由于液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal
Display,LCD)制程上的瑕疵,经常会导致生产出来的液晶显示器的液晶面板(Panel)亮度不均匀,形成各种各样的Mura(Mura是指显示器亮度不均匀,造成各种痕迹的现象)。为了提升液晶面板亮度的均匀性,可以通过相机拍摄出3~5个灰阶画面(不同亮度的纯白画面)的Mura形态,通过对比面板中心位置的亮度,计算出四周区域与中心位置亮度的差异进而获得Mura补偿数据(灰阶数据)。其中,比中心位置亮的区域,降低灰阶数据,以降低亮度;比中心位置暗的区域,提高灰阶数据,以提高亮度。然后,由数据烧录器将Mura补偿数据烧录至液晶面板的存储器中。接着,当液晶显示器上电后,时钟控制器(TCON)会从存储器中读取Mura补偿数据,并与输入的原始灰阶数据进行运算后在液晶面板上显示经Mura修补之后亮度一致的画面。

换个角度来说,由于不同TCON厂商需求的Mura补偿数据格式不同,当有多家TCON供应厂商时,针对每家TCON供应厂商,都需要重新设计不同的数据烧录程序,才能将Mura补偿数据按TCON需求的正确格式烧录到存储器中,会增加数据烧录程序的版本数量以及生产线上切换程序时的易错性。

提供一种时钟控制器自适应的方法,该方法基于时钟控制器、转换模块和存储器,该存储器用于存储液晶面板对应的原始补偿数据,该方法包括:由转换模块从存储器获取原始补偿数据;由转换模块将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据;由时钟控制器从转换模块获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。
其中,当转换模块设置在时钟控制器中,转换模块存储有与当前时钟控制器的型号对应的转换程序时,由转换模块将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据的步骤具体为:由转换模块利用转换程序将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据;由时钟控制器从转换模块获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板的步骤具体为:由时钟控制器中的补偿模块从转换模块获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。
其中,当转换模块为微控制器时,由转换模块将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据的步骤具体为:由微控制器从时钟控制器获取时钟控制器对应的型号;由微控制器根据时钟控制器的型号和原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据。
其中,当微控制器存储有不同的型号的时钟控制器对应的转换程序时,由微控制器根据时钟控制器的型号和原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据的步骤包括:由微控制器根据时钟控制器的型号以及预设的时钟控制器的型号与转换程序的对应关系,确定与时钟控制器的型号相对应的转换程序;由微控制器利用转换程序将原始补偿数据转换为更新补偿数据。
其中,原始补偿数据和更新补偿数据具有相同的数据内容,不同的数据内容排列顺序和/或排列格式;其中,原始补偿数据和更新补偿数据包括不同灰阶数值、不同灰阶补偿值、灰阶上限值、灰阶下限值及补偿值校验值中的至少一项。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的再一个技术方案是:提供一种时钟控制器自适应的装置,该装置包括时钟控制器、转换模块和存储器;存储器用于存储液晶面板对应的原始补偿数据;转换模块用于从存储器获取原始补偿数据后,将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据;时钟控制器用于从转换模块获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。
其中,转换模块设置在时钟控制器中,转换模块存储有与当前时钟控制器的型号对应的转换程序时,时钟控制器进一步包括补偿模块;其中,转换模块利用转换程序将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据后,补偿模块从转换模块获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。
其中,当转换模块为微控制器时,转换模块将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据的操作具体为:微控制器从时钟控制器获取时钟控制器对应的型号;微控制器根据时钟控制器的型号和原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据。
其中,当微控制器存储有不同的型号的时钟控制器对应的转换程序时,微控制器根据时钟控制器的型号和原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据的操作具体为:微控制器根据时钟控制器的型号以及预设的时钟控制器的型号与转换程序的对应关系,确定与时钟控制器的型号相对应的转换程序;微控制器利用转换程序将原始补偿数据转换为更新补偿数据。
其中,原始补偿数据和更新补偿数据具有相同的数据内容,不同的数据内容排列顺序和/或排列格式;其中,原始补偿数据和更新补偿数据包括不同灰阶的数值、不同灰阶的补偿值、灰阶上限值、灰阶下限值及补偿值校验值中的至少一项。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的时钟控制器自适应的方法及装置由转换模块从存储器获取原始补偿数据;由转换模块将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据;由时钟控制器从转换模块获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。通过上述方式,本发明能够在不更改存储器中的原始补偿数据情况下,使同一原始补偿数据适应不同的时钟控制器。

【具体实施方式】
为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式做进一步详细描述。
图1是本发明第一实施例的时钟控制器自适应的装置的结构示意图。如图1所示,该装置包括:时钟控制器11、转换模块12和存储器13。
存储器13用于存储液晶面板对应的原始补偿数据。
转换模块12与存储器13连接,用于从存储器13获取原始补偿数据后,将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器11的更新补偿数据。
时钟控制器11与转换模块12连接,用于从转换模块12获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。
其中,原始补偿数据和更新补偿数据具有相同的数据内容,不同的数据内容排列顺序和/或排列格式。原始补偿数据和更新补偿数据包括不同灰阶数值、不同灰阶补偿值、灰阶上限值、灰阶下限值及补偿值校验值中的至少一项。
图2是本发明第二实施例的时钟控制器自适应的装置的结构示意图。如图2所示,该装置包括:时钟控制器21和存储器22,其中,时钟控制器21包括转换模块211和补偿模块212。
存储器22用于存储液晶面板对应的原始补偿数据。
时钟控制器21中的转换模块211与存储器22连接,用于从存储器22获取原始补偿数据后,将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器21的更新补偿数据。具体来说,转化模块12存储有与当前时钟控制器的型号对应的转换程序,转换程序用于将原始补偿数据转换为与当前时钟控制器对应的更新补偿数据。也就是说,转换模块12获取原始补偿数据后,利用转换程序将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据。本领域可以理解,当钟控制器的型号不同时,转换模块中存储的转换程序互不相同。
补偿模块212与转换模块211连接,用于从转换模块211获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。具体来说,补偿模块212从外界接收原始灰阶数据以及从转换模块211接收更新补偿数据后,根据原始灰阶数据和更新补偿数据获取修正灰阶数据,进而输出修正灰阶数据对应的画面至液晶面板,从而能够实现在液晶面板上显示Mura补偿后的画面也即亮度一致的画面。
图3是本发明第三实施例的时钟控制器自适应的装置的结构示意图。如图3所示,该装置包括:时钟控制器31、微控制器32和存储器33,其中,微控制器32中存储有不同的型号的时钟控制器对应的转换程序,转换程序用于将原始补偿数据转换为与时钟控制器的型号对应的更新补偿数据。
存储器33用于存储液晶面板对应的原始补偿数据。
微控制器32与存储器33连接,用于从存储器33获取原始补偿数据后,将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据。具体来说,微控制器32分别与时钟控制器31和存储器33连接,用于从时钟控制器31获取时钟控制器对应的型号以及从存储器33获取原始补偿数据,根据时钟控制器的型号和原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据。其中,微控制器32根据时钟控制器的型号和原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据的操作具体为:微控制器32根据时钟控制器的型号以及预设的时钟控制器的型号与转换程序的对应关系,确定与时钟控制器的型号相对应的转换程序;微控制器32利用转换程序321将原始补偿数据转换为适应当前时钟控制器的更新补偿数据。
时钟控制器31与微控制器32连接,用于从微控制器32获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。具体来说,时钟控制器31用于从外界接收原始灰阶数据和从微控制器32接收更新补偿数据后,根据原始灰阶数据和更补偿数据获取修正灰阶数据,进而输出修正灰阶数据对应的画面至液晶面板,从而能够实现在液晶面板上显示Mura补偿后的画面也即亮度一致的画面。
图4是本发明第一实施例的时钟控制器自适应的方法的流程图,该方法基于图1所示的装置。如图4所示,该方法包括步骤:
步骤S101:由转换模块从存储器获取原始补偿数据。
在步骤S101中,在本实施例中,原始补偿数据在存储器中沿着低地址向高地址的顺序依次存储,其包括不同灰阶的补偿值、灰阶上限值、不同灰阶的数值、灰阶下限值和补偿值校验值。
步骤S102:由转换模块将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据。
在步骤S102中,在本实施例中,更新补偿数据和原始补偿数据的具有相同的数据内容,不同的数据排列顺序。具体来说,更新补偿数据依次包括补偿值校验值、交错存储的不同灰阶的数值和不同灰阶的补偿值、灰阶上限值、灰阶下限值。举例来说,以不同灰阶为三个不同灰阶为例来说,交错存储的不同灰阶的数值和不同灰阶的补偿值具体为灰阶1数值、灰阶1补偿值、灰阶2数值、灰阶2补偿值、灰阶3数值和灰阶3补偿值。
步骤S103:由时钟控制器从转换模块获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。
在步骤S103中,由时钟控制器从外界接收原始灰阶数据以及从转换模块接收更新补偿数据后,根据原始灰阶数据和更新补偿数据获取修正灰阶数据,进而输出修正灰阶数据对应的画面至液晶面板,从而能够实现在液晶面板上显示Mura补偿后的画面也即亮度一致的画面。
图5是本发明第二实施例的时钟控制器自适应的方法的流程图,该方法基于图2所示的装置。如图5所示,该方法包括步骤:
步骤S201:由时钟控制器中的转换模块从存储器获取原始补偿数据。
在步骤S201中,转换模块设置在时钟控制器中,转换模块存储有与当前时钟控制器的型号对应的转换程序,其中,转换程序用于将存储器中同一原始补偿数据转换为当前时钟控制器对应的更新补偿数据。
步骤S202:由转换模块利用转换程序将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据。
步骤S203:由时钟控制器中的补偿模块从转换模块获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。
在步骤S203中,当转换模块将原始补偿数据转换为更新补偿数据后,将更新补偿数据传送到时钟控制器中的补偿模块以对原始灰阶数据进行补偿运算,以使显示面板上显示补偿后亮度一致的画面。
图6是本发明第三实施例的时钟控制器自适应的方法的流程图,该方法基于图3所示的装置。如图6所示,该方法包括步骤:
步骤S301:由微控制器从存储器获取原始补偿数据。
在步骤S301中,微控制器(MCU)为独立于存储器和时钟控制器存在的元件,其中,微控制器存储有不同的型号的时钟控制器对应的转换程序。
步骤S302:由微控制器从时钟控制器获取时钟控制器对应的型号。
步骤S303:由微控制器根据时钟控制器的型号以及预设的时钟控制器的型号与转换程序的对应关系,确定与时钟控制器的型号相对应的转换程序。
在步骤S303中,当微控制器获取到时钟控制器的型号后,选择与时钟控制器的型号对应的转换程序,以将原始补偿数据转换为与该型号的时钟控制器对应的更新补偿数据。
步骤S304:由微控制器利用转换程序将原始补偿数据转换为更新补偿数据。
步骤S305:由时钟控制器从微控制器获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的时钟控制器自适应的方法及装置由转换模块从存储器获取原始补偿数据;由转换模块将原始补偿数据转换为适应时钟控制器的更新补偿数据;由时钟控制器从转换模块获取更新补偿数据并输出经更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至液晶面板。通过上述方式,本发明能够在不更改存储器中的原始补偿数据情况下,使同一原始补偿数据适应不同的时钟控制器。

Claims (12)
- 一种时钟控制器自适应的方法,其中,所述方法基于时钟控制器、转换模块和存储器,所述存储器用于存储液晶面板对应的原始补偿数据,所述方法包括:由所述转换模块从所述存储器获取所述原始补偿数据;由所述转换模块将所述原始补偿数据转换为适应所述时钟控制器的更新补偿数据;由所述时钟控制器从所述转换模块获取所述更新补偿数据并输出经所述更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至所述液晶面板;当所述转换模块为微控制器时,由所述转换模块将所述原始补偿数据转换为适应所述时钟控制器的更新补偿数据的步骤具体为:由所述微控制器从所述时钟控制器获取所述时钟控制器对应的型号;由所述微控制器根据所述时钟控制器的所述型号和所述原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据;其中,所述原始补偿数据和所述更新补偿数据具有相同的数据内容,不同的数据内容排列顺序和/或排列格式;其中,所述原始补偿数据和所述更新补偿数据包括不同灰阶数值、不同灰阶补偿值、灰阶上限值、灰阶下限值及补偿值校验值中的至少一项。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当所述微控制器存储有不同的型号的时钟控制器对应的转换程序时,所述由所述微控制器根据所述时钟控制器的所述型号和所述原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据的步骤包括:由所述微控制器根据所述时钟控制器的所述型号以及预设的时钟控制器的型号与转换程序的对应关系,确定与所述时钟控制器的所述型号相对应的所述转换程序;由所述微控制器利用所述转换程序将所述原始补偿数据转换为所述更新补偿数据。
- 一种时钟控制器自适应的方法,其中,所述方法基于时钟控制器、转换模块和存储器,所述存储器用于存储液晶面板对应的原始补偿数据,所述方法包括:由所述转换模块从所述存储器获取所述原始补偿数据;由所述转换模块将所述原始补偿数据转换为适应所述时钟控制器的更新补偿数据;由所述时钟控制器从所述转换模块获取所述更新补偿数据并输出经所述更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至所述液晶面板。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,当所述转换模块设置在所述时钟控制器中,所述转换模块存储有与当前时钟控制器的型号对应的转换程序时,由所述转换模块将所述原始补偿数据转换为适应所述时钟控制器的更新补偿数据的步骤具体为:由所述转换模块利用所述转换程序将所述原始补偿数据转换为适应所述时钟控制器的更新补偿数据;由所述时钟控制器从所述转换模块获取所述更新补偿数据并输出经所述更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至所述液晶面板的步骤具体为:由所述时钟控制器中的补偿模块从所述转换模块获取所述更新补偿数据并输出经所述更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至所述液晶面板。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,当所述转换模块为微控制器时,由所述转换模块将所述原始补偿数据转换为适应所述时钟控制器的更新补偿数据的步骤具体为:由所述微控制器从所述时钟控制器获取所述时钟控制器对应的型号;由所述微控制器根据所述时钟控制器的所述型号和所述原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,当所述微控制器存储有不同的型号的时钟控制器对应的转换程序时,所述由所述微控制器根据所述时钟控制器的所述型号和所述原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据的步骤包括:由所述微控制器根据所述时钟控制器的所述型号以及预设的时钟控制器的型号与转换程序的对应关系,确定与所述时钟控制器的所述型号相对应的所述转换程序;由所述微控制器利用所述转换程序将所述原始补偿数据转换为所述更新补偿数据。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述原始补偿数据和所述更新补偿数据具有相同的数据内容,不同的数据内容排列顺序和/或排列格式;其中,所述原始补偿数据和所述更新补偿数据包括不同灰阶数值、不同灰阶补偿值、灰阶上限值、灰阶下限值及补偿值校验值中的至少一项。
- 一种时钟控制器自适应的装置,其中,所述装置包括时钟控制器、转换模块和存储器;所述存储器用于存储液晶面板对应的原始补偿数据;所述转换模块用于从所述存储器获取所述原始补偿数据后,将所述原始补偿数据转换为适应所述时钟控制器的更新补偿数据;所述时钟控制器用于从所述转换模块获取所述更新补偿数据并输出经所述更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至所述液晶面板。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述转换模块设置在所述时钟控制器中,所述转换模块存储有与当前时钟控制器的型号对应的转换程序时,所述时钟控制器进一步包括补偿模块;其中,所述转换模块利用所述转换程序将所述原始补偿数据转换为适应所述时钟控制器的更新补偿数据后,所述补偿模块从所述转换模块获取所述更新补偿数据并输出经所述更新补偿数据补偿后的画面至所述液晶面板。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,当转换模块为微控制器时,所述转换模块将所述原始补偿数据转换为适应所述时钟控制器的更新补偿数据的操作具体为:所述微控制器从所述时钟控制器获取所述时钟控制器对应的型号;所述微控制器根据所述时钟控制器的所述型号和所述原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据。
- 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,当所述微控制器存储有不同的型号的时钟控制器对应的转换程序时,所述微控制器根据所述时钟控制器的所述型号和所述原始补偿数据获取更新补偿数据的操作具体为:所述微控制器根据所述时钟控制器的所述型号以及预设的时钟控制器的型号与转换程序的对应关系,确定与所述时钟控制器的所述型号相对应的所述转换程序;所述微控制器利用所述转换程序将所述原始补偿数据转换为所述更新补偿数据。
