Description

服药管理终端装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医学容器技术领域,尤其涉及一种服药管理终端装置。
背景技术
中老年慢性病患者根据病情不同,一天需要服用2种以上药物3-5次,每周需要服用至少50粒药物。由于记忆力衰退、行动能力降低等原因,中老年慢性病患者经常会漏服、错服药品。在长期服用慢性病药物过程中,很多慢性病患者因为未能准确遵照医嘱服用药物导致康复情况不理想。
在小型社区医院或者养老院,给慢性病老年分配药物成为一项繁杂的任务,监护和义务工作者人数不够,看护人员和患者数量严重失调。到药物服用时间时,需要看护人员人工提醒患者服用特定药物,无看护人员老年慢性病患者容易误服或漏服药物。为慢性病患者定时定量分配药物并监督服药已成为社会保障中一项繁重且容易出现错漏的复杂任务。
为降低药品包装成与药物价格,中国已经逐渐开始推广药品大容量包装,药房或医院采购大包装药品,根据患者处方要求为患者配置为对应药量的简包装或纸包装药物分发给患者。欧美大部分国家已经采用这样的政策。
目前已有一些提醒服用药物的服药管理终端装置,将分装好的药品放置在这些装置中,可实现服用药物自动提醒。但现有的服药管理终端装置结构设计较为复杂、操作不便,不利于患者使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、操作方便的服药管理终端装置,以克服现有技术的上述缺陷。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种服药管理终端装置,包括壳体和门体,壳体内部形成一侧面开口的空腔,壳体上设有挤压件,挤压件在空腔的开口侧与壳体的顶部连接;门体在空腔的开口侧与壳体的底部可转动地连接,门体上设有能够与壳体可闭锁连接的锁定结构,门体的上端设有夹持件,在锁定结构与壳体连接时,夹持件与挤压件之间形成夹持间隙,且夹持间隙的大小可改变。
优选地,夹持间隙大小的改变通过挤压件的转动和/或弹性变形实现。
优选地,挤压件向夹持件的方向形成挤压力。
优选地,挤压件与壳体可转动地连接,且挤压件向壳体内部方向转动时,挤压件水平方向最接近夹持件的端面的下止点不低于挤压件的转动轴线所在的水平面。
优选地,还包括拨件、限位铁板和磁铁,拨件固定设于挤压件上并伸入壳体的下方,限位铁板和磁铁设于壳体上,限位铁板位于拨件的下方,磁铁与限位铁板间隔相对设置;挤压件能够朝壳体内部转动至拨件与壳体相卡接的位置。
优选地,锁定结构包括锁舌,锁舌设于门体上,壳体上设有凹槽,在锁定结构与壳体连接时,锁舌插入凹槽中。
优选地,锁定结构还包括滑板,在滑板的上端设有夹持件;滑板可上下滑动地设于门体内部,锁舌可水平滑动地设于门体内部,在滑板与锁舌之间连接有传动机构,传动机构能够实现由滑板的上下滑动带动锁舌水平滑动。
优选地,锁定结构还包括复位件,复位件设于门体内部,滑板的下端与复位件连接。
优选地,在壳体与空腔开口侧相对的一侧上开设有通孔。
优选地,壳体或门体内还设有控制器,壳体或门体上设有信息显示装置,信息显示装置与控制器相连接。
优选地,在挤压件上设有药包计数传感器,药包计数传感器与控制器相连接。
优选地,在壳体内部安装有用于感应药盒放入或取出的感应件,感应件与控制器相连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有显著的进步:将门体设在壳体的侧面,且门体在壳体的底部与壳体可转动连接,从侧面实现壳体空腔的开启和关闭,当门体打开时,可以平躺在水平面上,以便让使用者以最自然的方式将药盒从壳体侧面推入,不需要复杂或者不符合人机工学的额外操作;并且在门体将壳体空腔关闭的同时能够通过夹持件和挤压件完成夹住药包的操作,因此无需另外设置药包夹持结构,从而使整体结构简单化。

如图1至图10所示,本发明的服药管理终端装置的一种实施例。本实施例的服药终端装置包括壳体1和门体2。壳体1内部形成一侧面开口的空腔100,如图10所示,空腔100用于容纳药盒10,该药盒10内装有分配好的若干份药品,药品包装采用若干个依次连接的药包101进行包装,每个药包101内装有单次服用剂量的药品。
如图1至图4所示,门体2在空腔100的开口侧与壳体1的底部可转动地连接,通过门体2的转动可实现空腔100的开启或关闭。在门体2上设有能够与壳体1可闭锁连接的锁定结构,用于在关闭空腔100时实现门体2与壳体1的闭锁连接,并在开启空腔100时实现门体2与壳体1的分离。本实施例中,在门体2的上端设有夹持件3,在壳体1上设有挤压件4,挤压件4在空腔100的开口侧与壳体1的顶部连接。如图5至图7所示,在门体2将壳体1空腔100关闭时,夹持件3与挤压件4之间形成夹持间隙34,该夹持间隙34用于输出药包101,以实现取药。并且,该夹持间隙34的大小可改变,以适应药包101输出过程中在夹持间隙34处的厚度变化,从而实现在取药时使药包101能够顺利通过夹持间隙34、在取药后药包101之间的连接部则能够被夹持在夹持件3与挤压件4之间,以便于下次取药。优选地,本实施例的夹持件3设有药包夹持部31和导向部32,导向部32设有两个,分别设在药包夹持部31的两侧,能够对药包101的输出起导向作用。挤压件4位于两个导向部32之间,并与药包夹持部31之间形成夹持间隙34。
本实施例的服药管理终端装置将门体2设在壳体1的侧面,且门体2在壳体1的底部与壳体1可转动连接,从侧面实现壳体1空腔100的开启和关闭,当门体2打开时,可以平躺在水平面上,以便让使用者以最自然的方式将药盒10从壳体1侧面推入(如图10所示),不需要复杂或者不符合人机工学的额外操作;并且在门体2将壳体1空腔100关闭的同时能够通过夹持件3和挤压件4完成夹住药包101的操作,因此无需另外设置药包101夹持结构,从而使整体结构简单化。
本发明中夹持间隙34大小可改变的实现方式并不局限,可以通过挤压件4的转动来实现,或者通过挤压件4的弹性变形来实现,或者通过挤压件4的转动及弹性变形相结合的方式来 实现。其中,通过挤压件4的转动来实现夹持间隙34大小的改变时,可使挤压件4与壳体1的顶部可转动地连接,通过挤压件4的转动而改变挤压件4与夹持件3之间的距离,从而实现夹持间隙34的扩大或缩小,在此情况下,挤压件4向壳体1内部方向转动时,挤压件4水平方向最接近夹持件3的端面的下止点须不低于挤压件4的转动轴线所在的水平面,以保证药包101可以顺利从壳体1内部取出。通过挤压件4的弹性变形来实现夹持间隙34大小的改变时,可以使挤压件4整体全部采用弹性材料制成,也可以使挤压件4靠近夹持件3的部分采用弹性制成、挤压件4远离夹持件的部分则采用刚性材料制成,通过挤压件4的弹性变形而改变挤压件4与夹持件3之间的间隔距离,从而实现夹持间隙34的扩大或缩小,在此情况下,挤压件4既可以与壳体1固定连接,也可以与壳体1可转动地连接。本实施例中采用的是挤压件4与壳体1顶部可转动连接的方式。
进一步,挤压件4向夹持件3的方向形成挤压力,以对药包101施加挤压力,起到固定药包101的作用,尤其是在取药后,可以保证药包101之间的连接部在挤压件4挤压力的作用下被夹持固定在夹持件3与挤压件4之间,从而便于下次取药。本发明挤压件4向夹持件3的方向形成挤压力的方式并不局限,可以通过重力、磁力、弹性变形力其中的一种或多种组合来实现。其中,弹性变形力的方式包括通过挤压件4自身的弹性变形产生挤压力的方式和通过外部弹性构件对挤压件4的作用使挤压件4向夹持件3的方向形成挤压力的方式。通过重力、磁力或外部弹性构件实现挤压件4向夹持件3的方向形成挤压力的方式适用于挤压件4与壳体1可转动连接的情况。
具体地,在本实施例采用挤压件4与壳体1的顶部可转动连接的情况下,在门体2将壳体1空腔100关闭时,通过挤压件4与壳体1的可转动连接以及挤压件4自身的重力作用,即可实现在取药时通过拉动药包101带动挤压件4朝壳体1外部旋转以扩大夹持件3与挤压件4之间的夹持间隙34,使药包101顺利取出,并在取药后挤压件4靠自重自动朝壳体1内部旋转以缩小夹持件3与挤压件4之间的夹持间隙34,将药包101之间的连接部夹持固定在夹持件3与挤压件4之间。在此过程中,由于挤压件4自身重力的作用,挤压件4将始终对药包101形成一定的挤压力。此时,挤压件4应采用质量较大的材料制成。
为了使夹持件3与挤压件4之间的夹持间隙34的大小能够更好地自动适应取药过程以及取药后药包101的固定,本实施例采用了通过磁力实现挤压件4向夹持件3的方向形成挤压力的方式。如图9所示,本实施例还设有拨件91、限位铁板92和磁铁93。其中,拨件91固定设置在挤压件4上,在挤压件4发生旋转时,拨件91随之旋转。拨件91伸入壳体1的下 方,限位铁板92和磁铁93设置在壳体1上,限位铁板92位于拨件91的下方,磁铁93与限位铁板92间隔相对设置。本实施例的磁铁93设置在限位铁板92的上方,且磁铁93对限位铁板92产生吸力,使得限位铁板92对拨件91形成向上的推力,从而使挤压件4向夹持件3的方向形成并保持挤压力。挤压件4能够朝壳体1内部转动至拨件91与壳体1相卡接的位置,此位置即为挤压件4朝壳体1内部转动的下止点位置,亦即挤压件4向壳体1内部方向转动时,挤压件4水平方向最接近夹持件3的端面的下止点位置,且挤压件4水平方向最接近夹持件3的端面的下止点不低于挤压件4的转动轴线所在的水平面。此时拨件91与壳体1相卡接而阻止挤压件4继续朝壳体1内部转动。由此,通过磁力的作用实现了挤压件4对药包101产生挤压力。取药时,通过外力拉取药包101而带动挤压件4朝壳体1外部发生转动,以扩大夹持间隙34,使得药包101可以顺利取出。在此过程中,拨件91将拨动限位铁板92,由于磁铁93对限位铁板92的吸力作用将阻碍限位铁板92的运动,因此会对拨件91的运动产生阻力,从而阻碍挤压件4继续旋转。因此取药时所用外力的大小需能克服限位铁板92与磁铁93之间的吸力。而限位铁板92与磁铁93之间的吸力作用同时也对挤压件4朝壳体1外部转动的角度起到限制作用,有利于将药包101抽出后挤压件4快速朝壳体1内部转动复位而将药包101的连接部夹持固定在夹持件3上。当然,本发明也可以采用通过外部弹性构件实现挤压件4向夹持件3的方向形成挤压力的方式,弹性构件可以采用弹簧、扭簧或者弹片等。例如,在挤压件与壳体相连接的转轴上设置扭簧,通过扭簧的作用同样可以实现限制挤压件朝壳体内部旋转的下止点位置。
本发明的壳体1的形状并不局限,例如,如图1和图4所示,本实施例的壳体1包括底板11、顶板12、前板13、后板14和侧板15,底板11、顶板12、前板13、后板14和侧板15围合形成空腔100,空腔100呈矩形,且与侧板15相对的一侧为开口。门体2的下端与底板11远离侧板15的一端可转动地连接,挤压件4与顶板12远离侧板15的一端可转动地连接。当然,门体2也可以在其下部的两侧分别与前板13和后板14的下部可转动地连接,挤压件4也可以在其两侧分别与前板13和后板14的上部可转动地连接。并且,门体2与壳体1、挤压件4与壳体1可转动连接的方式并不局限,可以采用铰接的方式,如枢轴连接的方式,也可以采用插销与销孔相配合的方式。此外,本发明的壳体及空腔的形状也可以采用其它的形状。
本实施例的锁定结构设于门体2内部,锁定结构包括滑板5和锁舌6。夹持件3设置在滑板5的上端,且夹持件3与滑板5为一体结构。在壳体1上设有凹槽16,用于与锁舌6配合 插接。在锁定结构与壳体1连接时,锁舌6插入凹槽16中而实现门体2与壳体1闭锁连接。具体地,如图1和图2所示,本实施例的门体2包括外板21和内板22,内板22设于外板21的内表面,并与外板21卡合相接形成门体2。锁定结构设于内板22的外表面上。优选地,如图8所示,在内板22的外表面上设置一支撑板7,支撑板7与内板22卡合相接,并在支撑板7与内板22之间形成用于容纳锁定结构的空间,外板21覆盖于支撑板7的外表面。滑板5可上下滑动地设于支撑板7上,优选地,在支撑板7上设置一支撑柱71,在滑板5上沿上下方向设置一长形支撑孔51,支撑孔51沿上下方向的尺寸大于支撑柱71的尺寸,滑板5通过支撑孔51挂在支撑柱71上,使得滑板5可以相对于支撑板7上下滑动。锁舌6可水平滑动地设于内板22上,优选地,在内板22上设置一水平滑槽(图中未示出),将锁舌6置于该水平滑槽内。在滑板5与锁舌6之间连接有传动机构,该传动机构能够实现由滑板5的上下滑动带动锁舌6在内板22的水平滑槽内水平滑动,以使锁舌6插入或离开壳体1上的凹槽16,从而实现门体2与壳体1的闭锁连接或分离。需要说明的是,上述“外表面”和“内表面”分别指背向和朝向壳体1内部的表面。
优选地,本实施例的传动机构包括相互配合的倾斜滑槽52和滑销61。具体地,在滑板5上设有从上至下朝滑板5的中部倾斜的倾斜滑槽52,在锁舌6上设有滑销61,当内板22与支撑板7卡合相接时,滑销61插入滑板5的倾斜滑槽52内,在外力作用下滑销61可与倾斜滑槽52发生相对滑动,并带动锁舌6在内板22的水平滑槽内发生水平移动。由此,当滑板5在外力作用下向上滑动时,通过倾斜滑槽52向上的运动可带动滑销61朝滑板5中部运动,从而使锁舌6朝内板22上水平滑槽的中部运动;当滑板5向下滑动时,则相反地,锁舌6将朝内板22上水平滑槽的两端运动。当然,本发明用于实现由滑板的上下滑动带动锁舌水平滑动的传动机构并不局限于本实施例,也可以采用其它的形式,例如连杆机构。
优选地,本实施例的锁舌6设有两个,均置于内板22的水平滑槽内;滑板5上设有两个倾斜滑槽52,分别与两个锁舌6的滑销61相配合;壳体1的前板13和后板14上分别设有一个凹槽16,分别与两个锁舌6配合。在锁定结构与壳体1连接时,两个锁舌6的滑销61分别位于与之对应的倾斜滑槽52的上端且两个锁舌6分别插入与之对应的凹槽16中,此时能够实现门体2与壳体1的固定连接。当需要开启门体2时,可向上提拉夹持件3,带动滑板5向上滑动,使两个锁舌6同时朝内板22中部运动而离开壳体1上的凹槽16,实现门体2与壳体1的分离,从而实现门体2开启。优选地,本实施例的夹持件3上设有提拉部33,以方便使用者向上提拉夹持件3。提拉部33同时可以作为撕裂药包101时的支撑平台,使相邻 药包101之间的撕裂断面更加平齐、美观。
由此,本实施例的服药管理终端装置通过锁定结构实现了开门方式的隐藏,能够防止儿童误操作将该装置打开。向上提拉夹持件3以打开门体2的操作可以一定程度上降低该装置由于摔落或碰撞而被打开的概率。另外,锁定结构与壳体1和门体2结合密切,不需要设置额外按钮或开关等,使得装置整体结构简单紧凑。
进一步,在本实施例中,锁定结构还包括复位件,复位件设置在门体2内部,滑板5的下端与复位件连接,有利于实现滑板5的向下运动复位。优选地,如图8所示,本实施例的复位件采用弹簧8,弹簧8设置在支撑板7与内板22之间,且弹簧8的下端与支撑板7连接,弹簧8的上端与滑板5连接,通过弹簧8的拉力可实现滑板5向下运动复位。
进一步,在本实施例中,如图4和图5所示,在壳体1与空腔100开口侧相对的一侧,即侧板15上可以开设通孔17,通过通孔17可以方便查看壳体1空腔100内部药包101的数量,以便于及时补充;此外,在门体2开启时,使用者可以通过通孔17方便地推出空腔100内的药盒10,以便于更换药盒10。通孔17可以设置一个或者多个,通孔17的尺寸最小应允许伸入一个手指以推动药盒、最大应不超过侧板15的尺寸。
进一步,为了方便使用者对壳体1空腔100内部的进行观察,壳体1可以包括透明面板或镂空面板。优选地,透明面板或镂空面板的位置与药盒10标签的位置相对应,以便于使用者读取药盒10标签上的信息。在本实施例中,可使前板13、后板14和侧板15中的一个或两个或全部采用透明面板或镂空面板。
进一步,在本实施例中,壳体1或门体2内还设有控制器,在壳体1或门体2上可以设置信息显示装置和/或服药提醒装置,信息显示装置和/或服药提醒装置与控制器相连接,用于显示时间、医嘱服药注意信息、服药提醒消息等。
此外,本实施例的服药管理终端装置还可以包括药包计数传感器、感应件以及信息读取单元。其中,药包计数传感器设置在挤压件4上,药包计数传感器与控制器相连接,用于对使用者的取药动作进行监测。药包计数传感器可以为震动传感器或形变传感器,用于检测挤压件4的运动或形变。优选地,在夹持件3一侧亦可以设置光电传感器以辅助检测抽出的药包数量。感应件安装在壳体1内部,感应件与控制器相连接,用于感应药盒10的放入和取出。感应件可以采用弹片开关或传感器。信息读取单元设置在壳体1内部,信息读取单元与控制器相连接,用于读取药盒10上存储的预定服药信息,比如药盒10上可以封装RFID芯片,RFID芯片中写入病人的身份信息,当药盒10插入本实施例的服药管理终端装置时,信息读取单元 读取药盒10上的病人身份信息,并与本实施例的服药管理终端装置中预存的病人身份信息相比对,如果病人身份信息不匹配,本实施例的服药管理终端装置将会报警提示。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,包括壳体(1)和门体(2),所述壳体(1)内部形成一侧面开口的空腔(100),所述壳体(1)上设有挤压件(4),所述挤压件(4)在所述空腔(100)的开口侧与所述壳体(1)的顶部连接;所述门体(2)在所述空腔(100)的开口侧与所述壳体(1)的底部可转动地连接,所述门体(2)上设有能够与所述壳体(1)可闭锁连接的锁定结构,所述门体(2)的上端设有夹持件(3),在所述锁定结构与所述壳体(1)连接时,所述夹持件(3)与所述挤压件(4)之间形成夹持间隙(34),且所述夹持间隙(34)的大小可改变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,所述夹持间隙(34)大小的改变通过所述挤压件(4)的转动和/或弹性变形实现。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,所述挤压件(4)向所述夹持件(3)的方向形成挤压力。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,所述挤压件(4)与所述壳体(1)可转动地连接,且所述挤压件(4)向所述壳体(1)内部方向转动时,所述挤压件(4)水平方向最接近所述夹持件(3)的端面的下止点不低于所述挤压件(4)的转动轴线所在的水平面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,还包括拨件(91)、限位铁板(92)和磁铁(93),所述拨件(91)固定设于所述挤压件(4)上并伸入所述壳体(1)的下方,所述限位铁板(92)和所述磁铁(93)设于所述壳体(1)上,所述限位铁板(92)位于所述拨件(91)的下方,所述磁铁(93)与所述限位铁板(92)间隔相对设置;所述挤压件(4)能够朝所述壳体(1)内部转动至所述拨件(91)与所述壳体(1)相卡接的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,所述锁定结构包括锁舌(6),所述锁舌(6)设于所述门体(2)上,所述壳体(1)上设有凹槽(16),在所述锁定结构与所述壳体(1)连接时,所述锁舌(6)插入所述凹槽(16)中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,所述锁定结构还包括滑板(5),在所述滑板(5)的上端设有所述夹持件(3);所述滑板(5)可上下滑动地设于所述门体(2)内部,所述锁舌(6)可水平滑动地设于所述门体(2)内部,在所述滑板(5)与所述锁舌(6)之间连接有传动机构,所述传动机构能够实现由所述滑板(5)的上下 滑动带动所述锁舌(6)水平滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,所述锁定结构还包括复位件,所述复位件设于所述门体(2)内部,所述滑板(5)的下端与所述复位件连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,在所述壳体(1)与所述空腔(100)开口侧相对的一侧上开设有通孔(17)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)或门体(2)内还设有控制器,所述壳体(1)或所述门体(2)上设有信息显示装置,所述信息显示装置与所述控制器相连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,在所述挤压件(4)上设有药包计数传感器,所述药包计数传感器与所述控制器相连接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的服药管理终端装置,其特征在于,在所述壳体(1)内部安装有用于感应药盒(10)放入或取出的感应件,所述感应件与所述控制器相连接。
