Description

一种快速安装螺母 技术领域
本发明涉及螺母结构技术领域,尤其是指一种快速安装螺母。
背景技术
现有技术中,通常借助螺杆与螺母的配合进行固定,如在进水阀技术领域中,进水阀安装在进水箱中,在固定进水阀时,通常在进水阀的进水管上设置外螺纹,然后将螺母螺接在进水阀的进水管上,从而将进水阀固定。
所述安装螺母的缺陷在于:由于进水阀安装在进水箱中,而进水阀的空间较小,使得在螺接螺母时较为不方便,而无法将螺母进行快速安装;在螺接螺母时,螺母沿进水阀的进水管的外螺纹慢慢旋入,同样,在拆卸螺母,螺母反方向沿进水阀的进水管的外螺纹慢慢旋出,螺母旋入旋出的行程较长,无法快速安装和拆卸。同时,其它领域的螺杆与螺母配合也如此,使得无法快速安装和拆卸螺母。
有鉴于此,本发明研发一种克服所述缺陷的快速安装螺母,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种快速安装螺母,以实现螺母快速安装和拆卸,且安装较为牢固,结构简单而节省成本。
为达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案为:
一种快速安装螺母,包括滑座和至少两螺牙滑块;该至少两螺牙滑块分别设置内螺纹并相对于滑座滑动设置,滑座上设置插孔并对应该至少两螺牙滑块设置至少两弹片,该弹片上部凸起设置,弹片下部与螺牙滑块抵靠,该至少两弹片上部凸起受到挤压状态下,弹片下部推顶螺牙滑块靠滑座中心滑动,驱使至少两螺牙滑块相对靠拢。
进一步,还包括锁紧盖,锁紧盖可转动安装在滑座上,锁紧盖的内侧壁上设置挤压块,弹片上部的外侧壁上径向形成凸缘,弹片下部的外侧壁径向形成凸台,凸台与凸缘之间形成让位槽;在弹片未受力情况下,锁紧盖的挤压块与弹片的凸台干涉而无法转动锁紧盖,在锁紧推动弹片受力向下移动时,使锁紧盖的挤压块通过让位槽能够旋转。

该至少两螺牙滑块2分别设置内螺纹21,该至少两螺牙滑块2相对于滑座2滑动设置,本实施例中,螺牙滑块2通过滑块与滑槽的配合滑动设置在滑座1上。如图3及图4所示,螺牙滑块2上设置滑槽22,滑座1上对应设置滑块11,滑座1的滑块11在螺牙滑块2的滑槽22中滑行。

如图9至图11a所示,本发明在与带外螺纹41的螺杆4配合安装时,螺杆4插入滑座1的插孔12中,滑座1直接套接在螺杆4上,滑座1在螺杆4上快速滑动,如图9及图9a所示,此时,滑座1的弹片13未受挤压,螺牙滑块2远离螺杆4,螺牙滑块2的内螺纹21与螺杆4的外螺纹41未啮合,滑座1可以在螺杆4上快速滑动,直至弹片13的上部凸起顶到障碍物。

1、一种快速安装螺母,其特征在于:包括滑座和至少两螺牙滑块;该至少两螺牙滑块分别设置内螺纹并相对于滑座滑动设置,滑座上设置插孔并对应该至少两螺牙滑块设置至少两弹片,该弹片上部凸起设置,弹片下部与螺牙滑块抵靠,该至少两弹片上部凸起受到挤压状态下,弹片下部推顶螺牙滑块靠滑座中心滑动,驱使至少两螺牙滑块相对靠拢。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种快速安装螺母,其特征在于:还包括锁紧盖,锁紧盖可转动安装在滑座上,锁紧盖的内侧壁上设置挤压块,弹片上部的外侧壁上径向形成凸缘,弹片下部的外侧壁径向形成凸台,凸台与凸缘之间形成让位槽;在弹片未受力情况下,锁紧盖的挤压块与弹片的凸台干涉而无法转动锁紧盖,在锁紧推动弹片受力向下移动时,使锁紧盖的挤压块通过让位槽能够旋转。
3、如权利要求2所述的一种快速安装螺母,其特征在于:锁紧盖内侧壁上设置卡块,滑座上对应设置卡槽,锁紧盖的卡块限位并滑动设置在滑座的卡槽中。
4、如权利要求2所述的一种快速安装螺母,其特征在于:锁紧盖内侧壁上设置多个推顶块,转动锁紧盖驱使推顶块与螺牙滑块向中心逼紧靠拢防止锁紧螺牙滑块分离。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种快速安装螺母,其特征在于:弹片下部设置为楔形块,螺牙滑块上对应设置斜面,楔形块的斜面与螺牙滑块的斜面接触配合。
6、如权利要求5所述的一种快速安装螺母,其特征在于:弹片相对于滑座轴向设置,弹片上部凸起受到挤压状态下,弹片下部的楔形块轴向位移并挤压螺牙滑块径向位移。
7、如权利要求1所述的一种快速安装螺母,其特征在于:滑座上剖设容置槽,弹片置于该容置槽中,弹片的连接部与滑座一体成型。
8、如权利要求1所述的一种快速安装螺母,其特征在于:螺牙滑块设置为两块,该两块螺牙滑块相对设置,滑座上对应设置两弹片,该两弹片上部凸起受到挤压状态下,弹片下部推顶螺牙滑块靠滑座中心滑动,驱使两螺牙滑块相对靠拢。
9、如权利要求1所述的一种快速安装螺母,其特征在于:螺牙滑块通过滑块与滑槽的配合滑动设置在滑座上。
10、如权利要求9所述的一种快速安装螺母,其特征在于:螺牙滑块上设置滑槽,滑座上对应设置滑块,滑座的滑块在螺牙滑块的滑槽中滑行。
