Description

一种草坪肥料及其制备方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种化肥领域,具体而言涉及一种草坪肥料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国城镇化进程的加快,城镇绿化、美化的标准提升以及绿地面积的大幅度增长,各种草坪应运而生,引发了对草坪的巨大需求。城镇化速度的加快必将带动草坪业的快速增长,中国草坪业市场潜力极大。
氮、磷、钾肥是草坪草的必需的营养。增施氮肥能明显促进生长,提高产量(鲜草量)。但氮肥施用量过多,会造成草坪疯长,增加修剪次数,不仅给管理带来负担还会使土壤养分流失,持续有效的氮肥供应更适合草坪草的生长。钾是多年生草坪草生长需要的次多矿质元素,但有关钾在草坪草生长中的作用报道不一,具体施入量需要根据供试土壤速效钾和缓效钾的供应能力决定。磷是构成草坪植物体内核酸、蛋白质、磷脂及植素等许多重要有机化合物的组成部分,可以提高草坪草的抗逆境能力,但若禾本科草坪磷素过剩,就会出现植株矮小、分蘖少、僵而不发、缺绿等症状。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种草坪肥料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种草坪肥料及其制备方法,按照质量份数包括以下成分:
硫酸钾6-8份、杏仁渣10-12份、霉变饲料20-40份、磷酸二铵6-8份、五氧化二磷7-9份、低聚壳聚糖4-6份、水80-120份、发酵蚯蚓粪便10-20份、骨粉5-15份、蚕豆壳8-12份、复合氨基酸6-8份、石英砂粉4-6份。
进一步:按照质量份数包括如下成分:
硫酸钾6份、杏仁渣10份、霉变饲料20份、磷酸二铵6份、五氧化二磷7份、低聚壳聚糖4份、水80份、发酵蚯蚓粪便10份、骨粉5份、蚕豆壳8份、复合氨基酸6份、石英砂粉4份。
进一步:按照质量份数包括如下成分:
硫酸钾7份、杏仁渣11份、霉变饲料30份、磷酸二铵7份、五氧化二磷8份、低聚壳聚糖5份、水100份、发酵蚯蚓粪便15份、骨粉10份、蚕豆壳10份、复合氨基酸7份、石英砂粉5份。
进一步:按照质量份数包括如下成份:
硫酸钾8份、杏仁渣12份、霉变饲料40份、磷酸二铵8份、五氧化二磷9份、低聚壳聚糖6份、水120份、发酵蚯蚓粪便20份、骨粉15份、蚕豆壳12份、复合氨基酸8份、石英砂粉6份。
进一步:制备方法具有以下几个步骤:
(1)将杏仁渣、霉变饲料、发酵蚯蚓粪便、骨粉、蚕豆壳和石英砂粉混 合均匀,再加入适量的水使得水分控制在,堆肥发酵3-5天,发酵温度48-56℃;
(2)将步骤一中加入硫酸钾、磷酸二铵、五氧化二磷、低聚壳聚糖、复合氨基酸,充分搅拌均匀,堆肥发酵2-4天,发酵温度55-60℃;
(3)将第二次发酵好的发酵料烘干至含水率至2-3%,粉碎,过筛后与余下原料混合均匀,造粒,烘干,包装既得草坪肥料。
本发明的有益效果是:以养殖业垫料废弃物为原材料,根据草坪草生长发育规律和养分吸收特性,将垫料废弃物粉碎,搭配适宜比例的无机养分,生产草坪草环保专用生物肥料,将养殖场废弃物进行肥料化使用,有利于环境保护;同时研制的全营养新型环保草坪草环保专用生物肥料,有助改善草坪草的产量、品质与抗逆性,产生较好经济效益、生态效益、环保效益。

一种草坪肥料及其制备方法按照质量分数包括以下成分:
硫酸钾6-8份、杏仁渣10-12份、霉变饲料20-40份、磷酸二铵6-8份、五氧化 二磷7-9份、低聚壳聚糖4-6份、水80-120份、发酵蚯蚓粪便10-20份、骨粉5-15份、蚕豆壳8-12份、复合氨基酸6-8份、石英砂粉4-6份。
实施例二:
一种草坪肥料及其制备方法按照质量份数包括以下成分:
硫酸钾6份、杏仁渣10份、霉变饲料20份、磷酸二铵6份、五氧化二磷7份、低聚壳聚糖4份、水80份、发酵蚯蚓粪便10份、骨粉5份、蚕豆壳8份、复合氨基酸6份、石英砂粉4份。
实施例三:
一种仔猪的饲料配方按照质量份数包括如下成分:
硫酸钾7份、杏仁渣11份、霉变饲料30份、磷酸二铵7份、五氧化二磷8份、低聚壳聚糖5份、水100份、发酵蚯蚓粪便15份、骨粉10份、蚕豆壳10份、复合氨基酸7份、石英砂粉5份。
实施例四:
一种草坪肥料及其制备方法按照质量份数包括如下成分:
硫酸钾8份、杏仁渣12份、霉变饲料40份、磷酸二铵8份、五氧化二磷9份、低聚壳聚糖6份、水120份、发酵蚯蚓粪便20份、骨粉15份、蚕豆壳12份、复合氨基酸8份、石英砂粉6份。
实施例五:
一种草坪肥料的制备方法:具有以下几个步骤:
(1)将杏仁渣、霉变饲料、发酵蚯蚓粪便、骨粉、蚕豆壳和石英砂粉混合均匀,再加入适量的水使得水分控制在,堆肥发酵3-5天,发酵温度48-56℃;
(2)将步骤一中加入硫酸钾、磷酸二铵、五氧化二磷、低聚壳聚糖、复合氨基酸,充分搅拌均匀,堆肥发酵2-4天,发酵温度55-60℃;
(3)将第二次发酵好的发酵料烘干至含水率至2-3%,粉碎,过筛后与余下原料混合均匀,造粒,烘干,包装既得草坪肥料。

    硫酸钾6-8份、杏仁渣10-12份、霉变饲料20-40份、磷酸二铵6-8份、五氧化二磷7-9份、低聚壳聚糖4-6份、水80-120份、发酵蚯蚓粪便10-20份、骨粉5-15份、蚕豆壳8-12份、复合氨基酸6-8份、石英砂粉4-6份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种草坪肥料,其特征在于:按照质量份数包括如下成分:
    硫酸钾6份、杏仁渣10份、霉变饲料20份、磷酸二铵6份、五氧化二磷7份、低聚壳聚糖4份、水80份、发酵蚯蚓粪便10份、骨粉5份、蚕豆壳8份、复合氨基酸6份、石英砂粉4份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种草坪肥料,其特征在于:按照质量份数包括如下成分:
    硫酸钾7份、杏仁渣11份、霉变饲料30份、磷酸二铵7份、五氧化二磷8份、低聚壳聚糖5份、水100份、发酵蚯蚓粪便15份、骨粉10份、蚕豆壳10份、复合氨基酸7份、石英砂粉5份。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种草坪肥料,其特征在于:按照质量份数包括如下成分:
    硫酸钾8份、杏仁渣12份、霉变饲料40份、磷酸二铵8份、五氧化二磷9份、低聚壳聚糖6份、水120份、发酵蚯蚓粪便20份、骨粉15份、蚕豆壳 12份、复合氨基酸8份、石英砂粉6份。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种草坪肥料的制备方法,其特征在于:具有以下几个步骤:
    (1)将杏仁渣、霉变饲料、发酵蚯蚓粪便、骨粉、蚕豆壳和石英砂粉混合均匀,再加入适量的水使得水分控制在,堆肥发酵3-5天,发酵温度48-56℃;
    (2)将步骤一中加入硫酸钾、磷酸二铵、五氧化二磷、低聚壳聚糖、复合氨基酸,充分搅拌均匀,堆肥发酵2-4天,发酵温度55-60℃;
    (3)将第二次发酵好的发酵料烘干至含水率至2-3%,粉碎,过筛后与余下原料混合均匀,造粒,烘干,包装既得草坪肥料。
