具体实施方式
图1显示了根据本发明的负离子直发梳的结构爆炸图,其中该负离子直发梳包括镜片1、面壳2、隔热硅胶3、负离子导向硅胶4、PCB控制板5、负离子发生器6、转尾板7、电源线8、尾盖9、拨动开关10、硅胶按键11、底壳装饰件12、底面防烫梳齿13、底壳14、铝梳齿15、顶面防烫梳齿16、PTC发热板17、五金压板18和隔热硅胶盖19。所述面壳2与底壳14连接成第一容纳腔,所述隔热硅胶3、负离子导向硅胶4、PCB控制板5、负离子发生器6、转尾板7、PTC发热板17、五金压板18和隔热硅胶盖19均位于第一容纳腔内;底壳14上设有铝梳齿15装配孔,铝梳齿15固定在底壳装配孔内,铝梳齿15背面装入顶面防烫梳齿16,铝梳齿15背面设有PTC发热板17,PTC发热板17由五金压板18固定,铝梳齿15的正面包括多个梳齿,底壳侧面设有硅胶按键11与拨动开关10,所述硅胶按键、拨动开关、PTC发热片及电源线均与PCB控制板5连接。镜片1是PC塑胶材质制成的透明镜片,目的是直发梳关机状态是看不到LCD屏,只有开机状态下才可以透过镜片看到LCD亮屏后的数字温度
所述铝梳齿15的单齿外形为扁椭圆型,例如单齿宽(长直径)6.5mm、厚度(短直径)是3.0mm,齿高调整到合理高度,例如是11.5mm,单齿之间优选纵向间距是6mm、横向间距是9mm,因此铝梳齿升温更快,头发与铝齿接触面更大,直发效率大大提高,为使用者节省更多时间。
本发明采用顶面防烫梳齿16替代现有的硅胶头隔热方式,顶面防烫梳齿是由耐高温材料注塑成型,顶面防烫梳齿是从铝梳齿背面穿孔导入装配,再由PTC局部表面压住,两端通过螺丝与所述铝梳齿固定,结构可靠性较传统的硅胶头的粘接固定方式更好。由于顶面防烫 梳齿是高出发热铝梳齿的,拉直发过程中有热度的铝梳齿不会接触到头皮,使用更安全。
本发明采用采用的五金压板18为半隧道式,即如图2所示,该五金压板具有隧道形凹腔,该隧道并未贯穿整个五金压板,因此称为半隧道式,用于测量PTC温度的感应器NTC可设置于该隧道形凹腔内;所述五金压板重量更轻,压板工作强度高,半隧道式五金压板能有效的对NTC定位,使NTC定位在PTC中心位置,使NTC能精确测温。该五金压板18的相对两侧边具有向下延伸的凸缘,该凸缘可用于卡住PTC发热板。五金压板18的四角具有螺纹孔,用于将其固定于铝梳齿上。同时铝梳齿顶面相对的两侧边上具有向上的凸耳,PTC发热板卡设于两个凸耳之间。顶面防烫梳齿的顶部具有一个或者多个长槽形开孔,铝梳齿顶面则具有对应于前述长槽形开孔的凸起,该凸起配合穿过长槽形开孔并抵靠在PTC发热板下表面,从而实现热传导。
所述底面防烫梳齿13整体在铝梳齿周围齿距分布平均,优选地齿距可以是8mm、单齿直径是2.5mm,其能够最大限度防止手指/耳朵在防烫梳齿周围触碰到发热铝齿,对使用者更安全、更放心。底面防烫梳齿根部加粗,提高单齿强度,不易折断。且底面防烫梳齿根部加粗位置被底壳装饰件遮挡,因此不外露,对外观没有影响。
所述底壳装饰件12是整个产品外观拆出的一个外观装饰件,所述装饰件是对整个产品增加了不一样外观效果,使整体外观更有层次感(整体外观作喷油工艺后,效果更突出)。在装入底壳装饰件,其可以遮盖住螺丝孔位,使得产品外观上看不到螺丝,使得产品外观更漂亮。
参见图3,底壳装饰件12卡设在底壳14上,底壳装饰件12整体上为中空的环形,铝 梳齿由中空部分穿过,环形壳体上设有穿孔,底壳上设置有对应的穿孔,底面防烫梳齿穿过底壳装饰件环形壳体上以底壳上相对应的两层穿孔。优选地,底面防烫梳齿由多段组成,这样利于制造以及安装。
隔热硅胶3装配在面壳与底壳手柄前端处,可防止铝梳齿部分的温度传导超过手柄处,以保证使用者手感的舒适度。
隔热硅胶盖19装配在铝梳齿的背部与面壳之间,防止容纳腔内的温度转导到面壳。隔热硅胶盖有可靠的隔热性能,易于安装,无毒、无味、无害。
尾盖9的装配方式是先将电源线8从尾盖孔内穿过,待整机组装螺丝固定后,再将尾盖装配至主体。所述结构可以将整机尾部螺丝孔盖住。使外观更漂亮。产品表面作喷油工艺处理后,整体外观面壳与尾盖呈现出一体感,层次感更强。
参见图4,负离子导向硅胶4安装于底壳的开口中,可以将负离子发生器6产生的负离子导入梳齿空间中。优选地,负离子导向硅胶4的导向流道相对于铝梳齿平面向下倾斜设置,倾斜角度优选为15-45度,负离子导向硅胶4与铝梳齿最近距离优选为3-10厘米。前述位置配合经实验证明可以优化负离子直发梳的头发养护功能。优选地,负离子导向硅胶4的导向流道前粗后细,有利于将负离子流喷向更远的距离。
电源线插入转尾板7,从而实现供电。
参见图5,顶面防烫梳齿导入铝梳齿后,顶面防烫梳齿的各个齿基本上处于铝梳齿的各个齿之间。优选地,顶面防烫梳齿的排数小于铝梳齿的排数;顶面防烫梳齿的各个齿呈圆柱状,除了长度方向上的最外缘,顶面防烫梳齿的各个齿基本上处于铝梳齿的四个齿之间,优 选处于这四个齿的平面中心位置,即距离该四个齿的值相同。圆柱形的顶面防烫梳齿单齿直径优选处于椭圆形铝梳齿单齿短直径的0.5至1之间。实验证明,以上顶面防烫梳齿与铝梳齿的配合关系使得本发明直发梳在使用过程中梳发更顺畅,不会拉伤头发,使用更为安全。
图5-9显示了根据本发明的负离子直发梳的一些电路图。如图5,电源从AC-L进来经过C1和R23的降压,然后D1进行整流,得到一个直流电源VCC,然后供应给系统使用;C5为安规电容,MOV为压敏电阻,主要负责保证电源的稳定性;R1和R22为泄放电阻,在掉电时快速把电容的余电放完,保证系统的安全;U3为负离子发生器,为整个产品提供负离子,D2为续流二极管,为交流电的负半波提供回路;ZD1为稳压管,可以保证电源的稳压,C4、C2为滤波电容,负责吸收电源的纹波。如图6,按键输入开关,每个开关串有不同的电阻,当开关按下时得到不同的电阻值送给MCU,MCU会根据不同的信号来作出处理。如图7,R10-R17为偏置电阻,主要为LCD提供一部分VCC电压,LCD主要是负责把要显示的内容显示出。如图8,R7和R21为分压电阻,负责反输入电源分压后送给MCU,方便MCU检测不同的电压来做出不同的处理;电流经过PTC后,通过R6降压给Q1放大后送给MCU检测;MCU的TR信号通过R18和R8限流后控制TR1可控硅的开关,可以控制PTC的温度,R24下拉电阻,提供电流的回路。如图9,LED为指示发光管,通过R9限流后由MCU控制,SW1为机械开关,当MCU检测到开关闭合后,会关闭前面的电子开关功能,防止误操作;RT为热敏电阻,当温度有变化时会改变阻值,经过R3分压C3滤波后送给MCU检测后,MCU负责整个系统控制,检测系统的输入信号,做出处理后再输出相应的控制信号,同时把内容送到LCD显示出来。
根据本发明的负离子直发梳的工作流程如下:1.长按开关机键开机;2.开机后按“+”“-”键调节到所需的温度,待温度显示达到所设定的温度后既可以开始使用;3.拨动开关打到锁定的位置时可以锁定按键,锁定状态其他按键无作用,锁定时显示屏显示“LOC”字符,拨动开关打到解锁位置既可以恢复按键功能。
在另一个优选实施例中,根据本发明的负离子直发梳还包括护发剂自动添加装置。如图11所示,在该实施例中还包括电机100,电机100的电机轴通过蜗杆101、单向轴承102、涡轮103驱动泵叶105,泵叶105设置于泵盖104中并借助于该泵盖104而被固定于直发梳的主体壳体上;同时主体壳体内还包括护发剂贮存室,经泵叶压缩的空气经由气管106进入护发剂贮存室,挤压护发剂从出口流出,该出口可将护发剂引导至梳齿上,从而实现在使用根据本发明的直发梳后自动添加护发剂进一步梳发养发的功能。在该实施例中,可在主体壳体上设置控制键以控制洗面奶的自动添加。
在另一个优选实施例中,气管由具有一定膨胀弹性的材料制成,例如橡胶;更优选地,气管在其中部具有螺旋段。由于气管的管壁可膨胀,在泵叶将空气压缩进入护发剂室时,气管可以膨胀从而起到一定的缓冲作用,防止护发剂室中贮存较多护发剂的时候,护发剂在气体压力作用下喷射速度过快或者喷射过量。在气管中部设置螺旋段能够加强前述缓冲作用,一方面增长了气体流通的路径,另一方面螺旋段增加了膨胀性能。优选地,气管的内直径处于1-10毫米范围内,当气管在其中部具有螺旋段时,螺旋段的外圆周直径相比气管的内直径优选处于4-8倍范围内,螺旋段优选螺旋2-6圈(匝)。
虽然本发明已按照优选实施例详细描述如上,但并非用以限定本发明,本领域技术人员 在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,可进行适当的修改和变形,本发明的保护范围当视权利要求所界定的为准。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种负离子直发梳,包括面壳、隔热硅胶、负离子导向硅胶、负离子发生器、底壳装饰件、底面防烫梳齿、底壳、铝梳齿、顶面防烫梳齿、PTC发热板、五金压板和隔热硅胶盖,其特征在于底壳上设有铝梳齿装配孔,铝梳齿固定在底壳装配孔内,铝梳齿背面装入顶面防烫梳齿,铝梳齿背面设有PTC发热板,PTC发热板由五金压板固定,铝梳齿的正面包括多个梳齿。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的负离子直发梳,其特征在于五金压板具有隧道形凹腔,该隧道并未贯穿整个五金压板。
  3. 根据前述任一项权利要求所述的负离子直发梳,其特征在于五金压板的相对两侧边具有向下延伸的凸缘,该凸缘用于卡住PTC发热板;五金压板的四角具有螺纹孔,用于将其固定于铝梳齿上;铝梳齿顶面相对的两侧边上具有向上的凸耳,PTC发热板卡设于两个凸耳之间;顶面防烫梳齿的顶部具有一个或者多个长槽形开孔,铝梳齿顶面则具有对应于前述长槽形开孔的凸起,该凸起配合穿过长槽形开孔并抵靠在PTC发热板下表面。
  4. 根据前述任一项权利要求所述的负离子直发梳,其特征在于底面防烫梳齿由多段组成。
  5. 根据前述任一项权利要求所述的负离子直发梳,其特征在于负离子导向硅胶安装于底壳的开口中,将负离子发生器产生的负离子导入梳齿空间中,负离子导向硅胶的导向流道相对于铝梳齿平面向下倾斜设置。
  6. 根据前述任一项权利要求所述的负离子直发梳,其特征在于顶面防烫梳齿的排数小于铝梳齿的排数;顶面防烫梳齿的各个齿呈圆柱状,除了长度方向上的最外缘,顶面防烫梳齿的各个齿基本上处于铝梳齿的四个齿之间;圆柱形的顶面防烫梳齿单齿直径处于椭圆形铝梳齿单齿短直径的0.5至1之间。
