【技术领域】
本发明涉及移动终端技术领域,尤其涉及一种实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法及移动终端。
【背景技术】
随着手机等移动终端的快速发展,各种移动终端个性化、模块化的应用越来越多。
现如今移动终端用户已不满足移动终端本身带来的体验,对于移动终端其它的扩展功能的体验要求也越来越多。为此,多数生产商均想通过移动终端后盖来实现移动终端多功能的扩展,然而现有技术还没有实现移动终端多功能后盖的应用,这给用户在使用移动终端的过程中带来极大的不便。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
【发明内容】
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法及移动终端,旨在解决现有技术还不能够实现移动终端多功能后盖的应用,而给用户在使用移动终端的过程中带来极大不便的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法,其中 ,包括步骤:
A、预先在移动终端本体的PCB上设置多个测试点;
B、在移动终端后盖上与所述测试点相对应的位置设置多个pogo pin;
C、将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上,使所述pogo pin与所述测试点连接,实现移动终端后盖相应的功能;
其中,所述移动终端本体上设置有第一电池管理芯片或型号为MT6753的基带芯片;
其中,所述多个测试点至少包括第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2,检测所述第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2的电平高低,根据检测结果判断安装在移动终端本体上的移动终端后盖的功能。
一种实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法,其中,包括步骤:
A、预先在移动终端本体的PCB上设置多个测试点;
B、在移动终端后盖上与所述测试点相对应的位置设置多个pogo pin;
C、将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上,使所述pogo pin与所述测试点连接,实现移动终端后盖相应的功能。

移动终端后盖,所述移动终端后盖上与所述测试点相对应的位置设置多个pogo pin;
其中,所述移动终端后盖可拆卸安装在所述移动终端本体上时,所述多个测试点和所述多个pogo pin弹性接触,并根据所述移动终端后盖的功能实现相应的功能。
有益效果:本发明通过在移动终端后盖上设置多个pogo pin,所述移动终端后盖通过所述pogo pin与移动终端本体PCB上预设的测试点连接,从而使移动终端本体能够实现移动终端后盖上的不同功能,满足用户越来越多样化的个性要求。

【具体实施方式】
本发明提供一种实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法及移动终端,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明一种实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法较佳实施例的流程图,如图所示,其包括步骤:
S100、预先在移动终端本体的PCB上设置多个测试点;
S200、在移动终端后盖上与所述测试点相对应的位置设置多个pogo pin;
S300、将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上,使所述pogo pin与所述测试点连接,实现移动终端后盖相应的功能。
随着移动终端技术的快速发展,现如今的用户已不满足移动终端本身带来的体验,对于移动终端其它的扩展功能的体验要求也越来越多,尤其是通过移动终端后盖扩展不同功能成为了新的研究方向。然而,现有技术却未能提供一种简单有效地方式使移动终端本体能够实现移动终端后盖的多功能,这给用户的多功能个性化需求带来阻碍。
基于此,本发明通过在移动终端后盖上设置多个pogo pin,所述移动终端后盖通过所述pogo pin与移动终端本体PCB上预设的测试点连接,从而使移动终端本体能够实现移动终端后盖上的不同功能,满足用户越来越多样化的个性要求。
具体来说,所述pogo pin是一种由针轴、弹簧、针管三个基本部件通过精密仪器铆压预压之后形成的弹簧式探针,其内部有一个精密的弹簧结构。pogo pin的表面镀层一般都镀金,可以更好的提高它的防腐蚀功能、机械性能、电气性能等。
优选地,如图2所示,本发明预先在移动终端本体10的PCB上设置12个测试点,所述12个测试点分比为第一识别引脚Pin1、第二识别引脚Pin2、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、充电输入引脚Pin5、充电输出引脚Pin6、电源引脚Pin7、第一I 2 C控制引脚Pin8、第二I 2 C控制引脚Pin9、左音频输入引脚Pin10、右音频输入引脚Pin11和复位引脚Pin12。
进一步,所述第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2默认为上拉状态,也就是说第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2在未连接移动终端后盖上的pogo pin时均处于高电平状态,当所述第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2处于高电平状态时,则记为(1,1);当所述第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2连接移动终端后盖上的pogo pin时,则均处于低电平状态,即记为(0,0)。
因此,本发明通过检测所述第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2的电平高低,根据检测结果判断安装在移动终端本体上的移动终端后盖的功能。
在本发明中,如图3所示,图3为本发明移动终端充电宝后盖与移动终端本体连接示意图,所述移动终端后盖上设置5个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上后,所述5个pogo pin对应地分别与所述第二识别引脚Pin2、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、充电输入引脚Pin5和充电输出引脚Pin6连接,实现移动终端后盖上的充电宝功能。
具体地,所述检测引脚Pin3用来检测是否有多功能后盖插入到移动终端本体,由于只有第二引脚Pin2与pogo pin连接,所以检测到的第二引脚Pin2处于低电平状态,记为0,因此当检测到第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2的电平状态为(1,0)时,则判定插入的是充电宝后盖;
进一步,如图3所示,所述移动终端本体10上设置有第一电池管理芯片11、第一电池12和USB接口13;所述移动终端后盖上20上均设置有第二电池管理芯片21、第二电池22、用于指示第二电池剩余电量的指示灯23以及用于控制指示灯显示和熄灭的MCU(Microcontroller Unit,微控制单元);
进一步,当将所述移动终端后盖20安装在所述移动终端本体10上后,位于移动终端后盖上的5个pogo pin对应地分别与所述第二识别引脚Pin2、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、充电输入引脚Pin5和充电输出引脚Pin6连接,充电器通过USB接口13经过充电输入引脚Pin5给第二电池22充电,而充第二电池22通过充电输出引脚Pin6给第一电池12充电,所述MCU通过控制四颗LED灯23来显示第二电池22的电量,用来提示用户;较佳地,所述第一电池管理芯片11和第二电池管理芯片21分别用来管理第一电池12和第二电池22的输入、输出电压。
进一步,如图4所示,图4为本发明移动终端炫彩LED后盖与移动终端本体连接示意图,所述移动终端炫彩LED后盖30上设置有6个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端炫彩LED后盖30安装在所述移动终端本体10上后,所述6个pogo pin对应地分别与所述第一识别引脚Pin1、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、电源引脚Pin7、第一I2C控制引脚Pin8和第二I2C控制引脚Pin9连接,实现移动终端后盖上的炫彩LED功能。
具体地,如图4所示,所述检测引脚Pin3用来检测是否有多功能后盖插入到移动终端本体,由于只有第一引脚Pin1与pogo pin连接,所以检测到的第一引脚Pin1处于低电平状态,记为0,因此当检测到第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2的电平状态为(0,1)时,则判定插入的是炫彩LED后盖;
进一步,如图4所示,所述移动终端本体10上设置有型号为MT6753的基带芯片,所述炫彩LED后盖上设置有型号为SN3722的控制芯片,所述移动终端本体10通过电源引脚Pin7给移动终端炫彩LED后盖供电;所述SN3722控制芯片中存有固定的LED显示模式,所述移动终端本体10的基带芯片MT6753通过第一I2C控制引脚Pin8和第二I2C控制引脚Pin9传输LED闪烁命令,所述SN3722控制芯片根据接收到的指令选择LED闪烁模式。
进一步,如图5所示,图5为本发明移动终端低音炮后盖与移动终端本体连接示意图,所述移动终端低音炮后盖40上设置有8个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端低音炮后盖40安装在所述移动终端本体10上后,所述8个pogo pin对应地分别与所述检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、电源引脚Pin7、第一I2C控制引脚Pin8、第二I2C控制引脚Pin9、左音频输入引脚Pin10、右音频输入引脚Pin11和复位引脚Pin12连接,实现移动终端后盖上的低音炮功能。
具体地,如图5所示,所述检测引脚Pin3用来检测是否有多功能后盖插入到移动终端本体,由于只有第一引脚Pin1和第二引脚均没有与pogo pin连接,所以检测到的第一引脚Pin1和第二引脚均处于高电平状态,记为(1,1),因此,判定插入的是低音炮后盖;
进一步,如图5所示,所述移动终端本体10上设置有型号为MT6753的基带芯片,所述低音炮后盖40上设置有两个型号为AW87319的音频放大芯片,所述两个音频放大芯片分别控制喇叭1和喇叭2,具体地,所述移动终端通过第一I2C控制引脚Pin8和第二I2C控制引脚Pin9分别来控制两个音频放大芯片,所述左音频输入引脚Pin10和右音频输入引脚Pin11作为输入端使音频经过两个音频放大芯片AW87319放大后通过两个喇叭输出声音。较佳地,通过所述复位引脚Pin12将音频恢复到正常大小。
基于上述方法,本发明还提供一种实现多功能后盖的移动终端,如图6所示,其中,包括:
移动终端本体100,所述移动终端本体的PCB上设置多个测试点;
移动终端后盖200,所述移动终端后盖上与所述测试点相对应的位置设置多个pogo pin;
其中,所述移动终端后盖200可拆卸安装在所述移动终端本体100上时,所述多个测试点和所述多个pogo pin弹性接触,并根据所述移动终端后盖的功能实现相应的功能。
较佳地,所述的实现多功能后盖的移动终端,其中,所述测试点为十二个。
较佳地,所述的实现多功能后盖的移动终端,其中,十二个测试点分别为排列设置的第一识别引脚Pin1、第二识别引脚Pin2、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、充电输入引脚Pin5、充电输出引脚Pin6、电源引脚Pin7、第一I2C控制引脚Pin8、第二I2C控制引脚Pin9、左音频输入引脚Pin10、右音频输入引脚Pin11和复位引脚Pin12。
较佳地,所述的实现多功能后盖的移动终端,其中,所述第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2用于检测移动终端后盖的电平高低,以根据检测结果判断所述移动终端后盖的功能。
较佳地,所述的实现多功能后盖的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端后盖上设置5个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上后,所述5个pogo pin对应地分别与所述第二识别引脚Pin2、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、充电输入引脚Pin5和充电输出引脚Pin6连接,实现移动终端后盖上的充电宝功能;
或,所述移动终端后盖上设置有6个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上后,所述6个pogo pin对应地分别与所述第一识别引脚Pin1、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、电源引脚Pin7、第一I2C控制引脚Pin8和第二I2C控制引脚Pin9连接,实现移动终端后盖上的炫彩LED功能;
或,所述移动终端后盖上设置有8个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上后,所述8个pogo pin对应地分别与所述检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、电源引脚Pin7、第一I2C控制引脚Pin8、第二I2C控制引脚Pin9、左音频输入引脚Pin10、右音频输入引脚Pin11和复位引脚Pin12连接,实现移动终端后盖上的低音炮功能。
综上所述,本发明通过在移动终端后盖上设置多个pogo pin,所述移动终端后盖通过所述pogo pin与移动终端本体PCB上预设的测试点连接,从而使移动终端本体能够实现移动终端后盖上的不同功能,满足用户越来越多样化的个性要求。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法,其中,包括步骤:
    A、预先在移动终端本体的PCB上设置多个测试点;
    B、在移动终端后盖上与所述测试点相对应的位置设置多个pogo pin;
    C、将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上,使所述pogo pin与所述测试点连接,实现移动终端后盖相应的功能;
    其中,所述移动终端本体上设置有第一电池管理芯片或型号为MT6753的基带芯片;
    其中,所述多个测试点至少包括第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2,检测所述第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2的电平高低,根据检测结果判断安装在移动终端本体上的移动终端后盖的功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法,其中,所述步骤A具体为:
    A1、预先在移动终端本体的PCB上设置12个测试点。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法,其中,所述12个测试点分别为第一识别引脚Pin1、第二识别引脚Pin2、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、充电输入引脚Pin5、充电输出引脚Pin6、电源引脚Pin7、第一I 2 C控制引脚Pin8、第二I2C控制引脚Pin9、左音频输入引脚Pin10、右音频输入引脚Pin11和复位引脚Pin12。
  4. 一种实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法,其中,包括步骤:
    A、预先在移动终端本体的PCB上设置多个测试点;
    B、在移动终端后盖上与所述测试点相对应的位置设置多个pogo pin;
    C、将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上,使所述pogo pin与所述测试点连接,实现移动终端后盖相应的功能。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法,其中,所述步骤A具体为:
    A1、预先在移动终端本体的PCB上设置12个测试点。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法,其中,所述12个测试点分别为第一识别引脚Pin1、第二识别引脚Pin2、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、充电输入引脚Pin5、充电输出引脚Pin6、电源引脚Pin7、第一I 2 C控制引脚Pin8、第二I2C控制引脚Pin9、左音频输入引脚Pin10、右音频输入引脚Pin11和复位引脚Pin12。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法,其中,检测所述第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2的电平高低,根据检测结果判断安装在移动终端本体上的移动终端后盖的功能。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的实现移动终端多功能后盖的方法,其中,所述移动终端后盖上设置5个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上后,所述5个pogo pin对应地分别与所述第二识别引脚Pin2、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、充电输入引脚Pin5和充电输出引脚Pin6连接,实现移动终端后盖上的充电宝功能;
    或,所述移动终端后盖上设置有6个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上后,所述6个pogo pin对应地分别与所述第一识别引脚Pin1、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、电源引脚Pin7、第一I2C控制引脚Pin8和第二I2C控制引脚Pin9连接,实现移动终端后盖上的炫彩LED功能;
    或,所述移动终端后盖上设置有8个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上后,所述8个pogo pin对应地分别与所述检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、电源引脚Pin7、第一I2C控制引脚Pin8、第二I2C控制引脚Pin9、左音频输入引脚Pin10、右音频输入引脚Pin11和复位引脚Pin12连接,实现移动终端后盖上的低音炮功能。
  9. 一种实现多功能后盖的移动终端,其中,包括:
    移动终端本体,所述移动终端本体的PCB上设置多个测试点;
    移动终端后盖,所述移动终端后盖上与所述测试点相对应的位置设置多个pogo pin;
    其中,所述移动终端后盖可拆卸安装在所述移动终端本体上时,所述多个测试点和所述多个pogo pin弹性接触,并根据所述移动终端后盖的功能实现相应的功能。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的实现多功能后盖的移动终端,其中,所述测试点为十二个。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的实现多功能后盖的移动终端,其中,十二个测试点分别为排列设置的第一识别引脚Pin1、第二识别引脚Pin2、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、充电输入引脚Pin5、充电输出引脚Pin6、电源引脚Pin7、第一I2C控制引脚Pin8、第二I2C控制引脚Pin9、左音频输入引脚Pin10、右音频输入引脚Pin11和复位引脚Pin12。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的实现多功能后盖的移动终端,其中,所述第一识别引脚Pin1和第二识别引脚Pin2用于检测移动终端后盖的电平高低,以根据检测结果判断所述移动终端后盖的功能。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的实现多功能后盖的移动终端,其中,所述移动终端后盖上设置5个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上后,所述5个pogo pin对应地分别与所述第二识别引脚Pin2、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、充电输入引脚Pin5和充电输出引脚Pin6连接,实现移动终端后盖上的充电宝功能;
    或,所述移动终端后盖上设置有6个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上后,所述6个pogo pin对应地分别与所述第一识别引脚Pin1、检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、电源引脚Pin7、第一I2C控制引脚Pin8和第二I2C控制引脚Pin9连接,实现移动终端后盖上的炫彩LED功能;
    或,所述移动终端后盖上设置有8个pogo pin,当将所述移动终端后盖安装在所述移动终端本体上后,所述8个pogo pin对应地分别与所述检测引脚Pin3、地引脚Pin4、电源引脚Pin7、第一I2C控制引脚Pin8、第二I2C控制引脚Pin9、左音频输入引脚Pin10、右音频输入引脚Pin11和复位引脚Pin12连接,实现移动终端后盖上的低音炮功能。
