  1. 一种专用于足部按摩垫的电机,其特征在于,包括软胶壳体,所述软胶壳体具有一开口向下的容置空腔,所述软胶壳体包括环绕在容置空腔周围的环形侧壁以及位于环形侧壁顶端的球面顶壁,所述球面顶壁的厚度小于环形侧壁的厚度,所述环形侧壁的外侧底部设有环形凸台,与所述环形凸台相对的环形侧壁内侧设有第一倒台,第一倒台下侧设有第二倒台,第二倒台下侧设置有斜面卡环,所述容置空腔内安装有电机组件,所述电机组件包括从下到上依设置的密封板、底座、旋转盘,所述密封板呈圆盘状,所述密封板安装在第二倒台与斜面卡环之间,密封板的下表面边缘抵接至斜面卡环上侧,密封板上表面通过密封胶圈挤压所述底座下表面,所述底座上表面边缘抵接所述第一倒台,所述底座上表面中部凸设有圆柱形的铁芯安装座,所述铁芯安装座顶部边缘设有用于固定铁芯的安装台阶,所述底座的安装台阶上安装有铁芯,所述铁芯由多个硅钢片上下堆叠构成,所述铁芯设有套装在铁芯安装座上的中心通孔,所述铁芯包括圆环部及由圆环部边缘径向辐射的多个辐条部,所述辐条部的端头设有凸头,所述辐条部包绕有铜线绕组,所述旋转盘包括一圆盘形的顶板以及从顶板边缘向下延伸形成的侧板,所述侧板内侧壁安装有磁铁,所述侧板底端通过旋转轴承滑动连接至底座,所述旋转盘的顶板安装有按摩胶头及平衡块,所述按摩胶头与平衡块的重心对称的分布在所述旋转盘的中心两侧,所述底座与密封板之间设有PCB板,所述PCB板固连至底座下 表面,所述PCB板通过导线连接至铜线绕组,所述导线从设置在底座中心的过线孔穿过,一端连接PCB板,另一端连接铜线绕组。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的专用于足部按摩垫的电机,其特征在于,所述软胶壳体为导热硅胶材质构件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的专用于足部按摩垫的电机,其特征在于,所述软胶壳体的环形侧壁的厚度为2~5mm。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的专用于足部按摩垫的电机,其特征在于,所述软胶壳体的球面顶壁的厚度为0.2~1mm。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的专用于足部按摩垫的电机,其特征在于,所述底座上表面位于铁芯安装座的外围设置有环形凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的专用于足部按摩垫的电机,其特征在于,所述密封板侧壁与软胶壳体的环形侧壁内侧之间过盈配合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的专用于足部按摩垫的电机,其特征在于,所述底座侧壁与软胶壳体的环形侧壁内侧之间过盈配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的专用于足部按摩垫的电机,其特征在于,所述密封板上安装有防水接头,所述防水接头上安装有弹性电极端子,所述弹性电极端子弹性抵接所述PCB板上相应的电触点形成电连接。
