如图2至图15所示,本实施例中所述灯盘固定组件A由第一合叶片141和第二合叶片142组成,所述第一合页片141和所述第二合页片142通过插销18结合在一起,所述第一合页片141为矩形片状结构,所述第一合页片141上设置有用于将所述第一合页片141固定在所述折边上的铆钉孔13,所述第一合页片底部设置有2个插销套环A143,所述第二合页片142两侧设置有折边A1421和折边B1422,所述折边A1421和所述折边B1422与所述第二合页片底面垂直,所述折边A1421和第二合页底面衔接处设置有插销套环B144,所述插销套环B144安置于2个插销套环A143中间,并用所述插销18固定。
本实施例中,所述铆钉孔为5个。
本实施例中,所述插销18由插销盖181和插销主体182组成,所述插销盖181由插头1811和底座1812组成,所述插头1811上设置有螺纹,所述插销主体182由主体底座1821和主体柱1822组成,所述主体柱1822为中空结构,所述主体柱内壁设置有螺纹,所述插销盖181通过螺纹与所述插销主体182固定在一起。
本实施例中,所述灯盘固定组件B15上设置有铆钉孔13,用于和所述灯盘主体1的折边固定在一起,所述灯盘固定组件B15的两端设置有卡体151。
本实施例中,所述固定组件A14中的第一合叶片141和第二合页片142的长度与灯盘主体1尺寸相同,所述固定组件B15的长度大于灯盘主体的长度。
安装的时候先把原灯盘内的灯管取下,先把灯盘固定组件B固定在龙骨架上,再接输入端的电线;接好输入端的电线后把灯体往上推至比天花板高一些,然后手松开让另一端较短的安装挂板靠在龙骨架上即可。
实施例2:
如图16所示,本发明提供一种具有便捷固定结构的灯体,包括灯盘主体1、电源2、电源背板3、PCB灯板4和PCB灯罩5,所述电源2通过三角牙螺丝6固定于所述电源背板3上,所述电源背板3通过三角牙螺丝6固定于所述灯盘主体1上,所述PCB灯板4通过连接导线7和塑胶铆钉8固定在所述灯盘主体1底面上,所述导线7上卡扣有用于固定导线7的线扣9,所述灯盘主体1上设置有PCB灯罩安装槽11,所述PCB灯罩5通过所述PCB灯罩安装槽11安装于所述灯盘主体1上,用于保护PCB灯板4,所述PCB灯罩5为曲面,所述PCB灯罩5两侧边弯折成凹槽结构便于安装,所述灯盘主体1两侧设置有折边12,所述折边12上设置有铆钉孔13,所述折边12与所述灯盘主体1底面垂直,所述灯盘主体1两侧的折边上安装有灯盘固定组件A14,所述灯盘固定组件A14通过铆钉16和铆钉孔13安装在所述折边上,本实施中导线上还安置有护线套 17。
本实施例中所述灯盘固定组件A由第一合叶片141和第二合叶片142组成,所述第一合页片141和所述第二合页片142通过插销18结合在一起,所述第一合页片141为矩形片状结构,所述第一合页片141上设置有用于将所述第一合页片141固定在所述折边上的铆钉孔13,所述第一合页片底部设置有2个插销套环A143,所述第二合页片142两侧设置有折边A1421和折边B1422,所述折边A1421和所述折边B1422与所述第二合页片底面垂直,所述折边A1421和第二合页底面衔接处设置有插销套环B144,所述插销套环B144安置于2个插销套环A143中间,并用所述插销18固定。
本实施例中,所述铆钉孔为5个。
本实施例中,所述插销18由插销盖181和插销主体182组成,所述插销盖181由插头1811和底座1812组成,所述插头1811上设置有螺纹,所述插销主体182由主体底座1821和主体柱1822组成,所述主体柱1822为中空结构,所述主体柱内壁设置有螺纹,所述插销盖181通过螺纹与所述插销主体182固定在一起。
本实施例中,所述灯盘主体1两侧的固定组件A14中一侧的固定组件A中第一合叶片141和第二合页片142的长度与灯盘主体1尺寸相同,另一侧的固定组件A14中第二合页片142的长度大于灯盘主体的长度。
安装的时候先把原灯盘内的灯管取下,先把灯盘固定组件A中较长的一端的第二合页片固定在龙骨架上,再接输入端的电线;接好输入端的电线后把灯体另一端较短的安装挂板靠在龙骨架上即可。
本发明所提供的一种具有便捷固定结构的灯体具有便于安装和保养,结构设计精巧等特点,既节省了安装成本,又极大的提高了工作人员的工作效率,使用起来极为方便。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种具有便捷固定结构的灯体,包括灯盘主体、电源、电源背板、PCB灯板和PCB灯罩,所述电源通过三角牙螺丝固定于所述电源背板上,所述电源背板通过三角牙螺丝固定于所述灯盘主体上,所述PCB灯板通过连接导线和塑胶铆钉固定在所述灯盘主体底面上,所述导线上卡扣有用于固定导线的线扣,所述灯盘主体上设置有PCB灯罩安装槽,所述PCB灯罩通过所述PCB灯罩安装槽安装于所述灯盘主体上,用于保护PCB灯板,其特征在于:所述PCB灯罩为曲面,所述PCB灯罩两侧边弯折成凹槽结构便于安装,所述灯盘主体两侧设置有折边,所述折边上设置有铆钉孔,所述折边与所述灯盘主体底面垂直,所述灯盘主体两侧的折边上安装有灯盘固定组件A或灯盘固定组件B,或所述灯盘主体两侧的折边上分别安装有灯盘固定组件A和灯盘固定组件B,所述灯盘固定组件A或所述灯盘固定组件B通过铆钉和铆钉孔安装在所述折边上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述中的一种具有便捷固定结构的灯体,其特征在于:所述灯盘固定组件A由第一合叶片和第二合叶片组成,所述第一合页片和所述第二合页片通过插销结合在一起,所述第一合页片为矩形片状结构,所述第一合页片上设置有用于将所述第一合页片固定在所述折边上的铆钉孔,所述第一合页片底部设置有2个插销套环A,所述第二合页片两侧设置有折边A和折边B,所述折边A和所述折边B与所述第二合页片底面垂直,所述折边A和第二合页底面衔接处设置有插销套环B,所述插销套环B安置于2个插销套环A中间,并用所述插销固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述中的一种具有便捷固定结构的灯体,其特征在于:所述铆钉孔不少于2个。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述中的一种具有便捷固定结构的灯体,其特征在于:所述插销由插销盖和插销主体组成,所述插销盖由插头和底座组成,所述插头 上设置有螺纹,所述插销主体由主体底座和主体柱组成,所述主体柱为中空结构,所述主体柱内壁设置有螺纹,所述插销盖通过螺纹与所述插销主体固定在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述中的一种具有便捷固定结构的灯体,其特征在于:所述灯盘固定组件B上设置有铆钉孔,用于和所述灯盘主体的折边固定在一起,所述灯盘固定组件B的两端设置有卡体。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述中的一种具有便捷固定结构的灯体,其特征在于:所述固定组件A中的第一合叶片和第二合页片的长度与灯盘主体尺寸相同,所述固定组件B的长度大于灯盘主体的长度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述中的一种具有便捷固定结构的灯体,其特征在于:所述灯盘主体两侧的固定组件A中一侧的固定组件A中第一合叶片和第二合页片的长度与灯盘主体尺寸相同,另一侧的固定组件A中第二合页片的长度大于灯盘主体的长度。
