Description

一种具有靠墙结构的电动床 技术领域

背景技术
电动床可电动控制床板头部或脚部高度,并自由调节床板弯曲程度的床架,分为排骨架和床板式两大类,排骨架称为欧式电动床,而床板式称为美式电动床。根据需要可能会配置震动或者音乐功能,如今也可以与移动设备连接远程控制,一般常见于家庭或者医护使用。
电动床在使用的过程中,一般具有背部板翻转的功能,由于腰部床板是固定不动的,其背部板翻转的时候,都是需要背部床板沿着背部床板与腰部床板之间的较接点进行翻转,这样会导致背部床板的端部与墙体之间留下间隙,影响整体的美观及使用的舒适度;另外,如图1所示,现有技术中的驱动器1’与下框架的连接点远超框架的二分点,床体中部无法折叠,导致该结构无法应用于折叠床架上,为此,我们提出一种具有靠墙结构的电动床解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种具有靠墙结构的电动床,具备通过将下框架上设置可移动的上框架,并在铰接于上框架上的背部板和下框架之间设置靠墙机构,使得靠墙机构驱动背部板向上翻转时,同时带动上框架向背部板的转动自由端侧移动,进而解决了背部床板沿着背部床板与腰部床板之间的较接点进行翻转时与墙体之间留下间隙的问题,提升整体美观以及使用舒适度等优点,解决了背景技术提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述通过将下框架上设置可移动的上框架,并在铰接于上框架上的背部板和下框架之间设置靠墙机构,使得靠墙机构驱动背部板向上翻转时,同时带动上框架向背部板的转动自由端侧移动,进而解决了背部床板沿着背部床板与腰部床板之间的较接点进行翻转时与墙体之间留下间隙的问题,提升整体美观以及使用舒适度的目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种具有靠墙结构的电动床,包括电动床床架,所述电动床床架上设置有床板;
所述床板包括铰接于电动床床架一侧的背部板,且背部板通过靠墙机构驱动转动,当所述靠墙机构驱动背部板向上翻转时,同时带动背部板向其转动自由端侧移动;
所述电动床床架包括下框架和上框架,且上框架滑动连接于下框架的顶部,所述背部板通过铰链铰接于上框架上,所述靠墙机构设置于下框架上,当所述靠墙机构驱动背部板向上翻转时,所述靠墙机构同时带动上框架向背部板的转动自由端侧移动。
优选的,所述靠墙机构包括驱动器,所述驱动器的一端与下框架铰接,所述背部板靠近铰链的一端下侧设置有电机支架,且电机支架的底部铰接有传动杆,所述下框架处还铰接有转动支架,且传动杆远离电机支架的一端以及驱动器远离下框架的一端均与转动支架远离下框架的一端铰接,所述背部板和下框架之间还铰接有连接杆。
优选的,所述下框架的中部为二分点,所述驱动器位于下框架的二分点一侧设置。

工作原理:当操作人员使用该种具有靠墙结构的电动床时,首先启动驱动器3,当当驱动器3工作时,驱动器3的长度增长,并带动转动支架4绕着与下框架2的连接点做圆周运动,传动杆6也因转动支架4的转动而向前运动,由于传动杆6与电机支架5相连接,传动杆6的运动带动背部板1绕着铰链7进行旋转运动,由于背部板1一端与下框架2存在连接杆9连接,连接杆9绕着与下框架2连接点旋转,此时整个上框架8沿着下框架2上的滑轨10向前滑动,进而实现了背部板1向上翻转的同时,还实现了背部板1向其转动自由端侧移动,进而缩短了与墙体之间的距离,解决了背部床板沿着背部床板与腰部床板之间的较接点进行翻转时与墙体之间留下间隙的问题,提升整体美观以及使用舒适度。另外驱动器3位于下框架2的二分点一侧设置,使得靠墙结构可以用于折叠床上,避免了现有技术中的驱动器1’与下框架的连接点远超框架的二分点,使得床体中部无法折叠,导致该结构无法应用于折叠床架上的情况。
