为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种冷媒泄露保护控制方法、控制器及空调,本发明提供的冷媒泄露保护控制方法,能够在发生冷媒泄露时在不耽误空调工作的同时对空调提供保护。下面将通过第一至第五实施例对本发明进行详细解释说明。
图1示出了本发明第一个实施例提供的冷媒泄露保护控制方法的流程图,参见图1,本发明第一个实施例提供的冷媒泄露保护控制方法包括如下步骤:
步骤101:获取空调器的当前运行工况,并根据当前运行工况获取与当前运行工况对应的最大频率以及目标排气温度。
在本步骤中,参见下表,由于空调器在不同的工况下对应有不同的最大频率以目标排气温度,因此在进行控制之前,需要获取空调器的当前运行工况,并根据当前运行工况获取与当前运行工况对应的最大频率以及目标排气温度。例如,假设当前的工况为下表1中的第一工况,则获取与当前运行工况对应的最大频率a1以及目标排气温度ε1。
例如,第一工况下,室外环境温度为:35≤t≤40时,正常情况下(无冷媒泄漏时),最大频率FMAX=95HZ;目标排气温度TP=102℃;第二工况下,室外环境温度为:30≤t<35时,正常情况下(无冷媒泄漏时),最大频率FMAX=90HZ;目标排气温度TP=97℃。

步骤102:若检测获知压缩机的排气温度大于当前运行工况下的目标排气温度并持续第一预设时间段,则按照预设控制策略对当前运行工况下的最大频率进行调整,以降低当前运行工况下的最大频率。
在本步骤中,参见图2所示的制冷系统原理图。其中,1表示压缩机,2表示四通阀,3表示室外机换热器,4表示节流毛细管,5表示室内换热器,6表示排气温度传感器。在正常的制冷或制热循环下,空调器都有正常范围的排气温度,其排气温度是通过排气温度传感器6检测的。但当制冷系统出现部分泄露时,排气温度会比正常的排气温度偏高。因此若检测到压缩机的排气温度大于当前运行工况下的目标排气温度,则可以说明制冷系统出现了冷媒泄露。
在本步骤中,当检测获知压缩机的排气温度大于当前运行工况下的目标排气温度并持续第一预设时间段时,说明空调器制冷系统出现了冷媒泄露,本发明为了防止冷媒泄露状况进一步恶化,采用预设控制策略对当前运行工况下的最大频率进行调整,以降低当前运行工况下的最大频率,从而实现对空调器的保护。在本步骤中,第一预设时间段的取值一般为3~7min。当然特殊情况下,第一预设时间段的取值可以为0,也即在检测获知压缩机的排气温度大于当前运行工况下的目标排气温度时,就按照预设控制策略对当前运行工况下的最大频率进行调整,以降低当前运行工况下的最大频率。
需要说明的是,若检测获知压缩机的排气温度系小于或等于当前运行工况下的目标排气温度,则控制空调器按照与当前工况对应的最大频率运行。
从上面描述可知,本发明实施例提供的冷媒泄露保护控制方法,通过对排气温度采集,来对空调器系统冷媒泄漏进行综合判断,在检测获知压缩机的排气温度大于当前运行工况下的目标排气温度时,也即空调器存在冷媒泄漏时,按照预设控制策略对当前运行工况下的最大频率进行调整,以降低当前运行工况下的最大频率,从而实现对空调器的保护,以提高空调器的使用寿命。可见,本发明实施例提供的冷媒泄露保护控制方法,通过对排气温度采集,来对空调器系统冷媒泄漏量进行综合判断,从而调整空调器的频率控制逻辑,以达到保护空调器正常运行的目的,即本发明实施例能够在发生冷媒泄露时在不耽误空调工作的同时对空调提供保护。
在本发明第二个实施例中,给出了上述实施例中所述的预设控制策略的一种具体实现方式。
在本实施例中,所述预设控制策略包括:
FMAX(n)=FMAX(n-1)-k*θ;
其中,n≥1,当n=1时,FMAX(n-1)为当前运行工况对应的最大频率,FMAX(n)为首次调整后最大频率,θ为首次检测到的压缩机的排气温度tp与当前工况下的目标排气温度TP的差值,即θ=tp-TP,k≥1;
当n>1时,FMAX(n-1)为与本次调整最邻近的一次调整后的最大频率,FMAX(n)为本次调整后的最大频率;θ为本次检测到的压缩机的排气温度tp与当前工况下的目标排气温度TP的差值,即θ=tp-TP,k≥1。
可见,本实施例提供的预设控制策略可以实现对空调器的阶梯式保护控制。
这里,排气温度tp一般指第一预设时间段(如5分钟)结束时的排气温度。例如,在某种工况下,目标排气温度TP=102度,空调器检测到某一时刻,实际排气温度tp=103度,5分钟后排气温度tp=108度。那么上述公式中,tp一般取5分钟后排气温度,即108度。
优选地,为了保证用户的使用体验,在对最大频率进行调整时,每次调整幅度不易过大,因此,优选地,所述k的取值范围为1.5≤k≤3。
可以理解的是,本发明所述的预设控制策略并不限于此,凡是能够根据压缩机当前排气温度情况对空调器的最大频率进行调整,以实现对空调器进行保护的控制策略均应落入本发明的保护范围内。例如,每次进行最大功率调整时,均调整一个固定值,如FMAX(n)=FMAX(n-1)-H,H为固定数值。又或者每次调整时,都是上次调整量H的倍数等。
在本发明第三个实施例中,对上述实施例提供的冷媒泄露保护控制方法进行了进一步的补充。
在本实施例中,在对当前运行工况下的最大频率进行调整后,参见图3,所述方法还包括如下步骤:
步骤103:每间隔第二预设时间段,若判断获知当前压缩机的排气温度大于当前工况下的目标排气温度并持续第一预设时间段,则对最近一次调整后的最大频率继续按照所述预设控制策略进行调整。
在本实施例中,为了准确实施对空调器的保护,所述第二预设时间段不宜过长,因此,优选地,所述第二预设时间段为20~40min。
可见,在本实施例中,在对空调器的最大频率进行一次调整后,并没有置之不管,而是随时根据具体情况进行不断的适应性调整。若在首次调整后的一段时间如30min后,判断获知当前压缩机的排气温度依然大于当前工况下的目标排气温度,则说明冷媒泄露情况依然存在,此时应继续对最大频率进行调整,以改善冷媒泄露状况,同时实现对空调的自动保护。当然若判断获知当前压缩机的排气温度小于或等于当前工况下的目标排气温度,则说明冷媒泄露状况已得到缓解或停止,此时可以控制压缩机按照最近一次调整后的最大频率继续运行。
下面通过一个具体实例对上述实施例提供的冷媒泄露保护控制方法进行解释说明。
例如,在正常情况下(无冷媒泄露):当室外环境温度t=37度时(假 设为第一工况),最大功率FMAX=95HZ,目标排气温度TP=102度。
当在此室外环境温度下,空调器检测到某一时刻,实际排气温度tp=103度,5分钟后排气温度tp=108度。则对于上述预设控制策略(假设k=2)来说,θ=tp-TP=108-102=6度,此时空调器最大频率FMAX(n)=FMAX(n-1)-k*θ=95-2*6=83HZ。
当空调器运行30分钟后第二次开始检测,30分钟后如果排气温度仍旧高于此室外环境温度下的目标排气温度,比如103度,检测有效5分钟后,排气温度为105度,则:此时θ=tp-TP=105-102=3度,此时空调器最大频率FMAX(n)=FMAX(n-1)-k*θ==83-2*3=77hHZ。若30分钟甚至后面更长时间段,所检测到的空调器排气温度,都小于目标排气温度时,则空调器此温度下此工况的最大频率维持在83HZ不变。
在一种实施方式中,上述实施例提供的冷媒泄露保护控制方法还包括:若判断获知调整后的最大频率小于空调器预先设定的最小频率,则控制压缩机按照所述预先设定的最小频率运行。此外,若判断获知压缩机按照所述预先设定的最小频率连续持续运行超过第三预设时间段,则控制空调器发出故障报告。这里,为了保证空调器免受损坏,所述第三预设时间段不宜过长,一般为3~5小时。
例如,假设空调器的最小频率fmin=30HZ;若经过多次调整,计算出来的当前FMAX(n)=27HZ时,则控制空调器按照30HZ运行,当运行此频率超过4小时后,报“EC”故障。
在一种实施方式中,上述实施例提供的冷媒泄露保护控制方法还包括:
若判断获知当前运行工况发生变化,则获取与变化后的工况对应的最大频率以及目标排气温度,并在检测到压缩机的排气温度大于变化后的工况下的目标排气温度时,按照预设控制策略对变化后的工况下的最大频率进行调整。
例如,当空调器在执行一次冷媒控制降频后,此时空调器最大频 率FMAX(n)=FMAX(n-1)-k*θ=95-2*6=83HZ。若在下次检测之前,室外环境温度由37度,下降到33度,则空调器需要按照33度工况,重新检测判断,调整最大频率限制。
在室外环境温度t=33(第二工况)下,最大功率FMAX=90HZ,目标排气温度TP=97度。假设此时空调器实际排气温度=103度,5分钟后排气温度=105度,θ=tp-TP=105-97=8度,此时空调器最大频率FMAX(n)=FMAX(n-1)-k*θ=90-2*8=74HZ,该步骤假设k=2。
另外,需要说明的是,当重新上电后,空调器重新运行,此时需重新判定执行。即如果此时空调器的排气温度低于目标最大排气温度,则空调器按照原始最大频率执行运行;如果空调器重新运行后,空调器的排气温度还是高于目标最大排气温度,则空调器重新按照上述的预设控制策略执行冷媒泄漏阶梯式控制逻辑。
基于同样的发明构思,本发明第四个实施例提供了一种控制器,参见图4,该控制器包括:获取模块41和控制模块42,其中:
获取模块41,用于获取空调器的当前运行工况,并根据当前运行工况获取与当前运行工况对应的最大频率以及目标排气温度;
控制模块42,用于在检测获知压缩机的排气温度大于当前运行工况下的目标排气温度时,按照预设控制策略对当前运行工况下的最大频率进行调整,以降低当前运行工况下的最大频率。
在一种实施方式中,所述预设控制策略包括:
FMAX(n)=FMAX(n-1)-k*θ;
其中,n≥1,当n=1时,FMAX(n-1)为当前运行工况对应的最大频率,FMAX(n)为首次调整后最大频率,θ为首次检测到的压缩机的排气温度tp与当前工况下的目标排气温度TP的差值,即θ=tp-TP,k≥1;
当n>1时,FMAX(n-1)为与本次调整最邻近的一次调整后的最大频率,FMAX(n)为本次调整后的最大频率;θ为本次检测到的压缩机的排气温度tp与当前工况下的目标排气温度TP的差值,即 θ=tp-TP,k≥1。
这里,排气温度tp一般指第一预设时间段(如5分钟)结束时的排气温度。例如,在某种工况下,目标排气温度TP=102度,空调器检测到某一时刻,实际排气温度tp=103度,5分钟后排气温度tp=108度。那么上述公式中,tp一般取5分钟后排气温度,即108度。
优选地,为了保证用户的使用体验,在对最大频率进行调整时,每次调整幅度不易过大,因此,优选地,所述k的取值范围为1.5≤k≤3。
可以理解的是,本发明所述的预设控制策略并不限于此,凡是能够根据压缩机当前排气温度情况对空调器的最大频率进行调整,以实现对空调器进行保护的控制策略均应落入本发明的保护范围内。例如,每次进行最大功率调整时,均调整一个固定值,如FMAX(n)=FMAX(n-1)-H,H为固定数值。又或者每次调整时,都是上次调整量H的倍数等。
在一种实施方式中,所述控制模块42,还用于每间隔第二预设时间段,若判断获知当前压缩机的排气温度大于当前工况下的目标排气温度并持续第一预设时间段,则对最近一次调整后的最大频率继续按照所述预设控制策略进行调整。
为了准确实施对空调器的保护,所述第二预设时间段不宜过长,因此,优选地,所述第二预设时间段为20~40min。
可见,本发明实施例在对空调器的最大频率进行一次调整后,并没有置之不管,而是随时根据具体情况进行不断的适应性调整。若在首次调整后的一段时间如30min后,判断获知当前压缩机的排气温度依然大于当前工况下的目标排气温度,则说明冷媒泄露情况依然存在,此时应继续对最大频率进行调整,以改善冷媒泄露状况,同时实现对空调的自动保护。当然若判断获知当前压缩机的排气温度小于或等于当前工况下的目标排气温度,则说明冷媒泄露状况已得到缓解或停止,此时可以控制压缩机按照最近一次调整后的最大频率继续运行。
在一种实施方式中,所述控制模块42,还用于:
若判断获知调整后的最大频率小于空调器预先设定的最小频率,则控制压缩机按照所述预先设定的最小频率运行。
在一种实施方式中,所述控制模块42,还用于:
若判断获知压缩机按照所述预先设定的最小频率连续持续运行超过第三预设时间段,则控制空调器发出故障报告。这里,为了保证空调器免受损坏,所述第三预设时间段不宜过长,一般为3~5小时。
在一种实施方式中,所述控制模块42,还用于:
若判断获知当前运行工况发生变化,则控制所述获取模块41获取与变化后的工况对应的最大频率以及目标排气温度,并在检测到压缩机的排气温度大于变化后的工况下的目标排气温度时,按照预设控制策略对变化后的工况下的最大频率进行调整。
由于本实施例所述的控制器可以用于执行上述各实施例所述的控制方法,其原理和技术效果类似,故此处不再赘述。
基于同样的发明构思,本发明第五个实施例提供了一种空调,该空调包括如上面实施例所述的控制器。该空调由于包括上述的控制器,因而可以解决同样的技术问题,并取得相同的技术效果。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

工业实用性
本发明所述的冷媒泄露保护控制方法,通过对排气温度采集,来对空调器系统冷媒泄漏进行综合判断,在检测获知压缩机的排气温度大于当前运行工况下的目标排气温度时,也即空调器存在冷媒泄漏时,按照预设控制策略对当前运行工况下的最大频率进行调整,以降低当前运行工况下的最大频率,从而实现对空调器的保护,以提高空调器的使用寿命。可见,本发明提供的冷媒泄露保护控制方法,通过对排气温度采集,来对空调器系统冷媒泄漏量进行综合判断,从而调整空调器的频率控制逻辑,以达到保护空调器正常运行的目的,即本发明能够在发生冷媒泄露时在不耽误空调工作的同时对空调提供保护,具有工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冷媒泄露保护控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取空调器的当前运行工况,并根据当前运行工况获取与当前运行工况对应的最大频率以及目标排气温度;
    若检测获知压缩机的排气温度大于当前运行工况下的目标排气温度并持续第一预设时间段,则按照预设控制策略对当前运行工况下的最大频率进行调整,以降低当前运行工况下的最大频率。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在对当前运行工况下的最大频率进行调整后,所述方法还包括:
    每间隔第二预设时间段,若判断获知当前压缩机的排气温度大于当前工况下的目标排气温度并持续第一预设时间段,则对最近一次调整后的最大频率继续按照所述预设控制策略进行调整。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,若判断获知当前压缩机的排气温度小于或等于当前工况下的目标排气温度,则控制压缩机按照最近一次调整后的最大频率继续运行。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设控制策略包括:
    FMAX(n)=FMAX(n-1)-k*θ;
    其中,n≥1,当n=1时,FMAX(n-1)为当前运行工况对应的最大频率,FMAX(n)为首次调整后最大频率,θ为首次检测到的压缩机的排气温度tp与当前工况下的目标排气温度TP的差值,即θ=tp-TP,k≥1;
    当n>1时,FMAX(n-1)为与本次调整最邻近的一次调整后的最大频率,FMAX(n)为本次调整后的最大频率;θ为本次检测到的压缩机的排气温度tp与当前工况下的目标排气温度TP的差值,即θ=tp-TP,k≥1。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述k的取值范围 为1.5≤k≤3。
  6. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若判断获知调整后的最大频率小于空调器预先设定的最小频率,则控制压缩机按照所述预先设定的最小频率运行。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若判断获知压缩机按照所述预先设定的最小频率连续持续运行超过第三预设时间段,则控制空调器发出故障报告。
  8. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若判断获知当前运行工况发生变化,则获取与变化后的工况对应的最大频率以及目标排气温度,并在检测到压缩机的排气温度大于变化后的工况下的目标排气温度时,按照预设控制策略对变化后的工况下的最大频率进行调整。
  9. 一种控制器,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取空调器的当前运行工况,并根据当前运行工况获取与当前运行工况对应的最大频率以及目标排气温度;
    控制模块,用于在检测获知压缩机的排气温度大于当前运行工况下的目标排气温度时,按照预设控制策略对当前运行工况下的最大频率进行调整,以降低当前运行工况下的最大频率。
  10. 一种空调,其特征在于,包括如权利要求9所述的控制器。
