Description

In-vehicle antenna device
The present invention relates to a vehicle-mounted antenna device.
Conventionally, as in Patent Document 1, an in-vehicle antenna device having a light emitting function has been proposed.
However, since the light emitter and the substrate on which the light emitter is mounted are arranged on the periphery of the lower end portion of the case, it is necessary to make it one size larger than the vehicle-mounted antenna device that does not have the light emitting function.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an in-vehicle antenna device having a light emitting function by effectively using a space in the device.
An in-vehicle antenna device according to the present invention includes an antenna element, an antenna substrate that amplifies a signal obtained from the antenna element, an antenna base that is attached to the upper surface of the vehicle, and has an antenna substrate, a flat plate, and an antenna A light emitter substrate that mounts a light emitter and a circuit that drives the light emitter, and a light emitted by the light emitter arranged in the front are arranged in front of or behind the element in the x direction indicating the front-rear direction of the vehicle. A light guide plate that guides light emitted from a light emitter disposed in the rear or forward, and a lower surface that is open and attached to the antenna base, and includes an antenna element, an antenna substrate, a light emitter substrate, and a light guide plate. And an exterior case having a first opening that transmits light from the light guide plate to the outside, and the light emitter is mounted on both sides of the light emitter substrate to implement the circuit and the light emitter. Mounting surface to be found so that in the y direction perpendicular to a vertical left-right direction in the x direction, the light emitter substrate is mounted in an upright position in the antenna base.
Since the light-emitting substrate includes a metal plate-like member such as a copper foil, there is a possibility of adversely affecting the reception performance of the antenna element disposed nearby.
However, since the light emitter substrate is disposed in front of or behind the antenna element and the mounting surface of the light emitter substrate is erected so as to be perpendicular to the y direction, the mounting surface is perpendicular to the x direction. Compared with a configuration in which the antenna element is erected, the reception performance of the antenna element is less likely to be adversely affected.
For this reason, it becomes possible to provide an illuminating device in a vehicle-mounted antenna apparatus in the state which maintained the characteristic of the antenna element.
In addition, since the light emitting substrate is erected so that the mounting surface is perpendicular to the y direction, the light emitting substrate is arranged so that the mounting surface is erected so as to be perpendicular to the x direction and arranged so as to be perpendicular to the z direction. Compared to the embodiment, the lighting device can be provided in the in-vehicle antenna device by effectively using the space in the in-vehicle antenna device without increasing the dimension in the y direction.
In particular, when the light emitter substrate is arranged in front of the antenna element or the antenna substrate, the AM / FM reception only is provided in the rear region where the restrictions in the y direction and the z direction are gentler than the front and the space is wide. In addition, the lighting device can be provided in the vehicle-mounted antenna device in a state where various antenna elements for receiving GPS, and other electronic devices such as a camera are arranged.
Also, the light emitters are arranged on both sides of the light emitter substrate, the light emitters arranged on one side are used for right light emission when viewed from the front, and the light emitters arranged on the other surface are viewed from the front. It can be used for left light emission, and it becomes possible to mount many light emitters (or large light emitters) in a narrow space.
Further, it becomes possible to arrange a large number of light emitters without increasing the dimension in the y direction, and it is possible to brighten the light irradiated to the outside.
Preferably, an interior case that covers the light emitter is further provided inside the exterior case, and the interior case has a second opening that transmits light from the light emitter, and the light emitter passes through the second opening, and y The light guide plate is disposed in a positional relationship that emits light toward the outside of the direction, and the light guide plate has a light incident portion having an incident surface facing the light emitter through the second opening, and a positional relationship in which a portion faces the first opening. And a reflecting portion that guides light incident on the incident portion backward or forward and reflects the light outward.
More preferably, the surface of the reflecting portion on the side facing the interior case and overlapping with the first opening at least when viewed from the y direction extends in the z direction indicating a vertical direction perpendicular to the x direction and the y direction. A groove region in which a plurality of grooves are arranged in the x direction is provided, and at least a portion facing the first opening on the surface of the interior case is colored with a brightness of 5 or more in the Munsell display system.
The light that has passed through the reflection part of the light guide plate and reached the surface of the interior case can be reflected by the surface of the interior case, and radiated to the outside compared to the case where the surface of the interior case was not colored with high brightness. It is possible to brighten the light that is emitted.
More preferably, the groove region has a first groove region and a second groove region farther from the incident part than the first groove region, and the first groove region is adjacent to the x direction as the distance from the incident part increases. The groove is formed so that the interval between the grooves to be narrowed and the depth is increased, and in the second groove region, the interval between adjacent grooves in the x direction is constant and smaller than the interval in the first groove region, and incident. A groove is formed so that the depth increases as the distance from the portion increases, and the depth of the groove in the first groove region increases. The grooves provided in the first groove region and the second groove region are close to the incident portion. The slope on the side is formed so as to be gentler than the slope on the side far from the incident part.
It becomes possible for the light emitted from the light guide plate to the outside in the y direction or the like to have uniform brightness in the x direction.
Preferably, the interior case incorporates an antenna element, and the interior case and the antenna base are sealed with an interior pad made of an annular elastic member, and the second opening has an incident portion, an incident portion It is sealed with an O-ring attached to the part.
The exterior case can be used with a different design, and the degree of freedom in exterior design can be increased.
Further, if the shape of the first opening is changed, the shape of the region that shines through the light guide plate or the diffusion plate is changed, so that the appearance impression can be greatly changed.
More preferably, a diffusing plate is provided between the outer case and the light guide plate, and at least a region that overlaps the first opening when viewed from the y direction is provided on the inner side of the peripheral portion of the diffusing plate. Is given.
By combining the light guide plate and the diffuser plate, it becomes possible to efficiently guide and diffuse the light of the light emitter so as to emit light toward the outside of the in-vehicle antenna device.
More preferably, one of the interior case and the diffuser plate is provided with two or more positioning bosses, and the diffuser plate is a portion on the outer side of the interior case in the light guide plate using the two or more bosses and an adhesive member. Is attached to the interior case so that the space between the diffusion plate and the interior case is sealed with an adhesive member.
In order to irradiate the light from the light emitter in the interior case to the outside, a second opening is provided on the side surface of the interior case. The second opening is sealed at the incident portion of the light guide plate to which the O-ring is attached. The light guide plate attached to the side surface of the interior case is sealed with the diffusion plate and the adhesive member.
For this reason, waterproofing of the 2nd opening can be performed reliably and even when water etc. permeate into the inside from the exterior case, intrusion to the inside of the interior case can be prevented.
Furthermore, the light guide plate can be protected by covering the portion of the light guide plate that is outside the interior case and preventing the intrusion of water between the interior case and the diffuser plate.
Also preferably, the outer case is attached to the antenna base so that the diffusion plate contacts the first opening of the outer case.
Even without providing a light-transmitting window in the first opening, water or the like can hardly enter from the first opening.
Preferably, the outer pad is further formed of an annular elastic member, is attached to the lower peripheral edge of the outer case, and is disposed between the outer case and the vehicle. A drainage notch is provided at the rear of the.
Even if water enters the inside through the first opening or the like, it can be discharged to the outside through the drainage notch.
In particular, since the roof of the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted antenna device 1 is attached is inclined so that the rear side is lowered, it is easily discharged through a drainage notch installed at the rear side due to gravity.
Moreover, since it is not necessary to provide a window part in 1st opening, there also exists a merit which can form an exterior case with a non-light-transmissive single material.
As described above, according to the present invention, an in-vehicle antenna device having a light emitting function can be provided by effectively using the space in the device.

The antenna element 71 includes an upper element 71a and a lower element (wavelength shortening element) 71b, and is attached above the inner side of the interior case 15 via an engaging claw (not shown).
The upper element 71a has a portion formed into a planar shape or a meander shape by processing a metal plate (conductive plate) such as stainless steel.
The yz cross section of the upper element 71a has a substantially U-shaped or substantially V-shaped shape.
The lower element 71b has a coil shape and is electrically connected to the upper element 71a via the upper portion 71b1 of the lower element 71b.
When the interior case 15 is attached to the antenna base 17, the lower terminal 71 b 2 of the lower element 71 b is sandwiched between the conductor case spring 73 a of the antenna substrate 73 attached to the antenna base 17 by the interior case 15 to which the antenna element 71 is attached. Thus, the antenna element 71 and the antenna substrate 73 can be electrically connected.
The antenna element 71 is not limited to a form constituted by the upper element 71a and the lower element 71b for receiving AM / FM broadcasting, but may be a form constituted by a planar antenna for receiving GPS.
In this case, the antenna element 71 may be attached to the antenna base 17 or the antenna substrate 73 in addition to the form attached to the inside of the interior case 15.
The light emitter 91 has a light emitting element such as an LED, and is mounted on the light emitter substrate 93 so as to emit light toward the outside in the y direction.
The light emitter substrate 93 is a double-sided substrate on which the light emitter 91 and a circuit for driving the light emitter 91 are mounted. At least the light emitter 91 is mounted on both surfaces.

Next, the assembly procedure of the vehicle-mounted antenna device 1 will be described.
An antenna substrate 73 and a light emitter substrate 93 are attached to the antenna base 17 in advance.
The antenna element 71 is attached to the inside of the interior case 15 (see Procedure 1, FIG. 2, and FIG. 3).
The light guide plate 31 is attached to the outside of the interior case 15 (see Procedure 2, FIGS. 7 and 8).
The interior case 15 including the antenna element 71 is attached to the antenna base 17 so that the antenna element 71 and the antenna substrate 73 can be electrically connected (procedure 3, see FIG. 9).
The diffusion plate 33 is attached to the outside of the interior case 15 (see procedure 4 and FIG. 11).
Note that the procedure 3 may be performed before the procedure 2 or may be performed after the procedure 4.
The exterior case 11 is attached to the antenna base 17 (see Procedure 5 and FIG. 12).
The exterior pad 13 is attached to the exterior case 11, and the in-vehicle antenna device 1 is assembled (see Procedure 6, FIGS. 13 to 16).
The assembled in-vehicle antenna device 1 is attached to the vehicle.
Since the light emitter substrate 93 includes a metal plate member such as copper foil, it adversely affects the reception performance of the antenna element 71 disposed nearby (decreases the reception performance on the side where the light emitter substrate 93 is present). There is a risk of causing
However, in the present embodiment, the light emitter substrate 93 is disposed in front of or behind the antenna element 71 and the antenna substrate 73, and the light emitter substrate 93 is installed upright so that the mounting surface is perpendicular to the y direction. Therefore, it is difficult to adversely affect the reception performance of the antenna element 71 as compared with a configuration in which the mounting surface is erected so as to be perpendicular to the x direction.
For this reason, the lighting device can be provided in the vehicle-mounted antenna device 1 while maintaining the characteristics of the antenna element 71.
Further, since the light emitting substrate 93 is erected so that the mounting surface is perpendicular to the y direction, the light emitting substrate 93 is erected so that the mounting surface is perpendicular to the x direction and so as to be perpendicular to the z direction. The lighting device can be provided in the in-vehicle antenna device 1 by effectively using the space in the in-vehicle antenna device 1 without increasing the dimension in the y direction as compared with the arrangement form.
In particular, when the light emitter substrate 93 is disposed in front of the antenna element 71 and the antenna substrate 73, the AM / FM is arranged in a rear region where the restrictions in the y direction and the z direction are gentler than the front and the space is wide. The lighting device can be provided in the vehicle-mounted antenna device 1 in a state where various antenna elements for receiving GPS as well as other electronic devices such as a camera are arranged.
Further, the light emitters 91 are disposed on both surfaces of the light emitter substrate 93, the light emitters 91 disposed on one surface are used for right light emission when viewed from the front, and the light emitters 91 disposed on the other surface are used. It can be used for left light emission when viewed from the front, and a large number of light emitters 91 (or large light emitters 91) can be mounted in a narrow space.
When the number of the light emitters 91 is increased in order to increase the luminance, the light emitters 91 are mounted on the light emitter substrate 93 so as to emit light backward (or forward) in the x direction. The bodies 91 are arranged in the z direction or the y direction, or both, which may increase the dimension in the y direction of the light emitter substrate 93 to be mounted.
However, the dimensions of the interior case 15 and the exterior case 11 in the y direction are often narrower than those in the x direction and the z direction, and it is not easy to arrange many light emitters 91 in the y direction.
On the other hand, in this embodiment, the light emitter 91 is mounted on the light emitter substrate 93 so as to emit light toward the outside in the y direction, the incident surface 31a1 is disposed at a position facing the light emitter 91, and the xy cross section. Is substantially L-shaped, and light is emitted in a planar shape behind the light emitter 91 using the light guide plate 31 that guides light backward using reflection.
Alternatively, the light emitter 91 is mounted on the light emitter substrate 93 so as to emit light toward the outside in the y direction, the incident surface 31a1 is disposed at a position facing the light emitter 91, and the xy cross section is substantially L-shaped. The light guide plate 31 that guides light forward using reflection is used to emit light in a planar shape in front of the light emitter 91.
For this reason, when the number of the light emitters 91 is increased in order to increase the luminance, the light emitters 91 are arranged in the z direction or the x direction or both. Will not Increase.
Therefore, in this embodiment, it becomes possible to arrange many light emitters 91 as compared with the embodiment in which the light emitters 91 are mounted on the light emitter substrate 93 so as to emit light toward the rear side in the x direction. It becomes possible to brighten the light irradiated to the outside.
Further, at least a portion of the surface of the interior case 15 that faces the first opening 11a of the exterior case 11 has a color with high brightness (for example, a color of brightness of 5 or more in the Munsell display system such as white).
For this reason, the light that has passed through the reflecting portion 31b of the light guide plate 31 and reached the surface of the interior case 15 can be reflected by the surface of the interior case 15, and the surface of the interior case 15 has not been colored with high brightness. Compared with the form, it is possible to brighten the light irradiated to the outside.
In addition, the light guide plate 31 that primarily diffuses light from the light emitter 91 has a groove region 31e in which a plurality of grooves extending in the z direction are arranged in the x direction with an xy section being substantially V-shaped or U-shaped.
The first groove region 31e1 close to the incident part 31a is formed such that the distance S between adjacent grooves in the x direction becomes narrower and the groove depth d becomes larger as the distance from the incident part 31a increases.
The second groove region 31e2 away from the incident part 31a has a constant gap S between adjacent grooves in the x direction and is narrower than the first groove region 31e1, and the depth d of the groove increases as the distance from the incident part 31a increases. The groove is formed to be larger than the groove depth d in the first groove region 31e1.
Each of the grooves provided in the first groove region 31e1 and the second groove region 31e2 is formed such that the inclination on the side closer to the incident part 31a becomes gentler than the inclination on the side far from the incident part 31a.
By setting the groove shape of the light guide plate 31 to the above-described configuration, light emitted from the light guide plate 31 to the outside in the y direction or the like can be made to have uniform luminance.
Further, inside the interior case 15, a member for securing the antenna function such as the antenna element 71 and an electrical member necessary for light emission such as the light emitter 91 are accommodated, and the light guide plate 31 is disposed outside the interior case 15. A diffusion plate 33 is attached, and the outer case 11 covers them.
For this reason, without changing members other than the exterior case 11 and the exterior pad 13, the exterior case 11 and the exterior pad 13 can be used with different designs, and the degree of freedom in exterior design can be increased. become.
Further, if the shape of the first opening 11a is changed, the shape of the region that shines through the light guide plate 31 and the diffusion plate 33 is changed, so that the appearance impression can be greatly changed.
In addition, a region (center region 33c) inside the peripheral portion of the diffusion plate 33 that further diffuses the light primarily diffused by the light guide plate 31 and overlaps the first opening 11a when viewed from at least the y-direction Processing and dimple processing are performed.
By combining the light guide plate 31 and the diffusing plate 33 including these configurations, it is possible to efficiently guide and diffuse the light of the light emitter 91 toward the outside of the in-vehicle antenna device 1.
Moreover, in order to irradiate the light from the light emitter 91 in the interior case 15 to the outside, a second opening 15a is provided on the side surface of the interior case 15, and the second opening 15a is a light guide plate to which an O-ring 51 is attached. The light guide plate 31 that is sealed by the incident portion 31 a of 31 and attached to the side surface of the interior case 15 is sealed by the diffusion plate 33 and the adhesive member 53.
For this reason, the second opening 15a can be reliably waterproofed, and even when water or the like enters from the exterior case 11, entry into the interior case 15 can be prevented.
Furthermore, the diffusion plate 33 and the adhesive member 53 cover a portion of the light guide plate 31 that is outside the interior case 15, and prevents water from entering between the interior case 15 and the diffusion plate 33. Can also be protected.
Further, since the outer case 11 is attached to the antenna base 17 so that the diffusion plate 33 is in contact with the first opening 11a of the outer case 11, the first opening 11a is not provided with a transparent window portion. Water or the like can hardly enter the inside from the one opening 11a.
Moreover, in a normal vehicle-mounted antenna device, a waterproof structure that makes it difficult for water to enter inside is considered, but a structure that discharges water that has entered inside is often not considered.
On the other hand, in this embodiment, since the drainage notch 13a is provided at the rear end of the exterior pad 13 attached to the lower end of the exterior case 11, it is assumed that water has entered from the first opening 11a and the like. Can be discharged to the outside through the drainage notch 13a.
In particular, since the roof of the vehicle to which the vehicle-mounted antenna device 1 is attached is inclined so that the rear side is lowered, it is easily discharged through the drainage notch 13a installed at the rear side by gravity.
Moreover, since it is not necessary to provide a window part in the 1st opening 11a, there also exists a merit which can form the exterior case 11 with a non-light-transmissive single material.
In addition, the merit of providing the drainage notch 13a is not limited to the form in which light from the inside is transmitted through the first opening 11a provided in the exterior case 11.
For example, a configuration in which a light receiving device (not shown) such as a camera is provided in the in-vehicle antenna device 1, light from the outside is transmitted through the first opening 11a, and light transmitted through the light receiving device is received (photographed) is considered. It is done. The form which the 1st opening 11a is provided in not only the side surface of the exterior case 11 but a front surface, a back surface, or an upper surface is also considered.
In this case, it is conceivable that a part of a cover such as a lens covering the light receiving device or its front surface comes into contact with the first opening 11a to prevent water from entering, but water enters the inside from the first opening 11a or the like. Even if it does, it becomes possible to discharge outside through the drainage notch 13a.
