本发明涉及电源设备技术领域,具体地讲,涉及一种便携式智能可调电源装置。
背景技术
电源装置,顾名思义,一种用以对一个或多个负载提供电能的装置,现有技术中,其形式各异,种类繁多,其主要包括有移动电源、适配器、整流器、逆变器、稳压器、变压器、排插及电子产品充电器等等。
尤其涉及电子产品充电器,其基本上均包括带有充电插头的充电座及可拆卸式连接于相应充电座尾部的USB接口处的充电数据线,此种结构的电子产品充电器,其依然已经得到广泛应用,但其依然具有一定的缺陷和不足。
具体来说,一方面,其相应充电座上所设置的用以连接相应充电数据线的USB接口一般设置为一个,使得其只能连接一根充电数据线来对一个负载进行充电,与此同时,其相应的充电座上也没有设置其他类型的充电接口连接不同类型的充电连接线来适配给不同的负载进行充电,如没有设置类似排插上的两脚插孔及三角插孔等等充电接口,另一方面,其相应的充电座上所设置的充电插头一般固设于相应充电座外而不可收折或收纳,其占用空间大,使得不便于携带,在不使用时,将其放入背包中,其还可能会刮破背包,并且,其相应的充电插头不可旋转,使得使用时,存在不便性,即不够灵活的插至于供电插排上。
藉此,针对现状,设计出一款具有多类型的充电接口、充电插头可收纳及充电插头可旋转等功能的便携式智能可调电源装置,来取代传统的所使用的电子产品充电器,则是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术之不足而提供的一种便携式智能可调电源装置。
本发明解决现有技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种便携式智能可调电源装置,包括壳体、插头座、插头座伸缩固定机构、USB座及插孔座;其中,
所述壳体的前端为接电部,后端为供电部;所述接电部的上端面开设有第一开口,下端面开设有第二开口;所述供电部的两侧端面沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多个第一插口,下端面沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多组第二插口;

所述插头座伸缩固定机构安装在所述接电部内,包括从上至下依次设置的插头伸缩固定支架及用以控制所述插头伸缩固定支架伸展或收缩的控制按键;所述插头伸缩固定支架的上端与所述座盖固定连接,下端与所述控制按键联动连接;所述控制按键的位置与所述第二开口的位置相对,且所述控制按键盖合的安装在所述第二开口内;
所述USB座安装在所述供电部内,包括通过电源连接线与所述接电插头相连接的主控电路板及设置于所述主控电路板的上端面两侧的多个USB接口,多个所述USB接口对应显露于多个所述第一插口;
所述插孔座安装在所述供电部内,并位于所述主控电路板的下方,包括基座及沿所述基座的长度方向自所述基座的上端面贯穿至其下端面的多组用以插接插头的插孔;多组所述插孔内均设有与所述主控电路板上的供电电路相连接的导电弹片,且多组所述插孔的下端均构成为插接端,多组所述插孔的下端所构成的插接端对应显露于多组所述第二插口;

以下将结合附图及具体实施例详细说明本发明的技术方案,以便更清楚、直观地理解本发明的发明实质。

本发明所提供的一种便携式智能可调电源装置,包括壳体10、插头座20、插头座伸缩固定机构30、USB座40及插孔座50;其中,
所述壳体10的前端为接电部11,后端为供电部12;所述接电部11的上端面开设有第一开口111,下端面开设有第二开口112;所述供电部12的两侧端面沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多个第一插口121,下端面沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多组第二插口122;
所述插头座20包括座盖201及设置于所述座盖201上端面的接电插头202,所述座盖201盖合的安装在所述第一开口111内,以使所述接电插头202显露于所述第一开口111外;
所述插头座伸缩固定机构30安装在所述接电部11内,包括从上至下依次设置的插头伸缩固定支架301及用以控制所述插头伸缩固定支架301伸展或收缩的控制按键302;所述插头伸缩固定支架301的上端与所述座盖201固定连接,下端与所述控制按键302联动连接;所述控制按键302的位置与所述第二开口112的位置相对,且所述控制按键302盖合的安装在所述第二开口112内;

当操控所述控制按键302,以使所述插头伸缩固定支架301呈收缩状态时,所述插头伸缩固定支架301带动所述插头座20向下移动,所述插头座20上的所述接电插头202沿所述第一 开口111向下运动至被收纳于接电部11内。
基于上述所述,可以理解的是,本发明所提供的一种便携式智能可调电源装置,在具体实施时,一方面,因增设有所述USB座40及所述插孔502座50,即增设有多个所述USB接口402及多组所述插孔502,使得利用本发明能同时连接不同类型的充电线来给不同的负载进行充电,故而,本发明功能强大,实用性强。
另一方面,当操控所述控制按键302,以使所述插头伸缩固定支架301呈收缩状态时,所述插头伸缩固定支架301带动所述插头座20向下移动,所述插头座20上的所述接电插头202沿所述第一开口111向下运动至被收纳于接电部11内,如此,在不使用本发明时,将所述接电插头202收纳于所述接电部11内,即使得能大大减小本发明的体积及占用空间,使得便于将本发明收纳放置于用户背包等处,且使得避免所述接电插头202外露而刮伤到用户背包或用户身体等。
从而,本发明使用效果好。
需要强调的是,在本技术方案中,所述插头伸缩固定支架301包括下盖板3011、第一转轴座3012、第一L型旋转杆3013、卡扣3014、第二转轴座3015、第二L型旋转杆3016、上支架3017、导向杆3018、伸缩弹簧3019、第三转轴座3020、联动杆3021、转动件3022及卡固块3023;其中,
所述下盖板3011盖合的安装在所述第二开口112内,且所述下盖板3011的中部开设有一按压孔30111,所述控制按键302固设于所述下盖板3011的下端面,并正对所述按压孔30111;

并且,在本技术方案中,所述座盖201的底部设有与所述接电插头202相连接的接线端子,所述电源连接线60缠绕于所述上支架3017上,其接电端连接至所述接线端子,输出端连接至所述主控电路板401。
同时,本发明还包括一卡设于所述壳体10的第一开口111与第二开口112之间的套筒70;其中,
所述插头座20及所述插头座伸缩固定机构30对应固设于所述套筒70内,所述套筒70的上端面开设有以使所述插头座20的上端面的所述接电插头202穿过的过孔701,所述套筒70的下端面形成为敞口702,所述下盖板3011盖合于所述敞口702;
所述套筒70的前侧壁开设有一与所述联动杆3021、转动件3022及所述第二连杆B30162位置相对的第一槽口703,所述套筒70的后侧壁开设有一以使所述电源连接线60经过的第二槽口704,且所述套筒70的前侧壁的所述第一槽口703与所述壳体10的前侧壁之间具有一定间隙。
如此,当向上按压所述控制按键302,以使所述卡扣3014随同所述第一L型旋转杆3013沿所述第一转轴座3012做旋转运动,带动所述第二L型旋转杆3016沿所述第二转轴座3015做旋转运动及带动所述联动杆3021向下运动,再按压所述接电插头202,以使所述卡固块3023下降至略低于所述卡扣3014所在位置,继而松开所述控制按键302时,所述卡扣3014复位至初始位置将所述卡固块3023卡固,所述接电插头202被锁紧收纳于所述接电部11内。
在此过程中,所述第二连杆B30162的上端则向所述壳体10的前方移动,并带动所述转动件3022及所述联动杆3021的下端向所述壳体10的前方移动,所述第二连杆B30162的上端与所述联动杆3021的下端形成一定夹角并沿所述第一槽口703伸出,所述第一槽口703与所述壳体10的前侧壁之间所具有的一定间隙则能为所述联动杆3021、转动件3022及所述第二连杆B30162提供运动空间,以使本发明使用可靠。
并且,在本发明实施例中,所述壳体10包括上壳体101及下壳体102;其中,
所述上壳体101的上端面的前端开设有所述第一开口111;所述上壳体101的两侧端面的后端沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多个所述第一插口121;
所述下壳体102的下端面的前端开设有所述第二开口112;所述下壳体102的下端面的后端沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多组所述第二插口122;
所述套筒70可旋转的卡设于所述上壳体101的第一开口111与所述下壳体102的第二开口112之间。
基于上述所述,可以明确的是,一方面,所述接电插头202被收纳与否均是通过按压所述控制按键302进行控制,使得本发明操作便利。
另一方面,所述插头座20及所述插头座伸缩固定机构30对应固设于所述套筒70内,所述套筒70可起到保护所述插头座20及所述插头座伸缩固定机构30的作用和对所述插头座20及所述插头座伸缩固定机构30进行限位,如此,即使得本发明整体结构稳固。
并且,所述套筒70可旋转的卡设于所述上壳体101的第一开口111与所述下壳体102的第二开口112之间,使得在将本发明插至于供电排插上时,可灵活旋转本发明的插放位置,使得避免遮挡到相应供电排插上的其他插放孔而妨碍到其他负载的充电插头的插入。
进而,本发明的使用效果能得到有效提高。
需要说明的是,在优选方案中,本发明的所述套筒70的上端外壁于所述第二槽口704的正上方向外凸出形成有一凸块705;所述上壳体101的内壁的两侧分别向内凸出形成有一与所述套筒70的上端外壁相抵接的用以对所述凸块705的转动位置进行限位的限位台阶1011。
同时,本发明的所述插头座20还包括复数个缓冲垫片203,复数个所述缓冲垫片203固设于所述座盖201的上端面;
在所述接电插头202被锁紧收纳于所述接电部11内,再按压所述控制按键302,以使所述卡扣3014与所述卡固块3023相脱离,以致所述插头座20的上端面的所述接电插头202通过所述伸缩弹簧3019的弹力经所述过孔701被弹出至显露于所述第一开口111外时,所述座盖201的上端面所固设的复数个所述缓冲垫片203与所述套筒70的内顶面相抵。
继而,可以看出,一方面,通过设置所述凸块705及所述限位台阶1011,使得可避免所述套筒70来回三百六十度旋转而将所述电源连接线60扭断或折断,进而,本发明使用可靠性强。
另一方面,在所述接电插头202被锁紧收纳于所述接电部11内,再按压所述控制按键302时,所述接电插头202弹出,所述座盖201的上端面所固设的复数个所述缓冲垫片203与所述套筒70的内顶面相抵,如此,即使得所述座盖201的上端面不会对所述套筒70的内顶面造成较大的冲击力,使得本发明使用寿命长。
进一步的,本发明在具体实施时,还包括一固设于所述上壳体101的内壁的前端的旋转压制件80,所述套筒70的上端外壁环绕设置有一圈凸缘706,所述凸块705设置于所述凸缘706的外端面,所述凸缘706的下底面成型为波浪形,所述旋转压制件80的顶部向上突出形成为圆滑凸起,并与成型为波浪形的所述凸缘706的下底面相抵接,以使对所述套筒70的旋转形成阻尼。
具体的,所述旋转压制件80包括穿设有紧固螺钉801的固定块802及竖向固设于所述固定块802的后边沿上端的阻尼块803,所述阻尼块803的顶部向上突出形成为圆滑凸起,并与成型为波浪形的所述凸缘706的下底面相抵接;
所述上壳体101的内壁的前端竖向设置有一中空结构的固定柱1012,所述紧固螺钉801旋接于中空结构的所述固定柱1012内,以使所述旋转压制件80与所述上壳体101的内壁的前端相固定形成一体。
如此,在旋转所述套筒70时,所述旋转压制件80可起到一定的阻尼作用,使得所 述接电插头202随同所述套筒70旋转一定角度后可被很好的限位固定。
进而,本发明的使用效果能达到最佳。
需要补充的是,在以上所有实施例中,本发明的所述接电插头202优选为三角插头,所述插孔502优选为两角插孔502或三角插孔502。
当然,所述接电插头202也可为两角插头。
并且,在本实施例中,所述控制按键302与所述按压孔30111之间还固设有一层PET盖板,所述座盖201上所开设的通孔2011为多个,多个所述通孔2011均匀设置,相应的,所述导向杆3018及所述伸缩弹簧3019对应设有多个,每个所述通孔2011内均穿设有一所述导向杆3018,每个所述导向杆3018外均套设有一所述伸缩弹簧3019,如此,即使得便于对所述座盖201的上升及下降进行很好的导向。
其他实施例等,在此,不做一一举例说明。

再次,在本发明实施例中,一方面,所述套筒70的上端外壁于所述第二槽口704的正上方向外凸出形成有一凸块705;所述上壳体101的内壁的两侧分别向内凸出形成有一与 所述套筒70的上端外壁相抵接的用以对所述凸块705的转动位置进行限位的限位台阶1011,如此,通过设置所述凸块705及所述限位台阶1011,使得可避免所述套筒70来回三百六十度旋转而将所述电源连接线60扭断或折断,进而,本发明使用可靠性强,另一方面,在所述接电插头202被锁紧收纳于所述接电部11内,再按压所述控制按键302时,所述接电插头202弹出,所述座盖201的上端面所固设的复数个所述缓冲垫片203与所述套筒70的内顶面相抵,如此,即使得所述座盖201的上端面不会对所述套筒70的内顶面造成较大的冲击力,使得本发明使用寿命长。
同时,本发明在具体实施时,还包括一固设于所述上壳体101的内壁的前端的旋转压制件80,所述套筒70的上端外壁环绕设置有一圈凸缘706,所述凸块705设置于所述凸缘706的外端面,所述凸缘706的下底面成型为波浪形,所述旋转压制件80的顶部向上突出形成为圆滑凸起,并与成型为波浪形的所述凸缘706的下底面相抵接,以使对所述套筒70的旋转形成阻尼,
如此,在旋转所述套筒70时,所述旋转压制件80可起到一定的阻尼作用,使得所述接电插头202随同所述套筒70旋转一定角度后可被很好的限位固定,进而,本发明的使用效果能达到最佳。
相应的,本发明的整体结构简单,易实施,易操作,实用性强,专用性强,制造成本低,在结构的改进及技术的改进中,均不需要增加太多的成本,使得本发明必然具有很好的市场推广价值,本发明会非常的受欢迎,能得到有效普及。

  1. 一种便携式智能可调电源装置,其特征在于:它包括壳体、插头座、插头座伸缩固定机构、USB座及插孔座;其中,
    所述壳体的前端为接电部,后端为供电部;所述接电部的上端面开设有第一开口,下端面开设有第二开口;所述供电部的两侧端面沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多个第一插口,下端面沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多组第二插口;
    所述插头座包括座盖及设置于所述座盖上端面的接电插头,所述座盖盖合的安装在所述第一开口内,以使所述接电插头显露于所述第一开口外;
    所述插头座伸缩固定机构安装在所述接电部内,包括从上至下依次设置的插头伸缩固定支架及用以控制所述插头伸缩固定支架伸展或收缩的控制按键;所述插头伸缩固定支架的上端与所述座盖固定连接,下端与所述控制按键联动连接;所述控制按键的位置与所述第二开口的位置相对,且所述控制按键盖合的安装在所述第二开口内;
    所述USB座安装在所述供电部内,包括通过电源连接线与所述接电插头相连接的主控电路板及设置于所述主控电路板的上端面两侧的多个USB接口,多个所述USB接口对应显露于多个所述第一插口;
    所述插孔座安装在所述供电部内,并位于所述主控电路板的下方,包括基座及沿所述基座的长度方向自所述基座的上端面贯穿至其下端面的多组用以插接插头的插孔;多组所述插孔内均设有与所述主控电路板上的供电电路相连接的导电弹片,且多组所述插孔的下端均构成为插接端,多组所述插孔的下端所构成的插接端对应显露于多组所述第二插口;
    当操控所述控制按键,以使所述插头伸缩固定支架呈收缩状态时,所述插头伸缩固定支架带动所述插头座向下移动,所述插头座上的所述接电插头沿所述第一开口向下运动至被收纳于接电部内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式智能可调电源装置,其特征在于:所述插头伸缩固定支架包括下盖板、第一转轴座、第一L型旋转杆、卡扣、第二转轴座、第二L型旋转杆、上支架、导向杆、伸缩弹簧、第三转轴座、联动杆、转动件及卡固块;其中,
    所述下盖板盖合的安装在所述第二开口内,且所述下盖板的中部开设有一按压孔,所述控制按键固设于所述下盖板的下端面,并正对所述按压孔;
    所述第一转轴座固设于所述下盖板的上端面,并位于所述按压孔的前边沿;
    所述第一L型旋转杆包括横向设置的第一连杆A及竖向设置于所述第一连杆A的前上端的第一连杆B;所述第一连杆A设于所述下盖板的上端面,并正对所述按压孔,且所述第一连杆A与所述第一连杆B相连接的部位通过所述第一转轴座上的转轴与所述第一转轴座转动 连接;
    所述卡扣固设于所述第一连杆B的后端面的上方,与所述第一连杆B一体成型;
    所述第二转轴座固设于所述下盖板的上端面的前侧,且所述第二转轴座上的转轴与所述第一转轴座上的转轴相平行设置;
    所述第二L型旋转杆包括横向设置的第二连杆A及竖向设置于所述第二连杆A的前上端的第二连杆B;所述第二连杆A设于所述下盖板的上端面,并位于所述第二转轴座的上方与所述第一连杆B的前端面的上方之间;所述第二连杆A的末端抵接至所述第一连杆B的顶部,且所述第二连杆A与所述第二连杆B相连接的部位通过所述第二转轴座上的转轴与所述第二转轴座转动连接;
    所述上支架设置于所述座盖内,与所述座盖相固定形成一体,所述座盖的上端面的外沿开设有贯通至所述上支架底部的通孔;
    所述导向杆的下端与所述下盖板的上端面的外沿固定连接,上端穿设于所述通孔内;
    所述伸缩弹簧套设于所述导向杆外,并位于所述下盖板与所述上支架之间;
    所述第三转轴座固设于所述上支架的下端面的前侧,并正对所述第二转轴座;
    所述联动杆竖向设置于所述第二连杆B的正上方,且所述联动杆的上端通过所述第三转轴座上的转轴与所述第三转轴座转动连接,下端通过所述转动件与所述第二连杆B的上端转动连接;
    所述卡固块设置于所述上支架的下端面的中部,并正对所述卡扣;
    当向上按压所述控制按键,以使所述卡扣随同所述第一L型旋转杆沿所述第一转轴座做旋转运动,带动所述第二L型旋转杆沿所述第二转轴座做旋转运动及带动所述联动杆向下运动,再按压所述接电插头,以使所述卡固块下降至略低于所述卡扣所在位置,继而松开所述控制按键时,所述卡扣复位至初始位置将所述卡固块卡固,所述接电插头被锁紧收纳于所述接电部内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便携式智能可调电源装置,其特征在于:所述座盖的底部设有与所述接电插头相连接的接线端子,所述电源连接线缠绕于所述上支架上,其接电端连接至所述接线端子,输出端连接至所述主控电路板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式智能可调电源装置,其特征在于:它还包括一卡设于所述壳体的第一开口与第二开口之间的套筒;其中,
    所述插头座及所述插头座伸缩固定机构对应固设于所述套筒内,所述套筒的上端面开设有以使所述插头座的上端面的所述接电插头穿过的过孔,所述套筒的下端面形成为敞口,所述下 盖板盖合于所述敞口;
    所述套筒的前侧壁开设有一与所述联动杆、转动件及所述第二连杆B位置相对的第一槽口,所述套筒的后侧壁开设有一以使所述电源连接线经过的第二槽口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的便携式智能可调电源装置,其特征在于:所述壳体包括上壳体及下壳体;其中,
    所述上壳体的上端面的前端开设有所述第一开口;所述上壳体的两侧端面的后端沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多个所述第一插口;
    所述下壳体的下端面的前端开设有所述第二开口;所述下壳体的下端面的后端沿其长度方向均匀的开设有多组所述第二插口;
    所述套筒可旋转的卡设于所述上壳体的第一开口与所述下壳体的第二开口之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的便携式智能可调电源装置,其特征在于:所述套筒的上端外壁于所述第二槽口的正上方向外凸出形成有一凸块;所述上壳体的内壁的两侧分别向内凸出形成有一与所述套筒的上端外壁相抵接的用以对所述凸块的转动位置进行限位的限位台阶。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式智能可调电源装置,其特征在于:所述插头座还包括复数个缓冲垫片,复数个所述缓冲垫片固设于所述座盖的上端面;
    在所述接电插头被锁紧收纳于所述接电部内,再按压所述控制按键,以使所述卡扣与所述卡固块相脱离,以致所述插头座的上端面的所述接电插头通过所述伸缩弹簧的弹力经所述过孔被弹出至显露于所述第一开口外时,所述座盖的上端面所固设的复数个所述缓冲垫片与所述套筒的内顶面相抵。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式智能可调电源装置,其特征在于:它还包括一固设于所述上壳体的内壁的前端的旋转压制件,所述套筒的上端外壁环绕设置有一圈凸缘,所述凸块设置于所述凸缘的外端面,所述凸缘的下底面成型为波浪形,所述旋转压制件的顶部向上突出形成为圆滑凸起,并与成型为波浪形的所述凸缘的下底面相抵接,以使对所述套筒的旋转形成阻尼。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的便携式智能可调电源装置,其特征在于:所述旋转压制件包括穿设有紧固螺钉的固定块及竖向固设于所述固定块的后边沿上端的阻尼块,所述阻尼块的顶部向上突出形成为圆滑凸起,并与成型为波浪形的所述凸缘的下底面相抵接;
    所述上壳体的内壁的前端竖向设置有一中空结构的固定柱,所述紧固螺钉旋接于中空结构的所述固定柱内,以使所述旋转压制件与所述上壳体的内壁的前端相固定形成一体。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的便携式智能可调电源装置,其特征在于:所述接电插头 为三角插头,所述插孔为两角插孔或三角插孔。
