Description
本发明属于通信领域,尤其是涉及一种推送地址信息时的技术权属展示方法及系统。
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2
、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《一种基于非常用目的地址进行信息推送的方法及系统》),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
本发明实施例提供了一种推送地址信息时的技术权属展示方法及系统
,能够根据非常用目的地址的推送与该非常用目的地址相关的信息,提高用户对该推送的信息需要的概率,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
第一方面,提供一种推送地址信息时的技术权属展示方法,包括:
车载设备向服务器发送导航请求消息,所述导航请求消息中携带所述车载设备当前行程的目的地址;
服务器接收车载设备发送的导航请求消息;
所述服务器基于导航服务,统计所述车载设备的预设时期内的所有行程,获取所述车载设备的常用目的地址,其中,所述常用目的地址为作为一个行程的目的地址的次数大于预设阈值的地址;

若车载设备的当前行程的目的地址包含 C 街道,则服务器获取与 C 街道对应的推送信息。
服务器通过判断车载设备的当前行程的目的地址是不是属于车载设备的常用目的地址,确定是否通过目的地址进行信息推送。当车载设备的目的地址不属于车载设备的常用目的地址时,说明车载设备的用户去往不经常去的地方或者以前未到过的地方,这样根据当前行程的目的地址进行信息推送,能够提高用户体验;当车载设备的当前行程的目的地址属于车载设备的常用目的地址时,说明车载设备的用户去往经常去的地方,例如上班场所,回家等,这样服务器不根据目的地址进行信息推送,可以避免单纯根据目的地址推送容易造成的重复推送。
