压力检测装置及智能终端 技术领域
本发明涉及输入设备技术领域,特别涉及一种压力检测装置及智能终端。
背景技术
电容式触控技术通过检测电容能够感知用户手指或者其他导电物体是否存在,只需手指轻触即可实现相应功能。目前,触控屏已经广泛应用于电子设备,以实现触控操作。
在实现本发明过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题:
(1)现有电子设备的输入维度单一,不能同时进行多维度的输入,压力检测不够准确,
(2)单纯的手指触控功能应用场景单一,与电子设备集成多种应用功能的技术发展趋势不符。
发明内容
本发明实施方式的目的在于提供一种压力检测装置及智能终端,提高了压力检测的检测精度;同时,该压力检测装置应用于智能终端时能够实现智能终端的多功能化。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施方式提供了一种压力检测装置,包括:驱动电源、差分电路、压力计算单元以及至少一个压力传感器;每个压力传感器包括第一极板、第二极板、第三极板、第一弹性介质层以及第二弹性介质层;第一极板位于第二极板及第三极板之间,第一弹性介质层设置于 第一极板与第二极板之间,第二弹性介质层设置于第一极板与第三极板之间;其中,第一极板分别与第二极板、第三极板形成两个检测电容;压力传感器连接于驱动电源与差分电路的输入端之间;差分电路的输出端连接于压力计算单元;其中,第一极板受到外界施加的按压力时,压力传感器输出两个检测电容两端的检测电压;差分电路输出两个检测电压的电压差值;压力计算单元根据电压差值计算按压力。

另外,本实施例提供的压力传感器对环境条件的变化,如温度变化等,具有很好的抑制效果。具体地,假设在温度为T1的时候,C1-C2=ΔC;温度变化为T2的时候,C1和C2都会发生变化,分别为C1+ΔC1和C2+ΔC2,再由于第一极板11和第二极板12、第三极板13的电极形状和面积完全一样,所以ΔC1=ΔC2,这样C1+ΔC1-(C2+ΔC2)=C1+-C2+(ΔC1-ΔC2)=ΔC,由此可知,环境温度的变化不会影响检测电容C1和检测电容C2的差值,即,温度不同时,压力传感器1输出的电容差值不变,从而大大提高了测量电路的抗干扰能力,提高了电路的测量精度。
由上述分析可知,本实施例提供的压力传感器1中检测电容C1与检测电容C2的差值ΔC与施加于第一极板11的按压力F直接线性相关,由于检测电容C1与检测电容C2对应输出的两个检测电压的电压差值ΔV与电容差值ΔC成正相关,因此,电压差值ΔV与按压力F也呈线性相关。本实施例中压力传感器的结构设计使得压力传感器输出的检测电压与按压力线性相关,能够抑制环境条件变化对电路检测造成的影响,稳定性更好,可以广泛应用于高温、低温、强辐射等恶劣环境中。
本实施方式与现有技术相比,采用了差分电路可以有效抑制环境条件变化给电路检测造成的影响。由于差分电路的两个输入端是两个电信号的输入,这两个信号的差值是电路的有效输入信号,如果存在干扰信号,会对两个输入的电信号均产生相同的干扰,通过计算二者的差值,这样就把对两个检测电容的共模干扰抵消掉,降低电路内部共模噪声,使干扰信号的有效输入为零。
当然,本实施方式中的差分电路既可以由全差分放大器实现,也可由两路单端放大器实现差分检测,详细不再赘述。
本发明的第二实施例涉及一种压力检测装置,图6为本实施例中压力检测装置利用自容检测的电路原理图。本实施例中,压力检测装置还包含:充电开关100B和充电开关200B、放电开关100D和放电开关200D。
在本实施例中,以充电开关数目设置为两个、放电开关数目设置为两个举例说明。图6中C1等效于图2中的检测电容C1,图6中C2等效于图2中检测电容C2;图6中C1和C2接地的一端等效于图2中的第一极板;图6中C1通过充电开关100B连接于驱动电源2的一端等效于图1中的第二极板,C2通过充电开关200B连接于驱动电源2的一端等效于图1中的第三极板,充电开关100B和充电开关200B用于在压力检测时对C1和C2进行充电处理;其中,C1与差分电路3的正向输入端Vin+通过放电开关100D连接,C2与差分电路3的反向输入端Vin-通过放电开关200D连接,放电开关100D和放电开关200D用于在压力检测时对C1和C2进行放电处理;差分电路3的输出端连接于压力计算单元4。
具体地,充电开关100B、充电开关200B闭合且放电开关100D、放电开关200D断开,对C1、C2充电;充电开关100B、充电开关200B断开且放电开关100D、放电开关200D闭合,C1、C2进入放电状态。
当然,在其他实施例中,充电开关或放电开关的数目并不限于本实施方式中的描述。充电开关的数目也可设置为一个,且一个充电开关为双刀双掷开关;和/或放电开关的数目也可设置为一个,且一个放电开关为双刀双掷开关,均能实现与本实施例中描述的技术方案相同的技术效果;需要说明的是,充电开关的数目与放电开关的数目可以相等,也可以不相等。
本实施例中,较佳的,压力检测装置还包括可调电容100C、可调电容200C,C1电连接于可调电容100C,C2电连接于可调电容200C,根据对可 调电容100C、可调电容200C的调节,可以调整C1与C2在压力检测时电容值的大小匹配关系。
具体而言,由于压力传感器在装配时存在一定的误差,即在没有施加按压力时,检测电容C1与检测电容C2之间存在差值。由于装配误差导致的电容差值就会传输给差分电路,从而引起错误的电信号传输。此时,通过调整可调电容100C和可调电容200C之间的匹配关系,比如,单独调节可调电容100C,和/或,同时调节第二可调电容200C,使得没有施加按压力时,差分电路的输出为0。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,并不必须同时配置有可调电容100C、可调电容200C,也可以择一进行配置。比如,可以在设计时将检测电容C1的电容值小于检测电容C2的电容值,此时,压力检测装置包含可调电容100C,100C与检测电容C1并联连接,在没有施加按压力时,通过可调电容100C的调整,保证差分电路的输出为0。
本实施例中压力检测装置包含的压力传感器为用于自容检测的结构,其实际应用中的结构形式可参考图3,此时,图3中的外壳15连接于接地层(由于外壳的悬梁作为第一极板11,即相当于第一极板11接地),两个导电层分别连接于驱动电源2(相当于第二极板12与第三极板13连接于驱动电源2),因此使得电路结构更加比较简单。
本发明第三实施例涉及一种压力检测装置,图7为本实施例中压力检测装置利用互容检测的电路原理图。在本实施例中,压力传感器的第一极板(请参考图5)连接于驱动电源2;压力传感器的第二极板(请参考图5)连接于差分电路3的正向输入端Vin+,第三极板13(请参考图5)连接于差分电路3的反向输入端Vin-;差分电路3的输出端连接于压力计算单元4。
本实施例中,较佳的,压力检测装置还包括可调电容100C、可调电容200C,详细分析请参见本发明第二实施例,在此不再赘述。
本实施例中压力检测装置包含的压力传感器为用于互容检测的结构,其实际应用中的结构形式可参考图5,即,相当于图5中的压力传感器的金属层(即第一极板11)连接于驱动电源2。与自容检测原理相比,压力传感器的第一极板连接于驱动电源2,因此不会产生寄生负载电容,所以本实施例的压力检测装置具有更高的电容变化率,检测精度更高。
本发明第四实施例涉及一种压力检测装置,方框示意图如图8所示。本实施例是对第一实施方式的改进,主要改进之处在于:压力检测装置中的压力传感器的数目为多个,压力检测装置还包括有切换单元5,用于将多个压力传感器可切换地连接于差分电路3。
具体地,在压力检测装置的实际应用中,可能存在多个受力点,因此需设置多个压力传感器,当存在多个受力点时,每个压力传感器分别输出两个检测电压;在第一时刻,切换单元5将第一个压力传感器的两个检测电压传给差分电路3;第二时刻,切换单元5将第二个压力传感器的两个检测电压传给差分电路3;依次类推,切换单元5将多个压力传感器输出的两个检测电压可切换地连接于差分电路3,便于压力计算单元4计算按压力。
本发明第五实施例涉及一种智能终端,例如可以为主动笔、智能手机等。本实施例中的智能终端包括第一至第四任一实施方式中的压力检测装置。
与现有技术相比,本实施例提供的智能终端能够实现多维度输入,扩大了压力检测装置的应用场景。
本发明第六实施方式涉及一种智能终端,本实施方式是对第五实施方式的改进,主要改进之处在于:本实施例的智能终端为主动笔,主动笔包括第一至第四任一实施方式中的压力检测装置,主动笔的结构示意图如图9所示,主动笔还包括:笔壳901、笔芯902以及绝缘笔帽903。
压力检测装置安装在笔壳中;笔芯902的一端固定于压力传感器的第一极板11;绝缘笔帽903套设于笔芯902的另一端且与壳体具有预设距离904; 预设距离904大于或等于第一极板11的最大形变距离;其中,绝缘笔帽903受到外界施加的按压力后,通过笔芯902作用于压力传感器的第一极板11。
具体而言,本实施例中,压力传感器包括外壳,压力传感器的外壳直接固定于笔壳901中;于实际应用中,压力传感器的外壳也可以与笔壳901一体成型。笔芯902的一端穿过第三极板上的开口且固定于压力传感器的第一极板11;绝缘笔帽903套设于笔芯902的另一端且与笔壳901具有预设距离904,其中,预设距离904大于或等于第一极板11发生形变时的最大形变距离。需要说明的时,笔芯902的一端也可以固定于压力传感器的第一极板11的侧壁,即第三极板上的无需形成开口,也可以实现通过笔芯902的一端对压力传感器的第一极板11施加按压力。
当按压力施加在绝缘笔帽903上,会通过笔芯902作用于压力传感器的第一极板11,此时笔尖的最大行程范围为预设距离904。与现有技术相比,利用本实施例中压力检测装置的主动笔笔尖结构设计十分简单,由于在传统的主动笔中增设了压力传感器结构,使得主动笔可以感知压力,且笔头行程很小,因而书写体验和真笔接近,可以获得良好的用户体验。
本发明的第七实施例涉及一种智能终端,本实施方式是对第五实施方式的改进,主要改进之处在于:本实施例的智能终端为包括指纹识别的装置,包括指纹识别的装置包括第一至第四任一实施方式中的压力检测装置。
如图10所示,包括指纹识别的装置还包括用于识别用户指纹的指纹识别模组1002与按压件1001;按压件1001的一端连接于指纹识别模组1002,另一端连接于压力传感器的第一极板11;其中,指纹识别模组1002受到外界施加的按压力F后,通过按压件1001作用于压力传感器的第一极板11。
具体地,压力传感器位于指纹识别模组1002的下面,手指1003按压指纹识别模组1002,按压力F通过按压件1001传导到压力传感器,根据本发明第一实施例至第四实施例的原理即可以检测出手指的按压力F大小。于实际应用中, 也可将本实施例中的压力检测装置在移动终端上做成单纯的压力按键,从而增加一个线性输入维度。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中的按压件需在外部作用力下触发带动第一极板产生位移,按压件可以是直接集成/位于指纹识别模组上、或者独立于指纹识别模组。例如,可以直接按压指纹识别模组的表面,通过机械结构带动第一极板产生位移。
采用本实施例的智能终端,可以实现智能终端的力度感知,可以识别是点击动作还是按压动作,是轻压还是重压动作,从而调出对应的功能,增加了智能终端的线性输入维度。
本发明的第八实施例涉及一种智能终端,本实施方式是对第五实施方式的改进,主要改进之处在于:本实施例中的智能终端为移动终端,移动终端包括第一至第四任一实施方式中的压力检测装置。
移动终端结构示意图如图11所示,移动终端还包括终端壳体1103、显示模组1104以及多个按压件;压力检测装置设置于终端壳体1103内,且压力传感器的数目与按压件的数目相同;多个按压件的一端分别固定于显示模组1104,另一端分别固定于多个压力传感器的第一极板11;其中,显示模组1104受到外界施加的按压力F后,通过多个按压件作用于多个压力传感器的第一极板11。
具体地,在本实施例中,将按压件的数量设置为四个举例说明,如图12所示,四个按压件分别为1101、1102、1106和1107。按压力F施加在显示模组1104上时,由于移动终端外壳1103和显示模组1104没有直接接触,即显示模组1104能够相对于移动终端外壳1103上下移动;压力F通过显示模组1104传导到压力传感器1101、1102、1106、1107上,使压力传感器中第一极板受力发生形变,四个压力传感器输出检测电压,根据本发明第一实施例至第四实施例的原理即可以检测出按压力F大小。换句话说,这种压力检测装置不仅可以用 来感知手指触控的压力大小,如果配合带有计量功能的专用软件还可以使传统的移动终端具有高精度电子秤的功能,实现了移动终端集成多种应用功能的目的,极大的扩展了移动终端的应用场景,有助于提升用户体验。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中的按压件需在外部作用力下触发带动第一极板产生位移,按压件可以是直接集成/位于显示模组上、或者独立于显示模组。例如,可以直接按压移动终端显示模组的表面,通过机械结构带动第一极板产生位移。
值得一提的是,本实施方式中所涉及到的各模块均为逻辑模块,在实际应用中,一个逻辑单元可以是一个物理单元,也可以是一个物理单元的一部分,还可以以多个物理单元的组合实现。此外,为了突出本发明的创新部分,本实施方式中并没有将与解决本发明所提出的技术问题关系不太密切的单元引入,但这并不表明本实施方式中不存在其它的单元。
本领域技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一个设备(可以是单片机,芯片等)或处理器(processor)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,上述各实施方式是实现本发明的具体实施例,而在实际应用中,可以在形式上和细节上对其作各种改变,而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种压力检测装置,其特征在于,包括:驱动电源、差分电路、压力计算单元以及至少一个压力传感器;
    每个压力传感器包括第一极板、第二极板、第三极板、第一弹性介质层以及第二弹性介质层;所述第一极板位于所述第二极板及所述第三极板之间,所述第一弹性介质层设置于所述第一极板与所述第二极板之间,所述第二弹性介质层设置于所述第一极板与所述第三极板之间;其中,所述第一极板分别与所述第二极板、所述第三极板形成两个检测电容;
    所述压力传感器连接于所述驱动电源与所述差分电路的输入端之间;所述差分电路的输出端连接于所述压力计算单元;
    其中,所述第一极板受到外界施加的按压力时,所述压力传感器输出所述两个检测电容两端的检测电压;所述差分电路输出所述两个检测电压的电压差值;所述压力计算单元根据所述电压差值计算所述按压力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述第一极板连接于所述驱动电源,所述第二极板与所述第三极板分别连接于所述差分电路的输入端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述压力检测装置还包括:至少一充电开关与至少一放电开关;
    所述第一极板接地;
    所述第二极板与所述第三极板分别通过所述充电开关连接至所述驱动电源,且分别通过所述放电开关连接至所述差分电路的输入端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述充电开关的数目为二个,所述第二极板与所述第三极板分别通过二个所述充电开关连 接于所述驱动电源;和/或
    所述放电开关的数目为二个,所述第二极板与所述第三极板分别通过二个所述放电开关连接于所述差分电路的输入端;
    其中,所述充电开关闭合时,所述两个检测电容进行充电;所述放电开关闭合时,所述两个检测电容进行放电。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述充电开关的数目为一个且所述充电开关为双刀双掷开关;和/或
    所述放电开关的数目为一个且所述放电开关为双刀双掷开关;
    其中,所述充电开关闭合时,所述两个检测电容进行充电;所述放电开关闭合时,所述两个检测电容进行放电。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述压力检测装置还包含两个可调电容;
    所述两个可调电容分别与所述两个检测电容并联连接;
    其中,所述两个可调电容用于调节所述两个检测电容所在通路的电容值,以使得在所述第一极板未受到外界施加的按压力时,所述两个检测电容所在通路的初始电容相等。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,在所述第一极板未受到外界施加的按压力时,所述两个检测电容所在通路的初始电容不相等;
    所述压力检测装置还包括一个可调电容,所述可调电容与初始电容较小的通路上的检测电容并联连接;
    其中,所述可调电容用于调节与所述可调电容并联连接的检测电容所在通路的电容值,以使得在所述第一极板未受到外界施加的按压力时,所述两个检测电容所在通路的初始电容相等。
  8. 根据权利要求1项所述的压力检测装置,其特征在于,所述压力传感器的数目为多个;所述压力检测装置还包括切换单元;
    多个所述压力传感器通过所述切换单元可切换地连接至所述差分电路。
  9. 一种智能终端,其特征在于,包括:权利要求1至8中任一项所述的压力检测装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述智能终端为主动笔;所述主动笔还包括笔壳、笔芯以及绝缘笔帽;
    所述压力检测装置安装在所述笔壳中;
    所述笔芯的一端固定于所述压力传感器的所述第一极板;
    所述绝缘笔帽套设于所述笔芯的另一端且与所述壳体具有预设距离;所述预设距离大于或等于所述第一极板的最大形变距离;
    其中,所述绝缘笔帽受到外界施加的按压力后,通过所述笔芯作用于所述压力传感器的所述第一极板。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述智能终端为包括指纹识别的装置;所述包括指纹识别的装置还包括用于识别用户指纹的指纹识别模组与按压件;
    所述按压件的一端连接于所述指纹识别模组,另一端连接于所述压力传感器的所述第一极板;其中,所述指纹识别模组受到外界施加的按压力后,通过所述按压件作用于所述压力传感器的所述第一极板。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述智能终端为移动终端;所述移动终端还包括终端壳体、显示模组以及多个按压件;
    所述压力检测装置设置于所述终端壳体内,且所述压力传感器的数目与所述按压件的数目相同;
    所述多个按压件的一端分别固定于所述显示模组,另一端分别固定于多个压力传感器的第一极板;
    其中,所述显示模组受到外界施加的按压力后,通过所述多个按压件作用于所述多个压力传感器的第一极板。
