食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,包括机座、杯体、安装座和电机,电机设置在机座上,杯体的底部开有敞开口结构,所述安装座以可被拆卸方式设置在杯体底部的敞开口,其特征是,所述机座上还设置有安全开关组件,安全开关组件与电机串联,杯体的下部外壁设置有下插式触动部,杯体通过其敞开口的安装座坐于机座上,下插式触动部与安全开关组件相邻或相抵;此款食品搅拌机,通过在杯体的下部外壁设置下插式触动部,容易让用户直观看到,方便杯体与机座配合时,用户直接从外部观察和对准下插式触动部与安全开关组件的触动配合,因此,其操作简单、装拆容易;由于下插式触动部与安全开关组件之间的触动配合,用户可直观看到,而且安全开关组件必须被下插式触动部推压,才能保证通电工作,若撤销下插式触动部对安全开关组件的推压力,安全开关组件会断电,使电机停止工作,因此,在使用上非常安全;更有的是,由于下插式触动部设置在杯体的下部外壁,大大方便了用户的清洗。
本发明还可以作以下进一步改进。
进一步地,所述杯体包括外杯和内杯,外杯和内杯的底部分别为敞开口结构,外杯通过其底部的敞开口套置在内杯外,且内杯的下部延伸出外杯底部的敞开口,以使内杯底部的敞开口构成所述杯体敞开口,所述安装座以可被拆卸方式设置在内杯底部的敞开口,下插式触动部设置在内杯的下部外壁;这种内外杯结构,既有利于保温,又通过这种内外杯敞开口套接,方便杯体的装拆,而且,下插式触动部设置在内杯的下部外壁,即:设置在外露状态内杯下部外壁,既容易与下方的安全开关组件接触,又通过内杯一次整体成型。
进一步地,所述下插式触动部包括向下延伸的插柱段,内杯坐于机座上、其插柱段下压安全开关组件,这种插柱段即有利于与内杯一体成型,而且强度较好,也有利于往下推压安全开关组件,确保安全开关能被启动。
进一步地,所述安全开关组件包括安全开关推件、推件导向件和安全开关,推件导向件固定在机座上、且推件导向件上开有导向孔,安全开关与电机串联,安全开关推件的上端与插柱段相抵,其下端穿过所述导向孔、并与安全开关相邻或相抵,这里的安全开关推件,移动时可沿导向孔方向滑行,保证不位偏离,有利于提高安全开关推件与安全开关之间良好的推压接触。
进一步地,所述安全开关还包括有弹簧,弹簧套置在安全开关推件上,弹簧的下端与推件导向件相抵,其上端朝向安全开关推件上的弹簧压部;弹簧能将安全开关推件弹起,从而使安全开关复位,预设弹簧弹力防止安全开关推件、安装座及杯体的自重就触发安全开关,用户需要下压杯体,才能启动电机,提高食品搅拌机工作的安全性。
进一步地,所述安全开关推件为推杆,推杆上设置有弯折段,弯折段构成所述弹簧压部;推杆的弯折段能保证弹簧和推杆有良好的受力点,便于安全开关的触动和复位。
进一步地,所述机座顶部设置有安装座配合槽,安装座配合槽内安装有下耦合器,电机通过电机轴与下耦合器连接,内杯的安装座下部设置有上耦合器,上耦合器通过刀轴连接刀具组件,刀具组件设置在安装座上部、并置于内杯内腔,机座的安装座配合槽旁设置有推件槽,安全开关推件设置在推件槽内,安全开关推件的上端朝推件槽上部开口方向延伸,内杯的安装座下部嵌入机座的安装座配合槽内,下耦合器与上耦合器之间为耦合驱动连接,推件槽上部开口所在机座顶部还设置有弧形滑入槽;电机通过电机轴、下耦合器、上耦合器及刀轴为刀具组件提供动力,推件槽限制安全开关推件上端的自由度,使其只能上下移动,弧形滑入槽有利于下插式触动部准确滑入推件槽内,以下压安全开关推件。
进一步地,所述下插式触动部上设置有触动部磁块,安全开关组件包括安全开关、以及控制安全开关通断的开关磁块,触动部磁块与开关磁块为磁性相斥,下插式触动部上的触动部磁块与开关磁块位置相邻,且安全开关与电机串联;此款食品搅拌机,利用触动部磁块与开关磁块之间磁性相斥原理,当下插式触动部下压并接近开关磁块,安全开关闭合,启动电机,当下插式触动部离开开关磁块,安全开关复位,电机断电停止转动,操作简易、快捷。
进一步地,所述内杯下部的外壁沿其圆周表面设置有1个或以上、形状和高度相同的下插式触动部;这相当于多个触动点设置,以便杯体无需大角度旋转,微调杯体角度,即可让最近的一个下插式触动部下压安全开关组件,提高使用的方便性和灵活性;而且,多个下插式触动部,即使遇到其中的一个下插式触动部损坏,杯体的其它下插式触动部仍可使用。
进一步地,还包括有启动开关,启动开关设置在机座上,启动开关与电机、安全开关为串联连接,启动开关包括按键和第二微动开关,按键一端延伸出机座外壳,另一端与第二微动开关相抵或相近,所述安全开关为第一微动开关,对于一些需要食品搅拌机较长时间运行,通过增设启动开关(此时的弹簧弹力可作适当调整,如:凭杯体重力即可通过下插式触动部下压触动安全开关组件),以配合安全开关组件,共同构成控制电机的双重开关; 使用时,杯体凭重力下压安全开关组件,仍未能开启电机,还必须按下启动开关,才能通电工作。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)此款食品搅拌机,通过在杯体的下部外壁设置下插式触动部,容易让用户直观看到,方便杯体与机座配合时,用户直接从外部观察和对准下插式触动部与安全开关组件的触动配合,因此,其操作简单、装拆容易;由于下插式触动部与安全开关组件之间的触动配合,用户可直观看到,而且安全开关组件必须被下插式触动部推压,才能保证通电工作,若撤销下插式触动部对安全开关组件的推压力,安全开关组件会断电,使电机停止工作,因此,在使用上非常安全;更有的是,由于下插式触动部设置在杯体的下部外壁,大大方便了用户的清洗。
(2)由于杯体为内外杯结构,既有利于保温,又通过这种内外杯敞开口套接,方便杯体的装拆,而且,下插式触动部设置在内杯的下部外壁,即:设置在外露状态内杯下部外壁,既容易与下方的安全开关组件接触,又通过内杯一次整体成型。
(3)通过增设启动开关(此时的弹簧弹力可作适当调整,如:凭杯体重力即可通过下插式触动部下压触动安全开关组件),以配合安全开关组件,共同构成控制电机的双重开关;使用时,杯体凭重力下压安全开关组件,仍未能开启电机,还必须按下启动开关,才能通电工作,其安全性更好,而且,适合较长时间搅拌使用需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例一:见图1所示,食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,包括机座1、杯体3、安装座2和电机11,电机11设置在机座1上,杯体3的底部开有敞开口结构,安装座2以可被拆卸方式设置在杯体3底部的敞开口,其特征是,机座上还设置有安全开关组件,安全开关组件与电机11串联,杯体3的下部外壁设置有下插式触动部321,杯体3通过其敞开口的安装座2坐于机座1上,下插式触动部321与安全开关组件相邻或相抵。
图中所示,所述杯体3包括外杯31和内杯32,外杯31和内杯32的底部分别为敞开口结构,外杯31通过其底部的敞开口套置在内杯32外,且内杯32的下部延伸出外杯31底部的敞开口,以使内杯32底部的敞开口构成所述杯体3敞开口,安装座2以可被拆卸方式设置在内杯32底部的敞开口,下插式触动部321设置在内杯32的下部外壁。
所述下插式触动部321包括向下延伸的插柱段3211,内杯32坐于机座1上、且插柱段3211下压安全开关组件。
图中所示,所述安全开关组件包括安全开关推件57、推件导向件52和安全开关51,推件导向件52固定在机座1上、且推件导向件52上开有导向孔53,安全开关51与电机11串 联,安全开关推件57的上端与插柱段3211相抵,其下端穿过所述导向孔53、并与安全开关51相邻或相抵。
所述安全开关组件还包括有弹簧54,弹簧54套置在安全开关推件57上,弹簧54下端与推件导向件52相抵,弹簧54上端朝向安全开关推件57上的弹簧54压部。
所述安全开关推件57为推杆,推杆上设置有弯折段55,弯折段55构成所述弹簧54压部。
所述机座1顶部设置有安装座配合槽12,安装座配合槽12内安装有下耦合器41,电机11通过电机轴13与下耦合器41连接,内杯32的安装座2下部设置有上耦合器42,上耦合器42通过刀轴22连接刀具组件21,刀具组件21设置在安装座2上部、并置于内杯32内腔,机座1的安装座配合槽12旁设置有推件槽56,安全开关推件57设置在推件槽56内,安全开关推件57的上端朝推件槽56上部开口方向延伸,内体的安装座2下部嵌入机座1的安装座配合槽12内,下耦合器41与上耦合器42之间为耦合驱动连接,且下插式触动部321与安全开关推件57的上端相抵,推件槽56上部开口所在机座1顶部还设置有弧形滑入槽58。
所述内杯32下部的外壁沿其圆周表面设置有1个或以上、形状和高度相同的下插式触动部321。
实施例一的工作原理是:外杯31敞开口处套入内杯32并以螺纹连接,内杯32敞开口朝上放入食物,将刀具组件21和安装座2组装好后,再与内杯32螺纹连接,刀具组件21处于内杯32内腔,整体倒置,安装座2放置在机座安装座配合槽12内,电机11通过电机轴13、经下耦合器41、上耦合器42和刀轴22驱动刀具组件21,内杯32外壁的下插式触动部321沿弧形滑入槽58进入推件槽56与安全开关推件57的上端相抵,用手下压外杯31,下插式触动部321向下推动安全开关推件57,安全开关推件57下压压缩弹簧54并触发安全开关51,安全开关51与电机11串联,安全开关51直接启动电机11,食品搅拌机运行;食物处理好后,手一松,弹簧54将安全开关推件57上推,安全开关51复位,电机11断电停止转动。
实施例二:见图2所示,其与实施例一的区别在于安全开关的触发结构不同,即所述下插式触动部上设置有触动部磁块72,安全开关组件包括安全开关51、以及控制安全开关通断的开关磁块71,触动部磁块72与开关磁块71为磁性相斥,下插式触动部321上的触动部磁块72与开关磁块71位置相邻,且安全开关51与电机11串联。
实施例二的工作原理:外杯31敞开口处套入内杯32并以螺纹连接,内杯32敞开口朝上放入食物,将刀具组件21和安装座2组装好在与内杯32螺纹连接,刀具组件21处于内杯32内腔,整体倒置,安装座2放置在机座1安装座配合槽12内,电机11通过电机轴13、经下耦合器41、上耦合器42和刀轴22驱动刀具组件21,内杯32外壁的下插式触动部321沿弧形滑入槽58进入推件槽56,其触动部磁块72与开关磁块71位置相邻,用手下压外杯31,触动部磁块72下移并与开关磁块72为磁性相斥,开关磁块72下压触发安全开关51,安全开关51与电机11串联,安全开关51直接启动电机11,食品搅拌机运行;食物处理好后,手一松,触动部磁块72在开关磁块71的斥力下上移,开关磁块71受触动部磁块72斥力减小,安全开关51复位,电机11停止转动。
实施例三:见图3所示,其与实施例一的区别在于,机座1还包括有启动开关6,启动开关6设置在机座1上,启动开关6与电机11、安全开关51为串联连接,启动开关6包括按键61和第二微动开关62,按键61一端延伸出机座1外壳,另一端与第二微动开关62相抵或相近, 所述安全开关51为第一微动开关。
实施例三的工作原理:结合实施例一工作原理,其弹簧54弹力减小,食品搅拌机仅凭自重便能使下插式触动部321推动安全开关推件57触发安全开关51,安全开关51、电机11和第二微动开关62三者串联,此时,电机11启动由第二微动开关62控制,按下机座1外壳的按键61,按键61触发第二微动开关62,电机11启动;再次按下按键62,第二微动开关61复位,电机11停止转动。
实施例四,见图4所示,其与实施例二的区别在于,机座1还包括有启动开关6,启动开关6设置在机座1上,启动开关6与电机11、安全开关51为串联连接,启动开关6包括按键61和第二微动开关62,按键61一端延伸出机座1外壳,另一端与第二微动开关62相抵或相近,所述安全开关51为第一微动开关。
实施例四的工作原理:结合实施例二的工作原理,其触动部磁块72与开关磁块71斥力减小,食品搅拌机仅凭自重便能使触动部磁块72与开关磁块71保持平衡,且开关磁块71恰好触发安全开关51,安全开关51、电机11和第二微动开关62三者串联,此时,电机启动由第二微动开关62控制,按下机座1外壳的按键61,按键61触发第二微动开关62,电机11启动;再次按下按键61,第二微动开关62复位,电机11停止转动。

Claims (10)

  1. 食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,包括机座、杯体、安装座和电机,电机设置在机座上,杯体的底部开有敞开口结构,所述安装座以可被拆卸方式设置在杯体底部的敞开口,其特征是,所述机座上还设置有安全开关组件,安全开关组件与电机串联,杯体的下部外壁设置有下插式触动部,杯体通过其敞开口的安装座坐于机座上,下插式触动部与安全开关组件相邻或相抵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,其特征是,所述杯体包括外杯和内杯,外杯和内杯的底部分别为敞开口结构,外杯通过其底部的敞开口套置在内杯外,且内杯的下部延伸出外杯底部的敞开口,以使内杯底部的敞开口构成所述杯体敞开口,所述安装座以可被拆卸方式设置在内杯底部的敞开口,下插式触动部设置在内杯的下部外壁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,其特征是,所述下插式触动部包括向下延伸的插柱段,内杯坐于机座上、其插柱段下压安全开关组件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,其特征是,所述安全开关组件包括安全开关推件、推件导向件和安全开关,推件导向件固定在机座上、且推件导向件上开有导向孔,安全开关与电机串联,安全开关推件的上端与插柱段相抵,其下端穿过所述导向孔、并与安全开关相邻或相抵。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,其特征是,所述安全开关还包括有弹簧,弹簧套置在安全开关推件上,弹簧的下端与推件导向件相抵,其上端朝向安全开关推件上的弹簧压部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,其特征是,所述安全开关推件为推杆,推杆上设置有弯折段,弯折段构成所述弹簧压部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,其特征是,所述机座顶部设置有安装座配合槽,安装座配合槽内安装有下耦合器,电机通过电机轴与下耦合器连接,内杯的安装座下部设置有上耦合器,上耦合器通过刀轴连接刀具组件,刀具组件设置在安装座上部、并置于内杯内腔,机座的安装座配合槽旁设置有推件槽,安全开关推件设置在推件槽内,安全开关推件的上端朝推件槽上部开口方向延伸,内杯的安装座下部嵌入机座的安装座配合槽内,下耦合器与上耦合器之间为耦合驱动连接,推件槽上部开口所在机座顶部还设置有弧形滑入槽。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,其特征是,所述下插式触动部上设置有触动部磁块,安全开关组件包括安全开关、以及控制安全开关通断的开关磁块,触动部磁块与开关磁块为磁性相斥,下插式触动部上的触动部磁块与开关磁块位置相邻,且安全开关与电机串联。
  9. 根据权利要求4或8所述食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,其特征是,所述内杯下部的外壁沿其圆周表面设置有1个或以上、形状和高度相同的下插式触动部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述食品搅拌机的安全开关装置,其特征是,还包括有启动开关,启动开关设置在机座上,启动开关与电机、安全开关为串联连接,启动开关包括按键和第二微动开关,按键一端延伸出机座外壳,另一端与第二微动开关相抵或相近,所述安全开关为第一微动开关。
