背景技术
随着电子技术的不断发展,手持式智能电子设备的类型和功能越来越多,例如各类型的智能手机,手持式电子阅读器以及平板电脑等。其在日常生活中的使用范围也越来越广泛。
这样一些智能终端(电子设备)可能会在多种不同的使用环境下使用,例如是马路边、家中、图书馆或者其它不同的场合。在上述的不同使用环境中,通常具有不同的背景音量或者使用要求,例如,在马路等室外场合时,环境嘈杂,背景声较大,在通话或者播放视频等操作时,智能终端(如手机)需要使用较大的音量来使用户清晰的听到智能终端的扬声器声音。
而在家中等室内场合时,背景声小,智能终端需要使用较小的音量以避免过大的音量令使用者感到不适。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中存在着如下的问题:智能终端的扬声器音量需要用户自行调节,在智能终端的使用环境发生变化时,无法很好的适应新的使用环境的要求,如在背景音较大的使用环境中,智能终端可能仍处于一般使用环境的音量。在通话时,用户在背景音的影响下,会因智能终端的音量太小而无法清晰的听到对方的讲话,对于接听和通话造成影响,需要用户自己进行调整。
发明内容
本发明实施方式主要解决的技术问题是提供一种智能终端的音量调节方法及其装置,能够解决现有技术中智能终端的音量无法自动实时调整的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施方式采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种智能终端的音量调节方法,该调节方法包括:采集智能终端的使用环境相关信 息,所述使用环境相关信息包括图像信息;根据所述使用环境相关信息,确定智能终端的当前使用环境;将智能终端的音量调节为与所述当前使用环境对应的音量。

获取智能终端的当前音量;
在当前音量小于所述环境模型的背景音量时,提高当前音量。
可选地,所述装置还包括:判断模块,所述判断模块用于检测智能终端是否进入通话状态;
在智能终端进入通话状态时,所述信息采集模块采集智能终端的使用环境相关信息。
可选地,所述信息采集模块具体用于:
通过智能终端的摄像头获取若干智能终端当前的使用环境图像;
根据预定的特征提取方法,从所述使用环境图像中提取至少一个拍摄对象作为所述使用环境相关信息。
本发明实施例提供的音量调节方法和装置,在基于原有的智能终端的硬件设备上,通过其采集一种或者多种信息作为使用环境相关信息,并根据这些信息来确定使用环境,从而在使用环境发生变化时,能够自动的调节音量,适应使用环境的变化,令用户在不同的使用环境中都能够清晰的听到扬声器的声音,减少了用户的操作,具有更好的用户体验。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例的智能终端的音量调节方法能够应用于合适的,具有一定运算能力的智能设备中,例如掌上游戏机、PDA(掌上计算机)、智能手机、平板电脑、电子阅读器或者其他合适的智能终端中。
本发明实施例的智能终端的音量调装置可以作为其中一个软件或者硬件功能单元,独立设置在上述手持智能终端中,也可以作为整合在处理器中的其中一个功能模块,执行本发明实施例的防掉落方法。
在本发明实施例提供的音量调节方法可以应用于智能终端的多种不同的应用功能中,例如通话,播放视频,进行游戏等。一般的,在智能终端执行不同的应用程序或者功能时,扬声器会发出声音。在不同的使用环境下,对于发出的声音的音量有不同的要求,使用户能够清晰的听到扬声器发出声音,保证通话或者观看视频等的用户体验。
图1为本发明实施例提供的音量调节方法的应用场景。如图1所示,在该场景中,包括智能手机10,用户20以及使用环境30。
智能手机10具有默认的通话音量,用户20使用智能手机10在使用环境30中接听电话。
使用环境30可以是人行道这样的室外使用场合。在接听电话过程中,智能手机10可以通过内置的摄像机采集周边的环境图像,或者也可以通过GPS模块确定智能手机10当前的位置信息,或者是通过麦克风获取当前使用环境30的背景声。
该音量调节方法在智能手机10中执行,根据上述获得的信息,确认当前使用环境为人行道这样的街道时(例如拍摄的图像中,出现马路这样的对象时),适当的调大智能手机10的音量,使用户在人行道这种使用环境下,仍然能够保持良好的通话质量,清晰的接听电话。
图2为本发明实施例提供的智能终端的音量调节方法。如图2所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
201:采集智能终端的使用环境相关信息,所述使用环境相关信息包括图像信息。
该使用环境相关信息可以是能够反映当前使用环境的,任何合适类型的信息,例如声音信息,位置信息,图像信息等。惯常的,在智能终端中集成有多 种不同的传感器或者交互设备,例如GPS模块、摄像机等,具体采集的使用环境相关信息类型可以根据智能终端具有的硬件模块,利用智能终端的硬件实现本实施例提供的音量调节方法。
该图像信息可以是通过智能终端拍摄获得的,一个或者多个图像信息。例如,在图1所示的应用环境下,可以是由智能手机的后摄像头拍摄获得的图像。该图像信息还可以是摄像头拍摄获得的图片经过处理后获得的图像信息,例如经过特征提取获得的前景或者背景,移动物体等。
在一些应用情况下,还可以结合智能终端的定位信息,通过网络自动查询在当前定位下的全景地图,并截取全景地图上的图片作为图像信息。
202:根据所述使用环境相关信息,确定智能终端的当前使用环境。
在实际使用过程中,可以根据采集得到的使用环境相关信息的数据形式或者信息类型,采用对应的判断或者计算方法,确定当前使用环境。
该当前使用环境可以是一个整体的描述或者是一些预设的模型,而并非精确的描述具体的环境。通常的,针对音量调节的目标,当前使用环境的描述可以重点在于使用环境的背景音量上。
203:将智能终端的音量调节为与所述当前使用环境对应的音量。
对于不同的使用环境,例如图书馆、人行道、马路等中,对应有不同的,适于使用,能够保证通话接听质量的音量。
该与当前使用环境对应的音量是指能够满足用户在当前使用环境中,能够清晰的听到智能终端的扬声器或者其它声音输出设备发出的声音的音量。例如,在人行道的使用环境中,具有与人行道这一使用环境相对应的人行道音量,能够保证用户在人行道上进行通话或者观看视频等操作时清晰的听到扬声器发出的声音。其具体与不同用户的使用习惯、具体使用环境的背景音量等因素所确定。在实际应用中,其可以是通过有限次的实验、根据大规模的数据调查或者是由用户根据自己个性化设置等方式确定。该对应的音量也可以提供多于一种以上的确定方式。
惯常的,一些类似的调整音量方法通常仅使用采集获得的背景音来调整通话音量。由于背景音是一种波动情况比较大的信息,例如在人行道上,可能会突然发生路上的车辆鸣喇叭这样的情况,使背景音量迅速的提升。因此,使用 背景音作为调节标准时,容易出现误判而需要更高的采样频率。
而在本实施例提供的音量调节方法中,使用了图像信息作为判断使用环境的其中一种信息。图像信息是一种稳定的信息,不会发生明显的变化。另外,根据图像信息或者结合其它类型的信息确定当前使用环境后,再以此稳定基准来调节音量,能够很好的与当前的使用情况契合,音量调整平稳。
本发明另一实施例提供了一种智能终端的音量调节方法。如图3所示,该音量调节方法的步骤202具体包括如下方法:
2021:预设若干不同的使用环境模型,所述使用环境模型包括背景音量以及判断条件。
在进行判断过程前,首先预设多种不同的使用环境模型,例如马路上、图书馆、普通室内、公园等。
每个使用环境模型都包括与能够与其它使用环境模型区分的判断条件,该判断条件与采集的使用环境相关信息相对应的。例如,将拍摄到马路路面图像作为马路上的判断条件;拍摄到多个书架、静音标识的图像作为图书馆的判断条件。
当然,还可以采用更模糊的使用环境模型,例如分为嘈杂使用环境、平常使用环境以及安静使用环境。具体设置的使用环境模型具体可以根据实际的应用情况进行设置,也可以进一步的设置为一级使用环境模型,一级使用环境模型下进行细分的二级使用环境模型。
2022:在所述使用环境相关信息满足所述判断条件时,确定当前使用环境为与所述预设的判断条件对应的使用环境模型。
将采集获得的使用环境相关信息与预设的判断条件进行匹配,检索到匹配的判断条件后,即可认为当前的使用环境与这样的使用环境模型最为匹配,可以代表当前的使用环境。
在具体的匹配过程中,可以结合使用不同的使用环境相关信息进行,例如结合图像信息和位置信息进行判断,首先确定智能终端的定位是否在马路或者人行道附近。然后,根据拍摄获得的图像,例如拍摄图像中出现了马路或者红绿灯等对象,进一步的确定此时的使用环境为马路或者人行道上。
在本发明实施例中,提供了对于当前环境的量化和判断方式。这样的判断 方式,能够通过调整使用环境模型的设置适应不同的应用需求,并且结合多种信息的判断条件也能够提供更准确的判断结果。
在本实施例中,如图3所示,图2中所示的步骤203具体包括:
2031:获取智能终端的当前音量。
在进行音量调节前,首先需要确认当前的音量,与当前使用环境模型下的背景音之间的大小关系,以确定调整的方向。
2032:在当前音量小于所述环境模型的背景音量时,提高当前音量。
在音量小于背景音量时,则将音量提高至合适的音量,以便于用户能够清晰的听到智能终端发出的声音。而在音量大于背景音量时,则可能需要降低音量,避免造成用户不适。当然,在这一情况下不对音量进行调整也不会对用户的使用造成影响。
在音量调整过程中,还可以进一步的加入其它不同的判断标准,例如,设置一个预定的音量阈值,避免音量突然变大,令用户出现刺耳等的不适,或者是采用逐步调整的方式对音量进行调节。
在一些情况下,智能终端可能会使用自身内置的扬声器或者外接的扬声器。此时,音量与使用环境之间的关联程度较高。而在智能终端使用耳机的时候,音量与使用环境之间背景音的关系联系较低。由此,也可以为使用环境模型设置对应的扬声器音量和耳机音量,在使用扬声器时,将适宜的音量调整为扬声器音量。而在智能终端使用耳机时,使用耳机音量。
在本实施例中,如图4所示,图2中的步骤201具体包括:
2011:通过智能终端的摄像头获取若干智能终端当前的使用环境图像。
基于智能终端内置的摄像头,自动的拍摄或者一些使用环境图像。该摄像头可以是手机的后置摄像头或者是其它类似的图像采集功能模块。该使用环境图像可以是一系列随机获取的图像,能够展示智能终端的当前使用环境的具体情况。
2012:根据预定的特征提取方法,从所述使用环境图像中提取至少一个拍摄对象作为所述使用环境相关信息。
在采集图像后,由于这样的图像是粗糙、离散并且包含有许多无效数据,在进行分析匹配前,需要首先对这样一些图像进行预处理,提取目标信息。
具体可以根据颜色特征、纹理特征、形状特征或者空间关系特征等对拍摄获得图像进行特征提取,从而将图像划分为多个拍摄对象组成的集合,并根据这样的一些特征进行后续的匹配,从而确认使用环境模型。例如,去除图像中的背景,仅提取其中拍摄到的道路、红绿灯或者汽车等拍摄对象。
通过这样的方式,能够有效的去除采集图像中的冗余信息,有利于提高整个音量调整过程的处理速度,提高运算效率。
该预定的特征提取方法可以采用现有的一种或者多种图像特征的提取方法或者其组合对使用环境图像进行特征提取。例如,首先对图像进行二值化处理,然后通过边缘算子(如sobel算子、robert算子)进行边缘检测。最后,根据边缘检测的检测结果对图像进行分割,形成多个不同的拍摄对象,并提取目标的拍摄对象。
在本发明另一实施例提供的智能终端的音量调节方法,除图2所示的步骤201-203外,如图5所示,还包括如下步骤:
501:检测智能终端是否进入通话状态。若是,执行步骤201,若否,继续执行步骤501,保持检测。
在进行信息采集前,首先判断是否需要进行这样的音量调节才进一步启动后续的步骤。上述检测过程具体可以使用多种不同的方式实现,例如,检测用户是否接听某一来电,在接听来电后,即可以判断进入了通话状态。
当然,在应用在其它的应用程序,例如播放视频、玩游戏时,也可以将步骤501替换为检测智能终端是否进入相对应的状态,从而在不同的应用情景中执行上述音量调节方法。
通过设置该前置的检测步骤,能够在进入到特定的使用状态后再执行该音量自动调节的步骤,避免了音量的错误调节或者是使智能终端增加功耗。
在实际应用过程中,还可以进一步的添加更多的检测步骤,例如,检测智能终端是否插入耳机,智能终端是否已经连接了不易于移动的音响设备(通常表示在室内场合,不需要执行音量自动调节)。并根据其检测结果,相应的选择执行或这不执行上述的音量自动调节。
为详细陈述本发明实施例提供的音量调节方法,以下结合图1所示的应用 环境,以智能手机在进行通话时的场景为例进行描述。
用户20在户外的使用环境30下,智能手机10显示有来电。用户20接听这一来电。此时,智能手机10检测到来电被接听后,开始采集使用环境相关信息(如打开摄像头,采集周围环境图像)。
然后根据采集获得的相关信息,判断当前使用环境是否为嘈杂的使用环境模型。判断过程为:在图像中匹配到特定的拍摄对象后,例如人流,车流或者特定的建筑物,确认为路边或者人行道这样的嘈杂使用环境。
最后,在判断当前使用环境为嘈杂的使用环境后,将音量调高至预设的对应音量,以便于用户能够清晰的接听电话。否则继续使用正常音量。这样可以避免出现因环境嘈杂而听不清对方讲话内容的问题。
图6为本发明实施例的一种智能终端的音量调节装置。如图6所示,该装置包括:信息采集模块100,使用环境确定模块200以及音量调节模块300。
其中,信息采集模块100用于采集智能终端的使用环境相关信息,所述使用环境相关信息包括图像信息。使用环境确定模块200,用于根据所述使用环境相关信息,确定智能终端的当前使用环境。而音量调节模块300,用于将智能终端的音量调节为与所述当前使用环境对应的音量。
该装置在基于原有的智能终端的硬件设备上,通过其采集一种或者多种信息作为使用环境相关信息,并根据这些信息来确定使用环境,从而在使用环境发生变化时,能够自动的调节音量,适应使用环境的变化,令用户在不同的使用环境中都能够清晰的听到扬声器的声音,减少了用户的操作动作。
图7为本发明另一实施例提供的手持智能终端的防掉落装置。如图7所示,除图6所示的模块100-300外,还包括一判断模块400。
所述判断模块400用于检测智能终端是否进入通话状态。在智能终端进入通话状态时,所述信息采集模块采集智能终端的使用环境相关信息。
在实际应用过程中,首先使用判断模块400判断是否进入通话状态。在确认进入通话状态后,通过信息采集模块100采集智能终端的使用环境相关信 息。然后,使用使用环境确定模块200根据所述使用环境相关信息,确定智能终端的当前使用环境。最后,通过音量调节模块300,用于将智能终端的音量调节为与所述当前使用环境对应的音量。
在本实施例中,所述使用环境确定模块200具体用于:
预设若干不同的使用环境模型,所述使用环境模型包括背景音量以及判断条件;以及在所述使用环境相关信息满足所述判断条件时,确定当前使用环境为与所述预设的判断条件对应的使用环境模型。
上述使用环境确定模块提供了对于当前环境的量化和判断方式。这样的判断方式,能够通过调整使用环境模型的设置适应不同的应用需求,并且结合多种信息的判断条件也能够提供更准确的判断结果。
在本实施例中,所述音量调节模块300具体用于:
获取智能终端的当前音量;并且在当前音量小于所述环境模型的背景音量时,提高当前音量。
在本实施例中,所述信息采集模块100具体用于:
通过智能终端的摄像头获取若干智能终端当前的使用环境图像;以及根据预定的特征提取方法,从所述使用环境图像中提取至少一个拍摄对象作为所述使用环境相关信息。
通过这样的方式,能够有效的去除采集图像中的冗余信息,有利于提高整个音量调整过程的处理速度,提高运算效率。
图8是本发明实施例提供的防掉落方法的电子设备的硬件结构示意图。请参阅图8,该设备包括:
一个或多个处理器810以及存储器820,图8中以一个处理器810为例。
防掉落方法的设备还可以包括:输入装置830和输出装置840。处理器810、存储器820、输入装置830和输出装置840可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图8中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器820作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非易失性 软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的音量调节方法对应的程序指令/模块(例如,附图6所示的信息采集模块100,使用环境确定模块200以及音量调节模块300,或者附图7所示的判断模块400)。处理器810通过运行存储在存储器820中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例音量调节方法。
存储器820可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据音量调节装置的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器820可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器820可选包括相对于处理器810远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至音量调节装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入装置830可接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与音量调节装置的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置840可包括显示屏等显示设备。
所述一个或者多个模块存储在所述存储器820中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器810执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的防掉落方法。
上述产品可执行本发明实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本发明实施例所提供的方法。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能终端的音量调节方法,其特征在于,包括:
    采集智能终端的使用环境相关信息,所述使用环境相关信息包括图像信息;
    根据所述使用环境相关信息,确定智能终端的当前使用环境;
    将智能终端的音量调节为与所述当前使用环境对应的音量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述使用环境相关信息,确定智能终端的当前使用环境,具体包括:
    预设若干不同的使用环境模型,所述使用环境模型包括背景音量以及判断条件;
    在所述使用环境相关信息满足所述判断条件时,确定当前使用环境为与所述预设的判断条件对应的使用环境模型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将智能终端的音量调节为与所述当前使用环境对应的音量,具体包括:
    获取智能终端的当前音量;
    在当前音量小于所述环境模型的背景音量时,提高当前音量。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在采集智能终端的使用环境相关信息之前,还包括:
    检测智能终端是否进入通话状态;
    若是,则采集智能终端的使用环境相关信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述采集智能终端的使用环境相关信息,具体包括:
    通过智能终端的摄像头获取若干智能终端当前的使用环境图像;
    根据预定的特征提取方法,从所述使用环境图像中提取至少一个拍摄对象作为所述使用环境相关信息。
  6. 一种智能终端的音量调节装置,其特征在于,包括:
    信息采集模块,用于采集智能终端的使用环境相关信息,所述使用环境相关信息包括图像信息;
    使用环境确定模块,用于根据所述使用环境相关信息,确定智能终端的当前使用环境;
    音量调节模块,用于将智能终端的音量调节为与所述当前使用环境对应的音量。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述使用环境确定模块,具体用于:
    预设若干不同的使用环境模型,所述使用环境模型包括背景音量以及判断条件;
    在所述使用环境相关信息满足所述判断条件时,确定当前使用环境为与所述预设的判断条件对应的使用环境模型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述音量调节模块具体用于:
    获取智能终端的当前音量;
    在当前音量小于所述环境模型的背景音量时,提高当前音量。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:判断模块;
    所述判断模块用于检测智能终端是否进入通话状态;
    在智能终端进入通话状态时,所述信息采集模块采集智能终端的使用环境相关信息。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9任一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息采集模块具体用于:
    通过智能终端的摄像头获取若干智能终端当前的使用环境图像;
    根据预定的特征提取方法,从所述使用环境图像中提取至少一个拍摄对象作为所述使用环境相关信息。
