Description

门铰链组件及洗衣机 技术领域
本公开涉及一种门铰链组件及洗衣机。
背景技术
滚筒洗衣机的门体的使用频率较高,需要较高的可靠性。滚筒洗衣机的门体多靠金属材质的铰链与洗衣机箱体固定连接。在多次使用后,接触位置容易磨损,门体和洗衣机箱体的连接松动,门体整体下沉,影响门锁内部件的配合。在运输过程中,洗衣机容易受到强烈的振动和冲击,门体作为滚筒前部的重要模块受到冲击破损的几率较高。滚筒洗衣机的门体由窗屏,外框,中框,内框,门铰链,观察窗通过螺钉组装而成。门铰链固定在洗衣机的箱体上,承受整个门体的重量。通常门铰链的连接方式是通过内外框挤压固定在一起。这样,在观察窗受到外力的时候,有内外框承受应力,较强的冲击会导致塑料材质的内外框的破裂,进而影响洗衣机的正常使用。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于提供一种门铰链组件,能够提高门体的使用寿命。
本公开的另一目的在于提供一种洗衣机,包括上述的门铰链组件。
一种门铰链组件,包括:第一铰链加强板,第二铰链加强板和铰链。
第一铰链加强板的第一端连接第二铰链加强板的第一端,所述铰链的第一端转动连接于第一铰链加强板,所述铰链的第二端转动连接于第二铰链加强板。
可选地,所述第一铰链加强板的第二端未连接第二铰链加强板,第二铰链 加强板的第二端未连接第一铰链加强板,所述第一铰链加强板的第二端和第二铰链加强板的第二端均设置有铰链套,所述设置在第一铰链加强板的第二端的铰链套的轴心和设置在第二铰链加强板的第二端的铰链套的轴心位于同一直线上,铰链的第一端转动连接在设置在第一铰链加强板的第二端的铰链套内,铰链的第二端转动连接在设置在第二铰链加强板的第二端的铰链套内。
可选地,所述第一铰链加强板与门体的内框之间形成有第一容置腔,所述第二铰链加强板与门体的内框之间形成有第二容置腔,所述铰链包括位于铰链的第一端的第一铰链转臂和位于铰链的第二端的第二铰链转臂,所述第一铰链转臂可转动的设置于所述第一容置腔内,所述第二铰链转臂可转动的设置于所述第二容置腔内。
可选地,所述第一铰链转臂的第一端固接有第一铰链轴,所述第一铰链轴转动设置在所述设置在第一铰链加强板的第二端的铰链套内,所述第二铰链转臂的第一端固接有第二铰链轴,所述第二铰链轴转动设置在所述设置在第二铰链加强板的第二端的铰链套内。

本公开还提供一种洗衣机,包括门体和箱体。所述门体的内框和所述箱体通过上述的门铰链组件连接。
通过在门体内框上固接互相连接的第一铰链加强板和第二铰链加强板,并且将铰链转动连接于第一铰链加强板和第二铰链加强板,能够减小洗衣机门体的磨损,且在铰链承受外力时,第一铰链加强板和第二铰链加强板能够将其承受的力分摊到门体内框上,而且由于第一铰链加强板和第二铰链加强板与门体内框的接触面积较大,可以更好的减少应力集中所造成的洗衣机门体的破损,极大的提高了洗衣机门体受到外力冲击时的承受能力。
通过第一铰链加强板和第二铰链加强板的局部加强结构,能够较好的加强洗衣机门体的整体承受力的能力,并且避免了要求门体内框这种大部件采用强度工程塑料的要求,降低成本,提高了经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本公开的技术方案。
本公开提供一种门铰链组件,主要用于连接洗衣机的门体与箱体。如图1-图3所示,该门铰链组件包括第一铰链加强板1、第二铰链加强板2以及铰链3。第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2均固接在洗衣机的门体内框4上。第一铰链加强板1的第一端连接第二铰链加强板2的第一端。铰链3的第一端转动连接第一铰链加强板1,铰链3的第二端转动连接第二铰链加强板2。通过在门体的内框4上设置第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2,能够减小洗衣机门体的磨损。在铰链3承受外力时,第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2能将铰链3承受的力分摊到门体内框4上。第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2与门体内框4的接触面积较大,可以进一步减少应力集中造成的洗衣机门体的破损,提高了洗衣机门体对外力的承受能力。
本实施例中,如图3所示,上述第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2与门体内框4之间均形成有容置腔6。上述铰链3包括位于其两端的铰链转臂7(图4所示)。上述铰链转臂7可转动的设置于所述容置腔6内。通过形成的上述容置腔6,使得铰链3的铰链转臂7具有转动的空间。本实施例中,上述两个容置腔6的上表面处于同一平面内,且深度相同,以保证两个铰链转臂7同步转动时均具有足够的转动空间。
在每个铰链转臂7的一端固接有铰链轴8,两个铰链轴8分别转动连接于上 述第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2。本实施例中,由于第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2本身是容置腔6的一部分,所以上述铰链3的铰链轴8与容置腔6之间的磨损减轻,进而使得洗衣机门体与箱体之间能够保持长时间的良好配合。
可选地,上述第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2可以采用可以为钣金或者高强度工程塑料制成。如图2-4所示,在第一铰链加强板1的第二端未连接第二铰链加强板2,第二铰链加强板2的第二端未连接第一铰链加强板1。第一铰链加强板1的第二端和第二铰链加强板2的第二端均设置有铰链套5。设置在第一铰链加强板1的第二端上的铰链套5的轴心和设置在第二铰链加强板2的第二端上的铰链套5的轴心位于同一直线。铰链轴8外设置有铰链套5。铰链3的两个铰链轴8分别转动连接在两个铰链套5内。通过设置铰链套5,能够进一步减少铰链轴8与第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2之间的磨损。可选地,上述铰链套5可以与第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2一体成型,也可以采用耐磨非金属材质制成,例如尼龙,以提高其耐磨性,缓冲产生的摩擦以及外力冲击。
参照图5,在第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2上均设有连接部9,可选地,该连接部9设置在第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2未设置铰链套5的部位,上述第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2通过穿过连接部9的第一螺钉实现互相连接。上述第一螺钉穿过两个连接部9后,螺纹连接在门体内框4上。在第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2上还设有通孔,通过穿过通孔的第二螺钉,可以将第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2进一步的固定在门体内框4上。
当然,本实施例中,上述第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2与门体内 框4之间的连接以及连接部9之间的连接并非仅限于上述螺钉连接方式,还可以使用其他的连接固定方式,例如紧固件连接、采用熔敷或高强度粘结剂连接等。
本实施例中,如图4和图5所示,上述第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2上均设有限位结构10。可选地,第一铰链加强板1的限位结构10设置在第一铰链加强板1的靠近门体内框4的边缘一侧,第二铰链加强板2的限位结构10设置在第二铰链加强板2的靠近门体内框4的边缘一侧。限位结构10为朝向上述铰链3的铰链转臂7的凸起结构,用于限制铰链转臂7相对于第一铰链加强板1(第二铰链加强板2)的转动角度,进而限定洗衣机门体的打开角度。可选地,当洗衣机门体打开时,随着打开角度的增大,限位结构10距离铰链转臂7的距离越来越近,当洗衣机门打开的角度最大时,限位结构10能够抵靠在铰链转臂7上。
可选地,在上述门体内框4上还设有网状加强筋11。参照图3,上述网状加强筋11包括加强筋和加强筋围成的网孔。该网孔的形状为三角形、四边形或者其他多边形。通过设置网状加强筋11,门体内框4具有抗冲击,且承受外界传递的拉/压力的优点。将网状加强筋11配合第一铰链加强板1和第二铰链加强板2的设计,能够分散铰链3传递的力,避免力量集中带来的部件失效破损。
本公开还提供一种洗衣机,包括门体内框和箱体(图中未示出),在门体内框和所述箱体之间设有上述的门铰链组件,通过上述门铰链组件,能够加强整个洗衣机门体的承受力的性能,避免洗衣机门体受冲击而损坏。

    第一铰链加强板(1);
    第二铰链加强板(2);以及
    铰链(3),
    其中,第一铰链加强板(1)的第一端连接第二铰链加强板(2)的第一端,所述铰链(3)的第一端转动连接于第一铰链加强板(1),所述铰链(3)的第二端转动连接于第二铰链加强板(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门铰链组件,其中,所述第一铰链加强板(1)的第二端未连接第二铰链加强板(2),第二铰链加强板(2)的第二端未连接第一铰链加强板(1),所述第一铰链加强板(1)的第二端和第二铰链加强板(2)的第二端均设置有铰链套(5),所述设置在第一铰链加强板(1)的第二端的铰链套(5)的轴心和设置在第二铰链加强板(2)的第二端的铰链套(5)的轴心位于同一直线上,铰链(3)的第一端转动连接在设置在第一铰链加强板(1)的第二端的铰链套(5)内,铰链(3)的第二端转动连接在设置在第二铰链加强板(2)的第二端的铰链套(5)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门铰链组件,其中,所述第一铰链加强板(1)设置为与门体内框(4)之间形成有第一容置腔(6),所述第二铰链加强板(2)设置为与门体内框(4)之间形成有第二容置腔(6),所述铰链(3)包括位于铰链(3)的第一端的第一铰链转臂(7)和位于铰链(3)的第二端的第二铰链转臂(7),所述第一铰链转臂(7)可转动的设置于所述第一容置腔(6)内,所述第二铰链转臂(7)可转动的设置于所述第二容置腔(6)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门铰链组件,其中,所述第一铰链转臂(7)的第一端固接有第一铰链轴(8),所述第一铰链轴(8)转动设置在所述设置在第 一铰链加强板(1)的第二端的铰链套(5)内,所述第二铰链转臂(7)的第一端固接有第二铰链轴(8),所述第二铰链轴(8)转动设置在所述设置在第二铰链加强板(2)的第二端的铰链套(5)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的门铰链组件,其中,所述第一铰链加强板(1)上设置有第一连接部(9),所述第二铰链加强板(2)上设置有第二连接部(9),第一连接部(9)和第二连接部(9)互相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的门铰链组件,其中,第一连接部(9)和第二连接部(9)通过螺钉互相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的门铰链组件,其中,所述第一铰链加强板(1)上设置有第一限位结构(10),第二铰链加强板(2)上设置有第二限位结构(10),所述铰链(3)相对于第一铰链加强板(1)和第二铰链加强板(2)转动时,被所述第一限位结构(10)和第二限位结构(10)限位。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的门铰链组件,其中,所述门体内框(4)上设有网状加强筋(11),所述网状加强筋(11)上设置有网孔,所述网孔的形状为三角形、四边形或者其他多边形。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的门铰链组件,其中,所述铰链套(5)采用非金属材质制成。
  10. 一种洗衣机,包括门体、箱体以及连接门体和箱体的铰链组件,其中,所述门体包括内框(4),
    所述铰链组件包括:
    第一铰链加强板(1);
    第二铰链加强板(2);以及
    铰链(3),
    其中,第一铰链加强板(1)和第二铰链加强板(2)固定连接在门体的内框(4),第一铰链加强板(1)的第一端连接第二铰链加强板(2)的第一端,所述铰链(3)的第一端转动连接于第一铰链加强板(1),所述铰链(3)的第二端转动连接于第二铰链加强板(2)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第一铰链加强板(1)的第二端未连接第二铰链加强板(2),第二铰链加强板(2)的第二端未连接第一铰链加强板(1),所述第一铰链加强板(1)的第二端和第二铰链加强板(2)的第二端均设置有铰链套(5),所述设置在第一铰链加强板(1)的第二端的铰链套(5)的轴心和设置在第二铰链加强板(2)的第二端的铰链套(5)的轴心位于同一直线上,铰链(3)的第一端转动连接在设置在第一铰链加强板(1)的第二端的铰链套(5)内,铰链(3)的第二端转动连接在设置在第二铰链加强板(2)的第二端的铰链套(5)内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第一铰链加强板(1)与内框(4)之间形成有第一容置腔(6),所述第二铰链加强板(2)与内框(4)之间形成有第二容置腔(6),所述铰链(3)包括位于铰链(3)的第一端的第一铰链转臂(7)和位于铰链(3)的第二端的第二铰链转臂(7),所述第一铰链转臂(7)可转动的设置于所述第一容置腔(6)内,所述第二铰链转臂(7)可转动的设置于所述第二容置腔(6)内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第一铰链转臂(7)的第一端固接有第一铰链轴(8),所述第一铰链轴(8)转动设置在所述设置在第一铰链加强板(1)的第二端的铰链套(5)内,所述第二铰链转臂(7)的第一端固接有第二铰链轴(8),所述第二铰链轴(8)转动设置在所述设置在第二铰链加强板(2)的第二端的铰链套(5)内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第一铰链加强板(1)上设置有第一连接部(9),所述第二铰链加强板(2)上设置有第二连接部(9),第一连接部(9)和第二连接部(9)互相连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的洗衣机,其中,第一连接部(9)和第二连接部(9)通过螺钉互相连接,并通过所述螺钉固接在内框(4)上。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的洗衣机,其中,所述第一铰链加强板(1)上设置有第一限位结构(10),第二铰链加强板(2)上设置有第二限位结构(10),所述铰链(3)相对于第一铰链加强板(1)和第二铰链加强板(2)转动时,被所述第一限位结构(10)和第二限位结构(10)限位。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的洗衣机,其中,所述门体内框(4)上设有网状加强筋(11),所述网状加强筋(11)上设置有网孔,所述网孔的形状为三角形、四边形或者其他多边形。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的洗衣机,其中,所述铰链套(5)采用非金属材质制成。
