上述方法存在以下缺点:

2)人工添加信息容易出现错误;
3)信息展示方式缺少相应逻辑顺序,不便查看。
发明内容

300、生成预设人事事件。按照预设的事件格式,将特定数据在后端生成预设人事事件。预设的事件格式至少包括事件类型、日期、描述和跳转链接。例如根据员工姓名和入职日期,在人事日历上生成入职提醒 事件。格式为:
事件类型:入职提醒;
日期:2016-01-01;
描述:王小二入职日;
跳转链接:员工信息页。
其中,员工信息页的内容包括企业员工在职信息、基本信息、合同信息、教育等各方面个人信息。同理,根据员工姓名,以及入职日期、转正日期、离职日期、出生日期或合同结束日期,在人事日历上生成相应的提醒事件。生成的预设人事事件通过接口传递至前端。
400、匹配时间点,在人事日历上呈现预设人事事件。从预设的人事事件中提取出预设时间点,预设时间点指的是预设的人事事件中的日期。若自然时间点匹配预设时间点,则以预设的事件格式,前端按照接口调取后端传递的预设人事事件数据,在人事日历上呈现与预设时间点对应的预设人事事件。可以由用户自由查阅。例如:当用户切换月份到2016-01,后台根据日期中的年月可以过滤出本公司在本月出现的事件列表,将列表返回给前端。
在前端的用户界面可根据用户的不同需要设置。在本实施例中,用户界面的图形表示请参见图3至图5。预设的事件格式指可在人事日历的日期上显示预设人事事件和/或在人事日历上并行的一栏按照特定顺序显示人事事件,特定顺序如时间顺序。
在图3中,普通的日历上如有人事事件的,在该日期周围使用圆圈进行标记,也可使用其他形式标记,如空心圆或下划线等。当天日期使用实心圆标注以突出日期。为了提醒用户,后端在生成人事事件的同时,通过系统的时间对比,对人事事件通过预定的可视格式在用户界面上显示。预定的可视格式可以是单条排列或多条排列。该提醒功能可分为三类:一是对当日待办的人事事件进行提醒,可显示在与人事日历并列设置的提醒栏中,其中单条排列方式如:今天约见客户王经理或今天是张洪的生日等;多条排列表现为多人涉及同类事件,如:今天是张洪、李敏、李丽等11人的生日或今天是张洪、李敏、李丽等11人的入职周年纪念日等,人员排序顺序可按照入职日期倒序,尽量优先显示老员工;二是对过期的未办人事事件进行提醒,可显示在与人事日历并列设置的 延期栏中,提醒方式可以是在事件到期后连续三天每天提醒,表达格式为“某事件已延期”,排列方式包括单条排列和多条排列,与第一类中的排列方式相同;三是对未来待办人事事件进行提醒,可显示在近日提醒栏中,提醒方式可以是提前三天每天提醒,单条排列方式包括时间和具体事件,如:张洪将于8月9日过生日或张洪将于8月9日入职;多条排列是将多人涉及同类人事事件时将其合并,具体时间如不相同可省略,如:张洪、李敏、李丽等11人即将过生日或张洪、李敏、李丽等11人即将入职。
图4与图3相比,增加了浮动框。当用户的鼠标移动到有人事事件的日期上,会显示一个浮动框,浮动框中显示了该日期中的所有事件列表。
在图5中,显示了员工信息的用户界面,包括员工信息、材料附件和员工动态,材料附件包括身份证扫描件和学历证明扫描件等,员工动态包括考勤记录等。
图6至图8显示了用户界面的图形表示的另一种实施例,与图3至图5所示的实施例的不同之处在于,人事日历为全屏日历,有人事事件的日期方格中会显示该日期中的部分或全部人事事件列表。当用户的鼠标移动到有人事事件的日期上,会显示一个浮动框,浮动框中显示了该日期中的所有事件列表。
为了更方便地使用,可以在人事信息数据库中添加备忘事件,比如员工的请假登记,生成请假事件后显示在人事日历中。备忘事件可通过删除按钮进行删除。
当需要修改或添加员工信息时,只需把修改后的员工花名册上传,引擎会及时获取更新的人工信息数据,调取并生成新的人事事件。自动更新的好处在于,无须人事专员手动搜索添加后修改,并且更新快速,查找方便。
请参见图9,本发明也公开了一种人事日历生成系统,其中,在一实施例中,其系统包括:

终端11,用于获取员工信息表;
识别储存模块12,用于识别员工信息表的表头字段,并将员工信息 归类储存于人事信息数据库中的相应栏。
调取模块2,用于获取自然时间点和根据引擎的调取逻辑调取人事信息数据库中的特定数据;
生成模块3,用于根据人事信息数据库中调取的特定数据构成预设人事事件;
匹配模块4,用于从预设的人事事件中提取出预设时间点,判断自然时间点是否匹配预设时间点,若匹配,则以预设的事件格式,在人事日历上呈现与预设时间点对应的预设人事事件。
工作过程为:用户将员工信息表上传至终端11后,终端11可获取相应的员工信息表,识别储存模块12通过识别员工信息表中的表头字段,例如入职日期、转正日期、离职日期、出生日期或合同结束日期等,将上述员工信息归类后储存于人事信息数据库中的相应栏。调取模块2获取自然时间点和根据引擎的调取逻辑调取人事信息数据库中的特定数据,并将上述特定数据传输至生成模块3,生成模块3将特定数据按照事件类型、日期、描述、跳转链接的顺序描述方式,生成预设人事事件。匹配模块4从预设的人事事件中提取出预设时间点,判断自然时间点是否匹配预设时间点,若匹配,则以预设的事件格式,在人事日历上呈现与预设时间点对应的预设人事事件。
在本发明的另一实施例中,方法包括以下步骤:
获取原始数据:获取自然时间点和根据引擎的调取逻辑调取人事信息数据库中的特定数据;
匹配时间点:从预设的人事事件中提取出预设时间点,若自然时间点匹配所述预设时间点,则进行生成预设人事事件步骤;
生成预设人事事件:根据人事信息数据库中调取的特定数据,以预设的事件格式构成预设人事事件,在人事日历上呈现与预设时间点对应的预设人事事件。
对应上述方法的系统包括:
调取模块,用于获取自然时间点和根据引擎的调取逻辑调取人事信息数据库中的特定数据;
匹配模块:用于从预设的人事事件中提取出预设时间点,若自然时间点匹配所述预设时间点,则将匹配信息传输至生成模块;
生成模块:用于根据人事信息数据库中调取的特定数据,以预设的 事件格式构成预设人事事件,在人事日历上呈现与预设时间点对应的预设人事事件。
对第一种实施例相比,本实施例的不同之处在于将时间匹配的步骤与生成预设人事事件的步骤的顺序交换,先匹配后生成,若先生成预设人事事件,再进行匹配,大大增加了工作量,因此本实施例可简化方法。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种人事日历生成方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    获取原始数据:获取自然时间点和根据引擎的调取逻辑调取人事信息数据库中的特定数据;
    生成预设人事事件:根据所述人事信息数据库中调取的特定数据构成预设人事事件;
    匹配时间点:从所述预设的人事事件中提取出预设时间点,若所述自然时间点匹配所述预设时间点,则以预设的事件格式,在人事日历上呈现与所述预设时间点对应的预设人事事件。
  2. 一种人事日历生成方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    获取原始数据:获取自然时间点和根据引擎的调取逻辑调取人事信息数据库中的特定数据;
    匹配时间点:从所述预设的人事事件中提取出预设时间点,若所述自然时间点匹配所述预设时间点,则进行生成预设人事事件步骤;
    生成预设人事事件:根据所述人事信息数据库中调取的特定数据,以预设的事件格式构成预设人事事件,在人事日历上呈现与所述预设时间点对应的预设人事事件。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括建立人事信息数据库,其步骤包括:
    终端获取员工信息表;
    识别所述员工信息表的表头字段,并将员工信息归类储存于人事信息数据库中的相应栏。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述建立人事信息数据库的步骤包括:
    终端获取员工信息表;
    在后端识别所述员工信息表的表头字段,将员工信息归类后发送至前端,经信息确认后储存于人事信息数据库中。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别员工信息表的表头字段中的表头字段至少包括员工姓名、入职日期、转正日期、离职日期、出生日期和合同结束日期。
  6. 如权利要求5中所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取原始数据至少包括:
    按照入职日期的时间顺序,调取人事信息数据库中的所有员工的入职日期数据;或,
    按照转正日期的时间顺序,调取人事信息数据库中的所有员工的转正日期数据;或,
    按照离职日期的时间顺序,调取人事信息数据库中的所有员工的离职日期数据;或,
    按照出生日期的时间顺序,调取人事信息数据库中的所有员工的出生日期数据;或,
    按照合同结束日期的时间顺序,调取人事信息数据库中的所有员工的合同结束日期数据。
  7. 如权利要求6中所述的方法,其特征在于,所述匹配时间点预设人事事件至少包括:
    若预设时间点与入职日期匹配,在所述人事日历上生成入职提醒事件;或,
    若预设时间点与转正日期匹配,在所述人事日历上生成转正提醒事件;或,
    若预设时间点与离职日期匹配,在所述人事日历上生成离职提醒事件;或,
    若预设时间点与出生日期匹配,在所述人事日历上生成生日提醒事件;或,
    若预设时间点与合同结束日期匹配,在所述人事日历上生成合同结束提醒事件。
  8. 一种应用于权利要求1中所述方法的人事日历生成系统,其特征在于,包括:
    调取模块,用于获取自然时间点和根据引擎的调取逻辑调取人事信息数据库中的特定数据;
    生成模块,用于根据所述人事信息数据库中调取的特定数据构成预设人事事件;
    匹配模块,用于从所述预设的人事事件中提取出预设时间点,判断所述自然时间点是否匹配所述预设时间点,若匹配,则以预设的事件格式,在人事日历上呈现与所述预设时间点对应的预设人事事件。
  9. 一种应用于权利要求2中所述方法的人事日历生成系统,其特征 在于,包括:
    调取模块,用于获取自然时间点和根据引擎的调取逻辑调取人事信息数据库中的特定数据;
    匹配模块:用于从所述预设的人事事件中提取出预设时间点,若所述自然时间点匹配所述预设时间点,则将匹配信息传输至生成模块;
    生成模块:用于根据所述人事信息数据库中调取的特定数据,以预设的事件格式构成预设人事事件,在人事日历上呈现与所述预设时间点对应的预设人事事件。
  10. 如权利要求8或9中所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括建立人事信息数据库模块,所述建立人事信息数据库模块包括:
    终端,用于获取员工信息表;
    识别储存模块,用于识别所述员工信息表的表头字段,并将员工信息归类储存于人事信息数据库中的相应栏。
