Description

头戴显示设备及其眼罩 技术领域
本发明涉及眼罩,尤其涉及一种沉浸式头戴显示设备的眼罩。
背景技术
头戴式显示设备通常分为可同时看到外部实物及虚拟显示图像的穿透式以及只能看到虚拟显示图像的沉浸式两种类型。其中,沉浸式头戴式显示设备对遮光的要求较为严格,所以通常都预置或可装配上眼罩。现有眼罩为了实现较好的遮光效果,通常都与用户脸部紧密贴合。在实现良好遮光效果的同时,因眼罩与用户面部之间的空间密闭,温度容易升高,进而使得头戴式显示设备面向用户的镜片容易产生雾气,导致用户无法长时间使用。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种能有效散热的眼罩及具有该眼罩的头戴显示设备。
本发明一个实施方式提供一种头戴显示设备眼罩,包括用于贴近用户脸部的包覆部、分别面向用户左右眼并开设有通孔的左眼部及右眼部、鼻梁部以及软垫条。该左眼部及右眼部之间相互间隔并通过该鼻梁部连接,该鼻梁部向远离用户脸部的方向凸出并呈鼻子状的锥形。该软垫条自该包覆部的外缘延伸至该鼻梁部靠近该左眼部及右眼部的内侧,用于接触用户脸部并抵靠用户鼻梁两侧,并使得用户鼻根与该鼻梁部之间存在空隙。
本发明另一个实施方式提供一种头戴显示设备眼罩,包括用于贴近用 户脸部的包覆部、分别面向用户左右眼并开设有通孔的左眼部及右眼部以及将该左眼部及右连接部连接至该包覆部的连接部。该连接部包括侧壁及挡片,该侧壁开设有穿孔区,该穿孔区包括至少一个贯穿该侧壁的穿孔,该挡片跨接至该穿孔区相对两侧。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合多个实施方式及附图,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,本发明一个实施方式所提供的头戴显示设备200包括用于向用户眼睛投射图像光束202的显示部204以及设置至该显示部204的眼罩100。具体地,眼罩100可以是固定设置值显示部204,也可以是可拆卸地连接至显示部204。显示部204包括两个显示模组206,各显示模组分别用于产生图像光束202,图像光束202穿过眼罩100上开设的通孔(详见下述)向用户的左右眼投射至用户眼睛,从而使用户看到放大的虚像。优选地,头戴显示设备200还包括用于向用户提供声音的耳机部208,其可旋转地设置值显示部204相对的两侧,并可相对显示部204旋转,以便收纳。

在上述第一实施方式的结构下,用户佩戴眼罩100后,包覆部10、左眼部20及右眼部30在软垫条50的配合下,包覆了用户眼睛周围除去通孔22及32之外的部位。同时,由于用户佩戴眼罩100后其鼻根NR与鼻梁部40之间存在空隙,因此,眼罩100与用户脸部之间的腔体中所形成的热气可通过空隙SP流动至鼻梁部40内,由于鼻梁部40与用户鼻子,即鼻根NR、鼻梁NB及鼻尖NA之间存在间隙,因此热气进而散发到大气中,用户长时间佩戴也不会出现头戴显示设备的镜片上有雾气的情况。
另外,由于鼻梁部40呈鼻子状的锥形能延伸到接近用户鼻尖NA的地方,即鼻梁部40的下部边缘离左眼部20及右眼部30所开设的通孔22、32的中间部位的连线在竖直方向上的距离X在15cm至25cm之间,优选20cm。
所以外部光线几乎无法通过鼻梁部40与鼻子之间的间隙SP进入到眼罩100内部并进入用户眼睛。综上,眼罩100在提供优良的遮光功能的同时,还能散发出会影响观看头戴显示设备效果的热气,方便了用户能长时间佩戴。

优选地,请结合图6,穿孔区66上开设的穿孔68的朝向大致垂直于侧壁62。如此,相较于穿孔68平行于侧壁62的情况,上述方式光线通过侧壁62进入眼罩100内部的数量会变少,跟有利于增强遮光效果。
优选地,为了使用户在佩戴眼罩100后眼部肌肉的活动不受到明显的压迫,包覆部10的上部边缘离左眼部20及右眼部30所开设的通孔22、32的中间部位的连线在竖直方向上的距离Y在45cm至55cm之间,优选50cm。
可以理解的是,在其它的实施方式中,眼罩100也可以只有上述的连接部60所设置的用于透气的穿孔区66及挡片64,而无需设置上述鼻根NR与鼻梁部40之间存在空隙SP的特征,同样可实现利于散热的目的。另外,本发明所说的两个物体的连接,不限于两个物体之间的直接连接,也可以是通过第三个个物体实现连接。
请结合图7及图8,其是本发明的眼罩另一个实施方式的示意图,眼罩100’的软垫条50’在其位于左眼部20’及右眼部30’下方的部位52、54及上侧中部的部位56的厚度比其它部分的厚度大。如此,用户佩戴时,上述部位52、54及56会先与用户脸部接触并被挤压至大致与其它部分的厚度相等的厚度,此时,其它部分与脸部贴合的松紧程度没有上述部位52、54及56与脸部贴合的松紧程度高,便于空气在这些部位于外界流通,又不会造成漏光。
应当指出的是,上述实施方式中,连接部60与左眼部20及右眼部30在图示中呈大概90度的夹角仅是本发明的一个实施方式,在其它实施方式中,连接部也可以是以一个平滑的角度连接在左眼部及右眼部与包覆部 之间,即左眼部及右眼部、连接部、包覆部之间呈一个平滑的弧线。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种头戴显示设备眼罩,包括用于贴近用户脸部的包覆部以及分别面向用户左右眼并开设有通孔的左眼部及右眼部,其特征在于:还包括鼻梁部及软垫条;该左眼部及右眼部之间相互间隔并通过该鼻梁部连接,该鼻梁部向远离用户脸部的方向凸出并呈鼻子状的锥形;该软垫条自该包覆部的外缘延伸至该鼻梁部靠近该左眼部及右眼部的内侧,用于接触用户脸部并抵靠用户鼻梁两侧,并使得用户鼻根与该鼻梁部之间存在空隙。

  7. 一种头戴显示设备眼罩,包括用于贴近用户脸部的包覆部以及分别面向用户左右眼并开设有通孔的左眼部及右眼部,其特征在于:还包括将该左眼部及右连接部连接至该包覆部的连接部;该连接部包括侧壁及挡片,该侧壁开设有穿孔区,该穿孔区包括至少一个贯穿该侧壁的穿孔,该挡片跨接至该穿孔区相对两侧。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的头戴显示设备眼罩,其特征在于,该包覆部的上部边缘离左眼部及右眼部所开设的通孔的中间部位的连线在竖直方向上的距离在45cm至55cm之间。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的头戴显示设备眼罩,其特征在于,该鼻梁部的下部边缘离左眼部及右眼部所开设的通孔的中间部位的连线在竖直方向上的距离在15cm至25cm之间。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的头戴显示设备眼罩,其特征在于,该穿孔区上开设的穿孔的朝向大致垂直于该侧壁。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的头戴显示设备眼罩,其特征在于,该软垫条位于其上侧中部的部位及该左眼部及右眼部下方的部位的厚度比其它部位的厚度大。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的头戴显示设备眼罩,其特征在于,该软垫条位于其上侧中部的部位的厚度比及位于该左眼部及右眼部下方的部位的厚度大。
  13. 一种头戴显示设备,包括用于向用户眼睛投射图像光束的显示部以及设置至该显示部的如权利要求1-12任一项所述的眼罩。
