Description

一种模块式辅助端子盒 技术领域
本发明涉及电能表的技术领域,具体涉及一种模块式辅助端子盒。
背景技术
电能表是用来测量电能的仪表,又称电度表,火表,千瓦小时表,指测量各种电学量的仪表。
现有电能表基本都是将辅助端子集成在端钮盒上或者直接由PCB引出,如中国实用新型专利CN201600394U(专利号为CN201020108057.0)的《用于电能表端子排与主板连接的连接装置》,该连接装置包括端子排的胶木本体和若干辅助端子,还包括一个与主板连接的转接板,所述的辅助端子由嵌在所述胶木本体中用于通弱电的小铜条和一弹片组成,所述弹片的一端固定于胶木本体中,另一端与小铜条及转接板电连接,用于将小铜条的弱电送给转按板,虽然保证了端子排与转接板的可靠连接,但是这会导致在后期维修等必要的时候,该辅助端子无法单独更换,从而使得这种电能表返工困难,成本提高,通用性降低,互换性差且不方便拆卸维护,从而影响了电能表的可靠性。
因此,需要对现有的端子盒结构作进一步的改进。

本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种模块式辅助端子盒,包括底壳和安装在底壳内的PCB板,其特征在于:所述底壳上卡扣连接有辅助端子模块,所述辅助端子模块与所述PCB板电连接,所述辅助端子模块设置产生限位作用的限位结构,所述辅助端子模块通过限位结构定连接在所述底壳上。
优选地,所述限位结构设置于所述辅助端子模块的中部,所述限位结构为凹槽,所述底壳上在凹槽的相应位置上设置有定位块,所述凹槽与定位块的配合将所述辅助端子模块固定于所述底壳上。
优选地,所述辅助端子模块设置有端子安装座,所述端子安装座上设置有辅助端子,所述辅助端子模块上设置有和所述PCB板相连的接线端,所述辅助端子通过电线与所述接线端相连接。
进一步优选,所述端子安装座有两个,所述端子安装座分别位于所述凹槽的左右两侧。
为了方便放置电线,优选地,所述辅助端子模块内设置有用于安装电线的线槽。
为了防止水流到PCB板上而损害PCB板,优选地,所述辅助端子模块上部设置有防水槽。
优选地,所述底壳上设置有第一卡扣件和第二卡扣件,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件的底部设置有用于安装PCB板的凸块。
进一步优选,所述第一卡扣件有两个,且第一卡扣件分别设置于所述底壳内侧壁的左右两侧,所述第二卡扣件有两个,且所述第二卡扣件均设置与所述底壳内侧壁的前侧壁上。
为了方便PCB板的安装,优选地,所述底壳上设置有支撑定位柱,所述PCB板在支撑定位柱相应的位置上设置有定位孔,所述PCB板通过支撑定位柱与定位孔的配合定位安装于所述底壳上。
为了方便底壳与罩壳的安装,优选地,所述第一卡扣件和所述第二卡扣件的端部设置有卡钩,所述底壳利用所述卡钩和罩壳卡扣连接在一起。
为了增加第二卡扣件的强度,优选地,所述第二卡扣件的外侧壁上设置有加强筋,所述加强筋沿第二卡扣件的高度方向延伸。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于;该模块式辅助端子盒的底壳上卡扣连接有辅助端子模块,辅助端子单独分割成独立的模块,与底壳采用扣位固定,拆装极其方便,辅助端子模块与PCB板电连接,辅助端子模块设置产生限位作用的限位结构,辅助端子模块通过限位结构定连接在所述底壳上,使得辅助端子模块更加牢固的安装于底壳上,此外,该结构简单可靠,制造方便成本低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1-6所示,本发明实施例的模块式辅助端子盒,包括底壳1、安装在底壳1内的PCB板6和卡扣连接在底壳1上的辅助端子模块2;
其中,辅助端子模块2与PCB板6电连接。
为了方便安装辅助端子模块2,如图2至图5所示,辅助端子模块2设置有产生限位作用的限位结构,辅助端子模块2通过限位结构固定连接在底壳1上,限位结构有多种形式,如可以为限位块、限位柱等,本实施例中,限位结构设置于辅助端子模块2的中部,限位结构为凹槽23,底壳1上在凹槽23的相应位置上设置有定位块11,凹槽23与定位块11的配合将辅助端子模块2固定于底壳1上,本实施例中,在凹槽23内设置有第一凹槽231,定位块11在第一凹槽231的相应位置上设置有限位块111,第一凹槽231和限位块111的配合将辅助端子模块2进一步固定安装于底壳1上。
辅助端子模块2设置有端子安装座21,端子安装座21有两个,端子安装座21分别位于凹槽23的左右两侧,且位子辅助端子模块2的同侧且对称设置,端子安装座21上设置有辅助端子211,辅助端子模块2上设置有和PCB板6相连的接线端22,为了方便电线的安装,防止电线杂乱,辅助端子模块2内设置有用于安装电线251的线槽25,辅助端子211通过电线251与接线端22相连接;端子安装座21上设置有能安装额外辅助端子211的突出部212,突出部212设置于辅助端子211的外侧,依次本实施例中可用于四辅助或者二辅助。
为了防止水流到PCB板上而损害PCB板,本实施例中,辅助端子模块2上部设置有防水槽24,防水槽24的存在使得辅助端子模块2和PCB板相隔离,从而防止PCB板6受到损害。
如图5和图6所示,底壳1上设置有第一卡扣件3和第二卡扣件4,第一卡扣件3有两个,且第一卡扣件3分别设置于底壳1内侧壁的左右两侧,第二卡扣件4有两个,且第二卡扣件4均设置于底壳1内侧壁的前侧壁上,第一卡扣件3和第二卡扣件4的底部设置有用于安装PCB板6的凸块,凸块使得PCB板6和底壳1之间存在间隙,具体地,第一卡扣件3的底部设置有第一凸块31,第一凸块31的上部设置有将PCB板6固定安装于底壳1上的卡扣32,第二卡扣件4的底部设置有第二凸块41,第二凸块41的上部设置有凹槽42;为了方便PCB板6的定位安装,对PCB板6进行预定位,底壳1上设置有支撑定位柱12,PCB板6在支撑定位柱12相应的位置上设置有定位孔61,PCB板6通过支撑定位柱12与定位孔61的配合定位安装于底壳1上,为了增加支撑定位柱12的强度,支撑定位柱12的外侧壁上设置有加强筋121,加强筋121沿周向间隔设置于支撑定位柱12上,PCB板6安装于底壳1上时,PCB板6的下部与加强筋121的上部相抵。
为了增加第二卡扣件4的强度,第二卡扣件4的外侧壁上设置有加强筋43,加强筋43沿第二卡扣件4的高度方向延伸。
为了方便罩壳与底壳的安装,本实施例中,第一卡扣件3和第二卡扣件4的端部设置有卡钩5,底壳1利用卡钩5和罩壳卡扣连接在一起。
本实施例主要是将辅助端子作为独立的模块来生产与安装,与底壳采用扣位固定,且内部辅助端子可更换,并且可以作为PCB板的固定结构;主要特点是将辅助端子作为一个单独的模块,成为单个模组或者组合式模组,模组直接安装在底壳上,可以整体拆装进行更换。
原有技术上,更换辅助端子非常的复杂,需要将端钮盒完全拆卸,才能够更换辅助端子。而本发明能够增加零件的通用性,并且制造成本低,互换性强。
本发明的保护范围包括但不限于以上实施方式,本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准,任何对本技术做出的本领域的技术人员容易想到的替换、变形、改进均落入本发明的保护范围。
本发明结构简单可靠,制造方便成本低,辅助端子单独分割成独立的模块,与底壳采用扣位固定,拆装极其方便。

  1. 一种模块式辅助端子盒,包括底壳(1)和安装在底壳(1)内的PCB板(6),其特征在于:所述底壳(1)上卡扣连接有辅助端子模块(2),所述辅助端子模块(2)与所述PCB板(6)电连接,所述辅助端子模块(2)设置有产生限位作用的限位结构,所述辅助端子模块(2)通过限位结构固定连接在所述底壳(1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的模块式辅助端子盒,其特征在于:所述限位结构设置于所述辅助端子模块(2)的中部,所述限位结构为凹槽(23),所述底壳(1)上在凹槽(23)的相应位置上设置有定位块(11),所述凹槽(23)与定位块(11)的配合将所述辅助端子模块(2)固定于所述底壳(1)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的模块式辅助端子盒,其特征在于:所述辅助端子模块(2)设置有端子安装座(21),所述端子安装座(21)上设置有辅助端子(211),所述辅助端子模块(2)上设置有和所述PCB板(6)相连的接线端(22),所述辅助端子(211)通过电线(251)与所述接线端(22)相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的模块式辅助端子盒,其特征在于:所述端子安装座(21)有两个,所述端子安装座(21)分别位于所述凹槽(23)的左右两侧,且位于所述辅助端子模块(2)的同一侧且对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的模块式辅助端子盒,其特征在于:所述端子安装座(21)上设置有能安装额外辅助端子(211)的突出部(212),所述突出部(212)设置于所述辅助端子(211)的外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的模块式辅助端子盒,其特征在于:所述辅助端子模块(2)内设置有用于安装电线(251)的线槽(25)。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的模块式辅助端子盒,其特征在于:所述辅助端子模块(2)上部设置有防水槽(24)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的模块式辅助端子盒,其特征在于:所述底壳(1)上设置有第一卡扣件(3)和第二卡扣件(4),所述第一卡扣件(3)和所述第二卡扣件(4)的底部设置有用于安装PCB板(6)的凸块。

  11. 根据权利要求8所述的模块式辅助端子盒,其特征在于:所述第一卡扣件(3)和所述第二卡扣件(4)的端部设置有卡钩(5),所述底壳(1)利用所述卡钩(5)和罩壳卡扣连 接在一起。
