Abstract
A holding structure (1) used for holding a sample detection hole plate, the sample detection hole plate being used for accommodating a sample to be detected and being provided with an electrode, the holding structure (1) comprising a holder (10) and a pressure conversion plate (20), the holder (10) comprising a holder main body (100) provided with an accommodating portion (110) for receiving the sample detection hole plate and a probe module (200) arranged at the bottom of the accommodating portion (110), the sample detection hole plate being located between the pressure conversion plate (20) and the probe module (200) upon being received within the accommodating portion (110).
