该墙座20开设有一用于供升降杆50装入的贯穿的通孔23,该通孔23贯穿墙座20且接通装接槽21,该通孔23和装接槽21相交。该第一摩擦垫60固接在固座10末端,该第二摩擦垫70固接在装接槽21的槽壁,通过第一摩擦垫60和第二摩擦垫70加紧固接插入通孔23的升降杆50。该第一摩擦垫60和第二摩擦垫70分别凹设有面对的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,该第一凹槽和第二凹槽适配抱紧升降杆50。该升降杆上能滑动连接有能插接花洒的插座80。
下面为了进一步说明本发明,具体介绍安装和拆卸:
请查阅图7至图10,安装时:1、请查阅图7和图8,墙座20套入固座10;套入一定深度时,杆件50先与第二摩擦垫70接触;2、请查阅图9和图10,按压锁接套30,锁接套30导向面推动锁紧件40向内活动,锁紧件会下拉墙座使墙座朝墙壁方向运动,墙座端面压到固座的环形凸台,使第一、二摩擦垫挤压抱紧杆件50,锁紧件40部分插入锁接槽11内,部分位于装接槽21内,以限制二者活动,以将二者固定装接在一起,杆组即固定。
请查阅图11,拆卸时:当锁接套30由锁接位置向非锁位置滑动,锁紧件的受保持面的顶抵被解除,锁紧件复位,可以拔离固座和墙座,且两摩擦垫松开,杆件可轴向移动。
两墙座组安装前可在杆上自由滑动,不限定墙座固定组的安装距, 可适配墙面上原有的螺钉孔,无需从新划线打孔按压锁接套的方式安装或拆卸杆组,可靠性高,操作方便。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种墙座装置快速装拆结构,其锁接位置为锁接套的保持面顶抵锁紧件,通过保持面使锁紧件保持在锁紧状态,能通过保持面限制锁紧件向外活动,锁接牢固可靠;锁接套滑动过程中能带动墙座向墙壁方向活动,方便装接。

Claims (13)

  1. 墙座装置快速装拆结构,包括固座(10)和墙座(20),该固座(10)能固定装接在墙壁,其特征在于:还包括锁接套(30)和锁紧件(40);该固座(10)具有外环面,该外环面凹设有锁接槽(11);该墙座(20)一端面凹设有装接槽(21),该墙座(20)还设有贯穿装接槽(21)内外的装接孔(22);该锁接套(30)内壁设有配合面,该配合面包括导向面(31)和连接导向面(31)的保持面(32);该锁紧件(40)能内外活动地装接在装接孔(22)内,该固座(10)插入墙座(20)的装接槽(21)内,该锁接套(30)套接在固座(10)外且能沿固座(10)在锁接位置和非锁位置之间滑动,该锁接套(30)自非锁位置滑动至锁接位置,该配合面的导向面(31)至保持面(32)能依序顶抵锁紧件(40),且滑动过程中通过导向面(31)顶抵锁紧件(40)能使锁紧件(40)向内活动且部分插入锁接槽(11)内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构,其特征在于:该锁接位置为锁接套(30)的保持面(32)顶抵锁紧件(40)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构,其特征在于:该锁接套(30)内壁凹设有能适配锁紧件(40)的滑槽(33),该滑槽(33)槽底设有上述的配合面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构,其特征在于:该锁接套(30)的导向面(31)为向远离所安装的墙壁方向半径减小布置的圆锥面,该保持面(32)为连接导向面(31)最小半径的圆柱 面,该圆柱面、圆锥面轴线重合。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构,其特征在于:该锁紧件(40)包括至少两锁接块(41)和一将该至少两锁接块(41)固接在一起的弹性件(42),通过弹性件使至少两锁接块(41)受压向内活动时能产生复位弹力。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构,其特征在于:该弹性件(42)为弧形件,该至少两锁接块(41)固接在弧形件之外弧面。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构,其特征在于:该锁接槽(11)为环形槽,该环形槽的前槽壁成朝远离所安装的墙壁方向半径渐大布置的圆锥面。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构,其特征在于:该锁紧件(40)之外侧面设有能配合该锁接套(30)配合面的第二导向面(43)。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构,其特征在于:该锁紧件(40)之内侧面设有配合锁接槽(11)上槽壁的第三导向面(44)。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构,其特征在于:该固座(10)之外环面凸设有环形凸台(12),该锁接槽(11)位于环形凸台(12)之前,且墙座(20)末端面顶抵在环形凸台(12)的端面。
  11. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构, 其特征在于:该墙座(20)开设有一用于供升降杆(50)装入的贯穿的通孔(23)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构,其特征在于:还包括第一摩擦垫(60)和第二摩擦垫(70);该通孔(23)贯穿墙座(20)且接通装接槽(21),该通孔(23)和装接槽(21)相交;该第一摩擦垫(60)固接在固座(10)末端,该第二摩擦垫(70)固接在装接槽(21)的槽壁,通过第一摩擦垫(60)和第二摩擦垫(70)加紧固接插入通孔(23)的升降杆(50)。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的墙座装置快速装拆结构,其特征在于:该第一摩擦垫(60)和第二摩擦垫(70)分别凹设有面对的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,该第一凹槽和第二凹槽适配抱紧升降杆(50)。
