Description

一种逆变数字化多功能焊机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及焊接设备领域,具体为一种逆变数字化多功能焊机。
背景技术
焊接:也称作熔接、镕接,是一种以加热、高温或者高压的方式接合金属或其他热塑性材料如塑料的制造工艺及技术。焊接通过下列三种途径达成接合的目的:
1、熔焊——加热欲接合之工件使之局部熔化形成熔池,熔池冷却凝固后便接合,必要时可加入熔填物辅助;
2、压焊——焊接过程必须对焊件施加压力;
3、钎焊——采用比母材熔点低的金属材料做钎料,利用液态钎料润湿母材,填充间隙,并与母材互相扩散实现链接焊件。
焊机就是为焊接提供一定特性的电源的电器,焊接由于灵活简单方便牢固可靠,焊接后甚至与母材同等强度的优点广泛用于各个工业领域,如航空航天,船舶,汽车,容器等。
电焊机实际上就是具有下降外特性的变压器,将220V和380V交流电变为低压的直流电,电焊机一般按输出电源种类可分为两种,一种是交流电源的;一种是直流电的。直流的电焊机可以说也是一个大功率的整流器,分正负极,交流电输入时,经变压器变压后,再由整流器整流,然后输出具有下降外特性的电源,输出端在接通和断开时会产生巨大的电压变化,两极在瞬间短路时引燃电弧,利用产生的电弧来熔化电焊条和焊材,冷却后来达到使它们结合的目的。焊接变压器有自身的特点,外特性就是在焊条引燃后电压急剧下降的特性。
传统的焊机在操作过程中需要提供稳定的电压,当电压有轻微变化时则会导致这个焊机系统由于误判而断电,同时传统的焊机只针对特定的丝盘,在应用过程中造成了一定的局限性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种利用开关电源板代替传统的变压器,提供稳定可靠的控制电源,不受电网高低电压的影响,同时适应10Kg的丝盘,也能安装5Kg的丝盘,安全便捷的设备以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种逆变数字化多功能焊机,包括塑料外壳、底板、隔板、控制面板、控制板支架、丝盘固定轴、丝盘转接头、风机、逆变回路主板、接线端口、控制板、开关电源板及丝盘动力单元,塑料外壳固定设置在底板上表面,塑料外壳正面设置有控制面板及接线端口,隔板垂直设置在底板上表面的塑料外壳内腔,隔板一侧设置有丝盘动力单元,隔板另一侧的底板上设有逆变回路主板,逆变回路主板上设置控制板支架,控制板支架上固定有控制板及开关电源板,逆变回路主板相邻的塑料外壳内壁设置有风机,风机的进风口与塑料外壳上的风口位置对应,丝盘转接头设置在塑料外壳任意侧面,丝盘转接头通过丝盘固定轴与塑料外壳内部的控制板支架相应侧边相连,控制板通过导线分别与风机、逆变回路主板、控制面板、接线端口、开关电源板及丝盘动力单元电连接。
优选的,丝盘动力单元包括送丝电机、送丝辊及导丝辊,送丝电机固定设置在塑料外壳内壁上,送丝电机的驱动轴与所述送丝辊相连,所述送丝辊为两个结构相同,上下叠加分布的辊轮,送丝辊之间保留0.2~1.0mm的间隙,所述导丝辊设置在所述送丝辊侧面。
优选的,塑料外壳上的风口为钣金反向百叶窗结构。
优选的,风机为两个,以上下叠加方式设置在塑料外壳上的风口内侧。
优选的,控制面板外侧设置有透明盖板,所述透明盖板顶端边缘与所述塑料外壳铰接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
(1)本实用新型通过控制面板、控制板支架、丝盘固定轴、丝盘转接头、风机、逆变回路主板、接线端口、控制板、开关电源板及丝盘动力单元的配合使用,利用开关电源板代替传统的变压器,提供稳定可靠的控制电源,不受电网高低电压的影响,同时适应10Kg的丝盘,也能安装5Kg的丝盘,安全便捷。
(2)实用新型中的丝盘动力单元包括送丝电机、送丝辊及导丝辊,可为设备稳定而持续的提供焊丝,确保其能够长时间的工作,进而提高工作效率。
(3)外壳上的风口为钣金反向百叶窗结构,在不影响进风效果同时,有效防止雨水,以及异物进入机器。
(4)控制面板外侧设置有透明盖板,利用透明板遮挡,保护好各旋钮和按键的同时,还能防止灰尘的进入。

请参阅图1~5,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种逆变数字化多功能焊机,包括塑料外壳1、底板2、隔板3、控制面板4、控制板支架5、丝盘固定轴6、丝盘转接头7、风机8、逆变回路主板9、接线端口10、控制板11、开关电源板12及丝盘动力单元13,塑料外壳1固定设置在底板2上表面,塑料外壳1正面设置有控制面板4及接线端口10,隔板3垂直设置在底板2上表面的塑料外壳1内腔,隔板3一侧设置有丝盘动力单元13,隔板3另一侧的底板2上设有逆变回路主板9,逆变回路主板9上设置控制板支架5,控制板支架5上固定有控制板11及开关电源板12,逆变回路主板9相邻的塑料外壳1内壁设置有风机8,风机8的进风口与塑料外壳1上的风口14位置对应,丝盘转接头7设置在塑料外壳1任意侧面,丝盘转接头7通过丝盘固定轴6与塑料外壳1内部的控制板支架5相应侧边相连,控制板11通过导线分别与风机8、逆变回路主板9、控制面板4、接线端口10、开关电源板12及丝盘动力单元13电连接。通过控制面板4、控制板支架5、丝盘固定轴6、丝盘转接头7、风机8、逆变回路主板9、接线端口10、控制板11、开关电源板12及丝盘动力单元13的配合使用,利用开关电源板12代替传统的变压器,提供稳定可靠的控制电源,不受电网高低电压的影响,同时适应10Kg的丝盘,也能安装5Kg的丝盘,安全便捷。
其中的丝盘动力单元13包括送丝电机13a、送丝辊13b及导丝辊13c,送丝电机13a固定设置在塑料外壳1内壁上,送丝电机13a的驱动轴与所述送丝辊13b相连,所述送丝辊13b为两个结构相同,上下叠加分布的辊轮,送丝辊13b之间保留0.2~1.0mm的间隙,所述导丝辊13c设置在所述送丝辊13b侧面。 可为设备稳定而持续的提供焊丝,确保其能够长时间的工作,进而提高工作效率。
同时,塑料外壳1上的风口14为钣金反向百叶窗结构。在不影响进风效果同时,有效防止雨水,以及异物进入机器。设置的风机8为两个,以上下叠加方式设置在塑料外壳1上的风口14内侧。增加了设备进风的能力。并且在控制面板4外侧设置有透明盖板15,所述透明盖板15顶端边缘与所述塑料外壳1铰接。利用透明盖板15遮挡,保护好各旋钮和按键的同时,还能防止灰尘的进入。

  1. 一种逆变数字化多功能焊机,其特征在于:包括塑料外壳、底板、隔板、控制面板、控制板支架、丝盘固定轴、丝盘转接头、风机、逆变回路主板、接线端口、控制板、开关电源板及丝盘动力单元,所述塑料外壳固定设置在底板上表面,塑料外壳正面设置有控制面板及接线端口,所述隔板垂直设置在底板上表面的塑料外壳内腔,所述隔板一侧设置有丝盘动力单元,隔板另一侧的底板上设有逆变回路主板,所述逆变回路主板上设置控制板支架,所述控制板支架上固定有控制板及开关电源板,所述逆变回路主板相邻的塑料外壳内壁设置有风机,风机的进风口与塑料外壳上的风口位置对应,所述丝盘转接头设置在塑料外壳任意侧面,丝盘转接头通过丝盘固定轴与所述塑料外壳内部的控制板支架相应侧边相连,所述控制板通过导线分别与风机、逆变回路主板、控制面板、接线端口、开关电源板及丝盘动力单元电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种逆变数字化多功能焊机,其特征在于:所述丝盘动力单元包括送丝电机、送丝辊及导丝辊,所述送丝电机固定设置在塑料外壳内壁上,送丝电机的驱动轴与所述送丝辊相连,所述送丝辊为两个结构相同,上下叠加分布的辊轮,送丝辊之间保留0.2~1.0mm的间隙,所述导丝辊设置在所述送丝辊侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种逆变数字化多功能焊机,其特征在于:所述塑料外壳上的风口为钣金反向百叶窗结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种逆变数字化多功能焊机,其特征在于:所述风机为两个,以上下叠加方式设置在塑料外壳上的风口内侧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种逆变数字化多功能焊机,其特征在于:所述控制面板外侧设置有透明盖板,所述透明盖板顶端边缘与所述塑料外壳铰接。
