平卧位、半坐卧位、端坐位与侧翻身位,都是患者重要的生理位姿。
目前市场上单独提供平卧位、半坐卧位、坐位的病床(俗称三折病床)趋于成熟,它们共同的缺点在于不能进行翻身动作,无从解决坠积性肺炎、压疮等卧床并发症问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种全体位医疗护理平台,以解决现有技术中存在的不能翻身动作的技术问题。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供了一种护理方法,通过使用该全体位医疗护理平台,可以有效的实现翻身动作。
本发明的实施例是这样实现的:
本发明的实施例提供了一种全体位医疗护理平台,其包括床屉、底盘、铰接翻转机构和驱动装置;
所述床屉包括第一床屉、第二床屉和第三床屉,且所述第一床屉、所述第二床屉和所述第三床屉依次并排铰接;
所述铰接翻转机构分别与所述底盘、所述第一床屉、所述第二床屉、所述第三床屉和所述驱动装置连接,且所述驱动装置分别与所述底盘和所述床屉连接,以驱动所述铰接翻转机构和所述床屉进行翻转支撑。
可选的,所述第一床屉包括第一背板、第一大腿板和第一小腿板;
所述第二床屉包括第二背板、第二大腿板和第二小腿板;
所述第三床屉包括第三背板、第三大腿板和第三小腿板;
其中,所述第一背板、所述第一大腿板和所述第一小腿板依次横向铰接;
所述第二背板、所述第二大腿板和所述第二小腿板依次横向铰接;
所述第三背板、所述第三大腿板和所述第三小腿板依次横向铰接;且所述第二背板分别与所述第一背板和所述第三背板相纵向铰接,所述第二小腿板分别与所述第一小腿板和所述第三小腿板相纵向铰接。
可选的,所述铰接翻转机构包括转架、座架、支撑机构和联动装置;
所述转架的一端与所述第二小腿板固定连接,所述转架的另一端能够支撑在所述第二背板上,且所述转架分别与所述座架和所述支撑机构相铰接;
所述支撑机构分别与所述第一背板和所述第三背板相铰接;
所述联动装置分别与所述第一小腿板、所述第三小腿板、所述支撑机构和所述座架相连接;
所述座架与所述底盘相铰接。
可选的,所述支撑机构包括支架、第一支杆和第二支杆,所述支架的一端与所述第二背板相铰接,所述支架的另一端与所述转架相铰接;
所述第一支杆的一端与所述第一背板相铰接,所述第一支杆的另一端与所述联动装置相铰接;
所述第二支杆的一端与所述第三背板相铰接,所述第二支杆的另一端与所述联动装置相铰接。
可选的,所述联动装置包括第一联动机构和第二联动机构;
所述第一联动机构包括一个第一同步杆和两个第一旋转臂;
所述第二联动机构包括一个第二同步杆和两个第二旋转臂;
其中,所述第一同步杆的两端分别与两个所述第一旋转臂的一端相铰接, 两个所述第一旋转臂的另一端分别与所述座架相铰接,且所述第一同步杆与所述第一小腿板固定连接,并与所述第一支杆相铰接;

可选的,所述全体位医疗护理平台还包括控制装置,所述控制装置与所述驱动装置相连接,并能够控制所述驱动装置驱动所述铰接翻转机构和所述床屉进行翻转支撑。
可选的,所述控制装置包括控制器和位置传感器;
所述控制器分别与所述驱动装置和所述位置传感器相连接;
所述位置传感器设置在所述床屉上,当所述位置传感器检测到所述床屉折叠至预设位置时,所述位置传感器向所述控制器发送信号,所述控制器根据接收的所述信号控制所述驱动装置启停。
可选的,所述位置传感器为限位开关。
可选的,所述全体位医疗护理平台还包括护栏,所述护栏分别设置在所述床屉的四周,并能够相对所述床屉折叠。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种护理方法,其包括:
使所述第一床屉、所述第二床屉和所述第三床屉水平放置;
所述驱动装置驱动所述铰接翻转机构转动;
所述第二床屉相对于所述底盘转动,所述第二床屉逐渐相对于所述第一床屉倾斜;
所述第一床屉和所述第三床屉之间形成高度差。
与现有的技术相比,本发明实施例的有益效果是:
本发明实施例提供的全体位医疗护理平台,床屉包括第一床屉、第二床屉和第三床屉,第一床屉、第二床屉和第三床屉依次并排铰接,铰接翻转机构分别与底盘、第一床屉、第二床屉、第三床屉和驱动装置连接,且驱动装置分别与底盘和床屉连接,以驱动铰接翻转机构用于对床屉的翻转支撑,以使第一床 屉和第三床屉能够做翻身折叠动作,解决坠积性肺炎、压疮等卧床并发症问题,同时,结构简单,铰接翻转机构的使用,大幅度的减少了现有技术中运动部件的数量,消除球面支撑结构和消除滑动连接结构,提高了产品的结构稳定性,另外,降低了生产工艺的复杂性,更好地满足了使用与生产要求。

如图1-9所示,本实施例提供的全体位医疗护理平台,包括床屉1、底盘4、铰接翻转机构和驱动装置7。
床屉1包括第一床屉11、第二床屉12和第三床屉13,且第一床屉11、第二床屉12和第三床屉13依次并排铰接。
铰接翻转机构分别与底盘4、第一床屉11、第二床屉12、第三床屉13和 驱动装置7连接,且驱动装置7分别与底盘4和床屉1连接,以驱动铰接翻转机构和床屉1进行翻转支撑。
本发明实施例提供的全体位医疗护理平台,床屉1包括第一床屉11、第二床屉12和第三床屉13,第一床屉11、第二床屉12和第三床屉13依次并排铰接,铰接翻转机构分别与底盘4、第一床屉11、第二床屉12、第三床屉13和驱动装置7连接,且驱动装置7分别与底盘4和床屉1连接,以驱动铰接翻转机构用于对床屉1的翻转支撑,以使第一床屉11和第三床屉13能够做翻身折叠动作,解决坠积性肺炎、压疮等卧床并发症问题,同时,结构简单,铰接翻转机构的使用,大幅度的减少了现有技术中运动部件的数量,消除球面支撑结构和消除滑动连接结构,提高了产品的结构稳定性,另外,降低了生产工艺的复杂性,更好地满足了使用与生产要求。
如图1-3所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,可选的,第一床屉11包括第一背板111、第一大腿板112和第一小腿板113;第二床屉12包括第二背板121、第二大腿板122和第二小腿板123;第三床屉13包括第三背板131、第三大腿板132和第三小腿板133。
其中,第一背板111、第一大腿板112和第一小腿板113依次横向铰接。第二背板121、第二大腿板122和第二小腿板123依次横向铰接。
第三背板131、第三大腿板132和第三小腿板133依次横向铰接;且第二背板121分别与第一背板111和第三背板131相纵向铰接,第二小腿板123分别与第一小腿板113和第三小腿板133相纵向铰接。
在该实施例中,第一背板111、第一大腿板112和第一小腿板113依次横向铰接;第二背板121、第二大腿板122和第二小腿板123依次横向铰接;第三背板131、第三大腿板132和第三小腿板133依次横向铰接;且第二背板121分别与第一背板111和第三背板131相纵向铰接,第二小腿板123分别与第一小腿板113和第三小腿板133相纵向铰接,使各个床板形成九宫格结构,容易使床屉1能够实现平卧位、半坐卧位、端坐位与侧翻身位,提高了产品的使用多功能性。同时,当床屉1的各床板处于同一平面上时,第一背板111与第二背板121,第一小腿板113与第二小腿板123铰接于b轴线。
第二背板121与第二大腿板122,第一背板111与第一大腿板112,第三背板131与第三大腿板132均铰接于c轴线。
第一小腿板113与第一大腿板112,第二小腿板123与第二大腿板122,第三小腿板133与第三大腿板132均铰接于d轴线。
如图1、图4至图6所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,可选的,铰接翻转机构包括转架2、座架3、支撑机构5和联动装置6。
转架2的一端与第二小腿板123固定连接,转架2的另一端能够支撑在第二背板121上,且转架2分别与座架3和支撑机构5相铰接。
支撑机构5分别与第一背板111和第三背板131相铰接。
联动装置6分别与第一小腿板113、第三小腿板133、支撑机构5和座架3相连接。
座架3与底盘4相铰接。
在该实施例中,这样的设计利于床屉11半卧位的折叠,或端坐位的折叠,提高产品的使用灵活性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,可选的,支撑机构5包括支架、第一支杆和第二支杆,支架的一端与第二背板121相铰接,另一端与转架2相铰接。
第一支杆的一端与第一背板111相铰接,另一端与联动装置6相铰接。
第二支杆的一端与第三背板131相铰接,另一端与联动装置6相铰接。
当床屉1的各个床板处于同一平面上时,支架与第二背板121,第一支杆与第一背板111,第二支杆与第三背板131均铰接于e轴线上。
在该实施例中,这样的设计,支架、第一支杆和第二支杆的设置,使产品的结构在折叠过程中稳定性更高,提高了产品的可靠性,同时,避免了现有技术中球面支撑结构和滑动连接结构的繁琐和不稳定性,提高了产品的稳定性。
如图2所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,可选的,联动装置6包括第一联动机构61和第二联动机构62。
第一联动机构61包括一个第一同步杆611和两个第一旋转臂612。
第二联动机构62包括一个第二同步杆621和两个第二旋转臂622。
其中,第一同步杆611的两端分别与两个第一旋转臂612的一端相铰接,两个第一旋转臂612的另一端分别与座架3相铰接,且第一同步杆611与第一 小腿板113固定连接,并与第一支杆相铰接。
第二同步杆621的两端分别与两个第二旋转臂622的一端相铰接,两个第二旋转臂622的另一端分别与座架3相铰接,且第二同步杆621与第三小腿板133固定连接,并与第二支杆相铰接。
转架2与支架,第一支杆与第一同步杆611,第二支杆与第二同步杆621均铰接于f轴线。
在该实施例中,第一联动机构61和第二联动机构62的设置,同步杆和旋转臂的相铰接,避免了现有技术中球面支撑结构和滑动连接结构的繁琐和不稳定性,提高了产品的稳定性。
如图2所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,可选的,第一旋转臂612和第二旋转臂622的长度分别等于转架2与座架3相铰接的同轴线到第一背板111与第二背板121相纵向铰接的同轴线之间的直线距离。也就是说,第一旋转臂612和第二旋转臂622的长度等于a轴线到b轴线之间的直线距离L。
如图1、图4至图7所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,可选的,驱动装置7包括起坐驱动器71、侧转驱动器72和俯仰驱动器73。
起坐驱动器71的一端与第二大腿板122相横向铰接,另一端与转架2相横向铰接。
侧转驱动器72的一端与第二小腿板123相纵向铰接,另一端与座架3相纵向铰接。
俯仰驱动器73的一端与座架3相横向铰接,另一端与底盘4相横向铰接。
在该实施例中,驱动装置7包括起坐驱动器71、侧转驱动器72和俯仰驱动器73,且起坐驱动器71、侧转驱动器72和俯仰驱动器73的两端均用电动推杆与相对应部件相铰接,实现对起坐、侧翻身和俯仰位的单独驱动,方便了产品的使用,保证了产品的可靠性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,可选的,全体位医疗护理平台还包括:
控制装置,控制装置与驱动装置7相连接,并能够控制驱动装置7驱动铰接翻转机构用于对床屉1的翻转支撑。
可选的,控制装置包括控制器和位置传感器;控制器分别与驱动装置7和位置传感器相连接;位置传感器设置在床屉1上,当位置传感器检测到床屉1折叠至预设位置时,位置传感器向控制器发送信号,控制器根据接收的信号控制驱动装置7启停。
优选的,位置传感器为限位开关。
在该实施例中,控制装置的设置,方便了对产品的控制,实现了产品的只智能化,同时,位置传感器保证了床屉1折叠翻转的准确性,保证了产品的运行时的安全可靠性。
在本发明的一个实施例中,可选的,全体位医疗护理平台还包括护栏,护栏分别设置在床屉1的四周,并能够相对床屉1折叠。
在该实施例中,护栏的设置,避免了位于全体位医疗护理平台上的病人从 床上摔落的危险,提高了产品的可靠性。

本发明的实施例还提供了一种护理方法,其使用上述提到的全体位医疗护理平台,该方法包括:
使第一床屉11、第二床屉12和第三床屉13水平放置;
驱动装置7驱动铰接翻转机构转动;
第二床屉12相对于底盘4转动,第二床屉12逐渐相对于第一床屉11倾斜;
第一床屉11和第三床屉13之间形成高度差。
在铰接翻转机构转动的同时,其带动第二床屉12进行翻转,在整个翻转过程中,第一床屉11和第三床屉13基本保持水平,第二床屉12逐渐倾斜,辅助病人进行缓慢的翻身。整体使用效果较佳。

  1. 一种全体位医疗护理平台,其特征在于,包括:床屉、底盘、铰接翻转机构和驱动装置;
    所述床屉包括第一床屉、第二床屉和第三床屉,且所述第一床屉、所述第二床屉和所述第三床屉依次并排铰接;
    所述铰接翻转机构分别与所述底盘、所述第一床屉、所述第二床屉、所述第三床屉和所述驱动装置连接,且所述驱动装置分别与所述底盘和所述床屉连接,以驱动所述铰接翻转机构和所述床屉进行翻转支撑。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全体位医疗护理平台,其特征在于,
    所述第一床屉包括第一背板、第一大腿板和第一小腿板;
    所述第二床屉包括第二背板、第二大腿板和第二小腿板;
    所述第三床屉包括第三背板、第三大腿板和第三小腿板;
    其中,所述第一背板、所述第一大腿板和所述第一小腿板依次横向铰接;
    所述第二背板、所述第二大腿板和所述第二小腿板依次横向铰接;

    所述铰接翻转机构包括转架、座架、支撑机构和联动装置;
    所述转架的一端与所述第二小腿板固定连接,所述转架的另一端能够支撑在所述第二背板上,且所述转架分别与所述座架和所述支撑机构相铰接;
    所述支撑机构分别与所述第一背板和所述第三背板相铰接;
    所述联动装置分别与所述第一小腿板、所述第三小腿板、所述支撑机构和所述座架相连接;
    所述座架与所述底盘相铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的全体位医疗护理平台,其特征在于,
    所述支撑机构包括支架、第一支杆和第二支杆,所述支架的一端与所述第二背板相铰接,所述支架的另一端与所述转架相铰接;
    所述第一支杆的一端与所述第一背板相铰接,所述第一支杆的另一端与所述联动装置相铰接;
    所述第二支杆的一端与所述第三背板相铰接,所述第二支杆的另一端与所述联动装置相铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的全体位医疗护理平台,其特征在于,
    所述联动装置包括第一联动机构和第二联动机构;
    所述第一联动机构包括一个第一同步杆和两个第一旋转臂;
    所述第二联动机构包括一个第二同步杆和两个第二旋转臂;
    其中,所述第一同步杆的两端分别与两个所述第一旋转臂的一端相铰接,两个所述第一旋转臂的另一端分别与所述座架相铰接,且所述第一同步杆与所述第一小腿板固定连接,并与所述第一支杆相铰接;
    所述第二同步杆的两端分别与两个所述第二旋转臂的一端相铰接,两个所述第二旋转臂的另一端分别与所述座架相铰接,且所述第二同步杆与所述第三小腿板固定连接,并与所述第二支杆相铰接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的全体位医疗护理平台,其特征在于,
    所述第一旋转臂和所述第二旋转臂的长度分别等于所述转架与所述座架相铰接的同轴线到所述第一背板与所述第二背板相纵向铰接的同轴线之间的直线距离。
  7. 根据权利要求3至6中任一项所述的全体位医疗护理平台,其特征在于,
    所述驱动装置包括起坐驱动器、侧转驱动器和俯仰驱动器;
    所述起坐驱动器的一端与所述第二大腿板相横向铰接,所述起坐驱动器的另一端与所述转架相横向铰接;
    所述侧转驱动器的一端与所述第二小腿板相纵向铰接,所述侧转驱动器的 另一端与所述座架相纵向铰接;
    所述俯仰驱动器的一端与所述座架相横向铰接,所述俯仰驱动器的另一端与所述底盘相横向铰接。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的全体位医疗护理平台,其特征在于,还包括:
    控制装置,所述控制装置与所述驱动装置相连接,并能够控制所述驱动装置驱动所述铰接翻转机构和所述床屉进行翻转支撑。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的全体位医疗护理平台,其特征在于,
    所述控制装置包括控制器和位置传感器;
    所述控制器分别与所述驱动装置和所述位置传感器相连接;
    所述位置传感器设置在所述床屉上,当所述位置传感器检测到所述床屉折叠至预设位置时,所述位置传感器向所述控制器发送信号,所述控制器根据接收的所述信号控制所述驱动装置启停。

  12. 一种护理方法,其特征在于,使用如权利要求1至11中任一项所述的全体位医疗护理平台,所述护理方法包括:
    使所述第一床屉、所述第二床屉和所述第三床屉水平放置;
    所述驱动装置驱动所述铰接翻转机构转动;
    所述第二床屉相对于所述底盘转动,所述第二床屉逐渐相对于所述第一床屉倾斜;所述第一床屉和所述第三床屉之间形成高度差。
