In FIG. 1, the driving assistance device 10 for an automobile of the present invention is used by being attached to a floor 13 on the driver's seat 12 side so that a physically handicapped person with lower limbs can drive the automobile 11.
In FIG. 2, the automobile driving assistance device 10 includes a brake pedal pressing member 15, an accelerator pedal pressing member 16, a manual operation member 17, a base plate 18, and a base plate fixing member 19. By using the driving assistance device 10 for automobiles, instead of stepping on the brake pedal 21 and the accelerator pedal 22 provided side by side in the width direction W (hereinafter simply referred to as the width direction) of the automobile 11, a manually operated member It is possible to manually operate the brake operation and the accelerator operation of the automobile by operating 17.
In the present embodiment, an operation of pushing the manual operation member 17 from the initial position N in the B direction on the front side of the automobile 11 (hereinafter simply referred to as the front side) is a manual brake operation, and the manual operation member 17 is moved from the initial position N to the B direction. In other words, an operation of pulling in the direction A on the rear side of the automobile 11 (hereinafter simply referred to as the rear side) is referred to as a manual accelerator operation. When a manual brake operation is performed, the brake pedal pressing member 15 moves forward and presses the brake pedal 21. When a manual accelerator operation is performed, the accelerator pedal pressing member 16 moves forward to press the accelerator pedal 22. When the manual operation member 17 is at the initial position N, the manual brake operation and the manual accelerator operation are not performed, that is, the neutral state is set.
The brake pedal pressing member 15 includes a brake arm 15a and a brake roller 15b. The brake arm 15a rotatably supports the brake roller 15b. The brake arm 15a moves the brake roller 15b forward when a manual brake operation is performed. The brake roller 15 b comes into contact with the brake pedal 21 in a state where the automobile driving assistance device 10 is attached to the floor 13. The brake roller 15b rolls on the brake pedal 21 and presses the brake pedal 21 in response to a manual brake operation. The diameter of the brake roller 15b is designed so that the brake roller 15b does not fall off the brake pedal 21 even when full braking is performed. The diameter of the brake roller 15b is preferably 6.0 to 7.0 cm, for example, 6.3 cm.
The accelerator pedal pressing member 16 has an accelerator arm 16a and an accelerator roller 16b. The accelerator arm 16a rotatably supports the accelerator roller 16b. The accelerator arm 16a moves the accelerator roller 16b forward when a manual accelerator operation is performed. The accelerator roller 16b contacts the accelerator pedal 22 in a state where the automobile driving assistance device 10 is attached to the floor 13. The accelerator roller 16b rolls on the accelerator pedal 22 and presses the accelerator pedal 22 in response to a manual accelerator operation. The diameter of the accelerator roller 16b is designed so that the accelerator roller 16b does not fall off the accelerator pedal 22 even when the accelerator is fully opened. The diameter of the accelerator roller 16b is preferably 6.0 to 7.0 cm, for example, 6.3 cm.
The brake arm 15a and the accelerator arm 16a are operated in different directions by an arm rotation mechanism 24 (corresponding to the “rotation mechanism” of the present invention).
As shown in FIG. 3, the arm rotating mechanism 24 includes a first rotating shaft 25, a second rotating shaft 26, a first gear 27, a second gear 28, and first to third shafts. And support plates 29 to 31. In FIG. 3, the manual operation member 17, the base plate fixing member 19, and an accelerator restriction member 53 described later are omitted so that the relationship among the brake arm 15 a, the accelerator arm 16 a, and the arm rotation mechanism 24 can be easily understood.
The first rotary shaft 25 is inserted through a rotary shaft insertion hole (not shown) provided in the brake arm 15a. The first rotary shaft 25 and the brake arm 15a are fixed by screws (not shown, corresponding to the “angle fixing member” of the present invention) or the like. By removing the screw, the angle θ1 (see FIG. 10) relative to the base plate 18 of the brake arm 15a can be adjusted independently of the arm rotation mechanism 24. On the other hand, by fixing with a screw, the brake arm 15a can be fixed at a desired angle.
One end of the first rotating shaft 25 is pivotally supported by the first shaft support plate 29, the other end is pivotally supported by the second shaft support plate 30, and the middle is formed on the third shaft support plate 31. Is inserted into an opening (not shown). The first to third shaft support plates 29 to 31 are erected along the longitudinal direction of the base plate 18 to be described later.
The second rotating shaft 26 is inserted into a rotating shaft insertion hole (not shown) provided in the accelerator arm 16a. The second rotary shaft 26 and the accelerator arm 16a are fixed by a screw 32 (corresponding to the “angle fixing member” of the present invention). By removing the screw 32, the accelerator arm 16 a can adjust the angle θ <b> 2 (see FIG. 10) with respect to the base plate 18 independently of the arm rotation mechanism 24. On the other hand, by fixing with the screw 32, the accelerator arm 16a can be fixed at a desired angle.
The second rotating shaft 26 has one end pivotally supported by the third shaft support plate 31 and the other end pivotally supported by the second shaft support plate 30. The second rotating shaft 26 is, for example, disposed behind the first rotating shaft 25 and at a higher position with respect to the base plate 18 (see FIG. 2).
The first gear 27 is fixed to the first rotating shaft 25 with a screw or the like, and rotates together with the first rotating shaft 25.
The second gear 28 is fixed to the second rotating shaft 26 with a screw or the like, and rotates integrally with the second rotating shaft 26. The second gear 28 is disposed at a position corresponding to the first gear 27 and meshes with the first gear 27.
When the first gear 27 and the second gear 28 mesh with each other, the first rotating shaft 25 and the second rotating shaft 26 can rotate in opposite directions. Therefore, for example, when the first rotation shaft 25 rotates in the X direction, the second rotation shaft 26 rotates in the Y direction opposite to the X direction (see FIG. 18). At this time, the brake arm 15a rotates in the X direction around the first rotation shaft 25, and the accelerator arm 16a rotates in the Y direction around the second rotation shaft 26.
In the present embodiment, when the manual brake operation, that is, when the manual operation member 17 is operated in the B direction, the brake arm 15a and the first rotating shaft 25 rotate in the X direction, and the accelerator arm 16a and The second rotating shaft 26 rotates in the Y direction (see FIG. 18). On the other hand, when the manual accelerator operation, that is, when the manual operation member 17 is operated in the A direction, the brake arm 15a and the first rotating shaft 25 rotate in the Y direction, and the accelerator arm 16a and the second rotating shaft are rotated. 26 rotates in the X direction (see FIG. 19).
As shown in FIG. 4, the arm rotation mechanism 24 corresponds to a gear cover 33 (a “cover member” of the present invention) for preventing foreign matter from entering between the first gear 27 and the second gear 28. ). The gear cover 33 is disposed so as to cover at least the periphery of the first gear 27 and the second gear 28, and is fixed to the second shaft support plate 30 and the third shaft support plate 31, for example, with screws. In order to allow the accelerator arm 16a to rotate in the Y direction, the gear cover 33 is formed with a notch 33a from the front side to the rear side. When adjusting the angle θ2 of the accelerator arm 16a, the screw 32 can be tightened or loosened through the notch 33a.
As shown in FIG. 5, the manual operation member 17 includes a grip portion 42, a first rod 43, a second rod 44, a length adjusting member 45, and a connecting portion 46. The grip part 42 has, for example, a cylindrical shape extending along the width direction W, and is a part that the driver grips with his hand.
The first rod 43 has a cylindrical or columnar shape, and one end is connected to the middle of the grip portion 42 in the width direction W (for example, approximately the middle portion). The other end of the first rod 43 is a free end. The first rod 43 is formed with a screw hole 43a that is screwed into a screw member 48 of a length adjusting member 45 described later.
The second rod 44 has a cylindrical shape, and the inner diameter is larger than the outer diameter of the first rod 43. The second rod 44 can be inserted into the other end of the first rod 43 from one end. The second rod 44 is formed with an opening 44a for inserting a screw member 48 described later. The opening 44 a extends in the axial direction of the second rod 44.
The length adjusting member 45 is for adjusting the length of the manual operation member 17. The length adjusting member 45 includes a clamping member 47 and a screw member 48.
The clamping member 47 is disposed between the second rod 44 and the screw member 48. The holding member 47 is formed with an opening 47 a for inserting the screw member 48.
The screw member 48 is a screw hole 43a of the first rod 43 through the opening 47a of the clamping member 47 and the opening 44a of the second rod 44 in a state where the first rod 43 is inserted into the second rod 44. Screwed onto.
When the screw member 48 is tightened, the second rod 44 is clamped by the first rod 43 and the clamping member 47. Thereby, the movement of the first rod 43 relative to the second rod 44 is restricted, and the length of the manual operation member 17 is fixed.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, when the screw member 48 is loosened, the movement of the first rod 43 relative to the second rod 44 is allowed within the range of the opening 44a, and the length of the manual operation member 17 is increased. It is possible to adjust.
As shown in FIG. 7, the connecting portion 46 has two flat plates 46a, and the manual operation member 17 and the brake arm 15a are connected by the two flat plates 46a. One end of the flat plate 46 a is fixed to the other end of the manual operation member 17. The other end of the flat plate 46a is rotatably supported with respect to a connecting shaft 46b inserted through the brake arm 15a. As a result, even if the manual operation member 17 moves slightly in the height direction of the automobile 11, that is, in the vertical direction (hereinafter simply referred to as the vertical direction), the force that moves in the vertical direction is absorbed by the connecting portion 46, and the brake arm The force directly applied to 15a is reduced. Further, the driver can easily get on and off the driver's seat 12 by lifting the manual operation member 17.
As shown in FIG. 8, the base plate 18 is composed of a rectangular planar portion 18a and four side portions 18b erected almost vertically from the four sides of the planar portion 18a. That is, the base plate 18 has a box shape with an open bottom surface. The base plate 18 is arranged on the floor 13 so that the longitudinal direction of the flat portion 18 a is along the width direction W of the automobile 11. The direction in which the base plate 18 is disposed is such that the brake pedal pressing member 15 corresponds to the brake pedal 21 and the accelerator pedal pressing member 16 corresponds to the accelerator pedal 22 in order to enable manual brake operation and manual accelerator operation. The
As shown in FIG. 9, an arm rotation mechanism 24, an operation guide member 52, an accelerator restricting member 53, and a positioning member 54 for positioning the base plate fixing member 19 are provided on the upper surface of the flat portion 18 a. Yes. An inclination adjusting member 66 for adjusting the inclination of the base plate 18 with respect to the floor 13 is provided on the lower surface of the flat portion 18a (see FIG. 8).
The operation guide member 52 supports the manual operation member 17 at a certain height from the base plate 18 and restricts the manual operation member 17 from moving in the width direction W, thereby moving the manual operation member 17 in the A direction or the B direction. Guide to ensure reliable operation. That is, the operation guide member 52 guides the manual operation member 17 in accordance with the operation direction of manual brake operation or manual accelerator operation. The operation guide member 52 includes a base 56 and a rod support portion 57.
The base 56 is fixed to the base plate 18 with, for example, bolts and nuts. The base 56 has a plate-like flat plate portion 56 a facing the brake pedal pressing member 15. The flat plate portion 56a is formed with an opening 58 for inserting a mounting member 60 of a rod support portion 57 described later. The openings 58 extend in the vertical direction, and two openings 58 are arranged along the width direction W, for example.
The rod support part 57 has a flat plate shape and has a notch part 57a at the upper end. The second rod 44 is supported by the notch 57a. An attachment member 60 is provided on the lower end side of the rod support portion 57.
The attachment member 60 is provided in a total of four, two each at a position corresponding to both openings 58 of the base 56. The attachment member 60 is, for example, a screw. The head of the screw is made larger than at least the length in the width direction W of the opening 58 so as not to pass through the opening 58. For this reason, when the attachment member 60 is tightened in a state of passing through the opening 58, the base 56 and the rod support portion 57 are fixed integrally. That is, the movement of the rod support 57 with respect to the base 56 is restricted.
On the other hand, when the attachment member 60 is loosened, the rod support portion 57 is allowed to move within the range of the opening 58. Thus, by making the height of the rod support part 57 adjustable, the grip part 42 can be adjusted to a predetermined height in accordance with the height of the driver. FIG. 9 shows a form in which the height of the rod support portion 57 is maximized.
As shown in FIG. 10, when the accelerator regulating member 53 is operated manually and the accelerator pedal pressing member 16 rotates in the X direction (that is, the accelerator pedal 22 side), the angle θ2 is equal to or larger than a certain angle. To be The accelerator restricting member 53 has a support 62 and a rotation restricting portion 63.
The support column 62 is disposed between the operation guide member 52 and the brake arm 15a, and is fixed to the base plate 18 with, for example, bolts and nuts (see FIG. 9). The support column 62 has a flat plate portion 62a corresponding to the brake arm 15a. A rotation restricting portion 63 is attached to the flat plate portion 62a.
The rotation restricting portion 63 comes into contact with the brake arm 15a when the brake arm 15a rotates in the Y direction by a manual accelerator operation and the angle θ1 of the brake arm 15a becomes a predetermined angle. As a result, rotation of the brake arm 15a in the Y direction is restricted, the manual operation member 17 cannot be pulled in the A direction, and rotation of the accelerator arm 16a in the X direction is also restricted. That is, the manual operation member 17 is operated in the A direction, the brake arm 15a rotates in the Y direction, while the accelerator arm 16a rotates in the X direction, and the brake arm 15a contacts the rotation restricting portion 63. In this case, as the rotation of the brake arm 15a in the Y direction is restricted, the rotation of the accelerator arm 16a in the X direction is restricted. The rotation restricting portion 63 is, for example, a screw, and can move in the front-rear direction by rotating the shaft. By adjusting the position of the rotation restricting portion 63, the angle (constant angle) for restricting the rotation of the accelerator arm 16a in the X direction can be adjusted.
As shown in FIG. 11, the positioning member 54 is fixed to the front side of the upper surface of the base plate 18 with, for example, a screw. Two positioning members 54 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the base plate 18, that is, along the width direction W of the automobile 11. Thereby, it is possible to attach the base plate fixing member 19 to an appropriate position according to the vehicle type.
The positioning member 54 determines the position of the base plate fixing member 19 and prevents the base plate fixing member 19 from moving on the base plate 18. The positioning member 54 has a frame shape in which an opening is formed according to the outer shape of the base plate fixing member 19. In this embodiment, since the base 72 of the base plate fixing member 19 described later has a cylindrical shape, the opening is circular. Positioning is performed by fitting the pedestal 72 into an opening formed in the positioning member 54 (see FIG. 14).
As shown in FIG. 12, the tilt adjusting member 66 is, for example, a screw, and the shaft 66 a is inserted into an opening 67 formed in the base plate 18, and is attached so that the base plate 18 is sandwiched from above and below by two nuts 68. The inclination adjusting member 66 can be moved in the vertical direction by loosening both nuts 68 and rotating the shaft. Specifically, the tilt adjusting member 66 is displaceable between a retracted position where the head 66b is retracted below the lower end of the side surface portion 18b and a protruding position where the head portion 66b protrudes below the lower end of the side surface portion 18b. ing. Thereby, the inclination of the base plate 18 with respect to the floor 13 can be adjusted. Two inclination adjusting members 66 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the base plate 18, that is, the width direction W of the automobile 11 (see FIG. 8).
As shown in FIG. 13, the base plate fixing member 19 is formed by stretching the base plate 18 and the dashboard 69 to prevent the base plate 18 placed on the floor 13 from moving from a predetermined position. Is pressed against the floor 13 and fixed.
As shown in FIG. 14, the base plate fixing member 19 includes an elastic member 70 and a length fixing member 71. The length of the elastic member 70 can be adjusted in the vertical direction. The elastic member 70 includes a pedestal 72, a shaft member 73, and a contact member 74.
The pedestal 72 is arranged to stand substantially vertically with respect to the base plate 18. The pedestal 72 has a cylindrical shape in which an opening 72b is formed on the upper surface 72a. The lower surface 72 c of the pedestal 72 is in contact with the flat surface portion 18 a of the base plate 18 through the positioning member 54. The lower surface 72c of the pedestal 72 corresponds to the “lower surface” in the elastic member of the present invention.
The shaft member 73 has a cylindrical or columnar shape, and has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the pedestal 72 (that is, the diameter of the opening 72b). One end of the shaft member 73 in the axial direction is inserted into the pedestal 72 through the opening 72b, and is supported so as to be movable along the axial direction.
The contact member 74 has a connection portion 74 a connected to the other end of the shaft member 73. The connecting portion 74a is fixed to the other end of the shaft member 73 by, for example, an adhesive or a screw. The upper surface 74 b of the contact member 74 contacts the dashboard 69 when the base plate 18 is fixed to the floor 13. The upper surface 74 b is formed of an elastic member such as urethane or rubber, for example, and elastically deforms according to the shape of the dashboard 69 when it comes into contact with the dashboard 69. The upper surface 74b of the contact member 74 corresponds to the “upper surface” in the elastic member of the present invention.
The length fixing member 71 is provided on the pedestal 72 and fixes the length of the elastic member 70. The length fixing member 71 is, for example, a screw, and restricts the movement of the shaft member 73 with respect to the pedestal 72 when tightened, and allows the movement of the shaft member 73 with respect to the pedestal 72 when loosened.
Referring to FIGS. 15 to 17, an attachment procedure for attaching the automobile driving assistance device 10 to the floor 13 of the driver's seat 12 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 15, first, the base plate 18 is placed on the floor 13 so that the brake pedal pressing member 15 corresponds to the brake pedal 21 and the accelerator pedal pressing member 16 corresponds to the accelerator pedal 22. In this state, the brake roller 15b is brought into contact with the brake pedal 21.
As shown in FIG. 16, the screw 32 fixing the accelerator arm 16a and the second rotating shaft 26 is removed, and the angle θ2 of the accelerator arm 16a can be adjusted independently of the arm rotating mechanism 24. Put it in a state. Next, the accelerator arm 16a is rotated in the X direction (that is, the accelerator pedal 22 side) around the second rotation shaft 26. Then, the accelerator roller 16 b is brought into contact with the accelerator pedal 22. In this state, the accelerator roller 16b and the second rotating shaft 26 are fixed by the screw 32. That is, the accelerator pedal pressing member 16 is fixed at an angle that makes contact with the accelerator pedal 22. The accelerator roller 16b is not directly brought into contact with the accelerator pedal 22, but in a state where a certain gap is provided between the accelerator roller 16b and the accelerator pedal 22, the accelerator roller 16b and the second roller The rotating shaft 26 may be fixed.
に押し付けるとともに、ダッシュボード69を上方向Up(本発明の「第2方向」に対応する。) Next, as shown in FIG. 17, the elastic member 70 of the base plate fixing member 19 is extended, and the upper surface 74 b is brought into contact with the dashboard 69. Further, by extending the elastic member 70 to a certain length, the base plate 18 is pressed in the downward direction Dn on the floor 13 side (corresponding to the “first direction” of the present invention), and the dashboard 69 is moved upward. (Corresponding to the “second direction” of the present invention). Specifically, the lower surface 72 c of the pedestal 72 is pressed against the base plate 18, and the upper surface 74 b of the contact member 74 is pressed against the dashboard 69. In this state, the elastic member 70 is fixed to a certain length by the length fixing member 71. As a result, the automobile driving assistance device 10 is firmly attached to the floor 13 of the driver seat 12. In addition, by releasing the fixation of the length of the expansion / contraction member 70 by the length fixing member 71, the expansion / contraction member 70 is shortened and the driving assistance apparatus 10 for motor vehicles can be easily removed from the floor 13.
The driver can operate the automobile 11 by operating the manual operation member 17 with the automobile driving assistance device 10 fixed to the floor 13 in this way. When the driver is not operating the manual operation member 17, that is, when the manual operation member 17 is at the initial position N, the neutral state is established, the brake roller 15b comes into contact with the brake pedal 21, and the accelerator roller 16b. Is in contact with the accelerator pedal 22, but the pedals 21 and 22 are not pressed.
As shown in FIG. 18, when the manual operation member 17 is pushed in the B direction on the front side and a manual brake operation is performed, the brake arm 15a rotates in the X direction about the first rotation shaft 25, and the brake The roller 15b presses the brake pedal 21 while rotating. As a result, the vehicle 11 can be braked. At this time, the accelerator arm 16 a rotates in the Y direction around the second rotation shaft 26, and the accelerator roller 16 b moves away from the accelerator pedal 22.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 19, when the manual operation member 17 is pulled in the A direction on the rear side and the manual accelerator operation is performed, the brake arm 15 a rotates in the Y direction about the first rotation shaft 25. The brake roller 15b is separated from the brake pedal 21. In conjunction with this, the accelerator arm 16a rotates in the X direction about the second rotation shaft 26, and the accelerator roller 16b rotates to press the accelerator pedal 22. As a result, the automobile 11 can be accelerated.
As described above, when a driver with low limbs drives the automobile 11, the base plate fixing member 19 is extended and stretched between the base plate 18 and the dashboard 69, thereby driving the driving assistance device 10 for an automobile. Can be easily and firmly attached to the floor 13. Moreover, since the driving assistance apparatus 10 for motor vehicles can be attached only by extending | stretching the baseplate fixing member 19, it does not choose a vehicle model but versatility is high. Furthermore, the driving assistance device 10 for an automobile has an effect that a time required for attachment is short. Moreover, since the driving assistance apparatus 10 for motor vehicles can be easily removed only by shrinking the base plate fixing member 19, it is effective also when sharing the motor vehicle 11 with a healthy person.
In addition, since the angle θ1 of the brake arm 15a or the angle θ2 of the accelerator arm 16a with respect to the base plate 18 can be adjusted, the brake pedal pressing member 15 and the brake pedal can be used when the brake operation and the accelerator operation are not performed manually. 21 or the positional relationship between the accelerator pedal pressing member 16 and the accelerator pedal 22 can be adjusted according to the vehicle type. Further, by bringing the brake roller 15b into contact with the brake pedal 21 and bringing the accelerator roller 16b into contact with the accelerator pedal 22, the responsiveness at the time of switching between the manual brake operation and the manual accelerator operation is good. In addition, since it is also possible to have a certain clearance between the accelerator roller 16b and the accelerator pedal 22, or a certain clearance between the braking roller 15b and the brake pedal 21, the driver Can also exhibit the desired responsiveness.
Note that, as shown in FIG. 20, depending on the type of the automobile 11, the floor 90 may be designed to be inclined. For example, the floor 90 may have an inclined portion that becomes higher toward the front of the automobile 11. In order for the base plate 18 to be placed on the inclined floor 90 and the base plate 18 to be fixed by the base plate fixing member 19, the upper surface of the base plate 18 and the lower surface of the dashboard 69 need to be substantially parallel. In this case, the base plate 18 can be securely fixed by the base plate fixing member 19 by adjusting the inclination of the base plate 18 with respect to the floor 90 by using the inclination adjusting member 66 as the protruding position.
In the above-described embodiment, the grip portion 42 has a cylindrical shape extending along the width direction W of the automobile 11, but the shape of the grip portion is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 21, the grip portion 92 may have a cylindrical shape extending above the automobile 11. In this case, the first rod 93 has, for example, an L shape with one end curved above the automobile 11 and is connected to the lower end of the grip portion 92. Such a grip portion 92 is preferable from the viewpoint of improving operability because it is easy for the driver to grip and easy to apply force during manual brake operation and manual accelerator operation.
As shown in FIG. 22, the grip portion 94 includes a first cylindrical portion 94a extending along the width direction W of the automobile 11, and a second portion extending upward from a substantially middle portion in the width direction W of the first cylindrical portion 94a. It may be configured with a cylindrical portion 94b. Such a grip portion 94 is more preferable from the viewpoint of improving operability because it is easy to change the left and right hands to hold the vehicle 11 backward or stop.
In the above embodiment, both the brake arm 15a and the accelerator arm 16a can be adjusted with respect to the base plate 18 independently of the arm rotation mechanism 24. However, the brake arm 15a or the accelerator arm 16a is adjustable. For at least one of them, the angle with respect to the base plate 18 may be adjustable.
Note that the brake arm 15a may be configured to be movable in the width direction W of the automobile 11 in case the distance between the brake pedal 21 and the accelerator pedal 22 varies depending on the vehicle type. For example, the position in the width direction W of the brake arm 15a can be adjusted by removing a screw that fixes the first rotary shaft 25 and the brake arm 15a. And it is possible to fix the arm 15a for brakes to the desired position in the width direction W by fixing with a screw | thread. Instead of or in addition to configuring the brake arm 15a to be movable in the width direction W of the automobile 11, the accelerator arm 16a may be configured to be movable in the width direction W. The method is the same as in the case of the brake arm 15a.
In the above embodiment, the positioning member 54 has a frame shape in which a circular opening is formed in accordance with the outer shape of the pedestal 72 of the base plate fixing member 19, but instead of this, the longitudinal direction of the base plate 18, That is, it may have a frame shape in which an elliptical opening extending along the width direction W of the automobile 11 is formed. In this case, the position of the base plate fixing member 19 can be finely adjusted in the width direction W. Further, three or more positioning members 54 may be provided. About the position which provides the positioning member 54, not only the front side of the motor vehicle 11 but the back side may be sufficient.
The area of the upper surface 74b of the contact member 74 can be set as appropriate. For example, when the base plate 18 and the dashboard 69 are stretched by the base plate fixing member 19, the area of the upper surface 74 b can be within the range of the dashboard 69 from the viewpoint that the upper surface 74 b disperses the force for pressing the dashboard 69. It is preferable that it is as large as possible. By doing so, it is possible to suppress the bending generated in the dashboard 69 due to the pressing of the base plate fixing member 19, so that the base plate 18 can be reliably fixed by the base plate fixing member 19.
In the case where one base plate fixing member 19 is used as in the above embodiment, the base plate 18 may move depending on the position where the base plate fixing member 19 is provided. Therefore, the base plate is fixed at an optimal position where the base plate 18 does not move. The member 19 needs to be provided. In order to reliably prevent the base plate 18 from moving in this way, in addition to devising the position of the base plate fixing member 19, the number of the base plate fixing members 19 may be increased to 2 or more. When the number of the base plate fixing members 19 is increased, it is preferable that the positioning members 54 are provided according to the number of the base plate fixing members 19 and are respectively fitted.
It should be noted that the size of the base plate 18 can be set as appropriate. For example, the base plate may be spread on each pedal side (the front side of the automobile 11) so as not to prevent the brake pedal 21 and the accelerator pedal 22 from being pressed. Conversely, the base plate may be extended to the driver's seat 12 side (the rear side of the automobile 11). When the base plate is extended to the driver's seat 12 side, the floor 13 near the driver's seat 12 is covered with the base plate. Therefore, when a disabled person who has difficulty with one leg drives, the base plate is pressed by the other leg. Thus, the base plate can be fixed more firmly. When the base plate is enlarged as described above, it is preferable that the base plate 18 is not larger than the base plate 18 as shown in FIG.
In the above embodiment, when the driver operates the manual operation member 17, the operation guide member 52 guides in the A direction or the B direction, but actually the floor 13 side as well as the A direction or the B direction is used. Force may also be applied in the downward direction. In this case, when the downward force on the floor 13 side generated by the operation of the manual operation member 17 is transmitted to the base plate 18 via the operation guide member 52, the base plate 18 may vibrate and move its position. In preparation for this, the operation guide member 52 may be provided with a vibration absorbing mechanism for absorbing the downward force on the floor 13 side. The vibration absorbing mechanism is composed of an elastic member such as a spring, for example. For example, the vibration absorbing mechanism is provided on the base 56 of the operation guide member 52 and absorbs vibration by allowing the operation guide member 52 to move in the vertical direction with respect to the base plate 18. By doing so, it is possible to reliably prevent the position of the base plate 18 from moving due to the operation of the manual operation member 17.
