其中,所述LED光源设置于所述第一柔性触摸屏相对于所述装订连接件的一侧,所述多个发光区域为多个发光段,每一个所述发光段对应一个所述触摸区域。
其中,所述LED光源的发光区域的位置与所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置对应,并可根据所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置的变化来重新设定。
其中,所述通信模块还用于接收LED光源设置指令,所述控制器还用于解析所述LED光源设置指令,并根据所述LED光源设置指令控制所述LED光源重新设定所述发光区域的位置,其中,所述LED光源设置指令根据所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置生成。
其中,当所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息对应的菜品被选择时,所述控制器控制与所述菜品信息对应位置的所述发光区域发光,当所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息对应的菜品被删除时,所述控制器控制与所述菜品信息对应位置的所述发光区域熄灭。
所述触控菜单通过将至少一个菜单页与所述控制器电连接,并在所述第一柔性触摸屏上设置对应不同菜品的多个触摸区域,进而通过所述触摸区域接收针对所述菜品的触摸指令,并通过所述控制器解析所述触摸指令,获取对应菜品的选择控制信息,然后通过所述通信模块将所述选择控制信息发送给接收装置,从而完成对所述菜品的选择控制,实现顾客的自助点菜,有利于提升点菜效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,在本发明一个实施例中,提供一种触控菜单100,包括控制器110、通信模块130及至少一个菜单页150,所述控制器110与所述通信模块130及至少一个菜单页150电连接,所述菜单页150包括第一柔性触摸屏151,所述第一柔性触摸屏151上设置有对应菜品的触摸区域1511,所述触摸区域1511用于接收针对所述菜品的触摸指令,所述控制器110用于解析所述触摸指令,获取对应菜品的选择控制信息,并控制所述通信模块130将所述选择控制信息发送给接收装置(图未示),完成对所述菜品的选择控制。可以理解,每一个菜单页150上的所述触摸区域1511的数量可以为多个。
其中,所述接收装置可以为电脑,所述触控菜单100通过所述通信模块130与所述接收装置建立通信连接。当顾客通过所述触控菜单100点菜完成之后,对应菜品的选择控制信息及顾客所在的桌号信息通过所述通信模块130传送至所述接收装置,进而由所述接收装置将需要准备的菜品通知后厨。例如,后厨可以设置有与所述接收装置电连接的显示屏、扬声器等,当所述接收装置接收到所述通信模块130传送的对应菜品的选择控制信息及桌号信息后,可以控制所述显示屏显示对应的菜品信息及桌号信息,并控制所述扬声器播报对应的菜品信息及桌号信息。
所述触摸区域1511内设置有多个虚拟按键1513,每一个所述虚拟按键1513对应一种选择控制功能,用于接收针对所述选择控制功能的触摸指令。其中,所述虚拟按键1513可以通过丝印的方式设置于所述第一柔性触摸屏上。在本实施例中,所述触摸区域1511内设置有两个虚拟按键1513,分别标记为“+”和“-”,所述选择控制功能包括菜品增加功能与菜品删除功能。其中,虚拟按键“+”用于接收针对菜品增加功能的触摸指令,虚拟按键“-”用于接收针对菜品删除功能的触摸指令。可以理解,连续多次触摸或长按所述虚拟按键“+”可以实现对应菜品分量的递增选择,连续多次触摸或长按所述虚拟按键“-”可以实现对应菜品分量的递减选择。
所述第一柔性触摸屏151上与所述触摸区域1511相邻的位置还设置有菜品信息展示区1515,用于展示对应的菜品信息。其中,所述菜品信息可以包括菜品的图案、名称、价格等。在本实施例中,所述信息展示区1515间隔设置于所述触摸区域1511的上方,所述菜品信息通过丝印的方式设置于所述第一柔性触摸屏151上。可以理解,所述菜单页150还可以包括印刷有菜品信息的印刷菜单(图未示),所述述第一柔性触摸屏151可以由透明材质制成,所述第一柔性触摸屏151通过与所述印刷菜单贴合来形成所述菜单页150。其中,所述第一柔性触摸屏151的触摸区域所在的位置与所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置对应,并可根据所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置的变化来重新设定。
请一并参阅图2和图3,所述触控菜单100还包括封面170和封底190(图3),所述封面170与所述封底190活动连接,并可相对于所述封底190折叠或展开,所述菜单页150(图3)夹持于所述封面170和所述封底190之间。可以理解,所述封面170与所述封底190可以通过装订连接件179活动链接,例如书脊。所述菜单页150可以通过其一条侧边与所述装订连接件179活动连接,并可通过布设于所述装订连接件及所述封面或封底内的柔性电路板(图未示)与所述控制器110电连接。
所述触控菜单100还包括电路板180,所述控制器110及所述通信模块130可以设置于所述电路板180上。可以理解,所述电路板可以为刚性电路板或柔性电路板。所述电路板180上还可以设置有电源模块(图未示),用于为所述
触控菜单100提供工作电源。在本实施例中,所述电路板180可以设置于所述封面170或所述封底190内部。
在一种实施方式中,所述触控菜单100还包括显示屏120和扬声器140,所述显示屏120和所述扬声器140设置于所述封面170上,并与所述控制器110电连接,所述显示屏120用于根据所述选择控制信息显示对应菜品的图像,所述扬声器140用于根据所述选择控制信息播报对应菜品的选择控制结果。例如,当对应的菜品被选择时,可以通过所述显示屏120显示对应菜品的图像,并可通过所述扬声器140播报对应的菜品名称以提示该菜品已被选择。
请参阅图3,在一种实施方式中,所述触控菜单100还包括隔离页160,所述隔离页160由柔性绝缘材料制成,设置于相邻的两个菜单页150之间,用于防止相邻的两个菜单页150的柔性触摸屏之间相互贴合而导致误触。
所述触控菜单100通过将至少一个菜单页150与所述控制器110电连接,并在所述第一柔性触摸屏151上设置对应不同菜品的多个触摸区域1511,进而通过所述触摸区域1511接收针对所述菜品的触摸指令,并通过所述控制器110解析所述触摸指令,获取对应菜品的选择控制信息,然后通过所述通信模块130将所述选择控制信息发送给接收装置,从而完成对所述菜品的选择控制,实现顾客的自助点菜,有利于提升点菜效率。
请一并参阅图4和图5,在本发明一个实施例中,提供一种触控菜单200,包括控制器210、通信模块230及至少一个菜单页250,所述控制器210与所述通信模块230及每一个所述菜单页250电连接,所述菜单页250包括第一柔性触摸屏251及第二柔性触摸屏253,所述第二触摸屏253与所述第一触摸屏251相背设置,所述第一柔性触摸屏251上设置有对应菜品的触摸区域2511,所述第二柔性触摸屏253上设置有对应菜品的触摸区域2531,所述触摸区域2511、2531用于接收针对所述菜品的触摸指令。可以理解,每一个菜单页250上的所述触摸区域2511、2531的数量可以为多个。
在一种实施方式中,所述第一柔性触摸屏251和所述第二柔性触摸屏253均由透明材质制成,所述第一柔性触摸屏251包括相邻的第一侧边2512与第二侧边2513,所述第二柔性触摸屏253包括相邻的第一侧边2532与第二侧边2533,所述第一柔性触摸屏的第一侧边2512与所述第二柔性触摸屏的第一侧
边2532连接,所述第一柔性触摸屏的第二侧边2513与所述第二柔性触摸屏的第二侧边2533连接,所述第一柔性触摸屏251与所述第二柔性触摸屏253共同形成一半封闭的封套结构,用于封装双面印刷有菜品信息的印刷菜单300,其中,所述印刷菜单300的结构如图6所示。当然,第一柔性触摸屏251与第二柔性触摸屏253也并不限于上述揭露的仅有相邻的两侧边连接,也可以是相邻的三侧边连接,或者是相对的两侧边连接等等,只需要保持形成半开放的收容空间即可。
可以理解,所述印刷菜单300可以由纸质材料制成,也可以由塑胶材料制成。所述印刷菜单300上可以预先印刷有菜品信息,例如菜品的图像、名称、价格等。所述第一柔性触摸屏251的触摸区域2511所在的位置及所述第二触摸屏253的触摸区域2531所在的位置与所述印刷菜单300上印刷的菜品信息的位置对应,并可根据所述印刷菜单300上印刷的菜品信息的位置的变化来重新设定。即,在本实施例所述的触控菜单200中,所述印刷菜单300是可以更换的。例如,当菜品信息有更新或者有新增菜品供应时,可以重新制作所述印刷菜单300,并可根据新的印刷菜单300上的菜品信息的位置变化来重新设定所述触摸区域2511、2531的位置,以保证所述触摸区域2511、2531与所述新的印刷菜单300上的菜品信息的位置相对应。
具体地,所述触控菜单200可以通过所述通信模块230与接收装置(例如电脑)建立通信连接,所述接收装置上可以安装有用于重新设置所述触摸区域的软件。当有新的印刷菜单300被替换至所述封套结构内时,用户可以通过所述接收装置来发送触摸区域设置指令,以控制所述触控菜单200根据所述新的印刷菜单300上的菜品信息的位置,重新设置对应于所述菜品信息的触摸区域的位置。在本实施例中,所述通信模块230还用于接收所述接收装置发送的触摸区域设置指令,所述控制器210还用于解析所述触摸区域设置指令,并根据所述触摸区域设置指令控制所述第一柔性触摸屏251及所述第二柔性触摸屏253重新设定所述触摸区域的形状、尺寸及位置。其中,所述触摸区域设置指令根据所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的形状、尺寸及位置生成。
在一种实施方式中,所述触摸指令至少包括针对所述菜品对应的触控区域的第一触摸手势及第二触摸手势,所述第一触摸手势用于选择或增加对应的菜
品,所述第二触摸手势用于删除或减少对应的菜品。例如,所述第一触摸手势可以为在所述触摸区域画“√”,所述第二触摸手势可以为在所述触摸区域画“×”,则用户可以通过在所述菜品信息对应的触摸区域画“√”来实现对应菜品的选择或增加,或者在所述菜品信息对应的触摸区域画“×”来实现对应菜品的删除或减少。可以理解,通过所述第一触摸手势或所述第二触摸手势来实现对所述菜品的选择控制,可以有效防止相邻的所述菜单页200之间因误触而导致有菜品被误选择或者误删除的情况。
请参阅图7,在一种实施方式中,所述触控菜单200还包括装订连接件270,多个所述菜单页250可以通过所述装订连接件270活动连接,并可相互折叠或展开。所述控制器210及所述通信模块230可以设置于所述装订连接件270内,所述控制器210可以通过布设于所述装订连接件270内的柔性电路板(图未示)与所述多个菜单页250电连接。
所述菜单页250还包括LED光源255,所述LED光源255设置于所述第一柔性触摸屏251及所述第二柔性触摸屏253相对于所述装订连接件270的一侧,并与所述控制器210电连接。所述LED光源255包括多个发光区域2551,每一个所述发光区域2551对应一个所述触摸区域,用于根据所述触摸区域接收到的触摸指令发光或熄灭。在本实施例中,所述LED光源255由多颗沿着所述菜单页250的长度方向(即沿着所述菜单页250相对于所述装订连接件270的一侧)排列的LED,所述多个发光区域2551为多个发光段,每一个所述发光段对应一个所述触摸区域。当所述印刷菜单300上印刷的菜品信息对应的菜品被选择时,所述控制器210控制与所述菜品信息对应位置的所述发光区域2551的LED发光,当所述印刷菜单300上印刷的菜品信息对应的菜品被删除时,所述控制器210控制与所述菜品信息对应位置的所述发光区域2551的LED熄灭。
如图8所示,当所述印刷菜单300被封装于由所述第一柔性触摸屏251和所述第二柔性触摸屏253共同形成的半封闭封套结构内时,由于所述第一柔性触摸屏251和所述第二柔性触摸屏253均由透明材质制成,因此用户可以透过所述第一柔性触摸屏251或所述第二柔性触摸屏253看到印制于所述印刷菜单300上的菜品信息,例如“烤鸭”、“青菜”、“煎鱼”等。若所述菜品信息“烤
鸭”对应的触摸区域接收到所述第一触摸手势(例如在所述触摸区域画“√”),则菜品“烤鸭”被选择,此时,所述控制器210控制与所述菜品信息“烤鸭”对应位置的所述发光区域2551的LED发光,以表示该菜品已点。同时,该印刷菜单300上其余未被选择的菜品“青菜”、“煎鱼”对应位置的所述发光区域2551的LED保持熄灭状态。可以理解,在菜品“烤鸭”被选择的情况下,若所述菜品信息“烤鸭”对应的触摸区域接收到所述第二触摸手势(例如在所述触摸区域画“×”),则可以删除对所述菜品“烤鸭”的选择,当所述菜品“烤鸭”被删除时,所述控制器210控制与所述菜品信息“烤鸭”对应位置的所述发光区域2551的LED熄灭。
请参阅图9,在完成对所述菜品“烤鸭”的选择控制之后,若所述菜品信息“青菜”对应的触摸区域接收到所述第一触摸手势(例如在所述触摸区域画“√”),则菜品“青菜”被选择,此时,所述控制器210控制与所述菜品信息“青菜”对应位置的所述发光区域2551的LED发光,以表示该菜品已点。由于所述印刷菜单300上的菜品信息“烤鸭”与菜品信息“青菜”为相邻设置,因此,当菜品“烤鸭”与“青菜”同时被选中时,所述LED光源255上对应于所述菜品信息“烤鸭”及菜品信息“青菜”位置的所述发光区域2551的LED同时发光,以表示所述菜品“烤鸭”与“青菜”已点。
可以理解,所述LED光源255的发光区域2551的位置与所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置对应,并可根据所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置的变化来重新设定。具体地,当有新的印刷菜单300被替换至所述封套结构内时,用户还可以通过所述接收装置来发送述LED光源设置指令,以控制所述LED光源255根据所述新的印刷菜单300上的菜品信息的位置,重新设定所述发光区域2551的位置。在本实施例中,所述通信模块230还用于接收所述接收装置发送的LED光源设置指令,所述控制器210还用于解析所述LED光源设置指令,并根据所述LED光源设置指令控制所述LED光源255重新设定所述发光区域2551的位置。其中,所述LED光源设置指令根据所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置生成。
所述触控菜单200通过所述第一柔性触摸屏251和所述第二柔性触摸屏253形成透明的半封闭的封套结构,并通过将所述双面印刷有菜品信息的印刷
菜单300封装于所述封套结构内,从而可以通过所述第一柔性触摸屏251和所述第二柔性触摸屏253上与所述印刷菜单300印刷的菜品信息对应位置的触摸区域接收针对所述菜品信息触摸指令,进而实现对所述菜品信息的选择控制。由于所述第一柔性触摸屏251和所述第二柔性触摸屏253上的触摸区域可以根据所述印刷菜单300印刷的菜品信息的位置来重新设定,从而可以在有新的菜品供应时,方便地实现菜单内容的更新。同时,所述触控菜单200通过在所述菜单页250相对于所述装订连接件270的一侧设置所述LED光源255,并根据所述印刷菜单300印刷的菜品信息的位置将所述LED光源255划分为多个发光区域2551,且每一个所述发光区域2551对应一个所述触摸区域,从而可以通过所述发光区域2551来标记对应菜品的选择状态,从而可以有效控制所述触控菜单200的功耗。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分流程,并依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属于发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (20)
- 一种触控菜单,其特征在于,包括控制器、通信模块及至少一个菜单页,所述控制器与所述通信模块及至少一个菜单页电连接,所述菜单页包括第一柔性触摸屏,所述第一柔性触摸屏上设置有对应菜品的触摸区域,所述触摸区域用于接收针对所述菜品的触摸指令,所述控制器用于解析所述触摸指令,获取对应菜品的选择控制信息,并控制所述通信模块将所述选择控制信息发送给接收装置,完成对所述菜品的选择控制。
- 如权利要求1所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述触摸区域内设置有多个虚拟按键,每一个所述虚拟按键对应一种选择控制功能,用于接收针对所述选择控制功能的触摸指令。
- 如权利要求2所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述第一柔性触摸屏上与所述触摸区域相邻的位置还设置有菜品信息展示区,用于展示对应的菜品信息。
- 如权利要求3所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述虚拟按键及所述菜品信息通过丝印的方式设置于所述第一柔性触摸屏上。
- 如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述触控菜单还包括封面和封底,所述封面与所述封底活动连接,并可相对于所述封底折叠或展开,所述菜单页夹持于所述封面和所述封底之间。
- 如权利要求5所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述触控菜单还包括显示屏和扬声器,所述显示屏和所述扬声器设置于所述封面上,并与所述控制器电连接,所述显示屏用于根据所述选择控制信息显示对应菜品的图像,所述扬声器用于根据所述选择控制信息播报对应菜品的选择控制结果。
- 如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述触控菜单还包括隔离页,所述隔离页由柔性绝缘材料制成,设置于相邻的两个菜单页之间,用于防止相邻的两个菜单页的柔性触摸屏之间相互贴合而导致误触。
- 如权利要求1所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述菜单页还包括第二柔性触摸屏,所述第二触摸屏与所述第一触摸屏相背设置,所述第二柔性触摸屏上设置有对应菜品的触摸区域,用于接收针对所述菜品的触摸指令。
- 如权利要求8所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述第一柔性触摸屏和所述第二柔性触摸屏均由透明材质制成,所述第一柔性触摸屏与所述第二柔性触摸屏共同形成一半封闭的封套结构,用于封装双面印刷有菜品信息的印刷菜单。
- 如权利要求1所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述第一柔性触摸屏用于与印刷有菜品信息的印刷菜单贴合。
- 如权利要求10所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述第一柔性触摸屏的触摸区域所在的位置与所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置对应,并可根据所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置的变化来重新设定。
- 如权利要求11所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述通信模块还用于接收触摸区域设置指令,所述控制器还用于解析所述触摸区域设置指令,并根据所述触摸区域设置指令控制所述第一柔性触摸屏重新设定所述触摸区域的形状、尺寸及位置,其中,所述触摸区域设置指令根据所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的形状、尺寸及位置生成。
- 如权利要求8-12任意一项所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述触摸指令至少包括针对所述菜品对应的触控区域的第一触摸手势及第二触摸手势,所述第一触摸手势用于选择或增加对应的菜品,所述第二触摸手势用于删除或 减少对应的菜品。
- 如权利要求9-12任意一项所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述触控菜单还包括装订连接件,多个菜单页通过所述装订连接件活动连接,并可相互折叠或展开。
- 如权利要求14所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述控制器及所述通信模块设置于所述装订连接件内。
- 如权利要求14所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述触摸区域的数量为多个,所述菜单页还包括LED光源,LED光源包括多个发光区域,每一发光区域对应一个触摸区域,用于根据所述触摸区域接收到的触摸指令发光或熄灭。
- 如权利要求16所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述LED光源设置于所述第一柔性触摸屏相对于所述装订连接件的一侧,所述多个发光区域为多个发光段,每一个所述发光段对应一个所述触摸区域。
- 如权利要求16所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述LED光源的发光区域的位置与所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置对应,并可根据所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置的变化来重新设定。
- 如权利要求18所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,所述通信模块还用于接收LED光源设置指令,所述控制器还用于解析所述LED光源设置指令,并根据所述LED光源设置指令控制所述LED光源重新设定所述发光区域的位置,其中,所述LED光源设置指令根据所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息的位置生成。
- 如权利要求16所述的触控菜单,其特征在于,当所述印刷菜单上印 刷的菜品信息对应的菜品被选择时,所述控制器控制与所述菜品信息对应位置的所述发光区域发光,当所述印刷菜单上印刷的菜品信息对应的菜品被删除时,所述控制器控制与所述菜品信息对应位置的所述发光区域熄灭。
