技术领域
本发明属于液晶显示领域,尤其涉及一种用于系统端与显示面板兼容的自动识别方法及装置。
背景技术
薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display,TFT LCD)是当前平板显示的主要品种之一,已经成为了现代IT、视讯产品中重要的显示平台。
TFT LCD的主要驱动原理为,系统主板将R/G/B压缩信号、控制信号及动力通过线材与PCB板上的连接器connector相连接,数据经过PCB板上的时序控制器芯片(Timing Controller,TCON)处理后,经PCB板、源极驱动电路(Source-Chip on Film,S-COF)和栅极驱动电路(Gate-Chip on Film,G-COF)与显示面板上显示区连接,从而使得LCD获得所需的电源和信号,如图1所示。
因为不同供应商所提供的显示面板的光学表现等特性不同,不同供应商生产的不同面板在具体使用时对应于不同的系统参数,需要针对不同的显示面板对系统端进行调节,即搭配不同显示面板的系统端设定不同。如果不能正确识别某一个面板是哪一个厂家生产的,会导致系统参数与面板不匹配,从而增加加工时间,加重工作负担。
现有方式是主要通过料号的方式对不同的系统端设定进行管控,管理成本高,且易出现搭配错误。本发明针对上述问题提出解决方案。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是需要提供一种低成本且准确度高的系统 端与显示面板的搭配方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请的实施例首先提供了一种用于系统端与显示面板兼容的自动识别方法,包括:持续检测显示面板输出的第一电压信号和第二电压信号;根据所述第一电压信号的状态变化确定所述第二电压信号的识别区间;在所述识别区间内对所述第二电压信号的状态变化进行检测;根据对所述第二电压信号的检测结果获取显示面板的类型,并根据显示面板的类型对系统端进行调整以使系统端与显示面板兼容。
优选地,所述根据所述第一电压信号的状态变化确定所述第二电压信号的识别区间,包括:将所述第一电压信号发生的第一次状态变化确定为所述第二电压信号的识别区间的起始点;将所述第一电压信号发生的第二次状态变化确定为所述第二电压信号的识别区间的结束点。

图2为根据本发明一实施例的用于系统端与显示面板兼容的自动识别方法的流程示意图,如图所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S210、持续检测显示面板输出的第一电压信号和第二电压信号。
步骤S220、根据第一电压信号的状态变化确定第二电压信号的识别区间。
步骤S230、在识别区间内对第二电压信号的状态变化进行检测。
步骤S240、根据对第二电压信号的检测结果获取显示面板的类型,并根据显示面板的类型对系统端进行调整以使系统端与显示面板兼容。
具体的,在步骤S210中,在显示面板上设置有一个信号生成电路,在液晶显示器开机后,液晶显示器的系统端会持续获取该信号生成电路输出的第一电压信号和第二电压信号。
在步骤S220中,通过判断第一电压信号的状态变化来确定第二电压信号的识别区间。在本发明的实施例中,第一电压信号和第二电压信号均为二值状态,即为第一电压信号和第二电压信号分别定义两个状态。
将第一电压信号和第二电压信号的高电压(例如3.3V)定义为一个信号状态,将第一电压信号和第二电压信号的低电压(例如0V)定义为另一个信号状态,因此,一方面,本发明实施例中所说的状态变化指的是低电压跳变为高电压时的上升沿,或高电压跳变为低电压时的下降沿。实际检测时,可以采用边沿触发器进行信号获取。

在本发明的一个实施例中,在接收到起始信号后,开始对第二电压信号的状态变化进行计数。具体的,可以采用计数器对第二电压信号进行计数,第二电压信号每发生一次状态变化,使计数器的计数值加一。在接收到结束信号后,停止 计数,将计数值作为对第二电压信号的检测结果。

本发明实施例的自动识别方法,系统端通过对显示面板输出的第一电压信号和第二电压信号进行检测和识别来获取显示面板的类型信息,并进一步根据显示面板的类型信息进行参数的调整,实现系统端和显示面板之间的自动的识别和兼容,进而减少错误匹配所增加的时间和成本。
在本发明的另一实施例中,提出了一种用于生成第一电压信号和第二电压信号的信号生成电路,其结构示意图如图3所示。
该信号生成电路由薄膜晶体管M1和M2以及两个阻值为R的电阻组成,其中,薄膜晶体管M1的栅极端接收信号C1,其源极接信号地GND,其漏极通过电阻R接一高电压VDD,M1的漏极输出信号A,作为第二电压信号。薄膜晶体管M2的栅极端接收信号C2,其源极接信号地GND,其漏极通过电阻R接一高电压VDD,M2的漏极输出信号B,作为第一电压信号。
检测端A和B的高电压对应于图3中的VDD,一般为3.3V,低电压对应于图3中的GND,一般为0V。当M1的栅极为高电平时,M1开启,检测端A输出低电平,当M1的栅极为低电平时,M1关闭,检测端A输出高电平。当M2的栅极为低电平时,M2关闭,检测端B输出高电平,当M2的栅极为高电平时,M2开启,检测端B输出低电平,A和B的波形如图4所示。
当检测到B端的负脉冲(即为低电平信号)时,启动对A端的检测,并且每当A端检测到电压为负脉冲(即为低电平信号)时,计数值就加1。当B端第二次出现负脉冲(即为低电平信号)时,停止计数并停止检测A端,获取最终的计数值。
信号C1和C2用于根据显示面板的类型进行设定。如图4所示,在B端的两个负脉冲信号确定的识别区间内,A端一共被侦测到两个负脉冲,即计数值为2,可以通过查表得知对应的是2号面板供应商,调整系统参数,使得调整后的系统参数可以适应于2号面板的特性。
在本发明的又一个实施例中,还提供了一种用于系统端与显示面板兼容的自动识别装置,其结构如图5所示,包括:
检测模块51,其持续检测显示面板输出的第一电压信号和第二电压信号。
识别区间确定模块52,其根据第一电压信号的状态变化确定第二电压信号的识别区间。
识别模块53,其在识别区间内对第二电压信号的状态变化进行检测。
调整模块54,其根据对第二电压信号的检测结果获取显示面板的类型,并根据显示面板的类型对系统端进行调整以使系统端与显示面板兼容。
上述各模块的具体功能可以根据前一实施例相应的方法步骤得到,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例适用于对液晶显示面板的来源进行自动识别并匹配,节约管控成本,调高匹配效率与匹配的准确度。
虽然本发明所揭露的实施方式如上,但所述的内容只是为了便于理解本发明而采用的实施方式,并非用以限定本发明。任何本发明所属技术领域内的技术人员,在不脱离本发明所揭露的精神和范围的前提下,可以在实施的形式上及细节上作任何的修改与变化,但本发明的专利保护范围,仍须以所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种用于系统端与显示面板兼容的自动识别方法,包括:
    持续检测显示面板输出的第一电压信号和第二电压信号;
    根据所述第一电压信号的状态变化确定所述第二电压信号的识别区间;
    在所述识别区间内对所述第二电压信号的状态变化进行检测;
    根据对所述第二电压信号的检测结果获取显示面板的类型,并根据显示面板的类型对系统端进行调整以使系统端与显示面板兼容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述第一电压信号的状态变化确定所述第二电压信号的识别区间,包括:
    将所述第一电压信号发生的第一次状态变化确定为所述第二电压信号的识别区间的起始点;
    将所述第一电压信号发生的第二次状态变化确定为所述第二电压信号的识别区间的结束点。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述在所述识别区间内对所述第二电压信号的状态变化进行检测,包括:
    在获取所述第二电压信号的识别区间的起始点后,启动对所述第二电压信号的状态变化进行计数,所述第二电压信号每发生一次状态变化,计数值加一;
    在获取所述第二电压信号的识别区间的结束点后,停止计数,将所述计数值作为检测结果。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述状态变化包括信号发生电压跳变时的上升沿或下降沿。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述状态变化包括信号发生电压跳变时的正脉冲或负脉冲。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述根据显示面板的类型对系统端进行调整以使系统端与显示面板兼容包括调整系统端的光学特性参数的设定。
  7. 一种用于系统端与显示面板兼容的自动识别装置,包括:
    检测模块,其持续检测显示面板输出的第一电压信号和第二电压信号;
    识别区间确定模块,其根据所述第一电压信号的状态变化确定所述第二电压信号的识别区间;
    识别模块,其在所述识别区间内对所述第二电压信号的状态变化进行检测;
    调整模块,其根据对所述第二电压信号的检测结果获取显示面板的类型,并 根据显示面板的类型对系统端进行调整以使系统端与显示面板兼容。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述识别区间确定模块将所述第一电压信号发生的第一次状态变化确定为所述第二电压信号的识别区间的起始点;将所述第一电压信号发生的第二次状态变化确定为所述第二电压信号的识别区间的结束点。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述识别模块在获取所述第二电压信号的识别区间的起始点后,启动对所述第二电压信号的状态变化进行计数,所述第二电压信号每发生一次状态变化,计数值加一;在获取所述第二电压信号的识别区间的结束点后,停止计数,将所述计数值作为检测结果。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述调整模块调整系统端的光学特性参数的设定。
  11. 一种信号生成电路,所述信号生成电路设置于显示面板上,用于生成第一电压信号和第二电压信号,该信号生成电路包括第一薄膜晶体管、第一电阻、第二薄膜晶体管及第二电阻,
    所述第一薄膜晶体管的栅极连接第一输入信号,其漏极通过所述第一电阻连接高电平信号,其源极连接信号地,由漏极与所述第一电阻的连接节点处生成并输出第一电压信号;
    所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极连接第二输入信号,其漏极通过所述第二电阻连接高电平信号,其源极连接信号地,由漏极与所述第二电阻的连接节点处生成并输出第二电压信号。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的信号生成电路,其中,所述第一输入信号与所述第二输入信号根据显示面板的类型进行设定。
