Abstract

At its upper part the spinning top has an orifice (E) through which are introduced balls (A, B, C, D), which are then held by the centrifugal force on the wall (M), until the spinning top slows down and stops, causing the balls (A, B, C, D) to drop into the conical part (M), before arriving in a cylindrical bottom part (L). The balls (A, B, C, D) of a slightly smaller diameter than the cylindrical part (L) pile up one above the other so as to establish a very visual and impartial draw, delineated by their vertical position. The device can serve companies specializing in games of chance by offering new prospects of entertainment for individuals.
