If a RF interface is used, the tag is connected to the battery operated power tool 1 perhaps by being placed in the vicinity of the battery operated power tool 1, as could be the case with a NFC interface.

  • the battery operated power tool 1 (or the battery 4) operates according to the settings 620 by monitoring the current battery level and as the battery level reaches 622 the discharge level DL, the battery operated power tool is rendered inoperable.
  • the battery operated power tool 1 may be configured to go beyond the discharge level if for example a further code is provided.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système, un procédé et un outil électrique, comprenant un outil conçu pour acquérir des réglages, et en réponse à cela, adapter le fonctionnement de l'outil sur la base des réglages. Ledit système comprend en outre une source d'alimentation qui est conçue pour acquérir des réglages et transférer les réglages à l'outil, l'outil étant ainsi configuré pour adapter son fonctionnement. Ledit système comprend en outre une étiquette qui est agencée pour fournir des réglages sur la base desquels l'outil est agencé pour adapter son fonctionnement. Les réglages comprennent une indication du niveau de charge et de décharge. Le niveau de batterie de l'outil électrique est surveillé et lorsque le niveau de chargement est atteint, le chargement est désactivé, au moins temporairement, et lorsque le niveau de déchargement est atteint, l'outil est au moins temporairement inutilisable. Les réglages sont associés à un opérateur, à une tâche de travail, à une vitesse escomptée d'exécution et/ou à d'intervalle de maintenance, et l'outil peut consister en une tondeuse à gazon, un dispositif de coupe, un taille-haie, des cisailles, une souffleuse de feuilles, ou une tronçonneuse.
