但现有的食物料理机的搅拌杯组件大都通过旋转卡扣方式固定在机座上,且搅拌杯组件大都只能是沿一个方向(如顺时针方向)旋入机座,使用过程中,搅拌杯组件于机座上的装配存在不便。
申请内容
本申请的主要目的是提供一种食物料理机,旨在提高食物料理机搅拌杯于主机上装配的方便性。

本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”、“固定”等应做广义理解,例如,“固定”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

本申请提出一种食物料理机100。
请结合参照图1至图4,在本申请一实施例中,该食物料理机100包括主机10及设置在主机10上的搅拌杯组件30,搅拌杯组件30包括搅拌杯31,主机10设置有安装槽11,搅拌杯31的下端插设于安装槽11内,安装槽11的内侧壁周向间隔设有多个限位单元13,两相邻限位单元13之间形成有插口135(参图8),搅拌杯31下端外侧壁间隔设置有多个卡扣311,每一所述卡扣311穿过插口135插入限位空间内,搅拌杯31于安装槽11内顺时针或逆时针旋转带动卡扣311卡合连接两相邻限位单元13的其中之一。
所述主机10包括有壳体17,安装槽11形成于壳体17的上端,安装槽11于上端设置有开口,在食物料理机100使用过程中,搅拌杯组件30中的搅拌杯31可竖直向下插入安装槽11内,实现搅拌杯31于主机10上的初步固定。可以理解的,本实施例安装槽11的深度足以支撑搅拌杯31。限位单元13可以是安装槽11的内壁形成的固定结构,也可以是安装于安装槽11内壁的零件,换言之,限位单元13可以是与主机10注塑成型过程中与壳体17一体成型,也可以是,在主机10壳体17注塑成型后再安装于安装槽11的内壁。其中插口135为两相邻限位单元13之间的间隙,搅拌杯31插入安装槽11的过程中,搅拌杯31侧壁的卡扣311穿过插口135进入两相邻限位单元13所围成的限位空间内。
本申请技术方案通过采用在主机10的安装槽11内壁周向间隔设置多个限位单元13,两相邻限位单元13围成有限位空间,设置于搅拌杯31下端的卡扣311容置于所述限位空间内,在搅拌杯组件30装配主机10过程中,搅拌杯31可于安装槽11内朝顺时针或者逆时针任意方向旋转,卡扣311与两相邻限位单元13的其中之一进行扣合连接,即可实现搅拌杯组件30于主机10上的安装,相对于现有搅拌杯31只能朝向一个方向旋转装配入主机10的方案,本食物料理机100的装配过程更简单,使用更方便。
进一步地,多个所述限位单元13处于同一水平面且于安装槽11的内壁周向均匀间隔设置。本实施例将多个限位单元13设置于同一水平面且匀间隔设置,使得搅拌杯31下部受力均匀,在食物料理机100使用过程中,整体结构较稳固。
本实施例的限位单元13设有4个,4个限位单元呈90°角均匀间隔设置,其中,插口135也为相应的4个,于其他实施例中,限位段元13也可以设置为2个。可以理解的,多个限位单元13也可以不共面,多个限位单元13中的一部分距安装槽11的槽口的距离可与另一部分限位单元13距离安装槽11的槽口的距离不相等,从而形成一定梯度,需要说明的是,在多个限位单元13不在同一水平面的情况下,可由两相邻的限位单元13组成对一个卡扣311的进行限位配合的结构,处于同一水平面且成对设置的限位单元13可于安装槽11的径向对称设置,相应地,多个卡扣311于搅拌杯31的下端也成对称的梯度设置,通过上述的结构,使得搅拌杯31插入安装槽11内不同深度的杯壁均得到受力固定,搅拌杯31于主机10内的安装固定结构更加稳固。
为了降低食品加工机的成本,使得食品加工机便于生产,本实施例优选多个限位单元13处于同一水平面的方案,接下来的结构描述都以多个限位单元13处于同一水平面的方案进行。
本申请的卡扣311为长条状,而限位单元13可以是多种结构,在一些实施例中,每一限位单元13可包括一U形扣(未图示),两相邻U形扣的开口水平相向设置而围成限位空间,当搅拌杯31安装于主机10时,卡扣311插入两相邻U形扣的一所述U形扣内。
本实施例通过两U形扣间隔设置,并且两U形扣的开口相向设置而围成限位空间,卡扣311由两U形扣之间的插口135进入限位空间后,在搅拌杯31安装于主机10的过程中,搅拌杯31在安装槽11内顺时针或者逆时针旋转,从而带动卡扣311插入其中一个U形扣内实现搅拌杯31于主机10上的固定,整体结构简单并且稳固。
于其他实施例中,每一限位单元13还可以包括凸设于安装槽11内壁的挡板131,并且挡板131的下表面连接有阻挡筋133,两相邻挡板131和两所述阻挡筋133围成限位空间,两相邻所述挡板131之间形成所述插口135,当搅拌杯31安装于主机10时,卡扣311抵持一侧相连接的挡板131和阻挡筋133。
本实施例搅拌杯31插入安装槽11后,卡扣311的上表面恰好抵接挡板131的下表面,卡扣311与挡板131形成间隙配合,在搅拌杯31带动卡扣311于限位空间内顺时针或者逆时针转动时,卡扣311沿着挡板131的下表面滑动,在卡扣311的端部触碰到一侧阻挡筋133时,搅拌杯31于主机10安装到位,整个安装过程简单,无需判断旋转方向,并且安装结构牢固。
进一步地,请结合参照图3、图4以及图7,安装槽11的内壁于挡板131所在平面的下方还形成有一承载台137,承载台137与阻挡筋133的下端连接,两相邻挡板131、两相邻阻挡筋133和承载台137围成一扣槽139,当搅拌杯31安装于所述主机10时,扣槽139的一侧夹持卡扣311。
本实施例于安装槽11的内壁形成扣槽139结构,搅拌杯31安装于主机10时,卡扣311伸入一侧扣槽139内,承载台137以及挡板131分别对卡扣311的上下两侧进行限位夹持,使得搅拌杯31于安装槽11内不易晃动,扣合连接结构更稳固。
为了进一步提升搅拌杯31与主机10安装结构的稳固性,本实施例在卡扣311的长度与插口135的长度相当的基础上,将插口135的长度设为大于扣槽139的长度的四分之一,且小于扣槽139的长度的二分之一。
由于插口135形成于两相邻挡板131之间的缝隙,插口135实质位于扣槽139的中部,卡扣311的长度与插口135的长度相当,本实施例将插口135的长度大于扣槽139长度的四分之一而小于扣槽139长度的二分之一,可确保卡扣311与卡槽313的配合长度至少为整个扣槽139长度的四分之一,使得搅拌杯31与主机10的卡扣311连接结构强度高,整体稳固性更好。
请结合参照图5和图7,为了方便卡扣311插入扣槽139内,本实施例于挡板131的两端设有第一导向斜面131a,第二卡扣311的两端设有与第一导向斜面131a相配合的第二导向斜面311a。
请结合参照2和图3,本实施例在实现挡板131对卡扣311实现限位卡合的基础上,卡扣311与搅拌杯31主体之间还形成有卡槽313,当搅拌杯31安装于主机10时,挡板131插设于卡槽313内。
本实施例搅拌杯31的主体在卡扣311的上方设有一台阶面,卡扣311的上表面与台阶面之间形成卡槽313,而且卡槽313的厚度与挡板131的厚度相当,则在搅拌杯31安装于主机10的过程中,卡扣311穿过插口135并且上表面抵接于挡板131的下表面,此时,卡槽313对挡板131也同时形成夹持固定,则通过扣槽139或者挡板131对卡扣311限位固定以及卡槽313对挡板131的限位固定的两处固定作用,使得搅拌杯31安装于主机10时不易出现晃动,搅拌杯31和主机10的卡合连接的稳固性得到进一步提升。
请再次参照图1至图3,本实施例搅拌杯组件30还包括支撑在搅拌杯31和主机10之间的杯座33、部分位于所述搅拌杯31内的搅拌刀组件35和用于加热搅拌杯31的加热装置(未图示),主机10内设有驱动搅拌刀组件35的电机15。
其中,搅拌杯31可于下端设置连接螺纹,杯座33与搅拌杯31通过螺纹连接,在搅拌杯组件30安装于主机10时,搅拌杯31和杯座33同时插入安装槽11内,并且杯座33位于安装槽11底部,杯座33的下端面抵接安装槽11的底面实现对搅拌杯31的稳固支撑。搅拌杯31的上端可拆卸连接有杯盖组件37。而主机10于壳体17的下端可设置有多个减振脚垫171,从而整机工作时的稳定性高。壳体17内设有主控板(未图示),壳体17的表面设置有与主控板电性连接的控制面板19。
所述加热装置包括设置在搅拌杯31底部的导磁盘(未图示)和设置在杯座33内的线圈盘(未图示),圈盘与导磁盘相对设置;或者加热装置包括设置在搅拌杯31底部的导热盘(未图示)和设置在导热盘底部的电热管或者电热膜。
本申请的搅拌杯31与主机10的连接结构可应用于带有加热功能的食物料理机100,也可应用于不具有加热功能的食物料理机100,其中在具有加热功能的情况下,其加热装置可为电阻加热方式,或者是电磁线圈加热方式,优选电磁线圈加热方式,其中导磁盘可以由导磁金属一体制成,比如由430不锈钢或者铸铁一体制成。导磁盘还可以在陶瓷等非导磁材料制成的盘体上附着导磁膜形成。在电磁加热方式下,食物料理机100的加热效果好。
本申请的食物料理机100,所述食物料理机100包括破壁料理机、榨汁机、豆浆机或者搅拌机,其中,破壁料理机可集合榨汁机、豆浆机、冰激凌机、料理机、研磨机等产品功能,可瞬间击破食物细胞壁,释放植物生化素。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的发明构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种食物料理机,包括主机及设置在所述主机上的搅拌杯组件,所述主机设置有安装槽,所述搅拌杯组件包括搅拌杯,所述搅拌杯的下端插设于所述安装槽内,其特征在于,所述安装槽的内侧壁周向间隔设有多个限位单元,两相邻所述限位单元之间形成有插口,所述搅拌杯下端外侧壁间隔设置有多个卡扣,每一所述卡扣穿过所述插口,所述搅拌杯于所述安装槽内顺时针或逆时针旋转带动所述卡扣卡合连接两相邻所述限位单元的其中之一。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的食物料理机,其中,多个所述限位单元处于同一水平面且于所述安装槽的内壁周向均匀间隔设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的食物料理机,其中,每一所述限位单元形成一U形扣,两相邻所述U形扣的开口水平相向设置,当所述搅拌杯安装于所述主机时,所述卡扣插入相邻两U形扣的其中之一U形扣内。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的食物料理机,其中,每一所述限位单元包括凸设于所述安装槽内壁的挡板,所述挡板的下表面连接有阻挡筋,两相邻所述挡板之间形成所述插口,当搅拌杯安装于所述主机时,所述卡扣抵持一相连接的所述挡板和所述阻挡筋。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的食物料理机,其中,所述安装槽的内壁于所述挡板所在平面的下方还形成有一承载台,所述承载台与所述阻挡筋的下端连接,两相邻所述挡板、两相邻所述阻挡筋和所述承载台围成一扣槽,当搅拌杯安装于所述主机时,所述扣槽一侧夹持所述卡扣。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的食物料理机,其中,所述卡扣的长度与所述插口的长度相当,所述插口的长度大于所述扣槽的长度的四分之一,且小于所述扣槽的长度的二分之一。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的食物料理机,其中,所述挡板的两端设有第一导向斜面,所述卡扣的两端设有与所述第一导向斜面相配合的第二导向斜面。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的食物料理机,其中,所述卡扣与所述搅拌杯主体之间还形成有卡槽,当所述搅拌杯安装于所述主机时,所述挡板插设于所述卡槽内。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的食物料理机,其中,所述搅拌杯组件还包括支撑在所述搅拌杯和所述主机之间的杯座、部分位于所述搅拌杯内的搅拌刀组件和用于加热所述搅拌杯的加热装置,所述主机内设有驱动所述搅拌刀组件的电机。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的食物料理机,其中,所述搅拌杯组件还包括支撑在所述搅拌杯和所述主机之间的杯座、部分位于所述搅拌杯内的搅拌刀组件和用于加热所述搅拌杯的加热装置,所述主机内设有驱动所述搅拌刀组件的电机。
  11. 如权利要求3所述的食物料理机,其中,所述搅拌杯组件还包括支撑在所述搅拌杯和所述主机之间的杯座、部分位于所述搅拌杯内的搅拌刀组件和用于加热所述搅拌杯的加热装置,所述主机内设有驱动所述搅拌刀组件的电机。
  12. 如权利要求4所述的食物料理机,其中,所述搅拌杯组件还包括支撑在所述搅拌杯和所述主机之间的杯座、部分位于所述搅拌杯内的搅拌刀组件和用于加热所述搅拌杯的加热装置,所述主机内设有驱动所述搅拌刀组件的电机。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的食物料理机,其中,所述加热装置包括设置在所述搅拌杯底部的导磁盘和设置在所述杯座内的线圈盘,所述线圈盘与所述导磁盘相对设置;或者所述加热装置包括设置在所述搅拌杯底部的导热盘和设置在所述导热盘底部的电热管或者电热膜。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的食物料理机,其中,所述食物料理机包括破壁料理机、榨汁机、豆浆机及搅拌机。
