背景技术
现有技术中的按键一般未设置联锁结构,其安全性较差,存在误操作的风险,容易发生安全事故。因此,有必要研发一种可以控制按键上锁和解锁的联锁结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种按键的联锁结构,其通过设置转舌锁和限位机构,实现了按键的上锁和解锁,不仅操作方便,而且提高了按键使用的安全性。
为达此目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种按键的联锁结构,包括外壳以及设置在外壳上的按键,外壳上还设置有转舌锁,转舌锁连接有转舌片,转舌片的下方设置有用于实现按键上锁和解锁的限位机构,限位机构包括固定在外壳上的支架以及设置在支架上的伸缩杆,转舌锁包括上锁位置和解锁位置,当转舌锁位于解锁位置时,伸缩杆不与按键接触,按键可以按下,当转舌锁处于上锁位置时,转舌片下压伸缩杆,伸缩杆阻挡按键的行程,按键上锁。
其中,限位机构还包括固定在外壳上的支架,伸缩杆设置在支架上并可相对支架上下移动,按键的行程方向与伸缩杆的移动方向相垂直,伸缩杆的上部设置有固定部,固定部和支架之间设置有弹性部件。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1至图3并通过具体实施例来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1至图3所示,一种按键的联锁结构,包括外壳1以及设置在外壳1上的按键2,外壳1上还设置有转舌锁3,转舌锁3连接有转舌片31,转舌片31的下方设置有用于实现按键2上锁和解锁的限位机构4,限位机构4包括固定在外壳1上的支架41以及设置在支架41上的伸缩杆42,转舌锁3包括上锁位置和解锁位置,当转舌锁3位于解锁位置时,伸缩杆42不与按键2接触,按键2可以按下,当转舌锁3处于上锁位置时,转舌片31下压伸缩杆42,伸缩杆42阻挡按键2的行程,按键2上锁。本实用新型的按键2的联锁结构,通过设置转舌锁3和限位机构4,实现了按键2的上锁和解锁,不仅操作方便,而且提高了按键2使用的安全性。此外,可以使得按键2的操作手感更好;采用阻断式结构设计,可以减少因装配累积的公差而导致的设计失效。
本实施例中,限位机构4还包括固定在外壳1上的支架41,伸缩杆42设置在支架41上并可相对支架41上下移动,按键2的行程方向与伸缩杆42的移动方向相垂直,伸缩杆42的上部设置有固定部421,固定部421和支架41之间设置有弹性部件43。优选地,弹性部件43为压缩弹簧。在其他实施例中,弹性部件43也可以选择其他具有弹性的零部件。
本实施例中,伸缩杆42的下部连接有限位件44,限位件44的中心具有通孔,伸缩杆42穿过限位件44中心的通孔。优选地,伸缩杆42为台阶螺钉,限位件44为螺母,通过调节螺母的位置,可以调节台阶螺钉的移动行程。
本实施例中,如图1所示,上锁状态时,转舌片31与固定部421抵触,弹性部件43处于压缩状态,伸缩杆42的下部阻挡按键2的行程,按键2上锁;如图2所示,解锁状态时,转舌锁3带动转舌片31旋转90°,伸缩杆42在弹 性部件43的作用力下向上移动,限位件44与支架41抵触,伸缩杆42的底面位于按键2的上方,按键2解锁,可以按压移动,如图3所示。
本实施例中,转舌片31包括用于下压伸缩杆42的第一支片和沿第一支片斜向上延伸的第二支片。优选地,外壳1为塑胶外壳,外壳1在转舌锁3处设置有上锁标识11和解锁标识12,使得操作更加方便。
