到的目的和环境情况,可以选择将组合物以喷雾、弥雾、喷粉、撒播或泼浇等之类的方法施用。
适合本发明的微囊剂型包括:微囊悬浮剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、微囊悬浮-水乳剂等,其特征在于囊壁内(即囊芯)包含由有效成分噻苯隆和吡啶类杀菌剂按照一定比例的混合物,即将两者混合制成微型胶囊。将微型胶囊以一定的浓度稳定地分散、悬浮在作为连续相的水中形成微囊悬浮剂。或者将其中一种有效成分制备成微囊悬浮剂,将另外一种有效成分制备成乳液,将制备的两种成分在混合,搅拌,摇匀即得微囊悬浮剂-悬浮剂或微囊悬浮剂-水乳剂。
可用已知的方法可以将本发明的组合物制备成各种剂型,可以将有效成分与助剂,如溶剂、固体载体,需要时可以与表面活性剂一起均匀混合、研磨,制备成所需要的剂型。
上述的溶剂可选自芳香烃,优选含8-12个碳原子,如二甲苯混合物或取代的苯,酞酸酯类,如酞酸二丁酯或酞酸二辛酸,脂肪烃类,如环已烷或石蜡,醇和乙二醇和它们的醚和酯,如乙醇,乙二醇,乙二醇单甲基;酮类,如环已酮,强极性的溶剂,如N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,二甲基亚砜或二甲基甲酰胺,和植物油或植物油,如大豆油。
上述的固体载体,如用于悬浮剂和可分散剂的通常是天然矿物填料,例如滑石、高岭土,蒙脱石或活性白土。为了管理组合物的物理性能,也可以加入高分散性硅酸或高分散性吸附聚合物载体,例如粒状吸附载体或非吸附载体,合适的粒状吸附载体是多孔型的,如浮石、皂土或膨润土;合适的非吸附载体如方解石或砂。另外,可以使用大量的无机性质或有机性质的预制成粒状的材料作为载体,特别是白云石。
根据本发明的组合物中的有效成分的化学性质,合适的表面活性剂为木质素磺酸、萘磺酸、苯酚磺酸、碱土金属盐或胺盐,烷基芳基磺酸盐,烷基硫酸盐,烷基磺酸盐,脂肪醇硫酸盐,脂肪酸和硫酸化脂肪醇乙二醇醚,还有磺化萘和萘衍生物与甲醛的缩合物,萘或萘磺酸与苯酚和甲醛的缩合物,聚氧乙烯辛基苯基醚,乙氧基化异辛基酚,辛基酚,壬基酚,烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚,三丁基苯聚乙二醇醚,三硬脂基苯基聚乙二醇醚,烷基芳基聚醚醇,乙氧基化蓖麻油,聚氧乙烯烷基醚,氧化乙烯缩合物、乙氧基化聚氧丙烯,月桂酸聚乙二醇醚缩醛,山梨醇酯,木质素亚硫酸盐废液和甲基纤维素。
本发明的组合物可应用在农业领域,特别是促进作物生长或防治作物病害方面。本发明中的植物或作物包括但不限于辣椒、马铃薯或白菜等。
本发明的组合物中两种有效成分表现为互相促进作用,该组合物的活性比使用单个化合物的活性预期总和,本发明物中植调剂可促进植物生长调节,杀菌剂组分可以有效地杀
灭病原物。在作物发生病害时,用该组合物处理作物,可有效防治病原物的扩散与传播,可有更好更快地防治作物病害,减轻因用药给作物带来的影响。本发明的组合物的表现出的其它特点主要表现为:1、本发明的组合物混配具有明显的协同相加作用,可相互促进效果;2由于本组合物的两个单剂化学结构差异很大,作用机理完全不同,不存在交互抗性,对作物安全,且可较大提升的防病效果;3本组合物减少因用药给作物生长带来的不良影响;4本组合物可提高作物产量,提升品质,具有较高的经济价值。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
以下实施例所有配方中百分比均为重量百分比(折百)。本发明组合物各种制剂的加工工艺均为现有技术,根据不同情况可以有所变化。
一、剂型制备实施例
(一)水乳剂的加工及实施例
将有效成分噻苯隆和氟啶胺、啶酰菌胺与溶剂、乳化剂、流动相等按照比例混合,精磨砂和高速剪切后,得到半成品,在进行加工成成品。
实施例1:23%噻苯隆·氟啶胺水乳剂
噻苯隆0.1%,氟啶胺22.9%,5%环己酮、6%二甲苯、12%十二烷基苯磺酸钙,水补足至100%。
实施例2:17%噻苯隆·氟啶胺水乳剂
噻苯隆0.2%,氟啶胺16.8%,3%甲醇、6%二甲苯、4%二苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚,水补足至100%。
实施例3:20%噻苯隆·氟啶胺水乳剂
噻苯隆0.1%,氟啶胺19.9%,3%环己酮、6%酞酸二辛酸、9%苯乙烯基苯基聚氧乙烯醚,水补足至100%。
实施例4:23%噻苯隆·啶酰菌胺水乳剂
噻苯隆0.1%,啶酰菌胺22.9%,4%环己酮、3%酞酸二辛酸、12%十二烷基苯磺酸钙,水补足至100%。
实施例5:17%噻苯隆·啶酰菌胺水乳剂
噻苯隆0.2%,啶酰菌胺16.8%,4%甲醇、2%二甲苯、8%二苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚,水补足至100%。
实施例6:20%噻苯隆·啶酰菌胺水乳剂
噻苯隆0.1%,啶酰菌胺19.9%,5%环己酮、3%二甲苯、12%苯乙烯基苯基聚氧乙烯醚,水补足至100%。
(二)水分散粒剂加工及实施例
将有效成分噻苯隆与氟啶胺、啶酰菌胺与各种助剂及填料等按比例充分混合,经超细粉碎机粉碎后造粒再干燥。
实施例7:35%噻苯隆·氟啶胺水分散粒剂
噻苯隆0.2%,氟啶胺34.8%,木质素磺酸钠3%,聚氧化烯芳基苯醚硫酸钠4%,碳酸钙8%,白碳黑补充至100%。
实施例8:51%噻苯隆·氟啶胺水分散粒剂
噻苯隆0.5%,氟啶胺50.5%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%,十二烷基苯磺酸钙2%,碳酸镁3%,高岭土补充至100%。
实施例9:42%噻苯隆·氟啶胺水分散粒剂
噻苯隆0.3%,氟啶胺41.7%,烷基磺基琥珀酸钠4%,碳酸钠3%,淀粉补充至100%。
实施例10:35%噻苯隆·啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂
噻苯隆0.2%,啶酰菌胺34.8%,萘磺酸盐和烷基取代萘磺酸盐与甲醛的缩合物7%,碳酸氢钠5%,磷酸钠6%,粘土补充至100%。
实施例11:51%噻苯隆·啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂
噻苯隆0.5%,啶酰菌胺50.5%,碳酸氢钾5%,十二烷基萘磺酸钠8%,蔗糖补充至100%。
实施例12:42%噻苯隆·啶酰菌胺水分散粒剂
噻苯隆0.3%,啶酰菌胺41.7%,月桂酸钠4%,碳酸钾6%,高岭土补充至100%。
(三)微乳剂将有效成分噻苯隆和氟啶胺、啶酰菌胺与溶剂、乳化剂、流动相等按照比例混合,精磨砂和高速剪切后,得到半成品,在进行加工成成品。
实施例13:27%噻苯隆·氟啶胺微乳剂
噻苯隆0.4%,氟啶胺26.6%,环己酮2%、甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物4%,十二烷基硫酸钾6%,,水补足至100%。
实施例14:30%噻苯隆·氟啶胺微乳剂
噻苯隆1%,氟啶胺29%,甲醇6%、异丙二醇2%、二苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚15%,水补足至100%。
实施例15:8%噻苯隆·氟啶胺微乳剂
噻苯隆0.4%,氟啶胺7.6%,环己酮5%、酞酸二丁酯7%、苯乙烯基苯基聚氧乙烯醚22%,水补足至100%。
实施例16:27%噻苯隆·啶酰菌胺微乳剂
噻苯隆0.4%,啶酰菌胺26.6%,环己酮3%、硅酸铝镁7%,黄原胶6%,水补足至100%。
实施例17:30%噻苯隆·啶酰菌胺微乳剂
噻苯隆1%,啶酰菌胺29%,乙醇醇6%、二甲苯4%、二苄基联苯基聚氧乙烯醚15%,水补足至100%。
实施例18:8%噻苯隆·啶酰菌胺微乳剂
噻苯隆0.4%,啶酰菌胺7.6%,环己酮5%、酞酸二丁酯7%、三丁基苯聚乙二醇醚22%,水补足至100%。
(四)悬浮剂的加工及实施例
将活性成分活性分组A与活性组分B,与分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂和水等各组分按配方的比例混合均匀,经砂磨和/或高速剪切后,得到半成品,分析后补加水混合均匀过滤即得成品。
实施例19:11%噻苯隆·氟啶胺悬浮剂
噻苯隆1%,氟啶胺10%,黄原胶6%,膨润土4%,硅酸铝镁6%,乙二醇3%,木质素磺酸钠2%,水补足至100%。
实施例20:12%噻苯隆·氟啶胺悬浮剂
噻苯隆2%,氟啶胺10%,丙二醇6%,膨润土4%,甲基萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物8%,水补足至100%。
实施例21:11%噻苯隆·啶酰菌胺悬浮剂
噻苯隆1%,啶酰菌胺10%,白炭黑5%,丙三醇2%,苯甲酸钾4%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯6%,水补足至100%。
实施例22:12%噻苯隆·啶酰菌胺悬浮剂
噻苯隆2%,啶酰菌胺10%,木质素磺酸钠3%,乙二醇7%,膨润土4%,黄原胶2%,水补足至100%。
二、药效验证试验
1、噻苯隆与吡啶类杀菌剂复配对辣椒生长调节及防病综合测定试验
将噻苯隆与吡啶类杀菌剂用丙酮按照一定浓度稀释,对作物进行喷雾,在田间测定各个浓度对作物生长的影响,包括对作物的株高、疫病防治率、炭疽病防治率及产量情况等进行综合评价。
株高提高率=(清水对照株高-处理后的株高)/清水对照株高*100%
防病效果提高率=(清水对照的发病指数-处理后的发病指数)/清水对照的发病指数*100%
坐果率提高率=(处理的座果率-清水对照的座果率)/清水对照的座果率*100%
维生素C含量提高率=(处理后的维生素C含量-清水对照的维生素C含量)/清水对照的维生素C含量*100%

注:施药时期:在辣椒疫病和炭疽病发病初期施药。
通过实验发明人发现,噻苯隆与吡啶类杀菌剂之间具有很好协相互促进作用,噻苯隆与吡啶类杀菌剂混配在不同配比下,相对噻苯隆、吡啶类杀菌剂单剂,以及清水对照,在作物受到病原物侵染时,用该组合物处理受侵染作物,能够有效防治该病原物对作物的进一步侵染,控制传播,消灭病原物,调节作物内在生长,可使作物从病原物侵染造成的伤害从快速恢复到发病前状态,提高作物产量和品质,具有较高的经济价值。
2、噻苯隆与吡啶类杀菌剂混配对马铃薯的田间综合试验
将噻苯隆与吡啶类杀菌剂类用丙酮按照一定浓度稀释,对作物进行喷雾,在田间测定各个浓度对作物生长的影响,包括对作物的株高、早疫病、晚疫病发病率及产量情况等进行综合评价。
株高提高率=(清水对照茎粗-处理后的茎粗)/清水对照茎粗*100%
防病效果提高率=(清水对照的发病指数-处理后的发病指数)/清水对照的发病指数*100%
淀粉含量提高率=(处理的淀粉含量-清水对照的淀粉含量)/清水对照的淀粉含量*100%
亩产量提高率=(处理后的亩产量-清水对照的亩产量)/清水对照的亩产量*100%

从表2实验数据显示,本发明的产品在马铃薯早疫病、晚疫病发病初期施药,可有效降低病情指数,提高防治效果;可有效控制株高;提高黄瓜的淀粉含量,提升马铃薯的产量及品质。
Claims (10)
- 一种农药组合物,其特征在于该组合物包含A和B两种活性组分,其中活性组分A为噻苯隆,活性组分B选自氟啶胺或啶酰菌胺,活性组分A和活性组分B的重量比为1:225~5。
- 根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于活性组分A和活性组分B的重量比为1:200~10。
- 根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于活性组分A和活性组分B的重量比为1:180~50。
- 根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于活性组分噻苯隆和活性组分氟啶胺的重量比为1:180~10。
- 根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于活性组分噻苯隆和啶酰菌胺的重量比为1:180~10。
- 根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于该组合物由活性成分和助剂制成农药上允许的剂型。
- 根据权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于该组合物中的活性成分的质量含量为5~85%。
- 根据权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于所述剂型为水乳剂、微乳剂、水分散粒剂等农业领域允许剂型。
- 权利要求1~6中任意一项所述的组合物在农业领域的应用。
- 权利要求1~6中任意一项所述的组合物在促进作物生长或防治作物病害方面的应用,所述作物选自辣椒、马铃薯或白菜作物。
