簧片电连接的指示灯;所述的机座底部连接有具有磁性的防滑板;所述的电热座中间制有凸起的封口块,所述的机座离合端上表面扣设有座盖,所述的座盖中间制有能定位封口块的定位孔。
上述的机座离合端侧壁铰接有U型、并且能遮盖电热座上表面的翻板。
上述的电池组上侧还扣装有电池盖板;所述的机架内壁嵌设有弧形的反弹片。
上述的机架铰接端侧边各制耳环,每一所述耳环的内壁还制有定位槽;所述的机座铰接端侧壁制有与耳环相配装的凹弧槽,所述的凹弧槽壁上制有与定位槽相配用的卡位销。
上述的机座的前端底部制有凹槽;凹槽内铰接有能向机座前端伸出的带锯齿的刀片,方便在封口操作后还可实现切割,提高了使用的方便性。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过USB接口供电,在使用时可以不依靠电池,实现了节能环保,USB接口电源线可;同时也可在机座制有容纳电池组的半敞开内腔(电池盒),必要时通过电池供电;另外,还可在机座底部配装刀片,方便封口操作后的切割。

具体实施方式
图1至图5所示为本实用新型的结构示意图,以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述。
其中的附图标记为:机座1、离合端1a、凹弧槽1b、卡位销1c、弹簧孔1d、簧片座1e、插孔1f、凹槽1g、机架2、离合端2a、耳环2b、刀片3、防滑板4、USB接口电源线5、USB接口插头5a、电源插头5b、电源插座6、底板7、连接线8、电热座11、电热丝11a、第一簧片12、弹簧13、电池盖板15、座盖16、第一高温布17、翻板18、弹压块21、反弹片22、第二高温布23。
本实用新型的一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,包括一端相铰接的机座1和机架2,以及设置在机座1上的电热丝11a。在机座1上制有一个配接USB接口电源线5的电源插孔,在电源插孔内固定有连接USB接口电源线5的电源插座6,电源插座6的正负极与所述的电热丝11a相串联。
如图1所示,本实施例的USB接口电源线5包括一个用于连接电脑USB接口的USB接口插头5A和一个连接机座1的电源插头5b,在机座1内固定有与电源插头5b相配接的电源插座6,电源插座6的正负极与电热丝相串联。USB接口插头5A和电源插头5b之间的导线为铜丝,该导线直径可在0.44mm至0.96mm之间,如采用11芯0.06mm的导线或采用16芯0.04mm的导线。
在机架2的离合端2a嵌装有弹压块21,相应地,所述的机座1离合端1a配装有与弹压块21相配用的电热座11。电热座11铆接有与电热丝11a串联的第一触点和第二触点,第一触点和第二触点底面分别配套有嵌装在离合端1a内腔的第一簧片12和第二簧片,第一簧片12和第二簧片分别经顶压电热座11底面的弹簧13与对应的第一触点和第二触点相分离;电源插座6的正极通过第一簧片12、第一触点、电热丝11a、第二触点、第二簧片和电源插座6的负极构成串联回路。
机座1制有能容纳电池组的半敞开内腔,并且该内腔的沿口配合设有可开闭的电池盖板15;第一簧片12和第二簧片电连接有电池组。
电源插座6和第一簧片12、第二簧片的连接线8设置在所述半敞开内腔的底板7与机座1的底板之间。
机座1底部连接有具有磁性的防滑板4;电热座11中间制有凸起的封口块,机座1离合端1a上表面扣设有座盖16,座盖16中间制有能定位封口块的定位孔。
电热座11封口块的两侧边各铆接有贯穿底面的触点,封口块表面扣设至少一根电热丝11a,电热丝11a上至少覆盖有一层粘接在电热座11上表面的第一高温布17;相应地,弹压块21外表至少包粘有一层第二高温布23。成本低廉,结构简单合理。
机座1离合端1a侧壁铰接有U型、并且能遮盖电热座1上表面的翻板18。
电池组上侧还扣装有电池盖板15;机架2内壁嵌设有弧形的反弹片22。
机架2铰接端侧边各制耳环2b,每一耳环2b的内壁还制有定位槽;机座1铰接端侧壁制有与耳环相配装的凹弧槽1b,凹弧槽1b壁上制有与定位槽相配用的卡位销1c。
电热座11中间底面制有能套入弹簧13的盲孔,机座1离合端1a内腔制有能套入弹簧13的弹簧孔1d;机座1弹簧孔1d的两侧各制有簧片座1e,每一簧片座1e内制有嵌装簧片12的插孔1f;机座1底面粘接有防滑板4。
机座1的前端底部制有凹槽1g;凹槽1g内铰接有能向机座前端伸出的带锯齿的刀片3。
虽然本实用新型已通过参考优选的实施例进行了图示和描述,但是,本专业普通技术人员应当了解,在本实用新型权利范围内,可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。

Claims (10)

1、一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,包括一端相铰接的机座(1)和机架(2),以及设置在机座(1)上的电热丝(11a),其特征是:所述的机座(1)上制有一个配接USB接口电源线(5)的电源插孔,在电源插孔内固定有连接USB接口电源线(5)的电源插座(6),电源插座(6)的正负极与所述的电热丝(11a)相串联。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,其特征是:所述的USB接口电源线(5)包括一个用于连接电脑USB接口的USB接口插头(5a)和一个插入所述电源插座(6)的电源插头(5b)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,其特征是:所述的机架(2)的离合端(2a)嵌装有弹压块(21),相应地,所述的机座(1)离合端(1a)配装有与弹压块(21)相配用的电热座(11);所述的电热座(11)铆接有与所述的电热丝(11a)串联的第一触点和第二触点,所述的第一触点和第二触点底面分别配套有嵌装在离合端(1a)内腔的第一簧片(12)和第二簧片,所述的第一簧片(12)和第二簧片分别经顶压电热座(11)底面的弹簧(13)与对应的第一触点和第二触点相分离;所述的电源插座(6)的正极通过第一簧片(12)、第一触点、电热丝(11a)、第二触点、第二簧片和电源插座(6)的负极构成串联回路。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,其特征是:所述的机座(1)制有能容纳电池组的半敞开内腔,并且该内腔的沿口配合设有可开闭的电池盖板(15);所述的第一簧片(12)和第二簧片电连接有电池组。
5、根据权利要求4所述的一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,其特征是:所述的电源插座(6)和第一簧片(12)、第二簧片的连接线(8)设置在所述半敞开内腔的底板(7)与机座(1)的底板之间。
6、根据权利要求5所述的一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,其特征是:所述的机座(1)底部粘接有防滑板(4);所述的电热座(11)中间制有凸起的封口块,所述的机座(1)离合端(1a)上表面扣设有座盖(16),所述的座盖(16)中间制有能定位封口块的定位孔。
7、根据权利要求6所述的一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,其特征是:所述的机座(1)离合端(1a)侧壁铰接有U型、并且能遮盖电热座(1)上表面的翻板(18)。
8、根据权利要求7所述的一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,其特征是:所述的电池组上侧还扣装有电池盖板(15);所述的机架(2)内壁嵌设有弧形的反弹片(22)。
9、根据权利要求8所述的一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,其特征是:所述的机架(2)铰接端侧边各制耳环(2b),每一所述耳环(2b)的内壁还制有定位槽;所述的机座(1)铰接端侧壁制有与耳环相配装的凹弧槽(1b),所述的凹弧槽(1b)壁上制有与定位槽相配用的卡位销(1c)。
10、根据权利要求9所述的一种能对接USB接头的微型封口机,其特征是:所述的机座(1)的前端底部制有凹槽(1g);所述的凹槽(1g)内铰接有能向机座前端伸出的带锯齿的刀片(3)。
