Description

数据迁移方法及相关设备
本发明要求2016年9月14日递交的发明名称为“一种数据迁移方法及终端设备”的申请号201610825384.X的在先申请优先权,上述在先申请的内容以引入的方式并入本文本中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种数据迁移方法及相关设备。
背景技术
目前人们换手机的频率越来越高,但是对于懒癌患者和科技小白来说,换机等于一切重新开始,日常使用的APP,重要的聊天记录、文档,连过的所有WiFi密码等这些旧机里的点滴习惯都没有了,每一次换机都是高兴10分钟,烦恼10小时。为了解决该问题,出现了数据迁移,数据迁移是旧手机备份数据,然后传给新手机进行数据恢复以达到换机的目的。
目前,数据迁移通常是旧手机将所有的数据进行备份(比如联系人、短信、应用程序等),然后将备份好的所有数据传给新手机进行数据恢复。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种数据迁移方法及相关设备,可以避免给新手机带来不必要的内存占用问题。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种数据迁移方法,包括:
第一终端设备通过扫描第二终端设备的二维码,以连接所述第二终端设备建立的热点,所述二维码是基于所述热点名称和所述热点连接密码生成的;
所述第一终端设备将待迁移应用的所有数据进行分类;
所述第一终端设备备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据,以得到第一数据集,以及将所述第一数据集传送给所述第二终端设备,所述第一数据的数据类型为预设类型。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供了一种数据迁移装置,包括:
热点连接模块,用于通过扫描第二终端设备的二维码,以连接所述第二终 端设备建立的热点,所述二维码是基于所述热点名称和所述热点连接密码生成的;
数据分类模块,用于将待迁移应用的所有数据进行分类;
数据备份模块,用于备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据,以得到第一数据集;

1)、终端设备,又称之为用户设备(User Equipment,UE),是一种向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备,例如,具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、车载设备等。常见的终端例如包括:手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、移动互联网设备(mobile internet device,MID)、可穿戴设备,例如智能手表、智能手环、计步器等。
2)热点是指把终端设备的接收GPRS、3G、4G或5G信号转化为WIFI信号再发出去,这样终端设备就成了一个WIFI热点。能够建立热点的终端设备要求必须具有无线接入点(Access point,AP)功能。
3)数据集又称为资料集、数据集合或资料集合,是一种由数据所组成的集合。
4)线程,有时被称为轻量级进程(Lightweight Process,LWP),是程序执 行流的最小单元。
5)串行执行指定是动作A与动作B是先后执行关系,比如,先执行动作A再执行动作B,或者,先执行动作B再执行动作A。
6)并行执行是在两条线程上分别执行动作A与动作B,比如,在第一线程上执行动作A,在第二线程上执行动作B,二者可以是同时进行的,也可以是在执行一个动作的过程中执行另一动作。
7)、“多个”是指两个或两个以上。“和/或”,描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。字符“/”一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
下面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行描述。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例公开的一种通信系统的示意图。图1所示的通信系统包括第一终端设备110和第二终端设备120。数据迁移通常是旧设备将旧设备中的所有数据进行备份(比如联系人、短信、应用程序等),然后将备份好的数据传给新设备进行数据恢复。旧设备由于使用的时间比较长,旧设备中的各个应用的会随着手机的使用时间的不断增加,各个应用的大小不断增大,将旧设备的所有数据传给新设备,可能会存在旧设备中的某些数据不是用户想要搬到新设备上的,进而给新设备带来不必要的内存占用。
为了解决上述问题,在本方案中,假设第一终端设备110为旧设备,第一终端设备120为新设备,第一终端设备110通过扫描第二终端设备120的二维码,以连接第二终端设备120建立的热点,该二维码是基于热点名称和热点连接密码生成的,第一终端设备110将待迁移应用的所有数据进行分类;第一终端设备110备份待迁移应用的第一数据,以得到第一数据集,以及将第一数据集传送给第二终端设备120,第一数据的数据类型为预设类型。
可见,在本方案中,在第一终端设备进行数据备份之前,第一终端设备对待迁移应用的所有数据进行分类,然后第一终端设备只向第二终端设备迁移预设类型的数据,这样可避免旧设备将某些用户不想搬到新设备上的应用的数据迁移到新设备上,而给新手机带来不必要的内存占用问题。
请参见图2,图2为本发明实施例提供的一种数据迁移方法的流程示意图,包括以下步骤:
S201、第一终端设备通过扫描第二终端设备的二维码,以连接所述第二终端设备建立的热点,所述二维码是基于所述热点名称和所述热点连接密码生成的。
S202、所述第一终端设备将待迁移应用的所有数据进行分类。
S203、所述第一终端设备备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据,以得到第一数据集,以及将所述第一数据集传送给所述第二终端设备,所述第一数据的数据类型为预设类型。
可选地,由于音/视频文件、以及图像文件相对于文本文件的大小较大,终端设备中的绝大部分占用量可能是这些文件占用的,为了不让这些文件占用新设备的内存,可将上述预设类型设置为音/视频数据类型和/或图像数据类型。
可选地,所述待迁移应用包括以下至少一种:使用次数超过预设次数、安装时间距离当前系统时间的时长超过预设时长、音/视频应用、下载应用、最近一次的使用时间距离当前系统时间的时长小于第二预设时长。
其中,所述待迁移应用为安装于第一终端设备中的第三方应用,或者,所述待迁移应用为第一终端设备的系统应用。
其中,上述使用次数为待迁移应用从安装到当前时刻总共的使用次数。也就是说,待迁移应用一共被使用了多少次。
其中,上述预设次数例如可以是50次、65次、78次、100次、200次或是其他值。
其中,上述预设时长例如可以是1个月、2个月、5个月、1年或是其他值。
其中,音/视频应用例如可以有爱奇艺、酷狗、QQ音乐、腾讯视频、搜狐视频等等。
其中,下载应用例如可以是迅雷、PP助手、影音先锋等等。
其中,上述预设时长例如可以是1小时、2小时、4小时、5小时或是其他值。
在本方案中,在第一终端设备进行数据备份之前,第一终端设备对待迁移 应用的所有数据进行分类,然后第一终端设备只向第二终端设备迁移预设类型的数据,这样可避免旧设备将某些用户不想搬到新设备上的应用的数据迁移到新设备上,而给新手机带来不必要的内存占用问题。
可选地,在备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据的过程中,所述第一终端设备备份所述待迁移应用的第二数据,以得到第二数据集,所述第二数据的数据类型不为所述预设类型;在将所述第一数据集传送给所述第二终端设备的过程中,所述第一终端设备将所述第二数据集传送给网络服务器。
可见,由于避免给新手机带来不必要的内存占用问题,因此只将第一数据迁移至第二终端设备,但是为了避免后续用户还需要第二数据,第一终端设备暂时将第二数据迁移至网络设备,进而提高了用户体验。
可选地,所述第一终端设备将所述第二数据集传送给网络服务器之后,所述方法还包括:
所述第一终端设备向所述网络服务器发送数据删除指令,所述数据删除指令用于指示所述网络服务器在设定时长后若未检测到第二终端设备对所述第二数据集有任何操作,则删除所述第二数据集。
其中,所述设定时长例如可以是15天、1个月、1个半月或是其他值。
可见,由于第二数据可能不是用户想要迁移到新设备上的数据,第一终端设备只是为了防止后续用户还需要这些数据而暂时迁移到网络服务器的。假如第一终端设备已经将第二数据迁移到网络服务器较长时间但用户没有什么意愿下载到第二终端设备中,此时为了不占用网络服务器的内存资源,网络服务器可以直接将第二数据直接删除。
可选地,所述第一终端设备将所述第二数据集传送给网络服务器之后,所述方法还包括:
所述第一终端设备向所述第二终端设备发送提示指令,所述提示指令携带所述第二数据的数据类型,所述提示指令用于指示所述第二终端设备提示用户数据类型为所述第二数据的数据类型的数据已备份至所述网络服务器,以及提示用户若在所述设定时长后未对所述第二数据集有任何操作,网络设备将删除所述第二数据集。
可见,在第二数据已经迁移至网络服务器后,为了防止用户忘了还有第二 数据,第一终端设备通过提醒用户已将第二数据迁移至网络服务器,同时提醒第二数据在网络设备中保存的时长,进而提高了用户体验。
可选地,所述待迁移应用的数量为N时,所述N为大于1的整数,所述第一终端设备备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据,包括:

举例来说,假设N=5,W=3,这5个待迁移应用最近一次的使用时间的晚早顺序有:待迁移应用1-待迁移应用2-待迁移应用3-待迁移应用4-待迁移应用5,第一终端设备并行备份待迁移应用1、待迁移应用2和待迁移应用3的第一数据,假设待迁移应用1的第一数据备份完成时,第一终端设备在备份待迁移应用1的线程上备份待迁移应用4的第一数据,以此类推,直至这5个待迁移应用的第一数据全部备份完成。
需要说明的是,假设第一时间为16年9月10日23:20,第二时间为16年9月10日21:20,那么第一时间晚于第二时间。
可选地,所述待迁移应用的数量为N时,所述N为大于1的整数,所述第一终端设备备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据,包括:

需要说明的是,当待迁移应用为N个时,上述第一数据集对应有N个,N个第一数据集与N个待迁移应用一一对应,那么第一终端设备向第二终端设备传送的第一数据集对应为N个。另外,上述备份待迁移应用的第一数据的具体实施方式,同样适用于备份待迁移应用的第二数据,在此不再叙述。
本发明实施例还提供了另一更为详细的方法流程,如图3所示,包括:
S301、第一终端设备通过扫描第二终端设备的二维码,以连接所述第二终端设备建立的热点,所述二维码是基于所述热点名称和所述热点连接密码生成的。

可选地,所述待迁移应用为安装于终端设备中的第三方应用,或者,所述待迁移应用为系统应用。
需要说明的是,上述各模块(热点连接模块401、数据分类模块402、数据备份模块403、数据传送模块404和发送模块405)用于执行上述方法的相关步骤。
在本实施例中,数据迁移装置400是以模块的形式来呈现。这里的“模块”可以指特定应用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),执行一个或多个软件或固件程序的处理器和存储器,集成逻辑电路,和/或其他可以提供上述功能的器件。此外,以上热点连接模块401、数据分类模块402、数据备份模块403和数据传送模块404可通过图5所示的终端设备的处理器501来实现。以上发送模块405可通过图5所示的终端设备的通信接口503来实现。
如图5所示,终端设备500可以以图5中的结构来实现,该终端设备500包括至少一个处理器501,至少一个存储器502以及至少一个通信接口503。所述处理器501、所述存储器502和所述通信接口503通过所述通信总线连接并完成相互间的通信。
处理器501可以是通用中央处理器(CPU),微处理器,特定应用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),或一个或多个用于控制以上方案程序执行的集成电路。
通信接口503,用于与其他设备或通信网络通信,如以太网,无线接入网 (RAN),无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Networks,WLAN)等。
存储器502可以是只读存储器(read-only memory,ROM)或可存储静态信息和指令的其他类型的静态存储设备,随机存取存储器(random access memory,RAM)或者可存储信息和指令的其他类型的动态存储设备,也可以是电可擦可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)或其他光盘存储、光碟存储(包括压缩光碟、激光碟、光碟、数字通用光碟、蓝光光碟等)、磁盘存储介质或者其他磁存储设备、或者能够用于携带或存储具有指令或数据结构形式的期望的程序代码并能够由计算机存取的任何其他介质,但不限于此。存储器可以是独立存在,通过总线与处理器相连接。存储器也可以和处理器集成在一起。
其中,所述存储器502用于存储执行以上方案的应用程序代码,并由处理器501来控制执行。所述处理器501用于执行所述存储器502中存储的应用程序代码。
存储器502存储的代码可执行以上提供的终端设备执行的上述数据迁移方法,比如通过扫描第二终端设备的二维码,以连接所述第二终端设备建立的热点,所述二维码是基于所述热点名称和所述热点连接密码生成的;将待迁移应用的所有数据进行分类;备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据,以得到第一数据集,以及将所述第一数据集传送给所述第二终端设备,所述第一数据的数据类型为预设类型。
本发明实施例还提供了一个更为具体的应用场景,如下:上述终端设备为手机,下面结合图6对手机的各个构成部件进行具体的介绍:
RF电路610可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,给处理器680处理;另外,将设计上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路610包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、收发信机、耦合器、低噪声放大器(Low Noise Amplifier,LNA)、双工器等。此外,RF电路610还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。上述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于全球移动通讯系统(Global System of  Mobile communication,GSM)、通用分组无线服务(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,CDMA)、宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,WCDMA)、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)、电子邮件、短消息服务(Short Messaging Service,SMS)等。
存储器620可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器680通过运行存储在存储器620的软件程序以及模块,从而执行手机的各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器620可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如数据分类功能、数据备份功能、数据集传送功能)等;存储数据区可存储根据手机的使用所创建的数据(比如备份得到的第一数据集和第二数据集)等。此外,存储器620可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
输入单元630可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与手机的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。具体地,输入单元630可包括触控面板631、其他输入设备632。触控面板631,也称为触摸屏,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触控面板631上或在触控面板631附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触控面板631可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器680,并能接收处理器680发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触控面板631。除以了触控面板631,输入单元630还可以包括其他输入设备632。具体地,其他输入设备632可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的至少一种。
显示单元640可用于显示由用户输入的信息或提供给用户的信息以及手机的各种菜单。显示单元640可包括显示面板641,可选的,可以采用液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、有机发光二极管(Organic Light-Emitting  Diode,OLED)等形式来配置显示面板641。进一步的,触控面板631可覆盖显示面板641,当触控面板631检测到在其上或附近的触摸操作后,传送给处理器680以确定触摸事件的类型,随后处理器680根据触摸事件的类型在显示面板641上提供相应的视觉输出。虽然在图6中,触控面板631与显示面板641是作为两个独立的部件来实现手机的输入和输入功能,但是在某些实施例中,可以将触控面板631与显示面板641集成而实现手机的输入和输出功能。
手机还可包括至少一种传感器650,比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地,光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器,其中,环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示面板641的亮度,接近传感器可在手机移动到耳边时,关闭显示面板641和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种,加速计传感器可检测各个方向上(一般为三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别手机姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等;至于手机还可配置的陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器,在此不再赘述。
音频电路660、扬声器661,传声器662可提供用户与手机之间的音频接口。音频电路660可将接收到的音频数据转换后的电信号,传输到扬声器661,由扬声器661转换为声音信号输出;另一方面,传声器662将收集的声音信号转换为电信号,由音频电路660接收后转换为音频数据,再将音频数据输出处理器680处理后,经RF电路610以发送给比如另一手机,或者将音频数据输出至存储器620以便进一步处理。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,手机通过WiFi模块670可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图6示出了WiFi模块670,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于手机的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器680是手机的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器620内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器620内的数据,执行手机的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器680可包括一个或多个处理单元;优选的,处理 器680可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器680中。
手机还包括给各个部件供电的电源690(比如电池),优选的,电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器680逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。
尽管未示出,手机还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。
前述实施例中,各步骤方法流程可以基于图6所示的终端设备的结构实现。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,其中,该计算机存储介质可存储有程序,该程序执行时包括上述方法实施例中记载的任何一种数据迁移方法的部分或全部步骤。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必须的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置,可通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性或其它的形式。

另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储器中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储器中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可为个人计算机、服务器或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储器包括:U盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、移动硬盘、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储器中,存储器可以包括:闪存盘、只读存储器(英文:Read-Only Memory,简称:ROM)、随机存取器(英文:Random Access Memory,简称:RAM)、磁盘或光盘等。
以上对本发明实施例进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上上述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种数据迁移方法,其特征在于,包括:
    第一终端设备通过扫描第二终端设备的二维码,以连接所述第二终端设备建立的热点,所述二维码是基于所述热点名称和所述热点连接密码生成的;
    所述第一终端设备将待迁移应用的所有数据进行分类;
    所述第一终端设备备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据,以得到第一数据集,以及将所述第一数据集传送给所述第二终端设备,所述第一数据的数据类型为预设类型。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据的过程中,所述第一终端设备备份所述待迁移应用的第二数据,以得到第二数据集,所述第二数据的数据类型不为所述预设类型;
    在将所述第一数据集传送给所述第二终端设备的过程中,所述第一终端设备将所述第二数据集传送给网络服务器。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备将所述第二数据集传送给网络服务器之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端设备向所述网络服务器发送数据删除指令,所述数据删除指令用于指示所述网络服务器在设定时长后若未检测到第二终端设备对所述第二数据集有任何操作,则删除所述第二数据集。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一终端设备将所述第二数据集传送给网络服务器之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端设备向所述第二终端设备发送提示指令,所述提示指令携带所述第二数据的数据类型,所述提示指令用于指示所述第二终端设备提示用户数据类型为所述第二数据的数据类型的数据已备份至所述网络服务器,以及提示用户若在所述设定时长后未对所述第二数据集有任何操作,网络设备将删除所述第二数据集。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待迁移应用包括以下至少一种:使用次数超过预设次数、安装时间距离当前系统时间的时 长超过预设时长、音/视频应用、下载应用。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设类型包括音/视频数据类型和/或图像数据类型。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待迁移应用的数量为N时,所述N为大于1的整数,所述第一终端设备备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据,包括:
    若所述N大于或等于W,所述第一终端设备并行备份所述N个待迁移应用中的W个待迁移应用的第一数据,所述W为大于1的整数,所述W个迁移应用最近一次的使用时间晚于所述N个待迁移应用中除了所述W个待迁移应用之外的任一待迁移应用最近一次的使用时间;
    在待迁移应用i的数据备份完成后,所述第一终端设备在备份所述待迁移应用i的线程上备份待迁移应用j的数据,所述待迁移应用i为所述W个待迁移应用中的其中一个待迁移应用,直至所述N个待迁移应用的数据备份完成,所述待迁移应用j最近一次的使用时间晚于所述N-W个待迁移应用中除了所述待迁移应用j之外的任一待迁移应用最近一次的使用时间;
    若所述N小于所述W,所述第一终端设备并行备份所述N个待迁移应用的数据。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待迁移应用的数量为N时,所述N为大于1的整数,所述第一终端设备备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据,包括:
    若所述N大于或等于w,所述第一终端设备并行备份所述N个待迁移应用中的任意w个待迁移应用的数据,所述w为大于1的整数;
    在待迁移应用j的数据备份完成后,所述第一终端设备在备份所述待迁移应用j的线程上备份待迁移应用k的数据,直至所述N个待迁移应用的数据备份完成,所述待迁移应用j为所述w个待迁移应用中的其中一个待迁移应用,所述待迁移应用k为所述N个待迁移应用中除了所述w个待迁移应用之外的任一待迁移应用;
    若所述N小于所述w,所述第一终端设备并行备份所述N个待迁移应用的数据。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述待迁移应用为安装于终端设备中的第三方应用,或者,所述待迁移应用为系统应用。
  10. 一种数据迁移装置,其特征在于,包括:
    热点连接模块,用于通过扫描第二终端设备的二维码,以连接所述第二终端设备建立的热点,所述二维码是基于所述热点名称和所述热点连接密码生成的;
    数据分类模块,用于将待迁移应用的所有数据进行分类;
    数据备份模块,用于备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据,以得到第一数据集;
    数据传送模块,用于将所述第一数据集传送给所述第二终端设备,所述第一数据的数据类型为预设类型。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述数据备份模块,还用于在备份所述待迁移应用的第一数据的过程中,备份所述待迁移应用的第二数据,以得到第二数据集,所述第二数据的数据类型不为所述预设类型;
    所述数据传送模块,还用于在将所述第一数据集传送给所述第二终端设备的过程中,将所述第二数据集传送给网络服务器。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    发送模块,用于向所述网络服务器发送数据删除指令,所述数据删除指令用于指示所述网络服务器在设定时长后若未检测到第二终端设备对所述第二数据集有任何操作,则删除所述第二数据集。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述发送模块,还用于向所述第二终端设备发送提示指令,所述提示指令携带所述第二数据的数据类型,所述提示指令用于指示所述第二终端设备提示用户数据类型为所述第二数据的数据类型的数据已备份至所述网络服务器,以及提示用户若在所述设定时长后未对所述第二数据集有任何操作,网络设备将删除所述第二数据集。
  14. 根据权利要求10-13任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待迁移应用包括以下至少一种:使用次数超过预设次数、安装时间距离当前系统时间的时长超过预设时长、音/视频应用、下载应用。
  15. 根据权利要求10-14任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预设类型包括音/视频数据类型和/或图像数据类型。
  16. 根据权利要求10-15任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待迁移应用的数量为N时,所述N为大于1的整数,所述数据备份模块具体用于:
    若所述N大于或等于W,并行备份所述N个待迁移应用中的W个待迁移应用的第一数据,所述W为大于1的整数,所述W个迁移应用最近一次的使用时间晚于所述N个待迁移应用中除了所述W个待迁移应用之外的任一待迁移应用最近一次的使用时间;
    在待迁移应用i的数据备份完成后,在备份所述待迁移应用i的线程上备份待迁移应用j的数据,所述待迁移应用i为所述W个待迁移应用中的其中一个待迁移应用,直至所述N个待迁移应用的数据备份完成,所述待迁移应用j最近一次的使用时间晚于所述N-W个待迁移应用中除了所述待迁移应用j之外的任一待迁移应用最近一次的使用时间;
    若所述N小于所述W,并行备份所述N个待迁移应用的数据。
  17. 根据权利要求10-15任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待迁移应用的数量为N时,所述N为大于1的整数,所述数据备份模块具体用于:
    若所述N大于或等于w,并行备份所述N个待迁移应用中的任意w个待迁移应用的数据,所述w为大于1的整数;
    在待迁移应用j的数据备份完成后,在备份所述待迁移应用j的线程上备份待迁移应用k的数据,直至所述N个待迁移应用的数据备份完成,所述待迁移应用j为所述w个待迁移应用中的其中一个待迁移应用,所述待迁移应用k为所述N个待迁移应用中除了所述w个待迁移应用之外的任一待迁移应用;
    若所述N小于所述w,并行备份所述N个待迁移应用的数据。
  18. 根据权利要求10-17任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述待迁移应用为安装于终端设备中的第三方应用,或者,所述待迁移应用为系统应用。
  19. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    存储有可执行程序代码的存储器;
    与所述存储器耦合的处理器;
    所述处理器调用所述存储器中存储的所述可执行程序代码,执行如权利要 求1-9任一项所述的方法。
  20. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质存储有程序,所述程序执行时包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法。
