一种园林绿化播种装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种播种装置,具体为一种园林绿化播种装置。
背景技术
园林植物多为小型的灌木和花卉,其种粒较小,为了提高园林植物的成活率、使种植的间距更加均匀,在对植物进行播种时,园林工作人员多为人工操作,但人工播种工作效率低,特别是长时间播种时,工作人员会疲劳倦怠,这样反而难以保证种植间距的均匀,而且若工作效率过低则会使植物错过了最佳的种植季节,且播种时不及时的给种子洒水,很大的程度上影响了园林植物的出苗率和成活率,给周期性的园林绿化带来了很大的影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种园林绿化播种装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种园林绿化播种装置,包括种槽、水箱和扶杆,所述种槽的两端设有连杆,所述连杆的前端设有轮体,所述连杆的尾部设有滚轮;所述种槽内部设有存种室和运种室,所述存种室的底面设有出种孔,所述运种室的内部设有种轴、种轮和从动轮,所述运种室的底面设有出种管翻土铲和出水口,所述连杆上还设有扶杆,所述水箱内部设有电机、水泵、控制器和喷水装置。
优选的,所述种轴上套有种轮和从动轮,种轮的两端活动连接于 运种室的侧壁,种轮上设有凹槽,出种孔与凹槽的位置相对应。
优选的,所述轮轴的中部固定有主动轮,从动轮与主动轮传动链接。
优选的,所述种槽的两端固定连接于两根连杆的中部,且两根连杆的前端活动连接于轮体外侧的轮轴的两端,连杆的尾部活动连接了滚轮;所述的种槽内部设有出种管连通运种室的内部和外部。
优选的,所述水泵与喷水装置间连接有水管,所述电机与水泵、控制器和喷水装置电性连接。
优选的,所述所述水箱表面设有控制器开关,且控制器开关与控制器电性连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该园林绿化播种装置,在扶杆种槽底部设有出种孔,出种孔同一水平线上设有翻土铲,以及与水泵、电机、喷水装置、水管连接的出水口,使用该园林绿化播种播种装置时,不仅可以翻土播种,还可以在播种的同时给种子浇水,给种子提高好的萌发环境,提高园林植物出苗率和成活率。

本实用新型改进在于:所述种轴24上套有种轮14和从动轮8,种轮14的两端活动连接于运种室23的侧壁,种轮14上设有凹槽25,出种孔13与凹槽25的位置相对应,所述轮轴14的中部固定有主动轮7,从动轮8与主动轮7传动链接,所述种槽3的两端固定连接于两根连杆4的中部,且两根连杆4的前端活动连接于轮体5外侧的轮轴6的两端,连杆4的尾部活动连接了滚轮9;所述的种槽3内部设 有出种管16连通运种室23的内部和外部,所述水泵20与喷水装置22间连接有水管21述电机18与水泵20、控制器19和喷水装置22电性连接,所述所述水箱20表面设有控制器开关11,且控制器开关11与控制器19电性连接。
本实用的工作原理:该园林绿化播种装置,其在推动的同时,即可带动轮轴6上的从动轮8,将种子由存种室12运输至出种管16,同时在前进的过程中,土地由翻土铲15铲开,种子也随之落入土中,同时在出种管16后方的出水口17给种子浇水,最后装置尾部设有的滚轮9将土压平、压实,即完成播种,扶杆1下方设有的水箱2内部设有水泵20,通过水箱2表面的控制器开关11,控制使用;打开控制器开关11,电机18水泵20和喷水装置22运转,水从出水口17流出,整个的过程一气呵成,省事省力。

  1. 一种园林绿化播种装置,包括种槽(3)、水箱(2)和扶杆(1),其特征在于:所述种槽(3)的两端设有连杆(4),所述连杆(4)的前端设有轮体(5),所述连杆(4)的尾部设有滚轮(9),所述种槽(3)内部设有存种室(12)和运种室(23),所述存种室(12)的底面设有出种孔(13),所述运种室(23)的内部设有种轴(24)、种轮(14)和从动轮(8),所述运种室(23)的底面设有出种管(16)、翻土铲(15)和出水口(17),所述连杆(4)上还设有扶杆(1),所述水箱(2)内部设有电机(18)、水泵(20)、控制器(19)和喷水装置(22)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林绿化播种装置,其特征在于:所述种轴(24)上套有种轮(14)和从动轮(8),种轮(14)的两端活动连接于运种室(23)的侧壁,种轮(14)上设有凹槽(25),出种孔(13)与凹槽(25)的位置相对应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种园林绿化播种装置,其特征在于:所述轮轴(14)的中部固定有主动轮(7),从动轮(8)与主动轮(7)传动连接。
