Description
本発明は、車両に搭載された蓄電部からの出力を制御する蓄電部制御装置に関するものである。
車載用の電源システムの一例として、主電源として機能するバッテリに加え、バックアップ電源として機能する蓄電部を備えた構成が知られている。例えば、特許文献1には、主電源である12Vバッテリが異常状態に変化した場合にバックアップ電源として機能する電気二重層キャパシタから電子制御ブレーキに対して電力を供給するシステムが開示されている。
ところで、主電源の失陥時などに蓄電部によって電力供給を行うシステムでは、主電源の出力を監視し、主電源からの出力が適正なレベルであるか否かを判定する必要がある。そして、少なくとも主電源からの出力が適正なレベルでない場合に蓄電部が放電状態となるように制御を行わなければならない。しかし、主電源の出力が低下又は停止している時に常に蓄電部を放電状態にしてしまうと、例えば、車両停止時のメンテナンス中に主電源が取り外された場合でも蓄電部が放電状態となってしまうため、メンテナンス中の感電や不要な電力消費を招く虞がある。

電源部91は、例えば、鉛バッテリ等の公知の車載バッテリとして構成されている。電源部91は、高電位側の端子が配線部81及び配線部83に電気的に接続され、配線部81及び配線部83に対して所定の出力電圧(以降、+B電圧ともいう。)を印加する。なお、配線部81及び配線部83には発電機(図示せず)も電気的に接続されている。
負荷93は公知の車載用電気部品として構成されている。負荷93は、例えば、シフトバイワイヤシステムにおけるECUやアクチュエータ等、電源部91が失陥した場合でも電力供給が望まれる電気部品が好適例である。負荷93は上述した正常状態の場合に電源部91からの電力供給に基づいて動作し、異常状態の場合に蓄電部7からの電力供給に基づいて動作する。
蓄電部制御装置1は、蓄電部7、充放電回路部3、切替部4、制御部である制御回路5、第1電圧モニタ8、及び第2電圧モニタ9等を備える。
蓄電部制御装置1は、イグニッションリレー6(以下、IGリレー6ともいう)を介して配線部81に電気的に接続された第1導電路21と、配線部82に接続された第2導電路22と、蓄電部7に接続された第3導電路23とを有する。第2導電路22は、配線部82を介して負荷93に電気的に接続されている。負荷93は、配線部83を介して電源部91に電気的に接続されている。なお、配線部83にはMOSFET等のスイッチ素子(図示せず)が設けられていてもよい。この場合、スイッチ素子がオン動作している場合に負荷93と電源部91との間が導通状態となり、スイッチ素子がオフ動作している場合に負荷93と電源部91との間の導通が遮断されるように構成することができる。
IGリレー6は、車両に設けられた図示しない操作部に対してエンジンを始動させるための所定の始動操作(イグニッションオン操作(IGオン操作))がなされた場合にオン状態に切り替わり、エンジンを停止させるための所定の停止操作(イグニッションオフ操作(IGオフ操作))がなされた場合にオフ状態に切り替わるリレーである。このIGリレー6は、オン状態の場合に通電状態となり、配線部81を第1導電路21と導通させる。このようなIGリレー6のオン動作により、電源部91の電源電圧(+B電圧)が蓄電部制御装置1に供給される。IGリレー6は、オフ状態の場合に非通電状態となり、このとき配線部81に印加された電源電圧(+B電圧)は第1導電路21に供給されない。
本構成において、「車両動作中」とは、車両のシステムが起動している状態であり、具体的には、IGリレー6がオン動作している状態であり、電源電圧(+B電圧)がIGリレー6を介して蓄電部制御装置1に供給され得る状態である。以降の説明では、IGリレー6を介して第1導電路21に印加される電源電圧(+B電圧)をIG電圧ともいう。
蓄電部7は、例えば、電気二重層キャパシタ等の公知の蓄電手段によって構成されている。蓄電部7は後述する充放電回路部3に電気的に接続されており、充放電回路部3によって充電又は放電がなされる。
充放電回路部3は充電回路3Aと放電回路3Bとを有し、電源部91からの電力に基づいて蓄電部7を充電する充電動作と、蓄電部7を放電させる放電動作とを行い得る。充電回路3Aによる充電動作は制御回路5によって制御され、放電回路3Bによる放電動作も制御回路5によって制御される。

放電回路3Bは、蓄電部7を放電させる放電動作と、蓄電部7の放電を停止させる停止動作とを行い得る。放電回路3Bは、第3導電路23と第2導電路22との間を導通状態と非導通状態とに切り替え得る構成であればよく、例えば、第3導電路23と第2導電路22との間にMOSFET等のスイッチ素子(図示せず)を介在させた構成とすることができる。なお、放電回路3Bに昇圧型DCDCコンバータ等の公知の昇圧回路を用いれば、蓄電部7に蓄えられた電気エネルギーが少なくなっても負荷93に電力を供給することができるため、蓄電部7に蓄えられた電気エネルギーを無駄なく使うことができる。

制御回路5は充放電回路部3による充電動作及び放電動作を制御することができる。具体的には、制御回路5は充電回路3Aに充電指示信号又は充電停止信号を与えて充電制御することができ、放電回路3Bに放電指示信号又は放電停止信号を与えて放電制御することができる。なお、充電指示信号、及び充電停止信号は互いに相補的であり、いずれか一方の信号が充電回路3Aに与えられ、両方の信号が充電回路3Aに同時に与えられることはない。更に、放電指示信号、及び放電停止信号も互いに相補的であり、いずれか一方の信号が放電回路3Bに与えられ、両方の信号が放電回路3Bに与えられることはない。
第1電圧モニタ8は公知の電圧検出回路として構成されており、配線部83の電圧(+B電圧)に対応した値(電源部91の出力電圧である+B電圧を特定し得る検出値)をアナログ電圧信号として制御回路5に入力する。第2電圧モニタ9は公知の電圧検出回路として構成されており、第3導電路23の電圧に対応した値(蓄電部7の出力電圧を特定し得る検出値)をアナログ電圧信号として制御回路5に入力する。これにより、制御回路5は第1電圧モニタ8から入力された検出値(アナログ電圧信号)に基づいて配線部83の電圧値を把握することができ、第2電圧モニタ9から入力された検出値(アナログ電圧信号)に基づいて第3導電路23の電圧値を把握することができる。制御回路5は第1電圧モニタ8から入力された検出値、及び第2電圧モニタ9から入力された検出値等に基づいて、蓄電部7への充電が必要であるか否か、及び蓄電部7からの放電が必要であるか否かを判定して、切替部4から与えられる放電許可信号又は放電禁止信号に応じて、充電回路3Aに充電指示信号又は充電停止信号を与えて充電制御したり、放電回路3Bに放電指示信号又は放電停止信号を与えて放電制御したりすることができる。
ここで、切替部4の動作について、図2等を参照しつつ説明する。
切替部4は+B電圧、及びIG電圧の大きさの変化を基にして、制御回路5に放電許可信号、又は放電禁止信号を与える。なお、放電許可信号、及び放電禁止信号は互いに相補的であり、いずれか一方の信号が制御回路5に与えられ、両方の信号が制御回路5に与えられることはない。
切替部4は+B電圧、及びIG電圧の大きさの変化を基にして、制御回路5に放電許可信号、又は放電禁止信号を与える。なお、放電許可信号、及び放電禁止信号は互いに相補的であり、いずれか一方の信号が制御回路5に与えられ、両方の信号が制御回路5に与えられることはない。
図2で示す制御は切替部4によって実行され、車両動作中(車両のシステムが起動している間)で繰り返される制御である。先ず、切替部4は配線部81の電圧(+B電圧)が所定値より大きいかどうか判定する(ステップS1)。この判定に用いる所定値は、配線部81,83や第1導電路21が正常な電圧値(電源部91の通常の出力電圧値)となっているか否かを判定するための値であり、電源部91の満充電時の出力電圧値よりも低く設定され、具体的には、0Vよりも少し高い値に設定される。切替部4は、配線部81の電圧(+B電圧)が所定値より大きい場合、ステップS2に移行し、配線部81の電圧(+B電圧)が所定値以下である場合、ステップS7に移行する。
切替部4は、ステップS1において、配線部81の電圧(+B電圧)が所定値以下であると判定した場合、ステップS7において、制御回路5に放電禁止信号を出力する制御(放電禁止モード)を実行する。このように放電禁止モードを実行した場合、次に放電許可モードが実行されるまで切替部4から制御回路5に放電禁止信号が出力された状態が維持される。
切替部4は、ステップS1において、配線部81の電圧(+B電圧)が所定値よりも大きいと判定した場合、第1導電路21の電圧(IG電圧)が所定値より大きいか否かを判定する(ステップS2)。そして、切替部4は、ステップS2においてIG電圧が所定値より大きいと判定した場合にステップS3に移行し、IG電圧が所定値以下であると判定した場合にはステップS1に移行する。本構成では、所定値以下のときのIG電圧が車両の動作停止状態に基づく停止信号の一例に相当する。
切替部4は、ステップS2において第1導電路21の電圧(IG電圧)が所定値より大きいと判定した場合、制御回路5に放電許可信号を出力する制御(放電許可モード)を実行する。本構成では、所定値より大きいときのIG電圧が車両の動作状態(車両動作中)に基づく動作信号の一例に相当する。このように放電許可モードを開始した場合、次に放電禁止モードが実行されるまで切替部4から制御回路5に放電許可信号が出力された状態が維持される。なお、ステップS1でYesと判定され、ステップS2でYesと判定される場合とは、電源部91の出力電圧が正常状態(所定値を超えた状態)のままIGリレー6がオン状態となり車両内でエンジンの動作が開始した場合である。このようにIGリレー6がオン状態となっている場合が「車両動作中」であり、このとき切替部4は放電許可モードを実行することになる。
切替部4は、ステップS3の動作を実行した後、第1導電路21の電圧(IG電圧)が所定値より大きいか否かを判定する(ステップS4)。切替部4は、ステップS4においてIG電圧が所定値より大きいと判定した場合にはステップS3に移行し、IG電圧が所定値以下であると判定した場合にはステップS5に移行する。つまり、切替部4はステップS3の動作を実行した後、第1導電路21の電圧(IG電圧)を継続的に監視し、第1導電路21の電圧(IG電圧)が所定値より大きい間は、放電許可モードを実行しつつステップS4の判定を繰り返す。
切替部4は、ステップS4において第1導電路21の電圧(IG電圧)が所定値以下であると判定した場合、ステップS5において、配線部81の電圧(+B電圧)が所定値より大きいか否かを判定する。
切替部4は、ステップS5において+B電圧が所定値より大きいと判定した場合、ステップS6において、制御回路5に放電禁止信号を与える制御(放電禁止モード)を実行し、図2の制御を終了する。ステップS6で放電禁止モードを実行した場合、次に放電許可モードが実行されるまで切替部4から制御回路5に放電禁止信号が出力された状態が維持される。ステップS4でNoと判定され、ステップS5でYesと判定される場合とは、車両において電源部91の出力が正常状態のままイグニッションオフ操作(IGオフ操作)がなされ、IGリレー6がオフした場合である。このような場合、切替部4によって放電禁止モードが実行され、次に放電許可モードが実行されるまで蓄電部7と第2導電路22との間で導通が遮断され、蓄電部7から負荷93への放電が禁止される。
このように、切替部4は、ステップS3で放電許可モードを実行し、放電許可モードを実行している状態で電源部91の出力が正常状態のまま車両動作停止中になった場合、ステップS6で放電禁止モードを実行し、且つ車両動作中になるまで放電禁止モードを実行するのである。
切替部4は、ステップS5において+B電圧が所定値以下であると判定した場合、ステップS8に移行する。切替部4は、ステップS8で、制御回路5に放電許可信号を与える制御(放電許可モード)を実行する。更に、ステップS8の時期には、制御回路5から放電回路3Bに対して放電指示信号が与えられ、蓄電部7の放電がなされる。ステップS4でNoと判定され、ステップS5でNoと判定される場合とは、車両動作中に電源部91が失陥した可能性が高い場合である。このような場合には、蓄電部7をバックアップ電源として機能させ、蓄電部7の放電を実行するのである。
本構成では、制御回路5が制御部として機能し、電源部91の出力電圧が所定値以下になった場合(具体的には、配線部83に印加された+B電圧が所定値以下になった場合)に放電回路3Bに対して放電指示信号を出力するように動作し、電源部91の出力電圧が所定値を超えている場合(具体的には、+B電圧が所定値を超えている場合)に放電回路3Bに対して放電停止信号を出力するように動作する。ステップS5でNoと判定される場合、即ち、電源部91の出力電圧が所定値以下になった場合(+B電圧が所定値以下となった場合)には、切替部4が制御回路5に対して放電許可信号を出力する制御(放電許可モード)を実行しているため、制御回路5から放電回路3Bに対して放電指示信号が出力され、放電回路3Bに放電動作を行わせることができる。制御回路5がステップS8の期間に放電回路3Bに対して放電動作を行わせた場合、この放電動作は所定の終了時期(例えば、バックアップ対象である負荷93の動作が完了する時期)まで実行させることができる。また、この場合、電源部91が失陥している可能性が高いため、制御回路5が所定の報知動作(表示部などによる表示や外部ECUへの異常情報の送信等)を行うようにしてもよい。
次に、蓄電部制御装置1の動作について説明する。
本構成では、例えば、IGリレー6がオン状態に切り替わりIG電圧が所定値より大きくなってから、IGリレー6がオフ状態に切り替わりIG電圧が所定値以下になるまでの間が、車両動作中となっている期間であり、車両のシステムが起動している状態である。また、IGリレー6がオフ状態に切り替わりIG電圧が所定値以下になってから、IGリレー6がオン状態に切り替わりIG電圧が所定値より大きくなるまでの間が、車両作停止中となっている期間であり、車両のシステムが停止した状態である。
本構成では、例えば、IGリレー6がオン状態に切り替わりIG電圧が所定値より大きくなってから、IGリレー6がオフ状態に切り替わりIG電圧が所定値以下になるまでの間が、車両動作中となっている期間であり、車両のシステムが起動している状態である。また、IGリレー6がオフ状態に切り替わりIG電圧が所定値以下になってから、IGリレー6がオン状態に切り替わりIG電圧が所定値より大きくなるまでの間が、車両作停止中となっている期間であり、車両のシステムが停止した状態である。
蓄電部制御装置1は、電源部91の出力電圧が所定値よりも大きい正常状態の場合に所定条件下で充電回路3Aを動作させて蓄電部7に充電電流を供給し、電源部91の出力電圧が所定値以下に低下した異常状態の場合に所定条件下で放電回路3Bを動作させて蓄電部7から負荷93に放電する。
先ず、正常状態の場合の動作を説明する。
車載用電源システム100が搭載された車両内においてIGオン操作(イグニッションスイッチをオン動作させるためのオン操作)がなされると、IGリレー6がオフ状態からオン状態に切り替わり、配線部81と第1導電路21とが導通する。これにより、IG電圧が蓄電部制御装置1に印加される。
車載用電源システム100が搭載された車両内においてIGオン操作(イグニッションスイッチをオン動作させるためのオン操作)がなされると、IGリレー6がオフ状態からオン状態に切り替わり、配線部81と第1導電路21とが導通する。これにより、IG電圧が蓄電部制御装置1に印加される。
正常状態の場合には、切替部4に入力される+B電圧が所定値より大きく、IG電圧も所定値より大きくなる。このため、切替部4は制御回路5に放電許可信号を与える(図2におけるステップS3。)。このように、切替部4は、電源部91の出力電圧が正常状態(所定値より大きい状態)で車両動作中になった場合、制御回路5に放電許可信号を出力する制御(放電許可モード)を実行する。
制御回路5は、正常状態の場合に、放電回路3Bに対して放電停止信号を出力する。制御回路5から放電停止信号が出力されている間、放電回路3Bは第3導電路23と第2導電路22の間の導通を遮断し、蓄電部7から負荷93に放電しないようにする。
正常状態の場合にIGオフ操作(イグニッションスイッチをオフ動作させる操作)がなされると、IGリレー6がオン状態からオフ状態に切り替わり、配線部81と、第1導電路21の間の導通が遮断される。これにより、蓄電部制御装置1には電源部91の出力電圧が印加されなくなる。
電源部91の出力が正常状態のままIGリレー6がオン状態からオフ状態に切り替わる場合、切替部4に入力される+B電圧が所定値より大きい状態のまま、IG電圧が所定値より大きい状態から所定値以下に変化する。すると、切替部4は放電禁止モードを実行し、制御回路5に対し放電禁止信号を出力する(図2におけるステップS6。)。そして、このようにステップS6にて放電禁止信号の出力を開始した場合、切替部4は車両動作中になるまで、即ち、ステップS2にてYesとなるまで、放電禁止信号を制御回路5に与える制御(放電禁止モード)を継続する。
次に、イグニッションスイッチがオン状態で正常状態から異常状態に変化した場合の動作について説明する。
イグニッションスイッチがオン状態(即ち、IGリレー6がオン状態)で図3のように電源部91の失陥等が生じ、配線部81に印加された電圧(+B電圧)が所定値を超えた値から所定値以下に変化した場合、第1導電路21の電圧(IG電圧)も所定値を超えた値から所定値以下に変化する。つまり、図2のステップS4にてNoとなり且つステップS5にてNoとなり、切替部4がステップS3で開始した放電許可信号を出力する制御(放電許可モード)を実行した状態で、制御回路5からの信号が放電指示信号に切り替わることになる。従って、この場合、放電回路3Bは第3導電路23と第2導電路22の間を導通させるように放電動作を行い、図3のように蓄電部7から負荷93に放電する。なお、このように放電回路3Bに放電動作を行わせる場合、配線部83に設けられた図示しないスイッチ素子をオフ動作させるとともに充電回路3Aをオフ動作させ蓄電部7から第1導電路21側に放電しないようにしてもよい。
イグニッションスイッチがオン状態(即ち、IGリレー6がオン状態)で図3のように電源部91の失陥等が生じ、配線部81に印加された電圧(+B電圧)が所定値を超えた値から所定値以下に変化した場合、第1導電路21の電圧(IG電圧)も所定値を超えた値から所定値以下に変化する。つまり、図2のステップS4にてNoとなり且つステップS5にてNoとなり、切替部4がステップS3で開始した放電許可信号を出力する制御(放電許可モード)を実行した状態で、制御回路5からの信号が放電指示信号に切り替わることになる。従って、この場合、放電回路3Bは第3導電路23と第2導電路22の間を導通させるように放電動作を行い、図3のように蓄電部7から負荷93に放電する。なお、このように放電回路3Bに放電動作を行わせる場合、配線部83に設けられた図示しないスイッチ素子をオフ動作させるとともに充電回路3Aをオフ動作させ蓄電部7から第1導電路21側に放電しないようにしてもよい。
次に、正常状態のままイグニッションスイッチがオフ状態となりその後メンテナンス等により電源部91からの電力供給が停止した場合の動作について説明する。なお、イグニッションスイッチがオフ状態の場合、車両動作停止中であり、車両が走行していない状態である。この場合、車両の負荷93に必要最小限の電力を供給する制御が車両のシステムにおいて実行されている。
正常状態のままイグニッションスイッチがオフ状態(即ち、IGリレー6がオフ状態)となり、その後メンテナンス等により電源部91が取り外され配線部81に印加された電圧(+B電圧)が所定値以下になった場合、ステップS1でNoの判断が繰り返されるため、切替部4は、放電禁止信号を出力する制御(放電禁止モード)を継続する。従って、この場合、蓄電部7から負荷93に放電されない。また、この場合、イグニッションスイッチをオン状態に切り替えようとしても電源部91が取り外されている限りIG電圧が所定値よりも大きくならないため、ステップS2でYesとなることはない。つまり、イグニッションスイッチがオフ状態で電源部91からの電力供給がなされない間は放電禁止モードは解除されず、蓄電部7からの放電がなされないことになる。
正常状態のままイグニッションスイッチがオフ状態(即ち、IGリレー6がオフ状態)となり、その後メンテナンス等により電源部91が取り外され配線部81に印加された電圧(+B電圧)が所定値以下になった場合、ステップS1でNoの判断が繰り返されるため、切替部4は、放電禁止信号を出力する制御(放電禁止モード)を継続する。従って、この場合、蓄電部7から負荷93に放電されない。また、この場合、イグニッションスイッチをオン状態に切り替えようとしても電源部91が取り外されている限りIG電圧が所定値よりも大きくならないため、ステップS2でYesとなることはない。つまり、イグニッションスイッチがオフ状態で電源部91からの電力供給がなされない間は放電禁止モードは解除されず、蓄電部7からの放電がなされないことになる。
次に、蓄電部制御装置1の効果を例示する。
本構成の蓄電部制御装置1は、車両が動作状態(車両動作中)になった場合に切替部4が放電許可モードを実行し、制御回路5による放電回路3Bの放電制御を許可する。これにより、車両動作中には蓄電部7を電源として用いることができる。また、切替部4が放電許可モードを実行している状態で電源部91の出力が正常状態のまま車両動作停止中になった場合、切替部4は放電禁止モードを実行し、車両動作中になるまで放電禁止モードを実行する。つまり、放電許可モードが実行された状態で車両動作停止中(即ち、正常に車両動作停止中になる場合)になると切替部4が放電禁止モードを実行し制御回路5による放電回路3Bの放電制御を禁止することができる。このため、この蓄電部制御装置1は車両動作停止中における不要な電力消費を抑えることができる。
本構成の蓄電部制御装置1は、車両が動作状態(車両動作中)になった場合に切替部4が放電許可モードを実行し、制御回路5による放電回路3Bの放電制御を許可する。これにより、車両動作中には蓄電部7を電源として用いることができる。また、切替部4が放電許可モードを実行している状態で電源部91の出力が正常状態のまま車両動作停止中になった場合、切替部4は放電禁止モードを実行し、車両動作中になるまで放電禁止モードを実行する。つまり、放電許可モードが実行された状態で車両動作停止中(即ち、正常に車両動作停止中になる場合)になると切替部4が放電禁止モードを実行し制御回路5による放電回路3Bの放電制御を禁止することができる。このため、この蓄電部制御装置1は車両動作停止中における不要な電力消費を抑えることができる。
例えば、IGリレー6がオフ状態となっている車両動作停止中に図4のように電源部91を取り外すような作業(メンテナンス作業、修理作業など)を行った場合、配線部81,83の電圧(+B電圧)が低下するため制御回路5が放電回路3Bに不要な放電動作を行わせることが懸念されるが、仮にこのような場合に制御回路5から放電指示信号が出力されたとしても、切替部4によって放電禁止信号が継続的に出力されるため、放電回路3Bの放電動作を禁止することができる。
蓄電部制御装置1の制御回路5(制御部)は、切替部4が放電許可モードを実行している状態で電源部91の出力電圧が所定値以下になった場合に放電回路3Bに放電動作を行わせる。この構成によれば、車両動作中の蓄電部7の放電を許可することができ、このとき電源部91の出力電圧が所定値以下になった場合には放電回路3Bに放電動作を行わせ、蓄電部7をバックアップ電源として機能させることができる。一方、車両動作停止中には切替部4によって放電禁止モードが実行されるため、電源部91の出力電圧が所定値以下になった場合でも放電動作を行わせないようにすることができる。
更に、蓄電部制御装置1は蓄電部7を備える。この蓄電部制御装置1は、備えられた蓄電部7に合わせて回路構成をより適正化、効率化しやすくなる。具体的には、例えば充放電回路部3、切替部4、制御回路5などを同一の基板上に実装し、この基板に蓄電部7を実装して一体化するような構成とすることができる。
<他の実施例>
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施例に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施例も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)実施例1では、蓄電部7が電気二重層キャパシタとして構成された例を示したが、この例に限定されない。例えば、リチウムイオン電池、リチウムイオンキャパシタ等の他の蓄電手段で蓄電部7を構成してもよい。
(2)実施例1では、充電回路3Aの一例としてDCDCコンバータを例示したが、他の公知の充電回路であってもよい。
(3)実施例1では、放電回路3Bの一例として、第3導電路23と配線部82の間を導通状態と非導通状態に切り替えるスイッチを備える例を示したが、この例に限定されない。例えば、蓄電部7からの出力を昇圧又は降圧する電圧変換回路によって放電回路3Bを構成してもよい。
(4)実施例1では、マイクロコンピュータとして構成された制御回路5を例示したが、これに限らず、制御回路5を他のハードウェア回路で構成してもよい。
(5)実施例1では、「車両動作中」の例として「IGリレー6がオンしている状態」を例示し、「車両動作停止中」の例として「IGリレー6がオフしている状態」を例示したがこの例に限定されない。例えば、「CAN通信が行われている状態」を「車両動作中」とし、「CAN通信が行われていない状態」を「車両動作停止中」としてもよい。或いは、「エンジンが始動して一定期間経過した状態」を「車両動作中」としてもよく、「IGリレー6がオフした状態でボンネットが開放された状態」を「車両動作停止中」としてもよい。
(6)実施例1では、「車両動作中」の例として「イグニッションスイッチがオンしている状態」を例示したが、車両が電気自動車として構成される場合、例えばEVシステムにおいて電源投入されている状態を「車両動作中」としてもよい。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施例に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施例も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)実施例1では、蓄電部7が電気二重層キャパシタとして構成された例を示したが、この例に限定されない。例えば、リチウムイオン電池、リチウムイオンキャパシタ等の他の蓄電手段で蓄電部7を構成してもよい。

- 電源部と、前記電源部からの電力に基づいて充電を行う充電回路と、前記充電回路によって充電される蓄電部と、前記蓄電部から負荷に対して放電する放電回路と、を備えた車載用電源システムにおける蓄電部制御装置であって、
前記放電回路と、
前記放電回路を制御する制御部と、
車両の動作停止状態に基づく停止信号が入力され、且つ前記電源部が所定の電圧以上である場合、前記制御部による前記放電回路の放電制御を禁止する放電禁止モードを実行し、車両の動作状態に基づく動作信号が入力され、且つ前記電源部が所定の電圧以上である場合、前記制御部による前記放電回路の放電制御を許可する放電許可モードを実行する切替部と、
を備える蓄電部制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記切替部が前記放電許可モードを実行している状態で前記電源部の出力電圧が所定値以下になった場合に前記放電回路に放電動作を行わせる請求項1に記載の蓄電部制御装置。 - 前記蓄電部を備える請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電部制御装置。
