L'invention concerne une plaque d'implant dentaire (2) pour lier une prothèse dentaire au maxillaire d'un patient, qui comprend une partie centrale (4) avec un élément de fixation (6) pour porter la prothèse dentaire, un premier bras (8) qui s'étend depuis la partie centrale (4) le long d'un axe longitudinal (L), ledit bras comprenant au moins un trou de fixation (10) ; et un second bras (12) qui s'étend depuis la partie centrale (4) dans une direction opposée à celle du premier bras (8) ; ledit second bras (12) comprenant au moins un trou de fixation (10). La partie centrale (4) comprend deux bords latéraux (14) généralement parallèles et deux extrémités (16), chaque extrémité (16) comprenant au moins deux branches (18) interconnectant ladite partie (4) avec le bras correspondant des premier et second bras (8, 12).
