Description

一种取卡闸机智能弹出装置 技术领域
本发明涉及智能硬件技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种取卡闸机智能弹出装置。
背景技术
现有的停车场闸口一般设置有取卡闸机,司机需将车靠近取卡闸机,并摇下车窗,按钮取卡。但由于有些停车场入口地形各异,司机停靠水平也各不相同,因此很多司机经常无法最大限度的靠近取卡闸机口,需要开车窗甚至开车门下车取卡,给使用带来很大的不便。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种取卡闸机智能弹出装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种取卡闸机智能弹出装置,包括设置有停车识别卡片的箱体,用于将卡片弹出的出卡组件,其中,还包括:自动识别组件;所述自动识别组件包括用于感应待停车辆驾驶位位置的距离感应器,用于根据所述距离感应器所感应到的距离自动将弹出的卡片传送至靠近所述车辆驾驶位的传送机构。
本发明所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其中,所述传送机构为机械手臂。
本发明所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其中,所述距离感应器为红外线感 应器。
本发明所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其中,所述距离感应器为接近传感器。
本发明所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其中,所述自动识别组件还包括:控制器,用于在感应到待停车辆时,自动产生取卡指令,并控制所述出卡组件将停车识别卡片弹出。
本发明所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其中,所述控制器还用于,在所述卡片被取走之后,控制所述传送机构快速自动回位。
本发明所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其中,所述距离感应器为雷达。
本发明所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其中,所述传送机构为弹簧机构。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过采用距离感应器感应待停车辆驾驶位位置的距离感应器,并通过传送机构根据距离感应器所感应到的距离自动将弹出的卡片传送至靠近所述车辆驾驶位,方便驾驶员取卡,提升了用户体验。

本发明较佳实施例的取卡闸机智能弹出装置原理如图1所示,包括设置有停车识别卡片11的箱体10,用于将卡片11弹出的出卡组件,其中,还包括:自动识别组件12;自动识别组件12包括用于感应待停车辆驾驶位位置的距离感应器,用于根据距离感应器所感应到的距离自动将弹出的卡片传送至靠近车辆驾驶位的传送机构13。本发明通过采用距离感应器感应待停车辆驾驶位位置的距离感应器,并通过传送机构根据距离感应器所感应到的距离自动将弹出的卡片传送至靠近车辆驾驶位,方便驾驶员取卡,提升了用户体验。
上述取卡闸机智能弹出装置中,传送机构为机械手臂。机械手臂可以是多关节机械手臂,直角坐标系机械手臂,球坐标系机械手臂,极坐标机械手臂,柱坐标机械手臂等,可以实现伸缩、旋转和升降运动。
或者,上述传送机构为弹簧机构。通过弹簧机构的弹出和回收实现传送的目的。
上述取卡闸机智能弹出装置中,距离感应器为红外线感应器,可通过红外感应器感应驾驶员的位置来实现自动识别。
上述取卡闸机智能弹出装置中,距离感应器为接近传感器,可通过接近传感器感应车辆外侧离放置卡片箱体的距离。
或者,上述距离感应器为雷达,通过微型雷达自动感应驾驶员位置与取卡装置之间的距离。
优选地,上述取卡闸机智能弹出装置中的自动识别组件还包括:控制器,用于在感应到待停车辆时,自动产生取卡指令,并控制出卡组件将停车识别卡片弹出。这样可以省去驾驶员自己按按钮取卡的步骤。控制器可由硬件电路或软件实现。
上述取卡闸机智能弹出装置中,控制器还用于,在卡片被取走之后,控制传送机构快速自动回位,以免影响车辆正常行驶。
在进一步的实施例中,提供了一种取卡闸机智能弹出方法,流程图如图2所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S10、获取取卡指令,弹出停车识别卡片;
步骤S20、获取待停车车辆驾驶位距离卡片的距离信息;
步骤S30、根据所述距离信息通过传送机构将停车识别卡片送至驾驶位;
步骤S40、在感应到停车识别卡片被取出的出卡信息时,控制传送机构收回。
进一步地,上述方法中,获取待停车车辆驾驶位距离卡片的距离信息的方式具体为,通过红外感应器感应驾驶员的位置来实现自动识别,或者通过接近传感器感应车辆外侧离放置卡片箱体的距离,或者通过微型雷达自动感应驾驶员位置与取卡装置之间的距离。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种取卡闸机智能弹出装置,包括设置有停车识别卡片的箱体,用于将卡片弹出的出卡组件,其特征在于,还包括:自动识别组件;所述自动识别组件包括用于感应待停车辆驾驶位位置的距离感应器,用于根据所述距离感应器所感应到的距离自动将弹出的卡片传送至靠近所述车辆驾驶位的传送机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其特征在于,所述传送机构为机械手臂。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其特征在于,所述距离感应器为红外线感应器。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其特征在于,所述距离感应器为接近传感器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其特征在于,所述自动识别组件还包括:控制器,用于在感应到待停车辆时,自动产生取卡指令,并控制所述出卡组件将停车识别卡片弹出。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其特征在于,所述控制器还用于,在所述卡片被取走之后,控制所述传送机构快速自动回位。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其特征在于,所述距离感应器为雷达。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的取卡闸机智能弹出装置,其特征在于,所述传送机构为弹簧机构。
